    1. 07/13/10 Unhappy Campers, 90 mph Tornado

      by , 07-16-2010 at 09:28 PM (Sydney's Nightly Adventures)
      -Unhappy Campers-
I was with my homeroom teacher and some other kids, we were all camping. We walked into a clearing of forest; it had a giant light there on the ground (almost like a lighthouse light). There was a hole all around it; it could have been a mini moat. The light was turned off.

It was a little dark, and I don't think we had flashlights (smart ). Mrs. B (teacher) led us to the middle of the clearing. I'm not sure, but I think we were examining what was around us. All of a sudden, the big light had turned on, and it was super bright. We heard this "beeep!" Mrs. B said, "The power is back on!" I thought to myself, when was it ever off?

But now since it was really bright, you could see spiders and snakes crawling on the dirt ground. Everyone walked over to the light. I was trying to walk over, but I could not. I was looking down, and my head was fixed in that position. It also felt like I was going uphill in slow motion. I was wondering why I never became lucid...I said out loud, "Uh, wait Mrs. B!" I kept running towards them in slow motion. I wonder what I looked like. Mrs. B came towards me. I can't recall what had happened but I was in her car. She stopped at a restaurant and told me to go use the bathroom.

I went inside, said hello to the cashier, and went to where the bathrooms were. After coming out, the cashier said, "Good evening." I said hi, but then I saw another lady and it wasn't for me. So I walked out of there, got into the car, and Mrs. B drove me home.

      -90 mph Tornado-
My sister and I were at my house. She came up to me and was very worried. She said, "Oh my gosh! T (my brother) just told me that his friends told him that a tornado that has 90 mph winds was heading this way form Florida!" Her face was pale. I was dazed and confused..I had no idea what was going on. Then I woke up.
    2. McDonald's Anarchy and Two Fragments

by , 07-16-2010 at 03:04 AM (Sailing the Noosphere)
      1. The family is visiting me at my research station. My brother says he needs to talk, and he tells me that his friend A is growing more distant with him after breaking up with K. The dream fast-forwards to the next day, where we all go out to eat at McDonald's. The brother orders poutine (suggesting we're in Canada?) and we talk about how relationships seem to chain down from one person to another. The parents eat calmly downstairs.
When he and I go back down, a waitress (with a nametag reading Skilscience, so a failed RC) is talking in a Norwegian accent to my dad. It seems that he's been rude, and she's trying to instruct him in manners. He ignores her while asking for more gravy, and she snaps. She jumps up on a nearby table and starts shouting everything wrong with McDonald's. The cheese is fake, the beef is tainted, employees spit in the food, etc. Soon the rest of the employees join her, shouting "Down with Wal-Mart! Down with McDonald's!" The family leaves in a huff, and the dream fades out over Anti-Flag style punk music.

      2. I'm a bassist in a successful rock band with a large crew of student roadies (all of whom I recognize as fellow students IRL). We're recording a new album, and in the studio other members of the band are listening to Led Zeppelin for inspiration. We start to record, but the drums just aren't working properly. We waste hours of precious studio time, and I drive away from the studio frustrated.

      3. Movie-style voiceover shows an epic tale in the Star Wars universe. Two Jedi, dueling hardcore, got frozen in a block of ice; their bodies rotted, but the lightsabers still burn today. I lead a team of explorers to find them, but as we retrieve the blades one of them somehow cuts through the other. This releases a huge fireball of energy, and my crew races to escape while being pursued by ninja stormtroopers.
    3. Philippines.

Okay, I remember bits of my dream pretty clearly I think.

We were in the Philippines. But at the same time in my unit in Perth. It was a flat, one of those ones up high in the sky, and the building it was part of was joined to a sister-building.
The Singaporean guy that was going to rent it out text messaged me to say that he had declined for now unless my place could surpass the fact that the other places had guinea pigs and rabbits for him to watch (something like that lol). My mum complained that I didn't clean the place up enough, which was true.

