Managed to recall a bunch of dreams today upon waking up, much more than usual. Dream 1: I was playing game that looked quite similar to Spiral Knights, except it was more dim. I was moving character between different rooms of some foggy place. At some point i found glitch that makes character slide at crazy speed across the screen, ignoring physics and objects, and i used it to go beyond some railing. This time, upon entering different room i apparently got into game and was instead of the player character. I picked up some treasure in the room and ended up hiding behind curtains from someone. Dream 2: I apparently was a ninja and i had to find my group. After a while of searching through forest i reached the canyon and the group was there, we start getting prepared to assault enemy base in the canyon or something. Dream 3: I was watching some pokemon anime. and there was some dude who joins the Ash in his travels just because he's too scared of everything. They end up traveling through many places. At some point he had to part, so he ended up walking around the road being scared of most of sounds in the forest. There were also some pokemons but none looked familiar. Dream skips. I was now in first person in anime instead of just watching, but still being just spectator view. There's some evil dude trying to capture some sort of legendary pokemon who is able to talk. After a few attempts that pokemon uses some sort of ability that fires homing spikes and retreats, saying to that dude: 'You are not strong enough yet'. Evil dude gets angry and calls in some other dude with big badass sword. He sends him somewhere. Dream 4: There's three people in the room: two dudes and girl. I was spectating through first person view from one of dudes. They talk to the girl about something. Suddenly the dude with sword from previous dream enters the room and outright murders one of dudes(not the one i was spectating from). The other one manages to hide completely inside a tiny bucket on wheels somehow, and starts trying to escape. Sword dude soon notices that and slashes the bucket. View changes to deathcam now showing dead body of that dude glitching out of the bucket, and my dream self finds that death animation hilarious. Dream 5: I was checking MSPA for updates and ofcourse there were some new ones on Homestuck. The updates are about some Homestuck trolls being stuck on floating island. They have to dodge/block attacks of someone invisible. Eventually some of them fail to do that and die, others end up using some sort of time manipulation to slow time and dodge attacks easily that way. At some point i notice that on the site there's some other column of updates on the right side. I check it and it's some totally random stuff and MSPA fanart. I wake up. Then i accidentally fall asleep once more while recalling dreams... Dream 6: I am in the room and there's random SBAHJ stuff floating everywhere(bizarre stuff), it lasts a few seconds. I wake up once again.

non-dream dream semi-lucid lucid false awakening I'm with 2 girl friends at some otherworldly scenario, of giant white sand dunes and an eerie grey sky. There is no one and no sound and we feel like floating on clouds. It's hard to describe the feeling. We climb to a dune trying to get a view of what's around but there's even higher dunes surrounding us. They give up and decide to stay in a valley but I feel energized enough to climb to the highest dune around. They look tired and do not follow me. After I reach the top, I still only see more dunes across the horizon, but in the distance, the sky has some weird clouds coming in our direction. When they are closer, lightning starts and 5 or 6 tornados form and I'm like "not again!!!" I scream to my friends to take cover because we're gonna be hit, but when I look at it again, I realize the tornados are the least of our problems. A giant tsunami just appeared out of nowhere and is covering even the highest dunes. It's so fast I only have time to say "f*ck!". I am engulfed by the gigantic mass of water and I say goodbye to life. After a few tumbles on the giant waves, I realize I'm not dead. I don't get fully lucid, but I'm a bit aware of the nature of the experience. I lay down on the sand, my friends are gone and then I'm surrounded by 10 persons who start throwing ninja knives at me. I only have something like a piece of wood I found on the floor, to defend myself and I throw back the knives at them. I still get some bad cuts, but I keep on fighting until they eventually stop attacking me and retreat. I'm tired, injured and with my clother torn apart. Then my sensei appears and says "Well done, but can you do that in sexy?". I think to myself "What???" Then he hands me a box with what appears to be blue fabric. I pick it up and it's some kind of long tunic. He disappears again, I dress it up and start walking around. I find a rudimentar house and he is sitting on a chair outside. I pull up a chair, sit down, cross my legs and say "Yes, I can do it sexy. And I'm not wearing any underwear." His concentration flicks for a moment and I throw a ninja knife at him. He escapes it, but barely and looks at me like saying "You got it!".
