    1. Working out the kinks

      by , 06-12-2014 at 01:45 PM
Last night's dream was not entirely lucid, but once I got there it was fantastic. It has been a long time since I recalled a dream in a journal, so there needs to be some practice there, and I was woken up by external things so that bothered me a bit. So things I need to work on are: lucid dreaming, dream recall, dream re-entering (yes, I can do that), and, of course, writing skills.

First, There was the warehouse that I used as a shortcut, like I owned the place. I can't remember what I was running from the first time, but as I entered the building I was given two choices. The men of the warehouse would let me pass if I modeled for them, or they would kick me out and hand me over to whomever I was running from. Actually, as I write this out, I was hiding from my husband. Hrm, that's strange. Yes, I'm married (almost 12 years), but hiding from him is one thing, modelling for strangers is another, and put them together it's just weird. This is the part where I became lucid though and managed to change a few things around. Modelling was fun and it felt good to be appreciated. In the "real world" I am overweight and not happy about it (hence, the closeup of my fact in the profile picture). In my dream, I was hot stuff.

The dream shifted when my sister came to get me for exams. Did I want to sit my college exams or skip them? I chose to sit them. Again, a difference in dream and awake worlds. I don't sit college exams in my current school; it is all online and exams aren't necessary. I got to choose the location as well, and chose Seton Hall. No, I have never been to Seton Hall, but the process of signing in and sitting an exam was exhilarating. I knew the instructor from previous dreams.

That's something worth mentioning. I dream of the same people a lot. That's another entry, I suppose.

At the end of the exam, we were all treated to a performance from the orchestra, led by a student composer about five years my junior. He had dark hair, an electric smile, and bright eyes. They instructor kept bringing up me during the after-party (type thing) and mentioning to the composer that I was lesbian. In a way, that's true, but after a few minutes he leaned over and whispered that he saw my wedding band "glistening in the light". "That's because I'm married, to a man." I replied. His eyebrows raised and I said the obvious "I'm bi." I felt truly uncomfortable at that point and walked away, back to the warehouse.

Because the warehouse had been previously dirty and "manly" I created an elaborate dressing room for myself to hide in so I could change into something less formal and leave. I had just finished packing up my belongings and clothing when somebody opened the door and scared me half out of my wits. But then, I saw behind him, at a distance, the composer, and I wondered what he could possibly want coming towards me. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to find out, for I was woken up from first my alarm, then my husband's, then our cats. Half the dream is missing in my head because of those continued distractions.

The half that remains lingers, like they always do, like these people are real and tangible.

I have, in fact, met people I have dreamt about, and been places I couldn't have possibly seen prior to. Like when I traveled to Australia, I knew my way around a shopping center having never been there before. I knew what kind of temporary table was set up around the corner. What are the chances? I knew it all like I'd been there a thousand times, yet I hadn't been there even once. And that table, was temporary, just set up, even my friend didn't know it was there.

The same thing happened in Toronto. I knew my way around because I'd been there in my dreams. I knew my friend by the way he walked and the way he "felt."

I'll stop here and make another entry soon.
    2. Some update

      by , 06-12-2014 at 12:16 PM (4th DJ-Attempt)
      Non-lucid, lucid, SP-awake and/or observations

      Nap after Work:

.../I'm in the middle of this dream world routine, before going to school. I've just get out of the house and I'm about to go to the bus stop when I realize it's not my waking life and I have dream this sequence before, including the lucidity part. I decide to go on with the plot, so I keep on walking to the bus stop. It's a little bit far from my point of view but I don't mind walking in order to stabilize the dream. I see the bus is already there. I think perhaps I could summon a particular DC in the bus to have some sex. But my body slowly starts to fading out when I realize I stopped feeling my legs.
I'm lying on the bed with my eyes closed. I can partially feel every movement I think about my body although I cannot see it. It's not too difficult to imagine things in this stage. I know I could get back into the dream, so I go on remembering part of the routine I was dreaming before/...
.../I'm getting out of the apartment which is on a higher floor. I realize I can see again and better feel my body. I don't remember other thing but to stabilize the dream. I don't want to lose it thinking too much. I start going down stairs. My body is a little bit blurry and I can still feel myself lying on the bed. so I start slapping my legs and arms to feel them in stead of my real body. It apparently works, so I start going down stairs exaggerating my movements to feel this body. I got to go a couple of floors down but it's too loud out there and I can feel other things which don't make sense in the dreamscape and my body fades out again. I can still feel what I think, but this time it's too loud out here. My wife is making too much noise and I cannot go back to sleep.

      * I barely remember I have been shortly lucid in this world before, but it's too blurry to have a proper recall.
    3. The Snow (lucid)

      by , 06-12-2014 at 01:35 AM
I wake up from my usual night's sleep in order to go to the restroom. Don't recall my dreams. When I get back, I settle in, noting in my mind that this would be a good time for a lucid attempt, and then I allow myself to drift off.

One of the ways I initiate lucid dreaming is visualization. My particular mode is exploring an environment in my head, in detail. I know I'm entering the dream when the environment becomes easier to explore and more unpredictable. Sometimes there is a sense of "breaking the tension" and moving into lucidity. Sometimes it's more gentle. Sometimes I feel like things are still fuzzy and don't get the clarity I want. Like all lucid techniques, it's a mixed bag.

