So it was the last day of the holiday I was on. Since there was nothing more to do at this point, and there was a ski center nearby, I thought, why not? It'd be ton of fun. On the top of the mountain, or whatever it could be called, I had a quick overlook at the whole area. There was a main slope, a slope to the secondary ski center here, and numerous smaller slopes. At the bottom of the mainslope, there was this big building, which had a couple of restaurants and such, so I knew I was going to there later to eat and such. I thought I'd do best going to the secondary ski center first. And I took the looong nearly flat and very wide slope going there. On the trip to the place where they sold tickets at, I noticed I had left my ski poles on the top of the mountain/whatever. So I had to rent some. The poles were both white. Afterwards I went and purchased the tickets. The lady there unfortunately didn't speak english for some reason, but I managed to mess around enough to figure out how to purchase tickets to the specific area I wanted to ski on. It was now 14:53. I'd better hurry. I took the first lift up. On the trip I noticed my poles had changed color to pink. Unfortunately I did not reason myself further. On the second lift, I noticed my poles were now yellow. I thought, what the heck, I'll do a nose pinch RC, and it worked. That instant, I came lucid. What happened in nearly all of my lucids started happening again. The dream was quickly fading away. But I managed to pull it back up with mental effort. I was now there, in the ski lift, looking around. I was in awe of the beatiful scenery around me, snowy mountains, large trees, etc. From the back of the hill, a blimp appeared, a big one. It slowly flew over the lift I was on there. I was amazed at all the detail. Afterwards, I remembered I had some goals to do in my dreams. The first of which was to count fingers. Not a challenge in any way but to just remember to do it. I looked around and had difficulty finding where my hand was. It took a while but I found it. Started counting my fingers. There were 5 on one hand. And on top of that, the ghost image of my hand too. Kinda what would happen IRL if you crossed your eyes. And at that point, I could not sustain the dream longer. And I woke up. --- Nearly forgot to fill this in and it's already 3 hours after waking up so I don't remember all the details of the dream so vividly anymore.
Non-Dream Non-Lucid Lucid I was going down Aberdeen Drive and a give way sign beamed down to my left. I instantly knew I was dreaming, and decided to do some RC's. I looked at a window in a van to look at my reflection and it was normal. Then I went like 50m down the road, and asked a man which had 2 watches, one on each arm, one digital and one analogue, for the time. It was 10:15, and I asked him 3 more times, but the time stayed the same. I was confused that my RC's didn't work so my dream faded. This was my first Lucid Dream, so I thought RC's work every time etc etc. That's why it faded at the end.
Lucid I became lucid in a rather dark area near a rail road. I had questioned my surroundings, and I found the train that was headed toward me was not even on a track. I did the finger through the hand reality check, and my finger would not go through my hand. After that, I ended up doing the nose pinch reality check, and it ended up working. Now lucid within the dream, I found that I was in a rather dark neighborhood with no light source. I simply reached into my pocket, and pulled out a rather large match and lit it on my arm. I remember feeling the heat of the match on my arm, and it felt very real. I kept repeating to myself that I was in a dream, and I continued doing reality checks every now and then. Just after I lit the match, I heard a roar in the distance and the train was launching over some sort of concrete berm. I put my arms up in the air, and focused my attention on the train in mid flight, throwing it further in the direction that it was already headed. It seemed to have worked, and I lost complete sight of the train after I threw it. I was getting bored of being outside, so I decided to go into someones house within the neighborhood. As I walked inside, I was greeted by my cat, and a very fluffy red textured carpet. It was then that I remembered a teleportation technique that I had found on dream views. I put my hand into my pocket, and I went to pull out a seed. I was coming up with nothing but odd looking white shards, I was thinking too hard about the seed at that time. I figured that it was time for another reality check, so I pinched my nose, and put my finger through my hand with success this time. When my finger went through my hand, it gave me a very odd hot sensation right where my finger went through. I then looked