Had a nice sense of freedom in this one, which left me feeling liberated enough to do Basic Task of the Month. This one was light and fun the entire way through, and even my flight malfunctions didn't get me too upset. Color legend: Non-dream Dream Lucid Lucid #55: Number Games and Ninja Wife and I are seated on the floor with a dozen or so small children. The kids are probably 5 or 6 years old, but for some reason we're all taking a Japanese class together. We're working on a craft project while some unseen teacher barks simple instructions which Wife and all of the little kids easily follow. Not me, though. I'm fumbling around trying to glue something onto a paper plate and looking like quite the idiot. The kids titter at my ineptitude. Wife shoots me a look of disbelief. The unseen teacher bellows more instructions and again I'm the only one who's not getting it. It's all really embarrassing and I think, "Well, I'd better hope this is all a dream. Because otherwise, this is humiliating." I use the nose pinch RC and become lucid. Wife seems to have vanished, so I walk out of the room while the class continues to work. I seem to be in some kind of apartment, and I turn down a short hallway into a semi-dark, rather sparse bedroom. My friend "Leroy" is wandering around in here and I say, "Hey, [Leroy]! It's another lucid dream!" He ignores me, though, and seems to be looking for something. A large window overlooks a nighttime city scene. It looks like we're about 10 stories up. I phase through the glass and step out onto a ledge, preparing to fly. I leap away from the building, ready to take to the sky... and give a little yelp as I plummet to the street below. I land pretty softly, narrowly missing a parked car. I relax my mind for a moment and then take to the air again. I'm flying over a huge, grassy field that I think is supposed to be this city's equivalent of Central Park. The grass is short and extremely well-manicured. Golf course grass. Even though it's night, the park itself is strangely well-lit, and a few DCs are wandering through it. I see a couple of fancy archways and a miniature replica of the Arc de Triomphe. Most interestingly of all, I see a ninja crouched behind a boulder, hiding in the shadows. Perhaps another forty feet away, there's an Imperial Stormtrooper and a man dressed like a World War I-era pilot searching carefully around the park, presumably looking for the ninja. I remember the Task of the Month -- have a DC guess a number between 1 and 100. I swoop down to where the ninja is hiding and say, "Hey! I'm thinking of a number from 1 to 100. Guess what it is." The ninja seems horrified to see me. He presses his palms to the sides of his head, in disbelief that I would so bumblingly blow his cover. He points excitedly behind me at the Stormtrooper and the pilot. Guess they really are looking for him. "Oh, I see!" I tell him. "Sorry about that. Let me ask them instead." I'm worried that the Stormtrooper will sound too garbled, so I address the World War I-era pilot. "Hey! I'm thinking of a number from 1 to 100. What is it?" He thinks for a moment. "22?" It occurs to me that I didn't actually think of a number from 1 to 100. I feel like a bit of a dummy. Okay, 38. 38 38 38. "Hey, man, sorry about that. I forgot to think of a number before I asked. Will you guess again?" He pauses. Then a slightly sheepish guess of "Uh... 23?" "No, but that's okay. Thanks!" The pilot and the Stormtrooper move toward the boulder, but I see that the ninja is long gone. The Stormtrooper growls something angry and garbled and I think how glad I am that I didn't try to play the guessing game with him. I wander the park a bit more. The sun has apparently started to rise because it looks like early morning now. The number of DCs has picked up. I know that there's something I should be doing in New York, but I can't remember the task. (Task I was trying to think of: Transform into King Kong, climb the Empire State Building, and battle the military.) I think it's Task of the Year, but I incorrectly believe that there's something I should be doing in Central Park. I turn a corner past a food vendor, and rub my hands together. It doesn't feel as real as I'd expect. Things feel like they're slipping and I wake up.

04/11/2012 5:30am I found myself walking down a up and down the steep streets of a dark empty city with large buildings and no sign of life. I supposed this section of town was strictly open for business during the day. I had with me a clipboard with a piece of paper with all of the "Assassin's Creed Multi-player Bonuses" listed on it. The clipboard and attached paper was wrapped in a plastic grocery bag. I started walking down a road to an apartment where my friend Seth would be living on the 2nd or 3rd floor. I was still a hundred or so feet away when I could see that a kung-fu studio had bin opened nest door to him by the local church which we used to attend. Through the well lit studio's windows I could see someone in a black gi instructing his or her students. As I neared the studio and Seth's apartment building I was greeted by Seth's sister and two others. Seth's sister, who was way out of character, was wearing a skimpy ninja outfit. She took a look and my clipboard and then I darted off. I ran straight into the apartment building, up two flights, skidded around the top step into a living room, and startled Seth who had been nodding of in his armchair watching TV.