I grab onto the first location that drifts into my mind - an old apartment I used to live in. I am outside on the front lawn. I walk down the lawn and across the street and head for a stream that is on the other side of the complex. It is lined on either side by thick trees that were simply never knocked down by the developer.

When I reach the stream, I begin my explorations. I decide to do something I did there a lot as a child - look for rocks that would look good once they had been through a rock tumbler. I pick up a few rocks and examine them, but don't see anything I like. I continue walking down the stream, splashing my feet in the water.

The stream becomes larger and deeper. I have reached a part of the stream that no longer looks familiar.
I note that my visualization has become more intense. I walk from the center of the stream to the bank on the side, which has become muddy. As I continue walking, the stream becomes deeper and more turbulent, and has cut deeper into the banks. The banks have gone from the soft dark brown of midwestern soil to a burnt sienna color, and are gaining more of a texture of clay. If anybody has been to Georgia, they may know the color of soil I'm talking about.

The stream has become closer to a river. I imagine that a "duck" style vehicle could probably float down it now. For some reason, a roller coaster is now running along the side of the bank, but it isn't full scale. I take note of it. I try to assess my dream state, but it still feels "thin". There's not really much clarity, and I feel like trying to exert direct influence right now may cause it to fall apart.

The roller coaster has disappeared. I now see a pristine snow drift and a snow-covered hill leading upward from the river bank. I decide to see where the snow leads.

I begin walking through the snowy area. The snow becomes deeper, and as I continue forward, I start having trouble walking through it. I am heading up a steep hill, struggling through the snow. I look up the hill, and realize it leads up a mountain. I look down and I can see the path I've made through the snow. The stream is nowhere in sight - I'm now on a mountain in a mountain range. This is the tallest mountain. It's daytime, and the sky is very blue against the sparkling white snow.

I decide to continue heading upward to see what is up there. The sky becomes darker. The snow is almost up to my chest, and the way up is still very steep. I have no climbing equipment, so I flounder and climb the best I can. At this point, I feel like I am "deep" enough in the dream to start changing things, but I'm genuinely curious as to where this all leads.

Upward, in the distance, wind is picking snow up off the drifts and driving it in swirls across the mountainside. Through the wind and snow, nestled under a massive overhang in the rock of the mountain, I see... a fortress? Castle? It's made of stone. There are no lights; even though it is aesthetically beautiful, in a cold way, all of the openings look defense-oriented - places for archers or people with spears. The only place I see a dim light is what I assume is the entrance.

I reach the door. There is a flat area of stone that forms sort of a "landing", a level area carved out of the rock and laid with decorative stonework. A large, wooden door leads to what I assume is the interior of the fortress. The aesthetic is quite Gothic (but think of something in the style of Rheinstein Castle, not something like Cologne Cathedral). There are lights on either sides of the door, but interestingly, they seem more like gaslights than torches. The wood is stained a warm brown color and the fittings look like they are made of bronze.

There is a lever to open the door in front of it. I ponder how that really isn't very, you know, secure, but I get the feeling that not everybody is actually able to pull it. Only certain people can. I pull it with no problem, though. The door opens.

I walk into a gallery with an extremely high ceiling. There are massive chandeliers lit with huge candles, I count about 8 of them, and each one looks like it is the size of a small room. They look a little... Victorian. The whole thing seems cathedral-esque, but when I examine the gallery, I see that there are actually walkways high up on either side where archers could perch. Anybody trying to march through here could be easily sniped.

I'm not sure what I'm expecting. There are 2 doors at the very end of the gallery. The one to the right is open, and in the room there is a small screen, and it seems to be a bedroom of some sort, which I think is kind of weird. Then I realize it's a place for guards to rest, where they could easily access the gallery, so this might be an area that also leads to barracks. I still think it's a really weird layout. I go through the door that is right in front of me, though.

It leads to a dark room with stone walls and outlets to a hallway on either side. I'm not sure what I expected, but it wasn't this. The scenery still feels blurry and not 100% real, which is also a bit frustrating.

I walk through the door directly across me. I am in another room with high ceilings and a large chandelier. Things are getting blurry and kind of falling apart. The architecture is getting weird and I feel like it's getting "wrong". I begin to feel frustrated. I'm still trying to look for a throne room, or something, but I keep encountering weird rooms like this that just don't seem to fit the layout right. I'm looking for a dream character of any sort of significance, at this point, since I haven't really seen anybody.

There's another screen with someone behind it... I look around for a person. I'm actually looking around for what my dreamscape would consider to be the "leader" of this place, but instead, a woman who looks like a nanny appears. I don't know what small children she'd be minding, I assumed the ones of the head of the castle. At the time, I assumed there would be some, but now that I think about it there don't seem to be any. I think they might be around, but I don't see any. I should have talked to her, and asked what was up, but I didn't. I have an irritating tendency to stay silent during these dreams.

I can't get the DC I want to appear. I wake up.

The castle is cool, though. Once I've been to a dream-location, it seems like it can be a little easier getting there again (cottage is still hard, though). I wish I had spent more time examining individual parts of the fortress, rather than just pressing onward. If I end up there again, I probably will.

