Lucid Dreams
WILD. Am doing SSILD when I feel several waves of vibrations, and I picture a room with a Stargate. I end up in my bedroom, which looks similar but a bit different. It's really dark. I RC and I can breathe through my nose, and I look at my hand and my fingers look strange, like multiplied and stuck together. I look at the room and see a mini-Stargate on the floor. I look for the power plug and it looks like it's plugged in already, and I see the lights around the ring flicker. I try adjusting the size by pulling the circle so it's bigger. It has this black film in the center of the ring. It doesn't get big enough for me to go through. I look up for the power button and then look down and the mini-Stargate is replaced with the black fan in my real bedroom. I shrug and decide to give up on that for now. I stand up, feel the dream fade a bit, and repeat in my mind, "I'm dreaming," to keep the dream stabilized. I walk through the glass doors of my balcony (which aren't covered by curtains in this dream) like they're nothing, which is awesome because I've had trouble with that in the past. I jump down to street level and decide to try flying really fast. I take off and try flying superman style, but even though I can fly okay, I can't aim upwards for some reason. I look around for rocket boots to help me with that and see my brother's red shoes scattered around the neighborhood (which is also, by the way, reaaaally dark and it's also snowing a bit). I try one on but it's too small. I dispense with the shoes and look around. The neighborhood looks like a generic mash up of the neighborhood I live in in real life. I remember the "eat something" task on the points page and look around for anything I can eat. I see a bunch of pink roses (?) nearby and pick off a bit of the petals, but it crumbles between my fingers, and I don't eat it for some reason (there goes 4 pts...). I look at the nearby house and decide to enter. The door is unlocked and opens smoothly under my hand. I step into a darkened living room that vaguely resembles my own (?), or so I thought at the time. I look to the right and go into the dining room, which has a bit of light and voices coming from it. The room is empty. I can still hear the voices and see some light, but there is no one here. "Hello?" I call out. The voices continue on. I turn around and see one of my mom's friends sitting at the dining room table. I hadn't noticed her before. Finally a DC I can talk to, I think, and sit down next to her. She says something in Mandarin, and Cantonese, and I reply in kind (I think I say "I don't know") and finally she starts speaking in English. She says something about my high school and grades, and I generally agree with her (seriously, why am I talking to her about this in my dreams? When there's an infinite amount of other things I can be doing) and the dream abruptly fades. I close my eyes and try to DEILD back in to no avail.

fragment 1: Very weird dream. Was a combination of dota and some very weird physics. Reminded me of NREM memory consolidation dreams. dream 1: I had deild'd from a previous dream where I was not lucid at all. It started at the same place as the other dream, my friend's apartment, and I was only semi-lucid. My buddy went outside with his roommate to meet some girl and he said to not worry because he would leave the oxygen on so I could breathe. I thought, ha that's ridiculous I don't need to breathe this is just a dream. Then I became fully lucid and was like OH YEA this is just a dream! So I floated upwards and went through the wall to get outside and flew up into the sky a little before remembering what I wanted to do. I remembered my three step task - time control->elemental manipulation->gravity change. I imagined everybody slowing down, they did. The world turned sepia colored while everybody was moving slowly. The color returned to normal when I returned time to normal. I then tried to make fire come out of my hands, I didn't see any flames but I saw the person I was aiming at catch on fire. Instead of hurting the guy, this imbued him with the element. I shot two other people with lightning, they became imbued with that element as well. My elements changed the DCs into these cute little pandas with super powers. They started to battle each other with their new lightning/fire powers. I raised my hands and shot them all with water, I win. The next thing I knew I had to do was change gravity, something I had struggled a lot with the last times that I tried. Unsure of myself, I attempted to lift up a large piece of cement and make it stick to the wall. It just fell down to the ground, didn't work. Then I looked at these Hawaiian dancers that had appeared behind me and I yelled, "gravity change!" The Hawaiian lady fell onto the wall, then got up and started walking on it.I thought that was pretty cool so I decided to try it on myself. I jumped onto the wall and stood there for a couple seconds before I looked down at the ground and fell face first into the cement. Woke up. Dream 2: I was at my parents' house in this dream, having a party in the living room. A girl was talking to me when out of nowhere she pulled this delicious looking sandwich out of her pocket and said that I should eat it. I told her NO THANKS but then she said to me, "You know this is just a dream right?" I thought OH SHIT she's right. So I made a piece of paper fly up into my hands, just to be sure. Then I ate that delicious sandwich and it tasted magnificent! Then I tried to slow down time, wouldn't work. Everybody was doing too much stuff. So I tried to speed it up instead and the people started moving at super speed. I returned time to normal and tried to make flames come out of my hands. Didn't work at first, tried again. Dim flames came out and I set a DC's hair on fire then it melted and turned their scalp into obsidian. Then I thought, okay gravity, I can do this! I pointed at random people while yelling, "gravity!" They looked at me like I was crazy and it didn't work. I must have tried it 6 or 7 times before I finally pointed at this little kid, yelled gravity, and he fell across the room. He collapsed onto the wall and then stood up on it and started walking around like everything was normal. I felt like trying something a little more difficult just for fun so I made everybody in the room and all the furniture fly into the air for a few seconds. Content with the competition work I had done, I thought it was time to try to get some hot DC sex. I tried that for awhile before I woke up. Dream 3 I was in a post apocalyptic zombie world, traveling with a few survivors. Our car broke down at a dead end where one side was the ocean, another was a cliff wall, and a third was a tremendous staircase that led up to a mega-mansion filled with hundreds of zombies. I grabbed a couple long knives and walked up the staircase with the group, clearing a path along the way. By the time we had gotten inside, half of our group was dead. We crept around the corridors, silently assassinating any zombie that we ran across. The last survivor that was with me started to go a little bit crazy and he ran off deep into the mansion. I thought, screw this, I'm not doing this alone. So I left the house and came across some intelligent zombies with whom I sat down and had a nice cup of coffee and a long chat with. We discussed the nature of existence and self and stuff like that before some dumb zombie came along and I tried to murder her. I felt bad for trying to do so and left down the road to find some more survivors. Woke up.