over to my left, and seen some sort of kitchen through a door. I walked through the door, and started my way over to the kitchen. As I got closer to the kitchen, it looked to me as if it was some sort of homeless refuge because of all of the things hanging around. My cat was walking beside me. Almost immediately after I noticed all of the things hanging, I seen a very old lady sitting in a chair with no eyes in her eye sockets. She had long flowing dirty brown hair, and lots of wrinkles. I tried my best not be scared, as I knew it was a dream, and I then shook her hand and proceeded to ask her if she knew where any seeds where. She was very nice, but she did not directly answer my question. She was speaking, and I really wasn't listening as I was searching for a seed in the kitchen. The door just to the right of her flung open, and another older lady, her friend walked through the door. I remember her saying "Oh who is thing young'n ye got me here?" almost as if they where going to try to do something to me. I then found a rather large pot on the kitchen stove that was filled with sunflower seeds. I picked one up and I headed for the area just outside of the kitchen with the red carpet. I knelt down, and cupped the seed with my hands focusing on the street out front of my house while looking straight at my hands. The ground in the immediate area around my hands began to swirl, and become blurry. I kept focusing, and all of the sudden I heard a male voice that came from the door behind me that said "Trying to leave are you?" and it broke my focus and I turned around to meet the strange voice. Right as I turned around I just threw a punch and it landed right on his face, sending him out of a window nearby. At this point, I was going to attempt to use a portal technique that I had thought about the night before. I stuck my hands out in front of me, and attempted to rip a hole in the air. I kept thinking about the other side of the portal and my target destination, the ocean. I was going to attempt the basic task of the month. As I went to pull the portal apart, my cat jumped onto my bed and woke me up out of my dream.
Type: Lucid, Fragment Vivid: Short Notes: I haven't been active for a while but now I guess I'm back Fragment 1: I was standing outside my house with my friend and a gigant teddybear. I don't remember what I was doing but I remember that I suddenly thought; "Wait a minut, I had a dream about this teddybear before". So I checked if my hand looked normal, and noticed that my hand was kind of shimery. I was not sure what that meant, so I plugged my nose and tried to breath. I could feel the air running through my nose, and I started to scream; "I'm dreaming, I'm dreaming"! I wanted to try to teleport myself to another location, so I tried to think about the location Fragment 2: I was in the location I thought about (I think.) Something happens but I dont remember what. I wake up
Flee to tranquility My first memory is of a friend and I getting shot. His condition was dire, and I laid him upon the couch, and turned around to go call an ambulance. I was very conscious, but had not yet realized I was dreaming. I hobbled out of the room and into the hallway of an apartment--what appears to be the second floor. I remember thinking "Just call 911...," my hand gripping the bullet wound at my lower left abdomen. A twinge of what seemed to be pain shot through my side. I remember reciting my address, preparing for the call to 911... I realized however, as I remembered my address, that I was certainly not at home, and that despite the gunshot wound, I wasn't actually feeling any pain. Halfway down the hallway, I decided on impulse to make it an action packed dream. I armed myself with a .45 handgun from a conveniently placed holster at my side and ran into the nearest door, ready to fire. I pause, however, as I see two guys stealing from someone's apartment. I ran up and grabbed the nearest guy in a choke-hold and held my firearm at the other henchman--who I recall had blonde dreads. I was trying to coerce them into telling my what was going on when a man in a trench coat, much larger that the other two, rounds a corner. He was obviously the head-hancho, the brains, etc. As I was about to interrogate him, he yells at me to get down on the ground as a dark, grotesque figure bursts through a window, sending glass everywhere. He was mostly covered in shadow, but it had a look of raw, decaying flesh-- similar to a zombie or demon, etc. At this point I'd forgotten about my gun and we were running out into the hallway to escape; I had a feeling my little gun wouldn't do much anyway. But, unfortunately, the dream was destabilizing, and I was losing lucidity, and didn't think to to do anything innovative as I started to awaken.