Haha, my brother had somehow swapped bodies with someone else, and was really fat. xD He is quite thin/muscly IRL.
We were going to some store on the same level as the flat. It was owned by some rich fliipinos. You had to do a blood test (just those ones where they prick your finger like for diabetics) and there was a security guard standing outside that would do that for you.
For some reason the owner of the store wanted me to go in even without doing the blood test. But I needed to go back to the flat for some reason.
And then I cam back with my bro and the two maid's children, em-em and adrian, and we went through.

There was this cool escalator thingy there. I recall the place was quite shiny or something. I can't remember what happened here though.

Afterwards, I watched an old man slide down the escalator thing awesomely; he did a jump as he went over the slopes. It was like a slide at Adventure World. There were three parts to it. Some children followed after him, but the girl did it on her feet and not sitting down like the man had done. I thought that I would've been too scared to do that at her age, and even now

Then I met up with someone around my brother's age and he had a watergun.

I was sitting with my brother, em-em and adrian, GB and I think someone else but I'm not sure who. We kept on walking round and round the table, working out who was going to sit where and next to who. I think AD was there. He's some guy that I went to high school with and not very many people liked him. But anyway, I think I sat next to him, but I am unsure of this.
We were carrying our meals in our hand (chicken with rice) as we walked around the table, and there were drinks there in shots. Some were coca-cola and some were some type of clear alcoholic drink. Either wine or vodka. I remember thinking that I was going to drink the coke coz I'm not too fond of alcohol.

Now here are some keywords that I wrote down, so that I could go back to them and write about these dreams. But it didn't work
      Book.
      Police on highway.
    4. 07/07/10 Seems Like 9/11, The Candy Room

      by , 07-09-2010 at 06:57 PM (Sydney's Nightly Adventures)
      ~Seems Like 9/11~
It seemed like my family and I were trying to get away from something coming. My mother, sister, and brother were there with me. We ran through these long halls to get out of a building. My brother had some kind of pet following us...it looked like a butterfly in a toy car. It was so slow compared to us, so I had to hold it and run.

We finally got out of there and headed to the nearest dock. Well, at least I think it was a dock. The small boat there looked like a suburban on water. Lol. It had left already, but the lady saw us and turned around. I had kind of smushed the butterfly by now...and it was in a puddle of its own...yuck.

The lady 'rolled down the window' and said, "Okay, time to get the noodles out!" (The floating toy noodles?) The boat had already floated near us so we just hopped on. As soon as I got in I remembered about my luggage. "Oh no, I left my bag in my room!" I shouted. My mom said, "Don't worry about it."

So then a few minutes later we had to stop for chicken fingers. (Wth?) We came to a small gas station looking place, and while my sis was getting the chicken; I looked up at the sky for a bit. I told my mother, "Whoa, Mom. Look at the sky." She did. The sky was all blue except for the smoke. There was smoke going out in 3 directions. One slanting left, one upwards, and one slanting right. I can't remember what we did after this and I woke up.

      ~The Candy Room~
I'm not sure how we got there, but a bad guy had captured my sister and I and put us in a warehouse of some type. I was able to look down and see my sister. She was hovering in something...I don't know what it was.
I think I was locked in a candy room; because there was a lot of unknown candy in there. I took one out, and it looked like those candies that you suck on in the shapes of fruit. It was a humongous decorated pack they were in. I showed my sister, and she said, "I can't see it!" Later on, I woke up.

    5. Doctor, I Have Flaming Lips!

      by , 07-06-2010 at 10:30 PM
      ---

I walk into a large, open doctor's office with my mother, dressed in a heavy green dress which makes it almost impossible to walk normally. I'm dressed as and acting like a woman, though I know I am a man. I can feel people's eyes or me, but I'm used to it. I have arrived for some sort of surgery that will make me feel more "normal" than I do right now.

