Memorable Dreams
Hey DV...haven't posted in a LONG time. So, I'm posting some month-old dreams. I started off in a house with some classmates(DS). We walked outside. As we arrived on an outside patio, I became lucid without dream signs(my classmates didn't appeal to me)! So, now it was time to test out some power. I stood on the patio, and used my great lucid power to turn the grass into water! I dove in. It was deeper than I imagined. I then shape-shifted into Godzilla! Hell yeah, time for some ruthless fun! Luckily, due to my massive height, I was able to stand half and half in the water. Then, I enclosed my friends in a glass room. One kid began being a real smart-ass. Then, some girl broke the glass! They then all escaped. Dammit. I began my approach towards her. Dammit x2. Well, I was being a dumb-ass and letting reality set in. So, I was going as slow as Godzilla does in the movies. I finally caught up to the girl. I picked her up with my mouth and tossed her into the water(which I was not in anymore). I turned back to normal and made the water grass again. Well, looks like my Godzilla skills needed some improvements. So, I decided to go with my specialty...werewolves. I found my friend Zaine. I asked him to help serve as a decoy for me. He accepted. So, I shape-shifted us into German Shepards. We acted innocent by chewing on sticks. My friends were playing football. One dumb-ass move would land an unlucky soul in my imaginary stomach. Then, a girl ran over by me and tripped while running backwards. "Jackpot!" I shouted. Then, I shape-shifted into a werewolf. I caught her in my arms and it was feeding time...DAH DEH DUH! Oddly, she tasted like pita bread. Yum. I fled the scene, turning back to normal. I ran into a nice trio. An old man, a woman, and a guy a out age 21 named Jim. We all had a good time socializing until I awoke.
NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID Good morning! Most vivid dream ever aswell, or perhaps it was because I became lucid and got a good look around. Anyways I hadn't had any dreams in three days, and went to bed last night a bit earlier in hopes of getting something. All of a sudden I am lucid. 04.30: 10/10 Vividness but 0/10 Control DILD I'm at work and everything's more colourful. I'm standing on a ledge overlooking the digging site. Some of my co-workers are stacking file cabinets in one corner for some reason. It's break time and I see Björn roll in through the door on his white roller skates. I notice it's actually his normal shoes but with wheels on them. I sit down at the long 12-man table, three-four co-workers are already sitting there. "Can someone give me a phone?" I ask and everyone starts laughing. "What the hell is a phone" someone ask me and look at me like I'm crazy. Everything feels so surreal and people don't behave normally. Like everyone's alot happier and stupidier than they really are. "Here take this" They hand me a strange red walkie talkie. "You can light candles when it's blowing real hard outside with that thing" they say and I try it out. I swing it in the air and produce a flame from the antenna. I try to light a candle while it's blowing real hard, and it works! Björn decides to go home, and skates off on his white roller skates. I walk into the building and grab my bag. I turn lucid just like that. "Ok first of all before I try to get to the desert, I have to relax and focus at the same time" I tell myself and it's working great. I put the bag over my shoulder and walk towards a door. Suddenly I'm on a porch of some sort with a low triangle roof behind me. Like I'm on top of the roof. Everything's extremely vivid and I start to question if I'm really dreaming. I look at my hand. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 fingers. They are too short, chubby and pointy. "Yup this is definitely a dream" I think. "But why is everything so vivid and stable?" I walk towards the edge of the porch and get up on the railing with the intention of flying. I do my usual trick but it won't work! I try again but still nothing. I question if this really is a dream once again and count my fingers, getting the same results. "Then I should be able to fly!" I tell myself. I try to fly again but it only results in me almost falling off the railing. I sway for a second before I jump down on the porch. I look at the sun. It's burning bright on a blue sky. There's NOTHING in the dream which indicates it actually is a dream, and the lack of control makes me lose interest really fast. "I now understand people who are afraid of being in a coma or something when they can't wake up from a dream" I think and I decide to stop trying and do what my insticts really crave... I take a pee on a stone wall. It feels great. Then I start feeling my body. Amount of sleep: 6 hours Food before bed: 1 x 100 mg B6, 1 x 50 mg B6, 2 x Omega-3 Action before bed: Meditation on shakti mat for 20 minutes. I actually had another dream, and a fragment/FA. But I cba to write them down. I'm starting to get worried that I need the B6 to be able to dream. I will not take it in a week or so, and see what happens. <-----Shakti mat Keep on dreaming, HARE BRA!