Ok, so I have a massive backlog of un-electrified memories, sitting here in my bedside journal. Might put these up sometime, but it's a boat-load of text and most of it is hardly readable. But for now, the dreams I can remember of the last two days: Non-lucid, lucid, extra comment 25th of July 2012 Can't remember much. It contained lot's of girls and lot's of love, though I can't recalling any love making. Tricia Helfer was there, and I had to (as in: was forced to) chat with a lot of the girls. 26th of July 2012 Well I smashed my head into my bedside wall, so that murdered quite a bit of my dream memories. I can vaguely remember something about assassins and running over rooftops in a Naruto style (arms in a V-shape dragging behind you through the air). Then a flashback to an Asari (Mass Effect) psych patient asking about something, an artifact maybe? A piece of art? Something valuable at least, though perhaps not in money terms.
DreamLucidAwake Ninja Body Guard This dream started off with me standing on the top of a mountain cliff with a girl. I think she said her name was Eriko. The dream was anime style and I looked like Naruto. I think I watched so much of it the day before that I started dreaming about it. I was on a mission to escort this girl to another village and protect her. I was walking near the edge of the cliff and I look down to see a bunch of people at the bottom. They were Leaf Ninjas carrying one of those things that kings travel in because they're too lazy to walk. They were carrying it towards the mountain we were on. Something didn't feel right about them so I tried to keep Eriko out of their sight. She wasn't happy with that though. She actually wanted to meet all of the other ninjas. She ran pass me and jumped down the cliff. She landed on a rock half way down and then jumped off again. I panicked at first because I thought that would kill her. I started thinking about how someone could jump off a cliff like that and not die. I became lucid after realizing the only explanation is that I am dreaming. I jumped down the cliff and chased after her because I didn't feel it was safe. "Hi!" she greeted them. "Are you ninjas too?" she asked. One of the ninjas pulled out a katana and ran towards her. I landed right behind her, picked her up, and jumped back before they could hurt her. She held onto me tight and was really frightened. The other ninja then pulled out their kunai knives and started throwing them at us. I used super speed and jumped back towards the side of the cliff. I started running up the side of it while holding onto Eriko and dodging knives. At the top of the cliff there were a lot of large rocks and boulders lying around. I hid Eriko behind a boulder and said, "Stay here and hide." I walked back into the open and prepared to fight. All of the Leaf Ninja and the Third Hokage appeared at the top of the cliff. The Hokage decided to sit down and watch while the rest of the ninja ran at me. I can't remember many details from this battle. I was moving at a really fast speed during the fight. For the most part I was punching, kicking, and using other martial arts techniques. I also remember there were many kunai knives and shuriken flying through the air. I had to block those with my own kunai during the fight. I was doing pretty well in the battle, considering I only got a little scraped up. After a few minutes of fighting, everyone stopped for a moment. The other ninja looked towards the Hokage, who was now standing on the opposite side of us, away from the cliff. He started laughing and powerful orange energy started flowing out of him. It was very similar to the nine-tailed fox's chakra. He looked like he was losing control, so me and Leaf Ninjas decided to work together to stop him. I made a plus sign with my hands and created four clones. The five of us surrounded the Hokage and tried to attack him all at once. He released a powerful burst of energy and knocked us all away. The clones were killed and I was launched into the boulder that Eriko was hiding behind. After I crashed into the boulder, I fell to the ground, and I started to cough some blood. That hurt a lot. Eriko rushed out from behind the boulder to see if I was okay. I decided that it didn't hurt too badly and got back up. "Don't worry, I'm fine. Just stay hidden." I said to her. I made a plus sign with my hand again and created a clone. I was trying to create a rasengan. Working together, me and the clone created a spinning ball of energy in my hand. When the rasengan was complete, the clone disappeared, and I ran straight towards the Hokage. He tried taking a few swipes at me with his orange aura, but I managed to dodge and flip around them. When I got close to the hokage, he moved all of his energy in front of him to shield himself. I struck the shield with the rasengan. I was slowly starting to break through his shield and energy was being blasted in all directions. I then gave the rasengan all the energy I had to power it up. I blasted straight through the shield struck the Hokage with it. There was a huge flash of light and I woke up. A Giant Snake Problem This dream started off with me being in my old home in Loudonville. Oddly, everything was scaled like 3 times bigger than it was in real life. Just like the last dream, I was Naruto again. I was standing in the living room with Sasuke. The two of us were just watching something on TV at first. Then I could sense something strange behind us. I turned around and there was a giant rattle snake slithering around the other side of the room. I tapped Sasuke's shoulder and pointed pointed at the giant snake. He then pulled out his sword and went into a fighting stance. It was around this point I became lucid. We both ran forward at the snake and it hissed at us. Sasuke tried swiping at it with his sword. The snake grabbed it though and threw him across the room. The snake then turned towards me and was about to attack. I performed the hand signs for the fireball jutsu and then breathed out a large flame in front of me. This damaged the snake a little and kept it at a distance for a moment. While I was breathing fire on it, I noticed that it was putting a lot of extra effort into keeping its tail safe. I realized that the end of its tail must have been a weak spot. "Sasuke! Try to cut off the tail!" I yelled to him. I then lunged at the snake, so I could give Sasuke some time to strike. I grabbed onto the snakes head and started punching at it. This was the best distraction I could think of. Sasuke did the hand signs for his chidori jutsu. He charged lightning chakra into his hand and dashed towards the snake. He swiped his hand over the tail and cut it off. The snake collapsed to the floor and died almost instantly. I somehow lost lucidity after that. I spent the rest of my dream chasing a small white mouse. That's all I can really remember now. End
I was playing a game and I was a low level so I just hid in the bushes or something I was a ninja I was picking flowers My irl sister was there There was some sort of flood in the sewers?