The female doctor walks off with a shopping cart and my mother walks off in another direction. I follow the doctor, who is now walking down a grocery store style aisle collecting the items she will need to perform the procedure. As I follow, I pass a woman who deliberately brushes against my stomach with her hand. This confuses me somewhat. I then part ways with the doctor walk to a tunnel-like structure where I notice my youngest brother of about ten perched. He is being reprimanded by a teacher figure for refusing to behave. I continue to walk on where I notice my mother going up and extremely steep escalator, waving casually to me like we will see each other again in ten minutes or so.

I continue to walk around the now high school-sized doctor's office where I come across and large line of soon-to-be students waiting in line for something. There must be five hundred of them. However, I know why I am here and it is not to wait in line for whatever it is they're waiting for. I move on.

I am now in the same doctor's office, though at an extension that reminds me of The Museum of Science I've visited as a child several times before. I notice there is are multiple groups of children from different elementary/middle schools touring like I had some years before. I recognize one of the teachers as a lively, older man with crazy white hair and glasses. Still, I continue on noticing a friend of mine walking away from a booth where Wayne Coyne of the Flaming Lips is handing out free t-shirts and CDs with several other people I don't recognize.

I walk over to notice he as aged much more than I expected. Another volunteer asks me about my favorite movie. I explain to him that I've been asked this question before by my father, thought about it, but simply cannot remember which one I chose. There are just too many to choose just one. He decides to give me what I came there for anyways. I thank him and go on my way.

    6. Fragments from June 26 2010

by , 06-27-2010 at 06:00 PM (Sailing the Noosphere)
      1. I'm reading (Failed RC) an advertisement for some sort of new pen and paper RPG. The class system is based around kitchen tools, with knives, can openers, nutcrackers, and even rolling pins getting mentions. Each of them has a fanciful history based on a real-world group; I think the nutcrackers are Russian mobsters?

      2. I'm traveling in Canada with some friends and take a lunch break. I get very angry, as the only available shops are two Burger Kings on either side of the street, and both of them are selling a mixture of disgusting seafood instead of burgers.

      3. I'm with my family on a shopping trip to Wal-Mart. We buy several things, including a ceramic piggy bank, a cute figurine, and a diabetes tester for dogs. All failed RCs, of course.
    7. Some Fun

      by , 06-25-2010 at 01:10 PM (Hazel's Boiler Room)
      6/25/10

Yay! I got a stripe on my belt! Anyway, for my dreams:

1- In Which Hazel Does Not Act Her Age
My brother comes into my room with this old (fake) sword that he used to have. He begins knocking things off my shelf and just being a pest in general. When he doesn't stop like I tell him to, I throw a temper tantrum like a five year old. O.o After it is over, I wonder why I am acting like this... Oh, it must be a dream. I reverse time and handle the situation more maturely.

      2- A Family Outing
I go out to a really strange restaurant with my family. I don't trust these people, something isn't right... As predicted, the owners are up to no good. They are locking people in cages out back. Well, they certainly aren't going to get ME. The only problem is, they have some kind of strange machine that makes them not feel pain. "We'll take care of it," my parents assure me as they allow themselves to be locked up in the cage. "You act as the decoy."

No problem. I take off, and the crazies are quick to give chase. Hm, if I could just run a bit faster... But no, they're still catching up to me. Time to fight. I fight like an expert, but it doesn't matter. They can't feel pain and I can. Just as I am beginning to think I will lose, the one standing in front of me suddenly crumples to the ground, crying out. "Ah, shit, they broke the machine!"

I grin in triumph as my parents and my brother arrive on the scene. "Took you long enough!"

    8. Graffiti Sorrow and African Bike Race Fragment

by , 06-25-2010 at 12:06 AM (Sailing the Noosphere)
      1. Mom, my brother, and I are driving around downtown Cincinnati, when I notice some interesting graffiti on the side of a tall building. Everyone gets out of the car and starts to climb the building, eventually reaching an outcrop near the tags. One is simple to interpret and just says "Rage," the other is a design that looks like two capital "A" letters that share a leg. I think that the latter symbol is the tagger's way of representing A=A, the Objectivist tenet. This is backed up when I find (and start leafing through, missing a RC) a philosophy textbook. Details afterward are fuzzy, but the conversation among the family turns to something horrible, and I remember a crushing sadness. The textbook falls and shatters as we climb down, and eventually I start to sob.