I am in my car, it is raining and I park the car to go to a shop. The area looks quite familiar, like an area of my city. When I come back, I can't find the car, I keep going around but am not able to find it. All of a sudden I recognize a typical theme of my dreams: not being able to find the place where I have parked my car. As soon as I recognize this dreamsign and recognize that I am dreaming, I feel exhilarated. First of all I change the weather of the dream: not rain anymore, but sun. Then I start laughing happy for having succeeded in having a LD and go around jumping feeling very light. Then I think that if I am having a LD I can try to have an OBE; as soon as I think this I find myself in my bed, even though I cannot see anything. I roll over sideways in the bed and start getting out. But the excitement is so high that I wake up.
About a week ago, I went to bed worried. I recently lost a very important journal and I was attempting to clear my mind to remember where I might have hidden in. I started to dream instantly when I fell asleep - which has only occurred a few times in my life. I was not attempting a W.I.L.D.: I suddenly found myself walking on 101 (a 5-lane freeway in California) in the middle of the last lane before the fast lane. I paused to look around. Even though it was a starless night, I could see in perfect clarity and the visuals were photo realistic or better. I walked a few steps forward towards an overpass that was maybe 20-ft ahead. In the dark, I heard a car crash in the lane ahead just beyond the freeway overpass. I couldn't see that far in the darkness... But, I could hear car parts flying everywhere. One large piece of a car door came skidding directly towards me and stopped just at my feet. The visuals were so vivid, that I instantly suspected I was dreaming. I looked around again, no other cars or people were around. I moved my hand up as if to direct myself into the air. I levitated off the ground, above the height of the overpass with complete ease and control. Stationed on top of the overpass was something like an unused construction piece with a tower like structure. Atop that structure was something large with multiple points, covered in a tarp. The dream began to fade. I thrashed around to keep it going, and I remember thinking: this is my chance to search my subconscious for information. Instead, I woke a minute-or-two after I had laid down. I still haven't found the journal. If my subconscious was providing me with some sort of clue, at present, I have no idea what it was. Nearest I could figure, the journal might have slid underneath something. However, I searched my floor thoroughly. Any and all possible interpretations are welcome...

Dirty Dream: (Fragment) All I remember is random, VERY inappropriate Innuendos. The last one before I woke up was apparently about a broomstick..? Operation Mineshaft: Me and a team of commands, which included me, my dad, an asian, and two friends, had to shut off a radio station that was underground because it was causing disturbances. (I faintly remember the backround being the world went into a nuclear fallout, but we managed to rebuild and there were a few groups of survivors who lived underground and never came up.) So we go down the mineshaft, in one of those old, noisy elevators that's just a cage. When we got there, the facility looked like a giant costco. We make our way to the station using computer terminals that had maps. When we finally get there, there is a group of survivors who have been living here for years. They say they down know how to turn the machine off. So we start searching around, and out of nowhere, this girl I know (We'll call her Catherine). She says she built it, but will help us destroy it. Me and my dad follow her into a back hallway where the power generator is. But we go deeper. So deep that atoms grow to sizes you can see, and you have to break them to destroy it. So we start grabbing the atoms and breaking them. We then start to leave, but we aren't sure where to go. We check the terminals but just then the power goes off. I say I remember the way out and begin leading the group through darkened corridors to the mineshaft.. The naked helicopter!: I found an invisible helicopter just big enough to squeeze my entire body in. I'm sitting like i'm in a chair. I start flying around, but then I realize that i'm completely naked. Instead of freaking out and hiding my shame, I think it's cooler to be flying an invisible helicopter around, so I keep doing it. I was about to fly to school naked, but the dream ended. I think the moral of the last one is that I have no shame.