      Dream
      Lucid

I was in class taking a history test and using the text book as aid. I decided to go home so I got in my car and was on a small road with sand all over; it was a typical New Mexican road. There were a lot of cops around pulling people over. I was behind a girl and saw her smiling at me. She had short reddish hair with really nice teeth. I came to a stop and suddenly the cops turn on their lights and start speeding off. I pull forward and get on the right lane, then making a right and following a dirt road to my house. The song "Lalala" was playing on the radio. I notice my house, which is different from the one I lived in. It sort of looked like the house I lived in with L. Hernandez. I notice my phone on the counter and wonder how it's there if I used it a while ago. I ask "Am I dreaming?" and count my fingers. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. I put my hand down and then snap and become lucid.

I feel happy and look around. I tell myself "Explore, explore" so I walk around. I'm walking with a limp and see a mirror. Looking into the mirror, I see my reflection. I'm wearing a white with red shirt that's ripped on my shoulders. I look pretty buff. I walk into a room that has a drier, washer, and fridge. As I open the fridge, I say "Mashed potatoes!", but find no mashed potatoes in the fridge. I close the fridge and enter another room. I see 2 baskets full of mashed potatoes that have the same texture as bread. I grab one and dip it in a pot of gravy that's right next to me. I take a bite and say "Mmmmm" as I'm chewing. It tasted like mashed potatoes. I start walking out of the house and I say "I'm dreaming, "I'm dreaming", to increase lucidity. I walk out into a patio and notice my dream ending.
    5. In n' out nap

      6/11/14

      Just woke up from a nap. 1:30 - 3:30

Didn't want to sleep, because I have tons of work for the next week. But body started getting relaxed almost immediatelly so I thought If I get HH when I close my eyes, I'll go for a WILD or a nap. Since I didn't really want to sleep or sleep long, I kept waking up, or getting close to waking up dipping back under.

      Ha a few cool dreams:

      DR1: DILD

I'm in a hospital as a nurse in training or something similar. We are walking around, doing things. There is a patient and something prevents us from checking on her. A nurse or doc tells us, that it's too bad, because we are there to learn and god knows when we'll have another chance on a live patient.

Now I'm in my mom's kitchen. I'm writing something on a laptop. There is a girl there with me. She hands me a paper with some handwritten notes, saying that she noticed me typing in english, so there are names of some books she knows I would enjoy. She eminates so much peace and love. I feel so good in her presence. She has long darker hair and a calm, smiling face.

She remind me of one of my good friends from high school, L.H. So I half jokingly ask her, if she her, or related to her, because sure as heck they are so similar. She laughs and says no.

We talk some more when i say "hey, wait a minute, I think we are in a dream". I look at my left hand and count my fingers and sure enough. I'm so happy that I rcognized the dream feel and counted my fingers. I tell her all excited that we are in a dream and I'm so happy to share that moment with her. I grab her by the hand and we walk through the balcony glass door. I'm thinking if I should tell her t just walk through and not worry, or will that make her worry, but by then we have stepped through. We are outside and it's night. I say let's go flying, but it's so slow. So I tell her to get jets for her back and I get some for my feet. It's still so slow, no matter how much I want it.

So I tell her to lay on her back and paddle that way, and as a bonus we see the starry skies that way too.

      DR2:

My parents are visiting me in Beverly Hills. It's at night, they just arrived. I want to take them outside by the swimming pool and ahve a glass of red wine. I'm showing them the city pool deep below us.

I vaguely remember something about snakes chasing us in the swimming pool.

      DR3:

I'm outside of my childhood house, near the tennis courts. Some teenagers drive by in a cabriolet. They are up to no good and when they spot us, they start shooting. I summon an assault rifle and start shooting. I realize my hands are empty, so I at least make the ta-ta-ta sound in hopes it will make bullets appear. But no.

Now I'm on my balcony and teens are all over the neighborhood causing trouble. We are trying to get away through the balcony. I think I can just jump off and fly, but my mom is worried.

Almost forgot. Last night, fellated a foot long black... snake. Proly bit longer. Somebody walked in. Then let us be.

    6. Creating a Notice-Me-Not Charm for some Sexy Fun

      by , 06-11-2014 at 08:49 PM
01-05-2014 -- [Lots of long dreams last night, but I couldn't remember anything of them. Last bit of sleep in the morning I dreamed this short scene, and it was the only thing I could remember, though in a fair bit of detail.] I am in BMs house and it is late at night. I am in the living room/kitchen area, which looks much like in real life, except there are no bedrooms off the kitchen area, all are down the hallway. For some reason my computer is in the living room, hooked up to a TV through a very poorly laid out set of wires so that I am in no way sure how it is hooked up to the TV. Somehow it is playing a TV show or perhaps a music file, and it is coming out fairly loudly. I am very worried it is going to wake JM and he is going to come out yelling and screaming, so I am scrambling to turn the thing off, but even though I shut down the computer, the TV is still playing the noise, and I am having difficulty finding how to shut it down.

I finally manage to shut it down, and decide it is time to go to bed. I head down the hallway to the bedrooms, but it is growing larger and larger until the hallway is maybe fifteen or twenty feet wide and quite long. In the middle of the hallway, itself, sits a large king or queen bed, and as I walk past it, BM steps out of a room dressed in a nightgown. I have always had a thing for her, but with her sleeping in a bed in the middle of the hallway and tons of people staying in the house, I don't see how I can find a chance to do anything, so I continue walking to my room. My room is about where it ought to be, but instead of being one lone room, it is the first in a long row of rooms along another long hallway I have seen in other dreams.