      2. I'm watching a movie-style overview of an epic bike race in Africa. Things quickly go over-the-top; one bike is a robotic monstrosity, one is ridden by an ape-man who carries jungle animals with him, and one is ridden by Spiderman. Crazy hijinks ensue, but details are kind of fuzzy.

    9. A Trip to Istanbul

by , 06-23-2010 at 02:56 AM (Sailing the Noosphere)
The dream begins in an animated style, borrowing from the Arthur cartoons on PBS. Arthur has just moved to a new city and joined a swim team, but he just lost his swim shoes in the water filtration system. A maintenance man digs for them in the machinery, but he just can't find them. Arthur runs from the swim club in anger, exclaiming that "It's only been four days!" since he moved into the town.

As he leaves, the dream switches into live action and first-person, and I view a large and bustling cityscape. Streetcars full of people pass by; along their tops are emblazoned the names of famous authors (Marcel Proust, for example) and my friends (text, so YET ANOTHER failed RC). I excitedly hit the streets and head to a nearby cafe. When I stand in line, however, I realize that all the signs are in a foreign script and all the patrons speaking a foreign tongue. Unnerved, I head back onto the street, and in a daze wander to a market. A smog descends on the dream, and I recall exotic (but pleasant) smells from the stalls and headscarf-clad shoppers.

Luckily, I find my mom also in the market. She clarifies that I'm in the country of Turkey and reunites me with my brother and dad. She also seems to have an excellent grasp of Islamic law, for as we're about to enter a shop where we can see women, she holds us back and goes in first to make sure it's alright. She encourages the family to "act Canadian" and respect their customs (a behavior not at all like real life).

    10. Futuristic Gaming

by , 06-23-2010 at 02:44 AM (Sailing the Noosphere)
I'm waiting for my brother to pick me up at home and take me to the mall. He's running late, so I go downstairs and fire up my computer. It has a projected user interface, as in Jarvis from the Iron Man movie, and a very large high-def monitor. I start to browse Wikipedia (text, so failed RC), looking up Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and from there link to an obscure Japanese game that takes place in the Kingdom Hearts universe. It download it and proceed to play.
The only relationship to Kingdom Hearts is the use of the Gummi Ship. This vehicle is presented in top-down perspective, scrolling in a traditional manner as in Galaga or Galaxian. The enemies follow colored tracks along with a soundtrack, as in Audiosurf, and special flight maneuvers are also order with the music as in DJ Hero. The interface is intuitive and the gameplay frantic enough to keep me engaged for several rounds, and I start to reconsider going to the mall at all.
    11. My Misadventures in the City of Bedlam

      by , 06-21-2010 at 12:08 AM (Hazel's Boiler Room)
      1- A Chase
I leave the school after a rather rough day. Oh great, our bus isn't even here. Perfect... I am waiting with my brother, when I realize I must be dreaming. Everything is suddenly underwater... "We don't need a bus, we can swim home," I say.

Once home, I take Steven into an incredibly dark forest. This would be a good time to see if I can overcome my "darkeness=lack of control syndrome," but Steven gets scared and starts attacking me, forcing me to take him back to the house. He continues to chase me, as an evil demon voice resounds from all around us. I'm not really paying attention to what the voice is saying, because I am enjoying my run.

I fly up onto the house and find some really cool coins. I start to pick them up, then remember, "Oh yeah, it's not like I can keep them." Plus, Steven is still attacking me. This is getting annoying.