Was exhausted this night. Got home and took a hot bath. I don't even remember laying down in bed. Apparently, I went to bed without my Zeo, eye mask, ear plugs, and without setting my dream journal next to my pillow. So I didn't write these dreams down and didn't note the times. Internet Cafe I'm in a quiet room filled with desks and computers. It seems like a library or internet cafe. The desks are cheap plastic and the chairs are folding chairs. My roommate is here and there are maybe just 2-3 other random DCs. I brought my roommate here because he needs to use a computer for something. He was skeptical, but now that we are here, he's finds it useful. Meanwhile, I'm on a computer browsing forums. I stand up and go to a different computer so I can read a different forum. I think that this place could actually make money if it advertised itself as an internet cafe. Trains, Sex Method DILD (dreamsign) Lucidity C Control D Vividness C I'm near a train station. It's reminiscent of the ones I used to use around Los Angeles. I'm in a hurry, running toward the station. I notice the stairways are changing color. The one I'm running toward turns blue. I interpret this to mean the train is arriving soon. I'm just in time and the train arrives. I hop on without buying a ticket. (I once did this by accident, got caught, and had to pay the fine) But I see an attendant checking tickets. She is an old lady. I hop off, buy a ticket, get back on and show it to her. I have to sign my name on it for some reason. Then I drop it in a shoe box with the others. So now the train is moving. I'm sitting facing inward. The train is about a quarter filled with DCs. I look around and try to imagine what the people are thinking, like I used to do to past the time when I rode the train. I notice several young women on the train staring at me seductively. This has been a fairly reliable dreamsign. OK, I'm lucid. Oops, no reality checks or goals. My control is low. I get up and approach the woman sitting across from me. She is attractive with reddish-brown hair, a red sweater, jeans, and obnoxiously large sunglasses. She gets up too. We have sex. At one point, I put my hand on the back of her head and feel that her hair is now a very short buzz cut. The sex lasts for a satisfying few minutes until the dream fades. Summoning, Flying, Legos on the Moon Method DEILD Lucidity B Control C Vividness B I think this was a DEILD from another non-lucid that I don't recall. I was lucid from the beginning. I start with a false awakening. I'm in the family room of the Daisetta house. It's a large room and I'm alone, laying on the carpeted floor under some bed covers. I think of what to do. I still have sex on the brain so I decide to try summoning a girl. Rachel is the target. My mother walks in to tell me that someone has come to visit. I ask who. I don't recall who she said, but it's not Rachel. I try to roll with the punch. I say to my mother "Oh, will you tell me when Rachel arrives?" She acknowledges and leaves. Moments later, my mother walks back in to say someone else has arrived. "Is it Rachel?" "No, it's your friend from work." I stand up and walk out of the room toward the entryway. It turns out to be Nate, a former coworker. Ugh, this isn't working. I march out of the house, determined to do something else but I'm not sure what. I rub my hands and look around the neighborhood. It's bright and sunny and it's at this point that I appreciate the vividness. Cool. I start flying and look at the landscape below. I'm having trouble turning again. (I now realize this is my mind obeying the laws of physics and inertia, I'll have to work on that.) I'm drifting toward a hillside. I try to turn but I keep drifting and bumping into the hill. Frustrated, I think I should try something more specific. The moon! I look upward and start flying straight up. Now I have no trouble getting speed. I'm quickly out of the atmosphere and the ambient light disappears into a starry universe. This is my first time in outer space. I see the moon. It's gray but on it I can see colorful mountains. I think perhaps the moon has become a giant trash heap? Then I miss the moon. Yup, I'm going so fast that I miss and zoom past it. This is kinda scary for a moment because all I see around me is open space. I manage to turn around. Now I can see the Earth and the moon again. I circle around the moon a bit, carefully trying to line up. Finally, I land on the gray surface. The colorful mountains I saw from far away are actually buildings made of giant Lego blocks. I look around a bit for people from DV. But I don't see anyone. I find myself next to a gray castle-like building. At the entrance is a metal gate that looks like a jail cell. Inside is a dragon made of Legos. He is gray, like the moon surface, except for the yellow accent of the scales on his back, his wing-like ears, and his nostrils. He says in a deep rumbling voice: "Intruder!" I remain calm. I explain that I'm an explorer. He becomes friendly. I talk to the dragon for a bit. I forget about what. At this point, the dream was fading.