non dream dream lucid lucid #1 I'm in a house. I instinctively do a nose plug and become lucid. I try bumping into various walls various in an attempt to phase through. After several attempts, I phase through a rock wall into a courtyard. I turn my attention to summoning a dc. I put my hand behind my back but nobody was there. I turn around and don't see anybody. I remain patient though and see a little girl fade into view before my eyes. I ask her to teleport me to her favorite place. She explains it's some hole on some golf course. We hug and hold each other while she recites some spells (eeny meeni mini mo, ect,) which doesn't work. I walk away and ask several other dcs if they could help, but every one them said "no". I wake up. lucid #2 I wake up in my bed to a buzzing sound. I do a nose plug and became lucid. I tried to get up but I was being blocked by the buzzing sound. (I don't know what it is) I called for a dream guide and one appears. I ask him to get rid of the barrier and he does. I get a good look at my dream guide. He is not Dori but is another man. He is creepy looking- tall, skinny, and lacking eyes in their sockets. I thank him for helping me. He says, "Sometimes our fears get the best of us." I tell him I want to teleport and he agrees to help. We go into a very small room attached to my bedroom. After a couple of seconds, the room drops. It's an elevator! It drops down a few floors and takes a few turns horizontally before it dropped me off. I found myself in a cartoon classroom full of kids. I look around and am entertained but the writings on the walls. All I remember is the teacher's name is "Poppins". I wake up.
I drive mum's car on the country road. I have on my mind to park the car and find a place to sleep and induce LDs. I drive very fast and when I'm going through a small village, I hit someone's car mirror. I'm going still pretty fast. The mirror seems to be okay, just a little bit dirty. The road became impassable. I stop the car and go out. There is a forest and I see circular shrine of some kind. I go there. I meet some children with their parents, they seems to be tourist and they are speaking German or something like that. Near the shrine, there is a house. I have fake memories that I've already slept there, so I decide that I'm gonna sleep in the house tonight as well. I wonder if I didn't forget to lock the car. I know that I left there my wallet and my phone. I lie down to a large bed. When I drift to sleep, a small little figure in the brown hood. I think his eyes are lighty iluminated. He grabs my hand and leads me to another room. It's kind a spooky. It become to occur to me that I'm dreaming. I try to do RC by jumping up the ceiling. I levitate. The little figure is staring at me. I use telekinesis to clear him away, he's really creepy looking. I'm at my gradma's hall. I think about my planned LD activities. First that came to my mind is 3 step task. I clearly remember, what to do first - mass telekinesis. I'm pretty good at that so it shouldn't be a problem. There are onions and flowerpots. I try to lift up all the things by my mind. Nothing happens. Okay, well let's try the onion first. I focus on lifting up onion and a moment it flies on the hall. I remember that I need to lift up at least 10 things. I already did the great mass telekinesis with 50 DCs so flowerpots and onions are not the problem for me. In the few minutes, everyting is flying on the hallway. I enjoy to manipulate with them. The first step completed. The second is go through a solid object. I see wooden doors. I naturally pass through it with my eyes open, no biggie. The second task - check. When I'm outside I remember my third task. Teleportation. I'm not goot at teleportation. I try to figure out how can I teleport to Shire. I try it six times with various doors but it doesn't work. I try to ask a DC how can I get myself to the Shire. I see someone in the garage. I ask him. He drops a white rat on the floor and tells me that I need to follow it. Strange, but why not try. I follow the white rat, it has wet and dusty fur. It runs to neighbors. I stick behind it. I try to figure out from where I know this situation. Oh, yes, the Matrix I think. It begins to burrow on the hill of dried soil. I try to follow it. I dig in the dirt by my hands. I lost it. I try to pass through the ground, but it doesn't work because the dirt is so friable. Screw it, I can fly to the Shire by myself. If I'm gonna expecting that I will see the shire, then I would. I jump in the air and fly. I need to fly fast again. I focus on kicking my legs and speeding up. It works great. I see a small pond beneath. There are wooden swings and old willow. The grass is strange green, I don't know how to describe it. It feels like a shire, so I think I'm on the right track. I fly further. Gradually, there are small fields and plantations. It's hobit style with small tools. I land amongs the farm facilities. I think what else I could do to gain more points in the competition. Fight my teammate. I try to summon someone from my team. CanisLucidus appears behind my back. He looks the same as Liam Neeson. I face him and try to start friendly fight. I throw a stone on him. He's just standing. I take my swiss knife and throw it towards him. I hit him, but he is okay. He has the swiss knife as well, only the bigger one. He looks pretty angry. He's preparing to hit the knife at me. I'm afraid of pain so I yell: STOP! NO! NO! He throw it anyway. I use my telekinesis ability to stop it in the air. It drops on the ground. He pick it up and try to hit me again. I don't like stitchinkg my dream body. I convince him by my will to stop that. We go together to the near house. We met two beautiful girls inside and the third is mature woman. I like the young one with curvy black hair. They are only in their underwear. I need to complete task of the month and lucid dares - be naked infront of DCs. I ask the girl, if she is gonna have sex with me. She says: Okay, but in twenty minutes. I take my clothes off. She looks at me and takes me to bed immeadiately. I think that the lucid dream is long enough and I did all the things I intended so I would like to wake up. The most realiable method to wake up is to start having sex for me. I'm doing it with the nice girl for 5 minutes or more, but I'm still not waking up. CanisLucidus/Liam Neelson is doing the other girl on the next bed. I don't enjoy the sex and thinking about that real one is much better. I become be little worry about waking up. I stop and go out. I want to wake up now! I'm starting to a little panic. False awakening in the gradma's living room on the sofa. Recently, I practice to recognize FAs so I was aware that this is not waking world immediately. There are three black guys in the room. I tell them that I need to wake up. They claimed that I'm wake up. I reply them that it's very very unlikely that my granma has three black guys in her living room. I'm afraid that my car is being robbed from the first non lucid part of the dream. I run to the hall. I'm starting to panic a lot. I don't know where to run or what to do to wake up. I feel like a wild animal newly caught in cage. I try to beating the walls with my body and screaming. The dream is only more stabilized. Holy shit! I try to calm down. A memory from the movie Waking life arise, that the main character has the same problem. A movie DC advised to him: Simply just wake up. I focus on this simple though and stop panic. Suddenly I open my eyes. I see the wooden wall. I feel great relief that I'm awake and the car is okay. Doing RC to be sure. The ending of the dream was horrible experience. I need to get accustomed to these 1 hour+ lucid dreams. (supplements used: galantamine, choline and sulbutiamine) http://www.dreamviews.com/lucid-aids...ment-here.html

I was looking at a baby tiger that was being researched by some scientists. I counted my fingers and appeared on the back seat of a car. I counted 6 fingers and recounted again. Then I snapped and said "This is a dream!" The dream was fading and I looked at my hands to stabilize it but a dog barked in the waking world and it made me lose lucidity and I woke up.