It feels like there are a huge number of relatives staying over, something like 6 or 7 families, each with two or three kids. As I make my way into my bedroom, I find there are three young ladies (late teens, very lovely, probably just barely legal) waiting in my bed for me, pulling me down, caressing me, and swarming all over me. One of them seems to have a very pretty face, and some small but pretty breasts, but a mass of scars on her body, which kind of gives her a mottled appearance much like that of Darth Maul, except in tan and white rather than red and black. From all the scars I wonder if she had to either receive or perhaps donate bone marrow or something, being opened up all over her body to access her bones. Anyway, even with the scars, she is attractive enough, so I would be more than willing to cuddle with her as well as the others. Only problem is, I am worried others will come by and see us, since the rooms seem to have no actual doors.

So though it is not a Harry Potter dream, I take a page out of his book and start to slowly create sort of magical walls around the bed, sort of creating them with a sort of notice-me-not charm in their making, so nobody outside the walls can actually see the bed or the people in it, and therefore cannot see us having our fun and interrupting it. It is taking a fairly long amount of time to create these 'walls' surrounding the bed, but I am more than willing to take the time, as I am convinced once I have completed the shield, I can somehow kind of copy and paste it, and instantly duplicate it around the bed BM is sleeping in, and enjoy my time with her. I even half know I am dreaming, and hope I can instantly put it up in other dreams, having taken the time to create it in this one.
    7. 10th of June -> 11th of June

      by , 06-11-2014 at 08:39 AM
      Preparation: The normal
Products: Applejuice and a multivitamin pill (which had 4 mg of b6)
      Number of dreams: 3
Sleep: 11.30 PM to: 08.40 AM.

      Dream:1 Lucidity:0
      Vividness: 7
      Length:6
      Recall: 4
I start out on a shore, and walk around for a bit. I seem to have a sword (some kind of rapier). Eventually i see 2 of my friends riding on some type of strange fish down the river. I jump on. We eventually jump off when we hit a bridge, and cant go any further. Some girls are sitting under the bridge, I challenge 1 of them to a swordfight, if i win, she raises the bridge. This is all i can remember. But i know there was more to this dream.

      Dream 2 Lucidity:0
      Vividness: 8
      Length:8
      Recall:6
The earliest thing i can remember is me sitting on a crowded bus, one of the girls jump of the bus in speed, but the rest continue on. It seems we drove past our point on the bus, so me and a few friends want to get back up. We take an insanely hard way though. It is almost impossible to climb, with steep hills and long drops. We get to a very steep part, which has few parts go grab onto. But there is a car trying to get down. The road isn't big enough for both of us.
My friends are about half way up, but i am lagging behind, as i got the hardest route. When they both get up the small, steep hill, Trym (one of the DC'S) tries to help me up. It is not enough, the stronger friend i have, tries to help me up, and he succedes. However he is cocky, and boasts of his ability to lift me into the air, we end up danglig at the end, and we both fall of.

I cant remember if i woke up here, but i know the dream continues. My friend died, it seems, but i lived. And the mood has changed, i am half grieving for him and half pissed. For some reason i walk into some rich family's yard, and see a large amount of people playing and having fun. If i walk a bit further into the yard, a group of people are chatting. They bring up my climb, and asks me how it went. I say it didn't go very well, because Vetle died. I go out the mansion using a different door, but now some annoying kids are following me. They ask me questions as i slam the exit door and leave the mansion, only to see a beautiful city. I think there were 3 kids.

      Dream 3: Lucidity:8
      Vividness: 8
      Length:2
      Recall:7
Insanely short dream. I realize i'm dreaming somehow in the middle of my schoolyard. I see a few people i think, but i focus on the fact that i am lucid, really lucid. I first try to make a DC appear ahead of me, doesn't work. So i try to summon a teddybear behind me, and it works! I think i get pretty excited here since i wake up.

Extra: In the second dream, the hill and place in general seems VERY familiar, so much i almost know i've dreamt something about it before. The city is inspired by Fredrikstad, the hill in dream 2 by engevika, and schoolyard in dream 3 by my school.

    8. 6/7 & 6/10 TOTM Kardashian Impregnation KILD-DILD + FA

      by , 06-11-2014 at 12:11 AM
6/10/14* (short version, though not a super long LD; KILD=Kiss Induced Lucid Dream) I am getting on a commuter train and feel very tired. I think to myself what if I can lucid dream on the train but it doesn't occur to me that I'm dreaming yet. Seem to doze off quickly and I'm standing in a hall and three ladies that I think are supposed to be the Kardashian sisters are standing on the other side of the hall across from me. The shortest one (seems to be Kourtney) is in between the other two and is changing her top and I could briefly see her breasts and the other two sisters are trying to cover her up while she changes. I move my head to the left and get another view of her right breast facing me. I believe that I am semi-lucid here. Khloe walks over to me like she is going to set me straight and I grasp her and kiss her and she is into it and I fully realize that this is a dream and I think of the TOTM bonus impregnation task. My original plan was to do it with Girl Friday (and I still can) and then to summon a meteor to mark the occasion (perform the meteor task) and visit the meteor landing site. We take it to the ground after some standing foreplay which includes my common reach down for moisture. Anyway, the main thing is we get down to intercourse. I start imagining exploding inside her and can kind of feel it (I think about how it has felt way more realistic on at least one occasion) and I pull up a little and say "look...your stomach is growing" and it does grow taking her up to what must be like 6 months pregnant or less with multiple babies or something...who knows. Anyway this blends into a very convincing false awakening where I think I hear my wife calling for me from downstairs as if I am making her late and I notice I am having trouble rolling out of bed and getting up and think that I hear her coming up the stairs. I try to reach over and bang the wall to let her know that I'm awake and getting up and I am finally able to fully wake myself and I wake up only to find that the last part was all just a false awakening. 159