non-dream dream semi-lucid lucid false awakening I think my grandma always had so-called "supernatural" visions, that were always dismissed as allucinations and so she was considered crazy. Now that she is blind and stuck to a bed, the divisions between "real life" and her "allucinations" became even thinner, so now people think she lost her mind for good. But when I hear her stories, I realize she simply cannot distinguish "real life" and "dreams" because the two "worlds" now coexist at the same level for her. I wish I could explain to her that she is blessed and not cursed. She complains a lot about a group of soldiers who visit her frequently and want to recruit her to work for them. Last night I dreamt I was at home with her and she was again complaining about all the people who were there talking loud and not allowing her to rest. I asked her to be patient and just embrace it, but she was in a really bad mood and not open to my advices. Then, out of nowhere, came an indian guy in his 30's, who sat on the bed by her side and told her that his group of ninjas didn't mean to upset her, but to help her. He explained how they work on the dream world to help other dreamers in fighting evil and face their own fears. I jumped with surprise and was about to say I'm a dream warrior myself, when I decided to shut up, because I became more suspicious lately and don't want to reveal too much to strangers in the dream plane. I felt that she would listen to him, so I left them talking and moved on to another dream. I was at an empty auditorium and he followed me there. He asked me if what I was about to say previously was that I am also a warrior like him and then I felt that I could trust him. I said yes and then he asked me if I knew the 10 ninjas team. I said no, but then I recalled a brief encounter on some dream with a group of ninjas who said they were Julian Assange's spy team. Maybe they were the same group. He then asked me for my dream warrior name and I told him it is Mayatara. I wrote it down so he would know the exact spelling. That's when the dream started to get all scrambled and we lost contact.
I was in some sort of training complex for all sorts of stuff. How to shoot a gun, how to use a sword, how to drive some fancy type of vehicle, etc. It was outside, and extended to a low, gray, brick wall. In the background, people where driving fancy vehicles that looked like a mix between a jeep and a golf cart, and was made for one person. Others were fencing with very nice looking swords, ranging from rapiers to katanas. Some people were kneeling and shooting automatic weapons at bags of flour. I was in a line to be assigned to one of these activities. People in front of me were being handed guns and swords and whatnot from a military looking man with a clipboard. He was obviously some sort of marshal, though I was not sure that this was a military complex. Worried, I felt around my head, and found with much jolliness that I did not have a buzz cut, and at the moment, that convinced me that I was not actually in the presence of the military. When I reached the marshal looking fellow, the looked me up and down briefly. His eyes stayed on my left hand for a moment. I looked down at it to notice, for the first time, that I was holding a pair of scissors, with a shiny blades at an angle from the black scissor-handle-doodad. I looked at the man in front of me. He pointed to my right and grunted. He then walked grudgingly elsewhere, as I was the end of the line. I found a group of six or seven other people, one of them an adult man with black hair and a coat, an instructor of sorts. The other five were the same group of people more or less than my age that seem to follow me around on the weekends. ( :O ) If I remember correctly, there were three men including me (But not the instructor) , and three women, and all of us had scissors with black scissor-handle-doodads, but not all with shiny angled blades. The instructor instructed us, though I do not remember any specific thing he said. We seemed to be a group of elite scissor ninjas, and proceeded to go through drills such as scissor tai-chi, scissor dueling, and snipping at the necks of training androids with fake flesh. At the end of the training, I twirled the scissors around my index finger, feeling rather pleased with my skills in scissory. Then I woke up, and felt disappointed with the tiny blunt scissors I got in kindergarten.