I've been attempting WILDs for a couple of weeks now, but keep getting stuck in transition because of persistent hypnic jerks, something that has always happened in the past when I've non-purposefully started slipping into REM sleep while still more-or-less lucid/conscious. But, I have frequently in the past (particularly in the morning, if I go back to sleep after my alarm has gone off) gone straight to REM sleep without any problems, so I thought I would try a "WILD" without making a conscious effort to remain lucid, and was kind of successful... Non-dream Dream Semi-Lucid Lucid (Some things happened before this, but I can't quite remember what they were) I am lying face down in a puddle, and hear a male voice reminding me that I'm trying to attempt a WILD, but I'm not quite there yet. That voice gradually morphs into my own voice, which is sometimes coming from an outside source, and sometimes coming from me. I get up and start walking forward with a great deal of difficulty (dream logic said that this was because Sleep Paralysis was setting in) I'm keeping my eyes half closed so I don't wake myself up, and every now and then stop at a "landmark" (tree, road, etc.) and tell myself I need to "save my place" by doing some sort of action (like breaking a branch) so that if I wake up, I'll be able to go directly back to that spot when I start attempting to WILD again. (What???) I get to a large stone wall, and the male voice from the beginning of my dream tells me that there is a small door in the bottom of the wall, and that when I crawl through it, I will be in my dream. I locate the door (which is really just a small hole) and wiggle through it. After I crawl through the hole, I find myself on some sort of medium-sized rocky hill. To my right is a forest, and to my left is the beach at my cottage. (this was good, I wanted to attempt this month's challenge of diving to a ship wreck and collecting treasure. My plan had been to go to my cottage, because I know it quite well and frequently dream that I'm there, so I figured it wouldn't take a whole lot of effort to keep the dream world from falling apart if I went there) The sky is very dark and cloudy, and looks like it is going to rain. I want it to be nice and bright, and try to will the clouds to go away. This doesn't work, so I wave my hand at them like I'm half fanning half brushing them away, and they fall away down beyond the horizon. It's not quite as bright as I would like it, so I wave my hand again upward like I'm trying to pull something up, and the sun rises behind me and shoots across the sky, too far so it's right on the opposite horizon and the sky is red like at sunset. I "pull" the sun up slowly this time, but then think no, maybe I'd like it better at sunset, and push it back down. I play around with this for a few minutes until I'm happy with the colour of the sky and the position of the sun. I look out across the water, and think that, rather than attempting the challenge of the month, I'd like to recreate the land from the fantasy novel I'm writing (ARRRRG, NO! Stop changing your mind once you're in the dream *slaps dream self... again*) . I look up at the sky and think "castle" and when I look down, the forest is still there, but the beach and water have been replaced by rolling hills and a castle in the distance. But... rather than being the impressive castle in the side of a mountain I had imagined for my novel, it looks like one of those "fairy princess" castle made of paper towel rolls and paper cones, all bright pinks and yellows. Yuck. I decide to at least change the colour to something more reasonable, and wave my hand over it a few times until the colour changes to more muted browns and greens (still not what I want, but close enough). I look around and realize that everything is much darker and fuzzier than it should be, as though my eyes were half close. So, I make the brilliant decision to open my eyes wider... ... And open them in real life. ("Crap!")

I don't remember when, where, or how I became lucid, but I remember wandering around a dark room.
In the dream I basically got up out of my bed, walked over into the living room. but we had just rearranged the furniture that night and I noticed it wasn't in the right spot, so I went hmm. I did the reality check where you put your hand through your other hand. I looked down and I'm like.... oh..... thats not right. and then I woke up
Saturday 18th June 2011 I was sitting in my room in the university halls of residence with my sister. I suddenly felt blood seeping out of my nose and it gradually worsened. I ran to the bathroom and let my nose bleed out into the sink; it showed no signs of stopping, so I gathered some tissue and held it to my nose. I took this chance to look into the mirror above the sink. My eyes were no longer their normal, dark green colour. They were an icy blue and it seemed to look like the colour was fading further. It was then that I thought to myself "I'm dying." ------------------- Car Journey Saturday 18th June 2011 It was late at night and I was gazing out of the car window to the starry sky as we drove along a motorway. I could only see a few stars in the sky, so my gaze fell back into the car. However, I decided to look up again and the amount of stars multiplied and their light intensified. It was then I realised that I was dreaming. I sat still for a moment to compose myself and looked out of the windscreen of the car. Suddenly, everything started to fade. However, I managed to stabilise my surroundings and readied myself to fly out of the window. I began to float, but I woke up.