Camping and friends I miss I remember a camping trip where we were at a camp ground and there were all the people from High School that I don't see anymore because we are all too busy or away for college. I had been driving around the campsites and meeting people I knew and then as I drove past a gas station, I saw a friend who I haven't seen for a long time and they were on a golf cart (hint) and we made eye contact so they must have seen me and I couldn't park the truck because I was blocking the gas station parking lot and the road so I decided to do a u-turn and say hi. I go back and they are gone. I search for them everywhere and never have any luck. I asked a friend of mine Shannon (who I had chatted with before I went to bed on Facebook) if she knew where they were. She gave me a direction and I set out. I never found them and then the dream changed and I forgot all about the previous dream. Computer chat I remember being on the computer for homework (go figure I was doing that all last week) and I got bored (as usual) and started looking up music artists (don't normally do that). I found one guy's online profile for some site and I kept reading about him until I saw him in this warehouse place that just appeared from nowhere and he was in the raftors watching me. Then the warehouse changed to the warehouse that takes place in my last dream of today. Action Packed Archeologist Last night I dreamed that I was some kind of archeologist and I now had a daughter named Matty who was not very afraid of much and my cousin Ben was with us. We had a group of around 10 archeologists with us who all had guns just in case of thieves. So I went into a storage compound in the middle of the woods while everyone else stayed outside of it except ben and matty who stayed by the door. We came in side and on many shelves were big guns from Ar-15's to 50 cal. sniper rifles to shotguns. We found this thing about 2 feet long and it stood up length wise like a tube for artillery shells fireworks. When we opened it, it started to smoke from the top and then this thing jumped out and it was animal like but walked on two legs. It jumped and sprang itself at me but I barely avoided it and then I grabbed a shotgun and blew its face off. Then it turned into a clay pottery shaped like a persons head and it lay on the floor not moving. I thought I killed it. Then I turn around and start to look around a little and the pottery head is gone and the animal thing is attacking me again. This repeats itself many times as I use different weapons from a wooden 2X4, paintball gun, and Ar-15 and it keeps coming back after I kill it and I turn around and its back again. Then one more time and it goes to attack me and I can't find any weapons to kill it with and I call for Ben's help. We see the pottery head on the last time roll to the tube it comes out of and it smokes and then it comes out. So the pottery head must be smashed after we kill it. We can't find ammo or any weapons so we run to alert the other archeologists and Ben and Matty come with me but Matty falls behind. As I turn around to see if she is behind us, I see her in the distance and she had tripped on something and the animal and now sided with a small dog and a jackal shaped thing in the same color as the animal thing was. I see the dog go for her and run back to save her. I get there just as the dog jumps to bite her and I drop kick it with both feet at the same time and then it lunged again and I kicked it again and then woke up.
I had this dream ages ago, but thought I'd post it up anyway. I was wearing blue and white striped pyjamas in this dream, which I have never worn before in my life. A weird disease was going round that caused you to grow fingernails where you shouldn't. It was slightly horrific actually, for a young girl. Bear in mind this happened a few years ago now? I am only 15. However, on with the dream. I Looked down at my hands and noticed bubbles of skin... fingernails growing out of the skin. I was swept by a weird sense of calm however and began to search for a solution. I then found a group of others cursed with the same horrible disease. I noticed they where jumping off into a large crack in the ground, where flames hissed at the bottom. They to were wearing the same pyjamas as I was. I decided that I would join them in jumping. I approached the edge. I jumped. Before I hit the ground, I awoke in my bed. I was slightly disturbed and wondered what this could mean.