The entire bus station was operating within a large roundabout, and the whole operation was overseen by a young malaysian-chinese girl. On another level however, things were being overseen by a group of black-clad, sword carrying ninja warriors.
I'm in a room with these strange people-creatures and muppets. There were good guys and bad guys, but I only saw the bad guys. They seemed to be fighting eachother. I saw a garden troll, but his hair was standing up, it was wavy, was hard like metal, and ended in points. It was his weapon. He ended up flipping in the air and his hair got him stuck upside down in the wood floor. Then I saw a normal muppet like Grover, but it wasn't him. He flipped up over a beds foot board. The board was split in the middle so it was like an open mouth. The muppet ninja flipped over the foot board, but when he landed, his head was in the middle of the foot board and he was kind of trapped. He slowly worked his way out from the space in the foot board until he was free. I then saw a branch with little bugs on it. These were also bad even though they were cute. They were little plush bugs, like a soft, cute, cuddly bug you would give a little kid (bad, huh?) They were bad though, as evidenced by the fact that a plush butterfly landed on the branch with five little, round plush bugs, then the butterfly proceeded to turn into an insect with three body sections, then a single section like a lady bug...like the other five bugs on the branch. This was a bad bug because a good bug would have turned into a butterfly; this one went in reverse. Six, cute, plush, evil bugs on a branch. Then, an announcer's voice came over the P.A. to introduce Yoda. I wondered if Yoda would be good or bad since there were supposed to be good muppets there, but I could only see bad ones. I woke up before the Jedi master made it onto the scene. That would have been epic! Too bad.
Okay, moving on the the DV Member Dream: It was actually a very long complex dream. I'll share the fragments that I remember. I was with my sister (that died) for a while. I thought it was nice that we could be together again after so long. We were staying at this hotel type place with a large group of people. There seemed to be a lot going on. At one point we were river rafting. Then we were climbing in the snow. I had a raft/sled and slid down this tough part of the montain. It felt like I was white water kayaking. I was able to maneuver the sled thing fairly well. The group was impressed with my skills. Then my sister was gone and her mother-n-law was giving a speech about how horrible cancer was. In the middle of the speech I realized I had left my purse behind. I went back to the hotel room. There were new people in the room. It didn't surprise me. I knew that there were going to be new people joining me. I tried to use the restroom because I really had to go. But they were cleaning it. I thought. "It figures. At least it won't be so gross and dirty like it was last time." Then I was with this large group that had a lot of little kids in it. I had climbed up this tower thing to hear the person who was teaching the seminar. Some kids climbed up with me. One little girl almost fell. I had to help her. Then I was talking to Ninja about lucid dreaming. I think we had been eating breakfast together. As we left to go back to the hotel, I said, "I don't want to invade your privacy or anything, but are you staying here for business or just for fun?" Ninja thought for a second then answered with, "Well, I'm getting to do everyting that I wanted to here." Which made me assume that he was here for both. I thought about answering back about why I was here. And then I wasn't so sure why I was here. I had been having fun, but wasn't I here for the seminar? I wasn't sure what to say so I just said goodbye and crossed the street toward my hotel.
I wasn't aware that I was doing this yesterday, but when I read about dream incubation this morning, I saw that that's what I had unintentionally done last night. But even though I didn't know about incubation, before I fell asleep, I had a feeling it was going to happen. Yesterday, I was looking at shurikens (ninja throwing stars) almost all afternoon. I'm also almost finished reading a book on ninja mind manipulation throughout history. I DON'T study ninjitsu, btw. Anyway, here's the dream: ~>>*<<~ I'm part of a traveling team of heroes who dish out justice with ... custom-made shurikens. We have a medium sized staff that operates our team vehicle -- a high-end bus/truck that's a mobile HQ control center. It's got all kinds of high tech gadgetry -- communication stuff, tracking stuff, media stuff, etc. So, apparently, when someone is in danger, it registers on our systems and a combat team member is dispatched (armed to the teeth with shurikens of course). Anyway, someone was in danger and one of the staff shouts for me to deploy to (?)Dallas(?). As soon as she says that, my project manager from work jumps out of nowhere and goes "He can't do that one! It's not priority! He's working on a project for me!" and disappears. I tell the staff member to try another location. As she's looking, she screams (pretty much horrified) "OH NOOOO!" ~>><<~ That's it. If you're wondering what my little symbols and things are, they closely resemble the symbols I use in my own dream journal at home: ~>>*<<~ is "Dream begins." ~>>...<<~ is "I don't remember the beginning of the dream, but this is the point from which I recall." ~>>O<<~ is "Dream ends." ~>><<~ is "Dream ends and I wake up right then." (?)any words(?) means "I THINK that's what was said." or "I THINK that's what was done" or "I THINK that's what I saw." I'm sure I'll come up with other symbols for more stuff as I move along.