I am watching an advertisement - it seems like one about "independent spending". It starts off with a classic McDonald's Golden Arches animation and text that says "MacMicDonald". Then a woman on a sports field starts talking about how her mother controlled all her bank money. The next is a young girl kicking a soccerball around the green playground at school. This makes me become lucid, but it doesn't last for very long before I lose lucidity. Later, I salvage the "independent spending" advertisement dream. At the soccerball/green playground scene I become lucid again. This time I am able to hold it. I walk a bit through the playground and quickly end up in the classroom. (I remember seeing several classmates.) I know I can find my guy. I soon see the back of him. He's wearing his red shirt. He turns around - he looks the way he did at the SAT. I grab his shoulders and try to pull him towards me, but to my surprise, he pushes me away rather forcefully with quite a defensive expression. I hesitate, a bit shocked having a dream character refuse me. I try again, and this time he doesn't resist. I kiss him in the mouth, then tongue him. Suddenly we're in the bedroom (or another comfortable place). I straddle him and ride him for a few seconds, and try to roll over so that he can fuck me from the top. But the pleasure is too extreme and I wake up pulsating... (and feeling awesome. :])

Haven't explored any of these sights before, though I have been lucid dreaming since I was a child. When I was younger I would frequently have terrible nightmares of monsters chasing me and being trapped in my own house. These nightmares would often be mixed with lucid dreams. Later I learned to control my dreams even more, eventually turning my nightmares into my own personal playground. I became the hero of these terrible dreams, giving myself the ability of flight, control over the elements, and unmatched strength. Since then I have had lucid dreams almost every night. Some of the more fun reoccurring dreams are protecting friends and family from evil monsters, hordes of zombies and I, lately, have been protecting strangers that my mind seems to create. A couple dreams in particular I've had recently are ones where I had to protect a certain young man whom I had never met before from secret agencies trying to capture him. I've fought off these "secret agents" by use of martial arts and even sending a tsunami towards their agency location. One favorite stranger dreams was that I was fighting Chathulu via DBZ style fighting while trying to protect yet another young man. So there is a little peak inside my head...what do you think? Feel free to leave any comments, or thoughts, or even stories of your own dreams. I am looking to connect with fellow lucid dreamers.
DEILD/WBTB- Exited a dream because I had to go to the bathroom so I did my usual routine and then went back to sleep. 2 minutes later I was in a lucid dream. I remember waking up and telling myself that I wanted to have clarity in this dream. So I kept using the word resolve to increase clarity, I was screaming it in the dream and it really worked. Everything would amplify once I said it. I first performed a nose plug to make sure I was dreaming, it came out positive so I started by trying to fly. I could never get myself to fly in my dreams so the first thing I did was jump in the air, I floated and came back down slowly. I then got into the superman position to try to fly and it worked but it didn't feel real at all, and I couldn't look around. I then had a false awakening, I suddenly just woke up in my bed from the dream and my parents were yelling at me. I did another nose plug and I was STILL in a dream, so I just kept going and ignored the stupid DC's. Next, I warped through the wall. I Always heard of people doing this and it seemed awsome.. It was I just walk straight through it and de atomize the door in the process, I could literally de construct things this time. But the wall or door was still intact once I moved through it. I looked at a desk I was walking by and said "resolve" out loud again everything grew vibrant and colorful. I remember there being a golden tulip and some red roses, along with a few pictures of people sitting on this desk. I had nothing left to practice on, so I tried summoning again. I can't quite just imagine it there and it'll be there but going into a closet and coming back out worked perfectly. It even surprised me in the dream when the DC was there... My parents came down while I was talking to a DC and were all pissed because I was smoking moldy weed apparently, they thought it could kill you. I never said a word to them but they just kept going on, I need to learn how to kill my DC's. A bunch of other stuff happened but I can't really remember, I've only been practicing dream control in lucids lately. If anyone has any tips or fun things to do please leave a comment or message me