Dinosaurs Must Die AT was at some day camp. I think I was a counselor or something. The building's insides were a friendly white with a pale blue rim and there were kids running around everywhere. I went to a room with 2 of my friends, peter and another. This room looked a lot like my old room and the lights were off. We were joking about knives and while they were taking there's out to brag about I just felt that mine was in my back pocket. The lights were off but there were tons of ambient light. I turned around and saw a shadow of someone holding a formidable blade coming from the bathroom door. I laughed uncomfortably. I halfway try to get the others to shut up but they keep talking. Out of the bathroom busts a veloceraptor my height and rushes towards Peter. The other friend is no one where to be seen. The raptor bites peter and he started to cry. It looks at me and rushes. After taking out my knife, trying to stab in in the face, and my knife falling from my grip, I catch its head in my hands and its jaws, annoying close to my face, snap wildly. I, push back, diving to the floor and taking it with me. I then couldn't think of what to do so I started bashing its head against the tile of the bathroom. I kept doing so until I felt its brain start to leak out of the back side of his skull. Finally, I stopped, put the head down and watched. After only 5 seconds or so, the still body reanimated it self with fierceness. I ran out of the bathroom, and while closing the door, caught its head within the door and the doorframe. I pull hard, watching it writhe, until its head popped off and fell to the floor. With that I ran out of the room. Next I can remember, I went out of the building, found a red sports car and started driving fast. I was in a heavily wooded area with an established highway with enough traffic, I had to weave. Soon from the forest a giant t-rex came out and started chasing me in the car. I arrive at a building and run in. It's a giant court room. When I say giant, I mean that instead of pews or seats for people to watch, there's a balcony of unimaginable space. Everything was elevated seriously high and everything had stairs that lead up to it. It went so high that when I made it up the stairs to the lowest thing, the judges chair and defendant seat, I was just to the top of the T-Rex that just busted in. There were others in here with me, all just as scared. The first target was a blonde, it snapped her up easily. Next it went for me, but when I dodged it it just got whoever was behind me...a fat guy. Water was starting to fill in the room too...I climbed up to higher levels of the courtroom. Few people are following me and the T-Rex is swimming the the ever deepening water that's filling up the room. We get higher and higher in the balcony and then at one point I'm climbing up onto a rotting wooden banister left unkempt at the nosebleed heights. The water stops and somehow I get the Idea that I could do this forever. But then I remember...This T-rex is a reptile, which means it'll lay eggs, and those will come after me...This was a horrible realization.

I WAS Nancy Drew and I don't mean in the PC games or anything (but I think the PC games are where my dream came from). And someone conked me out. And when I woke up I was on this roller coaster (tied up) and than the roller coaster dumped me on a chariot on a carousel which after 2 circles it dumped me in a magic cage- (you would need to have played Final Scene to understand what I'm trying to say) which puts me in a Magician's Room which happens to be in a theatre that is on fire and I think in the next room there was a sound stage or set which happens to sound like "The Day of Our Lives".
I am in my room. There are four of my classmates in the room. I sit on my bed and put some sweets on it. I also have an unopened bar of chocolate with me. One of the classmates asks me to give her some sweets. I give the rest except the chocolate to her. She gives me some money. I look at the coins. One 2,25 euro coin and a 1,75 euro coin. I wonder it for a while, but well, I've heard about 5 euro coins so why not 2,25 and 1,75? I ask her if they are euros or cents. "Cents", she answers. So a 22,5 and a 17,5 cent coin, then. I leave the room and arrive on a forested hill. My class and a guide is also there. We go for a trip. The path is narrow and we have to walk in line. The next thing I remember is when we came back. This time the path is blocked. I climb about a metre. The path continues about a metre below me. I try to climb on the top of the hill, about one more metre, using the grass growing there to help me. "I could climb this if the rock wasn't wet", I say to the guide. I walk along the path and find a tree. I grab it and heave myself to the top of the hill. I see the rest of the class emerging from the forest. I feel my strength fade. One of them comes to me. "Fourth", he says. I think he meant himself. I manage to get myself on the top of the hill. I enter a house through the door from which I came to the hill in the first place. It's a simple wooden house with nothing at all in it. Suddenly I realise I'm dreaming, but I feel the dream beginning to fade. I can almost feel my eyelids, closed to keep the image of the dream in my head. A DC comes in and says the dream will not end yet. I wait for the dream to stabilize and soon it does. Almost waking up worsened the dream's quality. I'm now dreaming in third person and have no touch sense. I leave the house. Soon my attention is captured by a scene nearby. There was someone telling Zeus he should leave this plane of existence for a while because his brother, a powerful wizard was plotting something. Next thing I remember is puncturing yellow and red balloons. The dream ended soon after that.