#343 - DILD - 7:19AM I am watching a battle unfold in the streets of a large city. There are some sort of robotic attack vehicles made from semi trucks shooting the place up. Defenders come in and blast away at the vehicles causing very little damage (a few panels fall off) and using up all their ammo. During the barrage I am amazed how there are several groups of pedestrians that don't seem to notice what's going on around them. In fact, they are impervious to it. One group actually walks right through the line of fire unscathed. I know something is odd about this but before I can think things through the dream switches to first-person. It was the Clone Stormtroopers that had came to defend the city and I am their commander. We look like normal Clone Troopers but our suits are more practical like a Halo Power Suit. The attack vehicles shoot back and though we don't seem to be taking any damage my H.U.D. shows a power drain. Having no way to fire back, we just stand there and take it. The assault stops just as it reaches zero; one more hit and we die. Fortunately, the attack vehicles have given us the opportunity to retreat alive. My H.U.D. reads "HRD TO BRTH" in bold red letters. I shout back at the on-board computer, "I know its hard to breath. I'm wearing a helmet!" Not only that, but all life support systems have shutdown with there being such little power left in the suit. I know we are not supposed to retreat. We came to fight to the end, but whats the point of it all now? We have no hope of winning and I'm not going to let all my men die for nothing. No, I'll take the heat from command and live to fight another battle. We'll get find a way to win this. Still this is embarrassing. Reluctantly, I give the order to retreat and we all walk away in scattered groups. We make our way along several structures and industrial looking catwalks. There's a lot of open-air stairways and ladders. As I am walking and climbing I feel like I am missing something important. I think about the situation I am in. I look at my white armored arms and hands. My helmet is now gone. When did I take it off? I think about the battle and how odd it was. Slowly I become lucid. I continue walking but now I'm looking around more alert. I am alone in a shopping mall but still climbing several ladders and stairways. For some reason I just really want to reach the roof and see what I can see. Maybe I'll go flying. I spend a huge amount of time searching for a way out. I see an elevator and decide that will do nicely. As the doors close behind me I feel like the elevator is a little too small. There's a feeling of quickly moving up as I look over the small space. There is a mirror. I expect to see a clone trooper, but I just see my normal self in nothing but underwear. I give my face a close examination for a moment, but I am about as normal as I can look in a dream. The doors open to another level with more ladders and maze-like stairways. I finally have enough ladders when they start twisting and turning, threatening to shake me lose. I drop away at the next level up and find that I am in a indoor courtyard with a fountain and plants. There has to be a limit. I've been moving up for a long time. I look up and see a ceiling. Deciding that has to be the upper most level, I fly up. I have trouble getting going at first, so I focus on a point. I see a fire sprinkler and zoom into it. I drop at the top level and hang on to the glass railing. There's a security guard at a central desk and I worry that I'll be in trouble for flying and climbing all over the place, but he doesn't seem to notice me. I look around and no one seems to notice me. Behind me, on the other side, I see stairs. I fly over there having trouble. I actually fly backward for a second until I focus on a spot near a woman and her son sitting on a bench. I am disappointed to see the stairs leading down. For fun, I jump over the edge and let myself belly flop back down on the floor of the lower level. There's a sudden stop when I hit but that it. I get up curious and at lack of sensation. There are more stairs leading down with a long ramp, like a slide to the side of it. This area is now starting look more like painted concrete. As I slide down I realize that there is a song playing on the intercom. It's "With or Without You" by U2. The sound is nice so I sing along to the chorus. "With or without you. With or without you. I can't live with or without you." After a minute I realize the song is just repeating that same part over and over. I chuckle that this is probably all the words I actually know. I stop singing and the song fades away. I am now in a parking garage. I'm still curious about falling. I wonder what if would be like to jump off the side and just freefall to the ground. Without another though, I vault over the low wall and let it all go. I fall maybe 3 or 4 stories and belly flop in another section of the parking garage. OK that would have killed me in waking life. I get up feeling satisfied and a little dumbfounded. Such a strange feeling to fall unhurt. I realize this dream has been going on for a very long time. I'm quite impressed with myself. The dream starts to darken now and I fear I am waking up. I shout, "NO! STAY...IN...THE...DREAM!" I stomp my feet with each word and I can feel, as well as hear, my bare feet slap smooth concrete. I shout again, "STAY... IN THE DREAM!" The parking garage comes back and I remember I had other goals. I want to complete the extra lucid dare challenge, eat a food you hate. Menudo I walk around a bit while loudly singing with cheesy vibrato, "Menuuuuudooooo! Oh where is my Menuuuuudooooo?" I realize this rarely brings me anything so I switch tactics by thinking things over. Ok this is not going to work. Oh I know. I can always manipulate DCs if I pretend that we have an agreement arranged beforh.... "Hey you!" I spot an old Russian couple walking in the garage. The man doesn't seem to notice me but the woman looks over. She has a brown paper bag in one hand. "You got my menudo, right?" The woman smiles and says in a thick Russian accent, "Yes I do, but [garbled] cookie." I pause. What about a cookie? I think about asking her to clarify but know from past experience, this can turn into a whole other tangent. Instead, I say, "Oh... um.. o-okay." Part of me wonders what I just agreed to. The woman pulls out a Styrofoam bowl with a thin plastic lid and sets it on a low concrete table. She walks away and I move in to take the bowl... but I suddenly wake up.