Craziness has been keeping me from doing much with my day practices and no night time practices this night due to needing a good night's sleep but going back over exercise 4a from the Open Beta exercises yesterday may have helped. The exercise gave me the sense that everything is a dream (at least for a more extended period than normal) and I found more exciting about my waking world.

6/7/14* DILD involved me driving on what at first seemed like a familiar road and then realizing that I did not know this road at all - I am dreaming. I fly up out of the car and end up in the void where I patiently summon Girl Friday and have her strip which was very hot, turned into a false awakening of wife coming into the room and her being pleasantly surprised by my condition down there. 158
    9. First Lucid Experience: Minecraft Blocky AND Real-World Smooth

      by , 06-10-2014 at 07:55 PM (The Kestrel's Dreams)
      June 10, 2014

After having mostly fragmented memories of dreams and waking at 5:30 am, I fell back asleep and had this dream:

I was visiting some other country with my family (immediate and most of the grandparents/aunts/cousins, as well as the Stanleys, who are the family of my mom's old high school friend). At first, we were in a city, wandering around and exploring new places. We were in a Hotel there, and my mom had come back with a bicycle she'd just bought. We all wondered how practical this was, since we were going to have to fly back, just like we'd had to fly there. We all got in multiple cars and headed for the house we were renting for the next week and a half of the trip; apparently Bob had built it.

I decided to do some exploring of the house. There was a main section of the house, with the living spaces, and three of the bedrooms, and then there was a separate space connected by a partially underground hallway (there were windows at the top of the walls, and these windows were just above ground level outside). The second space was a garden/master bedroom. There were flowers in pots everywhere and when I looked out the window, I saw that the whole top of that hallway was also planted. There were lots of windows, and the bed was in a section that was sunk down a few steps. I went outside the building and saw a door, but didn't think much of it, assuming it was just leading off from one of the bedrooms.

Then, mom got back. She'd decided to come on her bike, so it took her a lot longer to get there. Except she came on a motor scooter. We asked her why she had it, and she said that she'd traded the bike for the scooter. She had apparently also picked up groceries on the way there; they were in bags behind her.

I asked it I could ride the scooter (I only call it a scooter because I can't think of any better word... It was basically a box with wheels and no right-side wall, so that you could get in and out. I guess it was more of a cockpit?), and mom said sure, why not? She proceeded to show my family the snake she'd gotten on a whim at the grocery store.

So I get in through the absent right-hand wall, and sit/squat in this awkward little seat that was slanted forwards. The steering mechanism was a simple floppy paddle handle (like the locks on some bathroom stalls). At first, I thought that it was also the way to accelerate (kind of how in bumper cars, often times to reverse, you need to turn so far you go backwards), so I turned it really far and ended up just spinning really fast and getting dizzy (it spun without pressing the gas, apparently). I found the actual gas and break pedals and got on my way, taking it out for a spin.

I first went up the road to the left (as you face the house), which was up. The house was on a hill, so to the left it went uphill, and to the right it went downhill on a curve to the right. We were on a mountain or something, I think. I got bored going uphill, so I turned around (the turning was like in some video games, where when you rotate the handle to the left for the camera view, it turns right, and vise versa. I hate that, it confuses me so much) and went downhill. I passed the house and went along the curve to the right, and then it was straight and steep, and there was a jeep (this jeep, to be precise; I should clarify that I am in no way a conservative. One of my friends posted this on FB) coming at me really fast with their brights on even though the sun was just starting to set, and the road was narrow, so I pulled over to the right side, which was nearly a cliff, and waited for it to pass. I got freaked out by the jeep and turned back to go home.

When I got back, the snake my mom had bought with the groceries was chilling on the front porch, but then a large red snake with yellow spots outlined in black came out of the ground (like, it came out of the GROUND, not out of a hole in the ground) and attacked mom's snake. It was crazy. They were vicious and kept going in and out of the ground, and I was freaked out because I was almost positive this other snake was venomous and they kept coming up at random spots, so I hopped back inside where I would be safe. I told my mom, but she didn't seem too worried about her snake. "She's a tough cookie, that one," she said with a thumbs up.

I went off to find my brothers and ended up finding them in the main living room. Bob said he'd included a secret space when he built the house. I looked over and found a room I had missed before; it was long and narrow, with bunk beds built into the wall on the right-hand side. There were four bunks, then one twin, and then one queen/double. The last thing built into that wall was a sort of reading nook with a table and booth-benches around it. Bob and Erik said they would be sleeping in this room with the Stanley boys and our uncles.

On the left at the end of the room was an open space, and a door was at the very end. I opened it, and found out it was the door I'd seen earlier.