Awake, Non-lucid, Lucid, [Commentary made while awake] I woke up just before 5:00 A.M. last night and was disappointed that I'd slept through most of the night, couldn't remember any dreams, and wasn't going to have time for another full sleep cycle before the rest of the house started getting up at 5:30. I decided to try to go back to sleep anyway, focusing once again on MILD affirmations and visualizations. It worked. At some point between 5:00 and 6:40 [when I woke up for real], I have a false awakening where I'm in my current room and my bed is parallel to the closet doors [not perpendicular to them, as it is in reality]. I'm lying on the floor between the bed and the closet, all tangled up in my blankets. [I'm not sure when this happened relative to my other dreams, so I'm just sticking it here at the beginning.] I'm looking at the results of a Google Image Search for something involving the terms “japan” and [I think] “front.” Almost all the photos that are coming up are of cherry blossoms, but one of them is of autumn leaves. I say something along the lines of, “There are about ten hundred billion pictures of cherry blossoms, but almost no pictures of the leaves.” The next thing I know, I'm lying on my back in a wide expanse of grass. Several big, flat leaves in bright red, yellow, and green gently float down onto me from the nearest tree. The sky is blue and the weather is sunny, clear, and calm. There are trees spread out all over this grassy area, all with leaves that are turning autumn colors. Somewhere in here, I recognize that I'm dreaming, but there's no specific moment that triggers this realization. Saito is there with me, and I want to show him a seed pod from a magnolia tree. So, one comes rolling down the hill toward me, and I catch it. It's bigger than it would be in real life, and I say so when I show it to him. He says to me, “It's your mind.” Indeed; by now I'm not only aware that I'm dreaming, but I've caught on to the fact that this is my mind's rendering of what autumn is. I look around for an acorn, but find none. I say, “Of course there aren't any acorns – all my trees are are liquid-ambers.” [That's because that's what most of the trees in the neighborhood where I grew up were.] This big, tall, flying guy in a blue costume with matching blue makeup, who looks like he came straight from a Cirque du Soleil production, comes and lifts me up in his arms and flies away with me. As I'm being lifted off the ground, the thought of hot-air balloons crosses my mind, and [for some inexplicable reason], I ask myself, “Which city in Canada is the balloon city?” The blue flying guy flies us through a series of very large, rectangular rooms with movie projection screens on all the walls and the ceiling. At first, the screens are showing immersive views of natural vistas in Canada, accompanied by some appropriately dramatic and inspiring music that I don't recognize. I'm not afraid, because I recognize that the movie screens and the guy flying me through them are all part of the Disney theme park attraction I'm now on. The attraction is kind of like Soarin' meets the CircleVision movie at Canada's pavilion in Epcot. The film footage is filmed in a style very much like that of Soarin'; it's obviously intended to make it look like you're flying, except that the shots are designed for the big rectangular screens. The film in the last room of the attraction shows the transition over the border into the U.S., and flies us over Mt. Rushmore and then under a waterfall projected on the back wall. We go under the waterfall by going through an opening in the wall. Once I'm through the opening, I'm standing on the ground, and the blue flying guy is gone. I recognize the place where I'm standing as the interior of the Snow White's Scary Adventures attraction from Disneyland. There are no ride vehicles anywhere to be seen, though. The Evil Queen is just a little way in front of me. I approach her, and she turns around and says something scary [just like on the real ride]. I scream really loudly and high-pitched. For a few moments, terror completely overtakes all my awareness. While screaming, I think, Wake me up! Wake me up! hoping that the dream will end. [Remarkably,] It doesn't this time. I finish screaming, and observe that the dream hasn't ended, I'm still standing there, and the Evil Queen is also still standing there, turned to face the path where the ride vehicles should be, but is now motionless and silent, as she has finished saying her prerecorded phrase. So I start punching her in the face. I do this repeatedly, but I don't feel anything. While I'm beating her up, I shout at her: “You're an AAT*! I carry more complicated devices than you around on my back every day!” Which is true; she may be computer-controlled, but my laptop