Color legend: Non-dream Dream Lucid Lucid #223: Final Heart I have a false awakening in my childhood bedroom and as I’m contemplating going back to sleep, I realize that no way am I really sleeping in my old room. I become lucid and attempt to get out of bed, which fails. I try rolling out OBE-style and after some clumsy attempts, I’m finally on my feet. I walk out to the living room, looking at my hands. They’re darker and more grayish than they’d be in waking life, but other than that they look pretty much just as they should. The dream’s feeling a bit dark, so I shout, “Let there be light!” Embarrassingly, nothing much happens, so I just wander around in the den some more, trying not to focus too much on this. I look to my left to find my doppelganger (a lookalike or double of me) standing at the door I emerged from. He’s dressed like I do to sleep and he’s sort of got bed head. He smirks sleepily at me and I walk toward him, but as soon as we get close to each other, I snap suddenly to his perspective (more or less) and find myself alone again. I drift toward an external wall and phase outside onto the street. Outside it feels like early morning. In the neighbor’s yard I find a woman in her late 40s standing around as 4 small dogs scamper happily at her feet. She nods a casual greeting. I remember my goal of summoning Dreamer, so I say to the woman, “Ahh, you’re Dreamer.” She seems confused at first, but even as I watch I see her becoming friendlier, younger and more familiar. She’s starting to look like Dreamer, but the transformation’s not complete. “I will be soon,” she says, smiling. I smile back and we walk through the yard together. I drape an arm over her shoulder as I explain (to her and to myself) the plans for this dream. I lose the dream, though, and wake up. I sit tight for DEILD and wind up back in the kitchen of my childhood home. A couple of Brazilian men are sitting at the dining room table saying unkind things about my brother-in-law “Muppet”. One sarcastically calls him a “phenomenon.” I feel myself becoming invested in this plotline, but no, let it go, it’s a distraction. I phase back outside and it’s nighttime now. I want to find Dreamer again and for some reason decide that a playground or dog park is the way to go. I fly up high into the air at high speed, piercing the cloud cover. When I look back down, I expect to see a park but nothing is showing up. I try to pretend that I already see it but when I pierce back through the clouds back to Earth, I’m half a block away from where I started. There’s a badass three-wheeled police car here that looks a little like The Dark Knight Batmobile. It appears to be stuck because it hit another car and the officer seated inside is berating a teenage girl, blaming her for what happened. I just want the car, though, so I open the top of the car and boot the cop out of the driver’s seat with my left foot and drive off down the street. I have a fun time driving for a couple of blocks until I come to an intersection where a cement truck is gushing this huge, oozing wave of wet cement everywhere. I avoid it by driving up onto someone’s yard and going around, but all the bumping seems to make the car sort of disappear within a half block or so. I walk out onto DA street to see this amazing parade of armored elephants going by. There must be dozens of them, marching slowly and regally in single file. There’s something sad about their demeanor and from out of nowhere Wife is standing next to me, saying, “This last march they do is called their ‘Final Heart.’” She’s moved by what she’s seeing and I am too in spite of not really understanding it. Further down the road I encounter a vertical sandstone wall with small outcroppings that could be used as handholds. When I look across the street to my left, I see my doppelganger already climbing up an identical wall! He looks over at me and grins. I decide that this is a great opportunity to practice my dream climbing, so I make my way up about twenty feet or so. I keep looking over at my double as I go, a little envious of how quickly and confidently he can make the climb. As I’m climbing, the dream ends.