I had a lucid last night, it might have ranked among my top ten best lucids. Enjoy. :3 I was in the 8th grade hall of my school, having a conversation with a friend about, ironically, lucid dreaming. The dismissal bell had rung; everybody, in colorful clothes, was heading downstairs via the double staircase and to the door beside of it. My friend departed, and I didn't pay attention to where he was going, but by the looks of it, he was going to fall down the stairs. I was shortly outside, walking on the path to the bus loop that went along the mostly glass side of the school. Somewhere along the way I met another friend, distinguishable from his ethnicity and his green coat. Also, along the way, I became lucid. I continued walking, to prevent myself from getting too excited. I marveled at how real everything was, everything was so accurate. I took this path every day for two years, and I'm still walking it this year, but I was still very impressed. Even the ditch that had been recently filled in, only this week, was accurate. The only flaws were a giant dollar weed growing next to the filled in ditch, and the lack of chalk paintings beneath my feat. I was now on the asphalt road to the bus loop. Garbage trucks and other kinds of large trucks parked here. The light dimmed, mist seeped in around the sides of of the building and the surrounding forest. I just went along with it. My initial lucidity is usually followed by some sort of event that seemed to try to knock me back into non lucidity, usually I give in. Not this time. "He's coming," I heard somebody whisper. Sound's just about right, it always seems to be a DC trying to confront me. The basket ball court, a way's away, expanded to the size of a football field, and I was on top of it. The mist turned into a dark gray fog. I saw a dash at the fog's edge, chasing somebody. It was really fast, like a ninja. According the the blur, the attacker was white with blonde hair, and he throws his arms back and leans forward at he runs. I run around aimlessly, hoping for a sigh of the dream character. While running, I stuck a hand out and barely caught a pen, being thrown like a knife, from hitting another DC on the field. I smirked and said something incoherent, as it was hard to focus. I hadn't come derailed at all from the dream; concentration was just a little rough. I ran in pursuit of the attacker. At some point, I stumbled, and as I caught my self from the fall, a rather late idea emerged; I should stabilize the dream! (Author's note: If you're one of those people who like music while reading about fights, I'd recommend this.) "Anchor dream," I managed to blurt out. The dream immediately stabilized by at least five times. It had already been realistic; but it was like I was playing a video game, now I was actually there. I noticed after stabilized that my vision was about to black out before. I suppose I caught my fall more ways than one. A swift force dropped me to the ground and rolled me over, and the attacker was standing on top of me, a short, pointed stick pulled back in his left hand, and a dragon shaped kazoo held less then a foot from my face in his right. Perfect. I moved the kazoo aside with a forearm, feeling it's jagged wooden texture, the feelings of the spikes on the dragon kazoo were that of the dull edge of a wooden cube. The attacker, no older that thirteen, thrust his stick forward, towards my chest. As I intercepted, I noticed from the feeling of his momentum that he was only applying brute force and no technique other than a few fancy stances. Many principles of waking life combat are not present in lucid dreaming, needless to say. But I could name a few. The dream character I was fighting was fast, but within limit. I kept his arms away from his center so he lacked protection and so he would take longer to recover. I disarmed him from his stick by drawing a circle with his wrist, and I made it burst into flames by setting my hand on fire. I reached out towards him with my flaming hand and he scampered back ten feet, and I stood up. The dream transitioned to a bedroom, lit by a window. The ceiling was slanted, it was part of the roof. The boy who attacked me was sitting in a corner for reason, and I made him vanish on a whim. I contemplated on flying through the window, wondering if I would fit. The corners of my vision began fading quickly. My single attempt to re-stabilize the dream failed, and I blacked out into the insides of my eyelids, which I opened. I did a reality check using the digital clock on my dresser. I was awake. But then I fell asleep again, and I can recall some dream about a squad of seven jet fighters that ended sadly with a nuke and them all being incinerated. So that was cool.