When I closed the door, everything went all Minecraft on me. I accidentally deleted a block from the wall, and I rotated through my inventory to replace it with a stone block, but then I realized the walls were made of leaf-blocks. I didn't have any of those in my inventory, so I left it as it was. I looked over to the area to the left and noticed something strange; it looked like there was something behind the leaf-blocks making up the wall, so I broke one of them with my sheers (so I could replace it if there wasn't actually anything there) and found a tunnel with a pitfall at the end. I looked down the hole, and found out there was water running below. A tetris-ish shaped lily-pad floated past, and I jumped down and landed on it.

I was in this GORGEOUS underground jungle-temple-like space. The river was artificial, it seemed, made out of cobblestone blocks, suspended a few blocks from the ground and winding and going up and down. There were vines hanging down over everything and dappled light coming in through little holes in the ground (the ceiling above me, since I was underground now). Roots intertwined and connected with the cobblestone river. It was at the same time minecraft blocky and real-world smooth. It was so surreal and so beautiful! There were lily-pads on the water, and chests full of treasure scattered throughout the river; some in the water, some above the water, some on the cobblestone at the edge of the water.

I let myself be carried by the river until it came into open daylight (the sun still had not set, but was very close to the horizon now) and found myself above the house. Instead of the road there had been before, it was all a river now. Wait a minute, this was a road before... Am I dreaming? Sure enough, for the first time ever, I did a reality check in my dream, and found I was dreaming. I was so excited that it started to destabilize, but I ran as fast as I could to the house to tell everyone we were in a dream.

I woke up before I could reach the house.
I gained lucidity (and remember it) for the first time!

Update: That day I spent way more time than I should have building the house in Minecraft. lol

    10. Someone touching my feet and out my body in the dream

      by , 06-10-2014 at 02:58 PM
I was tired but fell asleep late last night. So when I woke up I went back to sleep. In my dream I was in the living room with my nephew and brothers. My bro was sleeping on the floor and my sis came in with someone. My nephew kept trying to jump on the couch so I told him to stop and he did. That's when I appearered on my bed laying on my stomach. The room was kind of bright though. I than proceeded to have images on my mind about the forum. In it Kadie was making a prediction about something weird. Her text said her prediction was right cause there were 3 something and 8 seasons of good surplus or something. Maybe it was food related but w/e. Than I felt someone feeling on my feet. I than had a false awakening and was on my bed again. But went back to sleep to see in first person a image of a house. First it started out small and black. But I tried harder and could see everything. The bathroom was clean. The walls were pink on the bottom with some brown and bone white on the top I think....anyways I appeared on my bed again but this time I was outside my body. I tried to get in but started vibrating cause I was scared. I saw images of ham with 1 blue ham in it and 3 glasses of red juice with straws in them.I think i ate 1 and drank some juice when it happened. XD But after like 2 mins I woke up for real. I think I had this dream cause I was thinking about how I didn't want this kind of dream....but oh well.

      Bedtime: 12.PM Waketime: 11:AM.

Preparation: The normal (see DJ entry 1)

Dream 1:Me and my little brother were in some kind of large house, and i had recently been given a cat. The reason for this was because i for some reason had to prove my responsibility, and that i could take care of things. I think me and my little brother then walk to a different house, or most likely a different part of the large house. My little brother brings the cat, and we stay there for some time playing with the cat. After we leave the house, i ask my brother where the cat is. Darn, he forgot. I rage at him for a little while and there my memory cuts.

Dream 2: In a large amazon-like environment, me and and ome my friends find a snowscooter and race down a snow-clad hill that we somehow found. We take turns being the steerer, as there is no brake or engine. We drive past a crowded area in the snow where children and people are playing. Accidentially we drive off a cliff. I cant remember if i woke up here, or if i actually didn't fall, but just went off the tracks.

Dream 3: This was the clearest dream out of the three, and the only one where i very faintly seem to remember i was lucid. In the same environement as the first dream, my brother (could have been a different DC) seems to be having a bit off a fight with some random people chillig inside a crashed plane of the mountains. He cuffs his arm to mine, and asks me if i dare to dangle off the side of the mountain. There is a little cut here where i dont remember anything.
I then encounter one of my other friends, he is injured and needs blood. This is where i realize i'm in a game, because i try to find out what bloodtype i am by using the menu. What i did most in this dream however, was being a smite/dota-like character running around and killing mobs to level up with my friend (we didn't kill many however as i woke up soon after).

Other things i did, but can't remember when/which of the dreams it happened in is:
-Shoot a bazooka at a tanks that was FAR away, missed every shot.
Climb around the beautiful mountain inspired by the norwegian place, engevika. I was very far up, and there was a vertical drop of a few hundred feet down. I know i was lucid in this scene because i remember myself thinking:''This is a dream, i can survive this fall''. For some reason (maybe i lost lucidity) i didn't jump.
-Stared at a fabolous ass (sorry Linn)
-Go through a type of ''gear up'' corridor where we prepared for battle?
-Traversed the jungle with my friends (seem to remember it was a part of a game, much like capture the flag in f.eks battlefield).
-Saw one of my female friends fail at parachuting down the mountainside.