All of a sudden, I was at my school during an athletic event. Swimming in partic-tac-ular. I was sucking except for the basketball portion in which I aboslutely killed at. Basketball in the water, except you use a floating beach ball. This competition was inside btw. I thought "Hell or high water, I'm going to get a medal TODAY." Just then, the water rose for more in-depth competition. A dialogue box popped up that said "At this altitude of water, there may be sharks. Be on the lookout." Then I thought "Why would there be sharks in an indoor competition?" This was my first clue that it was a dream. I finally did an event correctly. Swam 20mph in the sprint. Then I thought "Wait, I'm not even athletic, what's this?" I wanted it to be my turn so bad, that it actually came true. The rotations had smiled upon my liking, and I showed them who's boss. I talked to the kids post-game. There's this one who's the hotshot of the school; athletic, smart, cool, etc. He doesn't want me near him in real life because "I'm not worthy of his presence" or something like that. Since I had showed my brightside to him, I thought he'd look the other way. Nope. He said some snobby stuff, but then I said: "This is a dream, Ethan. We can do whatever we want. I can do whatever we want." He replied "Bullsh*t." I raised four miniature geysers of lava and shot ice crystals at his feet from nowhere. Not one of them hit. "Jesus christ, this IS a dream!" "Yes, didn't I tell you?" I saw the fear in his eyes. "Everything is wrong here. Nothing is right, but that's what I need to fix. If I grant you powers, the dream will become unstable, I'll leave and live my normal life, while you're here, stuck with the tyrannic rulers." I had his full attention now. "Omnipotent rulers?" "Yes. They're using you as fuel. You are slaves to them. I'll clear them out so you can go back to your life, or stay here if you desire. Stay safe." The truth was stranger than fiction though. I had unplugged myself [woke up] and found myself in a whole new setting. The world was dark, and people were handing their electronic devices to men that looked like Agent Smith from The Matrix while they sat in cars with guns. I ran straight into the school as sentinels flew above me. "Mrs. Swenson, what's going on?" "Come with me." This part of my dream skipped out, but I knew it. I had the power. to test this, I went into an elevator. I pushed 1 "ground level" and said "Cut power to elevator" The elevator sparked and warped a bit. I was then actually afraid as I drifted back into naivete. I almost lost my grasp on my lucidity. I found myself no-clipped out of the world. Much like in Half-Life 2, or Portal. When you can fly around and through objects, and see the entire map in a grayish blue box-ish outline full of objects. This was frightenting. The force at work here was much stronger than me, so I warped home. I immediately looked out my window. An agent in a red tie in a black buggy looked up at me. I saw the coldness and emotion, or lack thereof, in his eyes. He drove away. I then woke up AGAIN, to find that I was on Newgrounds. The endeavors I experienced were a Newgrounds Flash Animation. But I knew there was another level to this. I went to World's End, an ethereal location in the game Magicka. World's End is what it sounds like. Barren floating islands with a very beige, green background. There was a path. I had a showdown with the Beast himself. My inner demons. He wielded a large club, and I made myself twice his size. I couldn't stomp on him. I couldn't block him. I had to wait until he was out of breath, and land the finishing blow. I punched him off the barren island into No-Man's Land. He fell down into the deep, foggy abyss. I'm much happier now, tbh.
LUCID x 2 WBTB + supplement (8 mg galantamine) DEID I am at work, talking to L. She just did a strip tease for the guys in the SEC. I note how skinny she looks. I wonder how she can get away with doing this in the work place. HR would freak if they knew this was going on here. L doesn't seem well, and I learn she recently got a DUI. She tries to make it sound like we are alike, especially with the DUI. I tell her she is wrong, I never got a DUI. I see another woman, preparing to take a shower. I think it is my friend H. Irritated by my conversation with L, I feel myself lift up toward the ceiling. I start to spin, and realize I am dreaming. Excited, I float along the ceiling slowly, trying to maintain focus in the dream. I move toward a doorway, wanting to leave this dream scene. I exit through the door and start walking down the stairs. I am a little worried, because I have dreamed this kind of stairway before, and those dreams are often unpleasant. I remind myself to keep my fear in check. I exit through another door and find myself in a strange hall. It looks like some kind of medical facility. Far down the hall I see what appears to be tubes that may have people in them. I see a woman in the hall, maybe a nurse. She looks surprised and upset, and she says I can't be here. I try to reassure her. I look directly at her and tell her in a calm voice "It's OK, I am dreaming. This is a dream." She does not believe me. I wake up. Excited about my success with having an LD, I hold very still in bed, determined to immediately re-enter the dream state to try again. I imagine myself floating toward the ceiling and spinning like in my previous dream, and in just a few seconds I am dreaming again! I am in a large building, so I decide to go exploring. I become aware that my bladder is full and I really need to pee (LMAO), so I think hard about what I need to do to stabilize myself as long as possible. I tell myself that it is my dream body that is experiencing the physical sensation, not my physical body. I also clap my hands several times to try to ground myself in my dream body, which works well. As I explore the dark hallways, I remember that my LD goal is to find an elevator. I turn a corner and see one at the end of the hallway. I want it to be a glass elevator so I can see the view outside. I press the button and hope for the best. The door opens and it is a glass elevator! I get in and press a button. It is very dark outside, and the dream is unclear. The elevator is not moving up or down, but sideways instead. I watch the scenery carefully, trying to will it to become clearer. I see city lights, and finally an ocean scene far in the distance. I want to get out to go see the ocean. I exit and start walking down a road. There are no DC anywhere. It looks like a very long walk to reach the shore but I am determined. I have to keep clapping my hands to stay focused. Along the way, I remember that I'd like to try eating something. I want some pasta since my gluten intolerance has made it impossible to enjoy real pasta for years now. I see a small Italian restaurant ahead. As I get closer, I see the doors are very small, and I don't think I will fit through them. I decide to keep walking rather than risk waking myself up by shoving myself through an impossible door. The last part of my walk is on a narrow dirt path, with some steep edges. There is a ravine on my right. I am very close now, and I see a nice building on the shore, which appears to be luxury apartments. I wake up before I reach it.