So a friend of mine who got me interested in this site has been telling me about the whole "reality check" things to enduce lucid dreams, but I've always failed in them UNTIL TWO NIGHTS AGO... In my dream, I was in this big city that kind of looked like a tiny packed street in China or Japan or something, with tons of lights and words I couldn't recognize on tons of signs all over the place. My friend Lupe shoes up and she's all "hey, wanna go to this knick knack store?" or however she worded it that made it seem like we were going to some junk shop down the street. I said sure and we headed for the store. When we get inside I see tons of shelves and tons of figurines and such but I can't make out what they are or what they mean, but I somehow know what they all are. There's a clock near the door and a few people in the store. Lupe sees somebody she knows in the store and starts talking to them while I aimlessly wander down an isle of knick knacks. I check the time but the clock is all topsy-turvy like I can't make out the exact time every time a blink it changes or the hands move in funny ways (and that's normal for me in dreams, I can never read clocks. That COULD be a reality check but it never registers for me, I just think it's completely normal and that the clock will tell me the time later haha). I turn back to the shelves and overhear Lupe talk about her class schedule with the person she ran into in the store. Whatever she said made me think, like "hey, she doesn't have that class this quarter" or "wait a minute, she's graduating next quarter not next year" or something that made me realize what she was saying was wrong. And then it hits me: ITS A DREAM. HOLY SH*T. I start floating. I'm all in my head "woah, I'm floating, this is a dream and I'm floating YES! I can do anything I want in this dream this is fantastic!" And then like amnesia, I find I'm back down on the ground and everything in this dream is considered "normal" and I'm back to my fantasy in the dream not knowing it's a dream anymore. I just go through the isles, Lupe catches up with me, and we leave for another store a few blocks away. We don't get to it because I "wake up." BUT I DIDN'T WAKE UP! I'm in bed, in a room that is basically my apartment but the scenery is mixed with my apartment and Lupe's living room. I sit up in bed, stretch and see my friends Jackie and Sam are there but Lupe isn't. I groggily great them, head towards the kitchen (I'm suddenly wearing a white robe for no good reason), and pour myself a glass of iced tea like I would do if I actually was awake. I nonschalantly tell them about how I had a lucid dream but I wasn't reacting to it as I the actually awake person I am right now typing this. Everything after that becomes fuzzy and then I'm ACTUALLY awake finally. So basically two momentous things happened that I'm not even sure really happened: a dream within a dream, which I never have, and a lucid dream, which I apparently had. But it was like I only noticed I was lucid for a few minutes and then I was sucked back into the dream reality. BUT after I was back in the dream reality, I had "split personalities" again, where I see myself in the dream doing stuff like I'm narrating or filming it or something but I can't do anything to change its course. Up til the lucid point in the store, I was in my own point of view FINALLY. I rarely have my own point of view dreams. So I kind of want an opinion... was this really a lucid dream? Or was this my dream person making myself think I had a lucid dream? It's confusing... TA DA
I dreamt I was with the Soprano's family waiting in a lounge room. There was an unpleasant woman who spoke to me in irritation about another cast member when I explained to her that hating someone is not a pleasant pursuit and will do nothing to the person you hate but will hurt you by creating hate within yourself. I made a marvellous argument and lay down and even repeated a point to myself and laughed about it. She later had to share a car with Tony's wife Carmella who later related to me how much the lady had changed which was due to my enlightened chat. Later I was having significant trouble cooking rice and each batch was spoilt. I realised at some point that it was a dream and I had an uncontrolled side dream about hanging out with people and having to hold a knife in fear of them attacking me, which they did. Then later I realised that since it was a dream that I didn't have to put up with all the fear and uncomfortableness and began floating about and checking light switches. I tried to imagine myself in a location that I once camped in but my dream faded. I then woke up hoping it was a false awakening but sadly it wasn't and the lamp was turning on and off as it should.
I had a dream I was outside with Alex's family near a car and I decided to show off my twirling skills. I started to physically remember how skilled at twirling I am and try to do my best whilst feeling that I was losing control of my muscles, as if they were twitching or resisting my control. I then realised that the unnatural feeling meant I was in a dream and to immediately prove it to myself I fall face first to the ground to meet the dark nothingness. Noise in my sleeping environment woke me up cos I was having an unexpected name after dinner.