Explanations/descriptions: Mountain: The mountain was absoloutely beautiful, and was had a long, vertical drop if you were to run straight ahead. If you went left or right however, you could get down to the jungle. It was inspired i think by engevika and hvaler in norway, just much larger. It seems there was a base inside the mountain where you could gear up fpr battle in the jungle below. There was also a plane (could be car) that was crashed into the mountain, you could go inside. The mountains were also shaped like a ton of squares forced together, making it hard and interesting to climb around on.

Jungle: Here me and my friend farmed a few mobs to level up our dota/smite characters. It was lush, green and head vines that snirkled over the forestground. It had broad pathways through it, making it easy to traverse. There seemed to also be some temples of sort, that me and my friends explored. It had tall trees, and many ups and downs.Very fun to explore.

The house: In dream one; It was large, and i think it had white walls. My father was on here, and though i think he was the one that gave me the cat, i'm not sure. The other part of the house, where i lost the cat definately had white walls, and some chars. The walls were also strangely deformed, i think.

The snowy place/hill: Very basic, had extreme drops downwards, not fit for anyone to go down (even though kids were playing at the bottom of the hill. It was nice, and went down for a VERY long time. At the bottom i think i saw lake, there were few trees that were covered in snow as well.
    12. Bathroom to Father Room OST + WBTB + DILD

by , 06-09-2014 at 05:41 PM (Inner World حلم Gamma Waves)
I was playing video games with 1 of my cousins in the living room and he told me that he needed another controller to play while that was happening my grand mother was complaining about how were playing and using the tv downstairs. When I got up to get the second controller I stop to argue with her about the situation, I began making my speech as my Father and two target co workers shown up out of no where listening to me. Once I was done I walk forward passing my Father then he fix up my sleeveless shirt as the scene change to a bathroom I was not familiar with. That's when I notice a difference in how vivid everything was. The bathroom was extremely hideous and lime green, there was a lot of people who must've not knew how to use the bathroom. The only people in here was me and some random girl that was lying with her face hitting in the stall and only wearing a red towel that resemble my Father towel in waking life. It look like she was pass out as I approach her , I decided I would help her so I begin to pick her up and then I immediately drop her back to the floor. I became lucid due to how vivid everything was. I look at her and thought she was disgusting, that's when I saw another hallway and decided to walk in it as I am doing so I say " I'm dreaming " as I open the door and just like I wanted the scene to be I was in my Father room. The lights were off and I could tell outside was night the front door of my Father room was open and I could tell that the lights were on the living room, I then close my eyes and tried to change the scene in to something that had more light but it didn't work. So I decided I wanted to go through my Father orange curtains as in my previous lucid dreams it spiral extremely magical. So I jump while floating in the air to the bed. That's when I went through the magical curtain only to get my eyes blinded after going through it. I can feel myself shooting forward while flying as I could feel less and less I began to only see very blurry waves and that's when the dream ended. Lucidity Time : 1 min

I have lucid dreams very frequently and would love to keep track of it, so I've come here to do so.

I usually don't get to remember all of the dream, even if I do, I forget it within a few hours of waking up, so I post what I remember.

      Feel free to read, comment

      #324 – DEILD – 5:46AM

I have a bad dream about my dad stepping around in my garden. I become overly angry and shout horrible things at him. He doesn't seem to understand what's doing on and I complain to my mom.

I wake and enter DEILD. This time I say a mantra and focus on forming energy in my hands. Within a few seconds I notice that my hands are moving back and forth really fast. I know that I have entered the dream and it feels natural to open my dream eyes. I note my physical eyes feel shut but also open and I stare at the ceiling for a moment suddenly unsure if it's the dream or reality. The early morning light is filtering in the window and all seems super realistic, but I note the feel of my body. It has a physical quality but also numb like I've applied Novocain all over. Rather than worry too much about this, I decide to get up out of bed. Instead of my usual transition, I have to make all the necessary movements as in waking life. The numbness is really noticeable here, but I get too caught up on it; I am too excited to attempt the Meteor Task Of The Month.

I step out the front door and see the sun rising in the east. The amount of light is just enough that I don't have to struggle to see for once. For some reason, I am really surprised how pleasantly cool the air feels. Why did I think it would be hot? I chuckle and comment something out loud. To start up the task, I begin looking around at the sky with expectation. I try to imagine and visualize a fireball plummeting to the Earth but nothing forms. I even try making fiery sounds with my mouth, but sounds really lame and kiddish. The steet is empty of all traffic and people and the clouds seem extra colorful and fluffy. I am tempted to try flying, but I remain focused on the task.

I decide to walk around the area some still expecting a meteor. I notice that I haven't taken a step this whole dream. I just glide everywhere. Somehow, this gives me a though to Hulk jump to a new area, but it becomes more of a puny moon hop. I try flapping my arms to try to gain more height and I only hover a few feet in the air. Ok I give up.

Whatever travel took place during all this, was actually more that I had thought as I am now in front of the high school stadium, several blocks away. There are no people around, save for an middle aged Asian woman behind a classic lemonade stand. I can't see what she is selling but she is wiping down the counter as if trying to keep busy. I think maybe I will ask her to summon the meteor for me as I cross the street. When I am near enough to speak, she doesn't look at me though I feel she saw me. Before I can open my mouth, I see a bright fiery flash of light to my left. Realizing that of course no words are necessary, I smile and wave at the woman and turn to the meteor impact.