#342 - WILD - 5:52AM After another long SP session, I finally mange to break free. I notice a lot of moon light coming from the window and I take a look outside. A full moon has really got the area lit up so I go ahead and phase out the window. I get a little stuck at the waist and feel my body stretch and morph to get through the tight space in small panes of glass. When I get loose, I fall to to the ground in a heap. I get up and I start walking down a dirt road of white chat. The moonlight makes the road seem to glow. As I begin running, I hear the crunch of rock under my shoes. I clap once to make sure I'm stable and the sound echoes into the night causing a dog to start barking. Ignore this and continue running giving a few more claps. I come to a house in my neighborhood and a young woman gets out of a car. She leaves the door open and engine running. I take the opportunity to hop in and go for a joy ride. Feeling guilty, I pause and turn to the woman. She's standing next to a garage or outbuilding. I ask if it's ok to take the car and she smiles and nods. I study her face wondering why she looks so familiar but I can't place it. The car is a sporty coupe with a manual transmission. It's super fast and drives like a dream. I am amazed at how realistic the shifting is as I go through the motions. I decide to skip from 3rd to 5th gear and the engine revs loudly, but the car responds with really amazing acceleration. I pass a few slow moving cars and take curves with ease. A random song is playing on the radio, but when I try to really listen to what it is, it changes to some commercial. I can't make sense of the words so I ignore it. The road stays visually in clear under the light from the headlamps, but the rest of the dream environment turns a deep black. I start wishing for the sun to come up and soon it begins to look like early morning as the sky lightens a bit. I wonder where I am going and what goal I had in mind, but I can't think. Suddenly, movement from my wife wakes me up.
#341 - WILD - 5:20AM I have a decent WBTB and difficulty getting back to sleep. Perfect for WILD. I really wasn't that into this dream but I gave it my best shot. Originally Posted by ~ Dreamer ~ I DARE: Xanous: Take your relationship with the ground to the next level. Fast forward Once I feel that I am in the dream enough, I decide to get down to business. I never know how much time I get and I really just want to get this over with. I get out of bed and dash for the front door. I have a little trouble opening it since it's locked. I decide that it's not really locked at all, and the door opens. The night air feels nice and cool on my skin as I take a dive off the front porch, landing face first on the sidewalk and grass. I hear ambient sounds coming from the night. A dog barks. Someone is lighting firecrackers in the distance. Pop. Pop. Pop. A car passes by. I am always amazed by the little details but there's no time for that. I start grouping the ground and licking and kissing the edge of the sidewalk. I moan, "Oh yeah baby. Give it to me." The ground under my hands swell into a strange resemblance of breasts. I feel my physical hands twitch and have to concentrate to shift my focus back to the dream. I am honestly not aroused at all but want to complete this to the end so I start making humping motions. The ground responses by making the appropriate shape. Still, I'm not that into it but I am finding all of this amusing. Suddenly, it feels like I am moving too much in the bed and I worry what my wife will think. This thought begins to wake me up so I go for more dream sensation. I bite a chunk of the sidewalk off and start to chew. It's like eating chalk but I munch away paying attention to the details. It's not use though, I eventually wake up smacking my lips.
Dream - Lucid I was at Nick C's place, an ex of mine that IWL, I really hurt when I left him. I don't remember why I was there, but it had something to do with me playing the violin. Another person was there too. I could sense how upset Nick C was. He was frustrated and hurt. I was frustrated from the bad vibe in the room; him feeling bad was causing me to feel bad, too. I was sitting at a cluttered kitchen table. I had brought the violin with me; I think it was Nick C's anyway. It needed to be re-strung; there were these new greenish strings sitting on it, just needing to be tightened into place. I think Nick C was going to do it, because I didn't know how. I then "remembered" playing the violin in a rock band. At the time of the memory, I was still with Nick C. We were playing an indoor show. There was a crowd there listening. It had been my first time ever performing on the violin. Someone had come up to me and asked me to play louder because they couldn't hear me. Eventually, I gained more confidence and started to play more loudly. For my first time ever playing, I was actually doing a really good job. Then, I came back to the present. I was too overwhelmed by the bad feelings, and had to leave. I said "I'm leaving. I just can't be here anymore." I considered taking the violin. I wasn't sure whether or not I should. I think Nick C said it was fine (despite the circumstances). I started to put it in its case. I threw something else in there as well, but I'm not sure. I'm also not sure how it all fit in the case, but it did. I couldn't play the violin, though, because of the strings not being attached. I was close to the door, and was looking for my flip-flops. There were lots of shoes on the floor by the door. I finally found mine, a pair with a straw-like material on the foot with a black fabric outline around the edges (they actually resemble a pair I had when I was a teenager IWL). I slipped them on and went out the door. I then was walking towards my car, which, in the dream, wasn't my car; it was an old, red car kind of like my husband's. I was walking through the yard to get to my car. Nick C was behind me. He said "You know you're going to have to pay for putting me through all this, right?" "Yes," I responded. I knew karma would balance things out eventually. I then realized I wasn't holding my keys. No big deal, I thought, I'll just make them appear in my hand. I did just that, simply by thinking about my keys being in my hand. The power of thought, I thought to myself. I then sat in the driver's side, and Nick C got in and sat in the passenger's side. I then realized I also didn't have my purse. I did the same thing I did with my keys, and thought about it to make it appear. ~ I woke up around 5am to pee. I noticed a sound coming from the kitchen, and thought it was my coffee pot going off too early. I went to look, but it wasn't. I then went back to bed, and knew that this was a perfect opportunity for lucidity. I fell asleep after laying awake for a bit. I was still working at Kohl's, though I don't know why, since I had quit and stopped showing up to work. I "remembered" my name still being on the schedule. I wasn't at work though, I was with my husband, Dallas. We were at I guess what was supposed to be our place. We had ordered a game online, and it had come in the mail. I think it was a SNES game. I was opening the package, and the game had come with some skimpy hot pink and black Playboy pajamas, complete with bunny ears. It was like a bonus for buying the game. We were both excited. Free stuff rocks. Then, I was waking up on a porch. It was very sunny; a beautiful morning. I wasn't quite sure where I was, though. I examined the view I had from the porch, and somewhere off to the east was a beach. The beach triggered lucidity. I didn't even RC; I just knew. I then stood there for a second trying to remember my lucid goals. God dammit, I couldn't remember; it was like there was a block there. Not the first time that's happened, but I didn't want to waste the lucidity. I decided to go inside and get my husband. I hesitated before I opened the door, though; I did not want to lose this dream. I put my hand on the gold doorknob and went inside. I walked down the hallway, and felt the vividness fading a little. I rubbed my hands together, but it didn't really do much. I examined my hands instead, and it helped. I noticed one of my fingernails on my left hand looked as if it was sloppily painted with white nail polish. I then saw my husband; his back