He throws some large blocks of wood at my head, but I slow them down using telekinesis and easily catch them. I don't bother attacking him; I have some stuff I need to do... Oh yeah, I'm supposed to be looking for Samael. I prepare to fly away, but my brother grabs ahold of my foot and nearly breaks my toe off. "That doesn't hurt," I tell him, rolling my eyes. "It's a dream, you idiot." It does hurt, though, and I wonder if I kicked the wall or something IRL.

My brother disappears, and I turn to go find Samael. I am just about to try a summoning spell, when the dream deteriorates and I wake up.

2- City of Bedlam, pt I
In the early 1700's, my dad and I own a small shop off the coast of Charleston. We sell all our wares, and must make the long and perilous journey across the Atlantic to stock up on supplies. We are poor; so all we have is a small rowboat. It will have to do. "Getting there is the easy part," I tell my dad. "But we still have pirates to worry about. At this statement, I notice two things. 1) Another rowboat ahead of us, and 2) a pirate ship (namely, the Black Pearl) sailing our way. The girl in the rowboat near us is a young Elizabeth Swan. To rescue us from the pirates, she flings salt water in my dad's eyes and makes us crash on some island.

We are greeted there by the island's inhabitants. They allow us to stay, provided we follow their rules. (And they have many, many rules.) They show us a specific room of the castle that we are not allowed to enter, because it holds some of their most treacherous secrets.

I walk around, getting to know everybody.

Before we know it, we have been staying in the city for weeks. It becomes my duty to vacuum the castle... with a very small hand vac. First I must pour some white cleaning liquid all over the floor, then vacuum it up. I am still working at this when
      I wake up.

3- City of Bedlam, pt II
Back in the city, I notice that I have done a very poor job of painting my nails. I have nail polish all over my fingers, and I even missed two of my nails altogether. I decide I'd better redo them... But I can't remember where I put my fingernail polish. It must be in one of the bathrooms, but there are just so many!

I begin my search. After a while, I accidentally enter a really dark, creepy room that with holds a talking shrunken head. Realizing that this is the room I am not permitted to enter, I shriek and run out. "What are you doing?" a girl asks me as I nearly run into her. I recognize her as one of the shop keepers on the shore of this island.

"Oh, I'm just looking for my fingernail polish," I say hurriedly and keep looking.

Outside, I notice a tree that seems to be a Christmas ornament... but it's June. Taking a closer look, I am shocked to see a fairy staring back at me. "Uh... do you know where my fingernail polish is?" I ask dumbly. She says something in sign language. "I don't understand that," I say. Suddenly more and more fairies appear in the tree. I begin to worry that they will cause trouble. "We have a problem," I tell the man who walks up behind the small tree.

"What's that?" The fairies abruptly disappear, and he never notices.

I was going to point them out, but I quickly change my mind. "Um, I can't find my fingernail polish," I say instead.

      4- Fire Ants, pt I
I "wake up" with fire ants in my bed, biting me. I hurriedly leave the room and tell my aunt about them.

      5- Fire Ants, pt 2
I "wake up" again. WTF? Fire ants are biting me! So that other part was a dream? I go and tell my aunt about the fire ants, then ask her if I had already told her. She says that I did. But... why would I go back to sleep in a bed full of ants?

6- City of Bedlam, pt III
A hurricane is attacking the castle. I am nearly swept away by a flood of water as one of the guards leads me up to the balcony. We are all clutching on to the sturdy bars of the balcony to avoid being blown away. Suddenly, the ocean starts throwing things at us: refrigerators, pieces of wrecked ships, all kinds of stuff! It sends it directly at us!

I am dodging as best I can, while trying to knock the others out of harms way. After what seems like forever, the storm ends.

7- City of Bedlam, pt IV
((I don't know why I kept re-entering this dream. It wasn't that fun, and I was getting rather tired of these weird people.)) I decide I must leave this city. I've had enough of the wackos who live here. They tell me that the only exit is through Pointer Street, so that is where I go. Or at least, that's where I TRY to go. I end up turning onto Clutter Street instead, which is against the law. Apparently Clutter Street is where they throw all the dead bodies when they execute someone, and no one is allowed to go down there. They kill me, but this is only a temporary punishment. In this City, if you make a contribution (such as vacuuming the castle), you will be brought back to life after execution.