is much higher-tech. No longer afraid of her, I walk along the path and into the next scene of the attraction, where there is another AAT figure of the Evil Queen [this is the case in reality, too, but the track layout there is completely different]. This one turns around and starts to shriek something at me to try and scare me, but her words stop and peter out halfway through, because she can see that I'm not afraid of her. I continue walking through the scene. [*My personal shortening of “Audio-Animatronic™,” the robotic technology used to create characters in many attractions at Disney theme parks. I think I shouted more things than this, but this is all I remember shouting now.] The next thing I know, I'm outside again, but surrounded by buildings this time. I decide to rub my hands together, only to discover that they're really hot. I realize that that's because my real hands are really hot under my blankets. That's the last thing I remember from that dream, but it seemed to take me a little longer to wake up fully. When I did, my face broke into a smile and then a laugh when I remembered the encounter with the Evil Queen. In reality, I had been pretty scared of those moments on that ride when I was a kid, and I still dislike them now. I'm really, really proud of this dream. I think facing something/someone you've been afraid of for a long time and standing up to it is quite an achievement, and a good, worthwhile use of the ability to lucid dream.

This kid was my age and trying to kill me the whole dream with a revolver. I remember him following me through a neighborhood and into many residents' houses and only me and him were in the dream. He followed me through a swamp and we fought fist fights many times in the dream and I tried countless times to convince him to not kill me because it was rediculous how everytime I got his gun away from him, he had another. End of the dream that i remembered was him and I became friends and both talked about our knife collections. Turns out he acts just like me.
So I'm with Joy, Dodge and Earl Jr in a brand new dodge challenger, we're pulling one of those small u-haul trailers. Something happened to the car, and it had to get fixed. I was thinking the next time I do this, I'll just drive my pops' truck. Dodge wanted to drive the truck, and I told him no, that he'll have to ride with Joy in my car. I found myself at some empty field, and there was some sort of dance going on. Dodge was telling me to dance with one of the girls. They were all wearing prom dresses. I looked and noticed that they were all dancing with each other, and I walked away. I spent the rest of the dream stabbing a pole i found at a cactus
10.21: Well, it's been a long ride, but I had my first intentional lucid dream. Per the usual, I'm going to put in red what was lucid, and blue what was non-lucid. Black will be non-dream stuff. Going to bed, I repeated the mantra "I lucid dream." When my thoughts wandered, I would chant it louder in my head. During my trying to fall asleep, I could imagine daily things being effected by it (I see a scene from earlier play out, but instead of normal words, it added things like "I loudly dropped..." which followed the same first letter of my mantra. Somewhere in there, I fell asleep. I am in an extremely dark house. People are all around, and for some reason, I feel a sense of urgency. I try to turn on lights, but they fail. My first thought is the lights are broken. Somewhere in the dream, I get the notion that it's a dream and try to RC. I try poking my finger through my hands, counting my fingers, but both worked flawlessly. Undaunted, I do the nose test, and it failed. This forces me to realize I am dreaming. Since it's dark, I conjure up a potion, for some reason, and drink it. Within seconds, the room brightens up. I drink another, and the room gets brighter. Eventually, the entire room is dark, but bright enough to make out details. I know the LD is extremely unstable, so I began to think of tasks to do. Yes, this was my first thought because I am goal-oriented. I ask a woman wondering around what are my tasks again, and I remember it's to talk to someone, so I ask her to tell me about lucid dreaming when I try to conjure a fireball for Nomad's class before the most recent one. She explains I need to wait to develop dream control and duration, but it'll come. I start to create the fireball in my hand, but while I feel the heat and hear the sparkling, I lose the visual. Begrudgingly, I wake up. I quickly jot down my dream, then I try to return to the dream, but instead, I have a non-lucid where I see a radio host willing to have his kidney removed for the sake of radio. Later, I am planning a trip to local colleges (day residue) to watch their graduations. All in all, good night!