was to me. I started to talk with him, and he faced me. "This is a dream!" I said, as usual. He didn't seem to believe me, and kept turning around and avoiding eye contact with me. I kept trying to convince him, but he just wouldn't hear it. Oh well, whatever. I decided to just go explore on my own. I was then outside, walking through a lightly forested area with many pine trees. I noticed that Dallas had come along after all; he was behind me. I then decided to test my power of thought, and held my hands out to either side of me to fell the trees. I thought my intention to make them fall, and, behind me, as I passed them, I heard them creaking as they fell. Neat. Then, we were on a paved road. I was barefoot; I could feel the hot pavement underneath my feet. There were children about, playing in the street. A car started to come. One little girl in a red dress with black polka dots was lagging behind the rest of the children, who were running to the side of the road for safety. I thought she was going to get hit, but she got sideswiped, and her clothing got caught on the side of the car. The car kept driving with this girl attached to the side of it. We kept walking. I then decided to try to find my dream guide, which has, over the years, proved to be a futile search. I yelled "Dream guide, if I have a dream guide, please appear!" Nothing. Of course. As usual. I started to climb over this small grassy hill on the edge of the road to see if my guide was on the other side. Nope. Dallas then said "Krista, it's not working." I knew he was right; I have suspected for awhile now that I do not have a dream guide. I am, in fact, my own dream guide. It makes sense when I think about it. Not everyone has separate dream guides, after all. We were then standing by some stairs. I was trying to think of something else I could do. All these children started to play around us, and I couldn't concentrate. One of them was the girl who got sideswiped by the car; I remember the dress. "Go away!" I said. I needed to think. They all started to go down the stairs. I then looked up at the sky, and noticed dark clouds coming in quickly. It was very vivid and beautiful, but I knew a storm was coming soon. I then had an idea of what I wanted to do. "Spirit guide, please appear!" I said more than this, but I can't remember specifically; this is the gist of what I said. Dallas then immediately stepped in front of me. "I am your spirit guide," he said. I was a little surprised. I then noticed that there were two Dallases there: The one standing in front of me who had spoken, who looked just like my husband, even down to his clothes, which were his IWL work clothes, and one standing off to the side, whose face looked slightly different from my husband's. "What? Are you really my spirit guide?" I inquired. Then, I noticed a huge, white cloud was coming down from the sky. It morphed into the shape of a hose vacuum cleaner. It sucked up a car. The car quickly went into it. I knew we were next, and that this was the end of the dream. The cloud laughed an evil laugh, and turned to us, and started to suck us up into its depths. We flew up into it, and I heard a weird noise as I was waking up. ~ I was up and about to type out my dreams on DV. I went to the computer. The desk was way smaller than IWL, but I didn't notice in the dream. It was in the corner, and I wanted to move it in front of the window. It had something to do with the seat and where it was positioned; I didn't want to hurt my back. I got on DV, and noticed I had already typed my dreams up. I even had 4 comments. I looked at the comments, and one just said "coupon protected". Ugh, a bot. I checked my email, and there was something about it in my email. ~ YAY FINALLY SOME LUCIDITY!! So stoked, even though I again did not remember my goals. I didn't meditate yesterday, but I did get to sleep in a little today; I don't have to work until 9am as opposed to the 7am shifts I've been working. I do think that meditating the other day did help, though. It helps me to clear my mind and any debris that's collected. I was quite intrigued by what happened when I asked to meet my spirit guide. This is going to need some further investigation for sure. God, this was the longest lucid I've had in ages. It was very vivid and clear. I am super giddy this morning!

Dream 1 I'm inside a abandoned house which looks old but classical to an extent. I feel a little creeped out by look of the house and the fact that it's empty and abandoned. I reach a room which has metal panels which I thought, may have had computer technology attached to it. I'm now sitting on a couch with Kayley in the lounge room of the house and her dirt bikes riding outside. Kayley mentions something about them. People start to come inside the house as if it's a party. I see Tilly from the reality TV show Big Brother, and others that myself and Kayley recognize. We both look at each other as if we know and secret which no one else in the room knows. I get up and greet Tilly, by shaking her hand i think. The other guy we knew is sitting at the table with us. Kayley greets him and says his name by accident. He's name was Matt. Matt is surprised that she knows his name and is a little suspicious. I begin to become aware inside the dream at some point. I don't think I did a reality check. I'm looking through a beautiful stained draws. I open up some compartments with another DC. I compliment the look of the piece. She doesn't mention anything back to me, and is just standing near by. At this point I'm pretty much lucid and my animal instinct kicks in [i really gotta kick this out of my mind when lucid lol] I begin to seduce her by touch her feet and stroking them very lightly. She is now caught in my intentions and begins to take her clothes off. She's down to her underwear and I feel it's time for me to lay down and bring her into me. Dream ends. Dream Fragment: 1. I'm outside doing something. Think it was linked to previous dream. 2. I'm laying on the ground and Jade is laying over the top of me with her breasts in my face. They have a bad odor smell to them. I tell her that they smell. Dream 2 I'm walking towards the train station via Daryl's street and seem to be off to the shopping center. I realize i forgot my bike and seem a little unsure if I should turn back or continue walking. After if-ing and are-ing I eventually decide to head back to get my bike. As I'm walking back I see a girl from my school Jess. She has very blonde hair, you could almost call if white. We smile as we pass and I decide to do a reality check by looking at my hands. I notice I have extra fingers but it doesn't click with me straight away and decide to do it again and count. I have 7 fingers. I try not to get overly excited as it's my first time being lucid in 5 or so months. I see Jess walk passed again with someone else but I ignore them and decide to stabilize the dream. I rub my hands together, spin and even shake my head, but the head shaking my head feel off. I'm in a room with about 4 of so DC's. I'm a bit overwhelmed of what to do in my lucid dream. I walk up to a DC and annoy him a little. I try to talk but my voice is slurring as if I've had a stroke. Dream ends. Dream 3 Recorded at 7:40am I'm back inside the abandoned house in the kitchen. I'm already lucid and don't think I needed to reality check. I see a man which seems to be a teacher of lucid dreaming or maybe just giving his 2 cents on what was happening. He tells another DC the reason he became lucid is probably due to the fact he was excited. I have a water bottle in my hand and decide to pour it over my face to see if it helps stabilizing which didn't really have much effect except a slight feeling of cold when pouring it. I see Sabrina from a talent show "The Voice" Australia. I find her attractive and pull my non hard dick and slowly put it in her mouth (face palm). Before I get any pleasurable sensations, I awaken. Side Notes: Woke up a few times and had a headache, which kept me up a little, which may have played a factor in being more aware in dreams. I try to DEILD my way back into each dream but I seem a little impatient and cut it short. I did see light flashes at one point. By me trying this, it may have played a part in my awareness in the upcoming dreams which gave me lucidity.