There's a blue and white townhouse on fire opposite of the stadium and several people are running around making a huge commotion, but no one seems to know what to do. I glide over to the house and stop at the unpainted picket fence. A man seems overly frantic so I give him a job, “Hey. Why don't you go call 911?” The man nods and runs off. I shrug and float closer to the house, but something weird happens.

I am now standing in front of an extra large doll house that's nearly as tall as myself. I am amused and a little annoyed that the townhouse shrunk like this, but I think I can still finish the task. The entire thing still burning and the fire has become translucent and hardly noticeable. I see a large hole in the roof and another in the floor of the second level. I reach in to try to grab a the meteor though I don't really see it. It doesn't matter because it's like I am a ghost and my hand passes through anything I touch. An adolescent boy runs up, pushes past me and takes something out of the house. He turns to examine his cupped hands and I assume he grabbed the meteor as I look over his shoulder. I am surprised when I see he just has something like a large sliver of dark brownish glass like from a broken beer bottle. I hear a chiming noise that shatters all dream content. I wake, cursing myself for not silencing my cell phone before going to bed.

I thought to DEILD but there was too much light in the room and I could not go back to sleep.

    15. Helicopter, Lucids, Kitten & Bank Robbery

      by , 06-08-2014 at 08:06 PM
So, I haven't been keeping very good track of dreams.

      Helicopter:
About a week ago - had a dream I was in a helicopter with someone. I looked down and there was fog rolling across a field, rolling in waves like an ocean. There was a storm in the distance, I could see it across several farm fields, but it was beautiful. On the edge of the fields there was a forest. The helicopter flew down until it was only a few feet above the ground, and we flew through a forest. I had a vague idea I was dreaming, and I wanted to share this with one of my friends, so I tried to turn the helicopter pilot into one of my friends. I looked away and looked back. When I looked back, her face was blurred out, but she hadn't fully changed. When this stuff happens, you'd think it would be super creepy in a Silent Hill sort of way, but when I am dreaming it's just a "this didn't completely work" sort of thing and doesn't bother me. I woke up.

I've had a few lucid dreams over the past 2 weeks but I've also been bad about recording those, so I'll just record last night:

      Lucid:
Woke up ~8 am. Got up to use the bathroom. Went back to bed with the idea that it would probably be easy to transition to a lucid dream at this point.

Fell asleep, as normal. At some point, I became semi-aware while I was in the grey fog. I am familiar with the fog, by now. I knew that because I didn't "have a body" at the moment, I wouldn't be able to enter a dream (this is something it took a while to figure out, and it's just the way it works for me). I decided to do my technique of "walking" forward until my feet took form I could see my feet. I looked down at where my feet would be and began "walking". After spending a while doing it, suddenly my feet came into being. Once they came into being, I decided to try to bring an environment into being. Suddenly, the world popped into place. It startled me so much that I fell on my butt.

I was now sitting in a yard in front of a house. It was very clear. There was a house behind me that I didn't notice very much, and trees all around me. The grass I was sitting on was vibrantly green and soft. I saw some little flowers growing in it (like little daisies) and thought about picking one. Before I did that, though, I decided to look around. Everything was crystal clear, no "dream fuzziness" at all.

I heard a car in the distance. It stopped at the curb next to me. Curious, I stood up to take a look. I could see the driver inside, his features were quite clear without the "dream fuzzies" that sometimes happen when I see a dream character. He opened the door and stepped out and suddenly everything became fuzzy and gray again.

My body had disappeared again. I began to rub my hands together. After a while of rubbing, they suddenly appeared in front of me. I was pleased and tried to cause the landscape to reappear. Unfortunately, I guess I hadn't stabilized enough because my hands disappeared again and I woke up a little bit.

I settled back down and tried to imagine walking while looking at my feet again, and holding the hand of a friend to try to make them appear with me once I "existed" again, as sort of an anchor (I am holding onto them and they are in the environment that we are both in, so they stabilize me and vice versa). It doesn't really work and I feel like I can feel my feet shuffling in my bed (I'm never completely sure if they actually are or it is an illusion that they are).

It doesn't really work. I give up and drift into deeper sleep.

      Kitten:

I dream I am robbing banks as an accomplice with a dream character (Caucasian guy with dark shaggy hair, thin and generally unhealthy and unreliable looking). At one point we end up in a production room where people are packing up cocaine for distribution. I have a tiny orange tabby kitten and I am worried about its welfare. I carry it with me at all times. We are going to go rob a bank and crash at a motel and my fellow bank-robber tells me to just leave the kitten outside and it will be fine. I start to leave it there but panic and come back and bring it with me. It's a huge inconvenience, but I cannot bring myself to leave my kitten alone outside where something may happen to it.

I see on the news that I am being listed as an accomplice for murders, but I haven't murdered anybody, and I didn't know that my bank-robbing buddy has been killing people. I decide I need to get away now, that even if I'm on the hook for robberies I'm definitely innocent of killing people. I can't leave my kitten behind, though, I am too worried about it. I'm also worried something will happen to it if my bank-robbing accomplice or the police catch up to me. I run through the woods (I don't have the van/car) and come upon a house there. I know that one of my IRL friends, James, lives in it, and that it would be safe to leave the kitten with him because I trust him. He opens the door and is friendly, as if he doesn't know I've been robbing banks (or doesn't care), and happily agrees to take care of my kitten.