Journal Entry Lucid #65 Dream,Lucid, (Comments) Background: I meditated before sleeping. WBTB. Lucid Dream #65, day: 07/25/14, time: 3:32-5:47 Am"": I was in a house. I saw enormous amount of people there. One of them fancy house parties. I saw mostly people from church. The lighting in the house was mostly blue. I then get introduced to some Muslims. All of them had hilarious names. I wish I could remember the names but I do know that the names either contradicted their belief or it straight out a stereotypical name. I saw my friend IN, he was just following us. They took us to a soccer field and they wanted to have a match. They tricked us and kept playing soccer by themselves. They didn't play with us because we sucked at soccer. (I woke up sometime and went back to sleep) I am on a rooftop. I became lucid. I went down from the house and the environment became a maze of some sort. I started rub my hands to stabilize the dream. I am walking around making turn after turn. I see Xavier this weirdo: He tells me to follow him and I do. He started talking nonsense about everything universe, and every other crap together. He takes me to a tunnel. I think it was a sewage of some kind. He spoke so much nonsense that I got confused to the point I became non-lucid but moments later realized what happen and decided to wake up. Inside my home. I hear sounds from the backyard. My grandma tells me not to open the backdoor. It is dark. I am scared. I turn on the lights to see something already made it inside my house. Out of fear I became lucid. It was green creature, tall and fat. They broke through the window. I told them to leave. I then calmly walked in my hallway. I decided to do a back flip, more like flying and spinning in circle. Environment change, I see the actor for Charles Xavier, Patrick Stewart, he is driving a car. I mistaken him for Gandolf. I told him that when he did this shot he was in a green screen illusion, but now he is in my dream. He started to touch the environment. He tells me that, "how can you experience something that you have not experience before?" I started to touch the front window of the car. Touching the cold surface feeling the cracks. I was token away by all of it. I look up and it is my sister driving now. (Walking on Wall): I didn't notice the shift in characters since I was infatuated by the details in the dream. I told her that Lucid dreaming allows us to experience things which we never did before. I then open the car door. I put my hand out and touch the pavement. It felt like brushing my hands against my bed sheet. I thought that is strange I should have felt paint. I started feeling a burning sensation on my left thumb. We are about to pass an exit. I thought ok that didn't work out as well as I thought but let me do something I never tried before, walk on wall. I told my sister to exit and stop the car. She stopped next to a tall building. I went to the wall of the building. All white building, made of marble tiles, which was strange but I already know it is a dream so I didn't bother asking. I then put my right foot up and I imagined that this was my new plane in which gravity would exist in. I then put my left leg on it, I could see the blue sky. I started walking directly up. I looked down and looked at my foot, I couldn't believe that I am walking on the wall. I look back up and I am in my kitchen. That is what the tiles are for I thought. I then went to my grandmas room, everything was there the shelf, the computer, everything. I now wanted to walk sideways. Same idea. I put my foot out and I started to walk. At first it was easy but for some reason I started to tilt towards the right or the floor. I then try to stay in the middle and I tilt to my left towards the ceiling. I am walking on the wall like a drunk wobbling back and forth. It became so hard that it felt like an abdominal exercise. I felt my leg and abs tense up. I decided to get back down. I ran into the living room and I ran across the wall. My sister told me to stop I will hurt myself. I then woke up.

By using SSILD this morning after waking up, I managed to fall easily back asleep. After some time of sleeping, I found myself in what seemed to be a rapidly retreating dream. Soon I saw myself standing in a light gray haze. Glancing around, I was minimally aware of fuzzy colors in the distance, but there was nothing I could make out. Instantly I realized I must be dreaming. I asked myself, “Am I dreaming?” “Yes, I’m dreaming,” I seemed to reply to myself from a distance. I did not doubt it, but I wasn’t overly excited, either, although there was a moment when I remember feeling slightly triumphant that I was able to have awareness in a dream for the very first time! I felt a strange presence while I was questioning my wakefulness. It was like I had access to my mind, which was never possible before in a normal dream. Due to feeling bored and secluded in the gray haze with nothing happening, I unfortunately let the dream go, not on purpose, of course. The experience was so unexciting that it took me a while after waking to believe that it was actually a LD.