This time I make sure to turn on Pointer Street. Unfortunately for me, a man is out shopping with his wife... butt naked. It is illegal to see someone naked unless you are married to them, so again I am killed.

Frustrated, I walk all the way back to Pointer Street, making sure to keep my eyes averted from the naked man. As I am trying to avoid him, I accidentally bump into one of the guards. I immediately apologize, not wanting to be executed again. He just smiles at me and keeps walking. I pass by a man, who comments on how I was sucking up to the guards to avoid punishment.

I am now faced with a problem. The naked guy is blocking my path... How am I supposed to get out of here without looking at him? An idea comes to me: I take out my sleeping mask and use it as a blindfold, feeling my way along until I make it out of the city.

    12. Samael, Serenity, and Loaf

      by , 06-19-2010 at 12:04 PM (Hazel's Boiler Room)
It's only a bit after 6:30 as I begin typing this, so I suppose I should still be sleeping. I'm just way to amused at the dreams I had to get back to sleep, though.

      1- A Final Deed
Samael and I are roommates at some apartment. I am not myself; I am an ex-vigilante woman who has been diagnosed with incurable cancer. Samael asks me why I don't help people anymore, and I say that I have lost faith in the world.

There is a new girl who has moved in next door, and something about her interests me. I suggest to her that she should speak with Samael. The next night, I am sitting on a bench outside our apartment when the new girl and Samael arrive together from a date they just had. I am delighted to see how well they are getting along; they're practically soulmates! I'm glad that I got to do one last good deed before I die.

      2- Annoying Class
We are supposed to be taking some test, but nobody is following instructions. I am talking to my friend Samantha, but she keeps switching back and forth between herself and Serenity. "Hey, I was reading your dream journal, and we both dreamed about a lemonade stand last night," I say to her. (Actually, I say tennis court to start with, then correct myself and say lemonade stand.)

"Oh yeah, I read about that."

"Oh, you did! I remember now that you already commented on it."

In the middle of our conversation, the teacher comes over and says I need to be checked out by the dentist. They strap me into a chair, give me laughing gas, and perform rather painful tests on me. After it is over, one of Samantha/Serenity's friends is laughing at me, saying that the gas made me act retarded.

      3- A Slice of Loaf
I tell my brother that I am excited to get home, because my friend Loaf is going to be staying with us for a while. I explain that he just had his tonsils removed, so he probably won't feel much like talking.

I walk into the front door, and Loaf is laying across my couch eating a bowl of chocolate ice cream. He looks like he's about 15 or 16, possibly older, and he has no hair. My mother has been taking care of him. "Hi Loaf, how are you feeling?"

"I'm in pain," he says happily.

"I would imagine so. Did the surgery go well?"

      "It hurt."

"You mean you could feel it while they were operating on you? Didn't they put you to sleep?"

"Yeah, but I could still feel it." He explains that while they were operating, he dreamed of a woman stabbing him in the throat.

My mom begins to as him a lot of questions about lucid dreaming, such as what got him interested to begin with.

Later, I get attacked by some creatures in a cave, and Loaf rescues me.
    13. A Lot of WTF Moments

      by , 06-18-2010 at 01:51 PM (Hazel's Boiler Room)
All day yesterday I felt sort of drained. Even when I was doing active things, such as Karate, I felt like it was a struggle to keep my eyes open. Not sure what that was all about, but it made recall throughout the night a bit difficult.

      1- Fading to Nothingness
The first part of the dream is indecipherable. Something to do with... karate, maybe. The vague feeling of failure. A convenience store? Or some place with a lot of shelves...

Later, I am lucid, but everything has gone weird. I am watching the dream from above; it looks more like a map than a scene. There is a circle of colored squares; each square represents a dreamer. The big blue square beside me is WakingNomad. He is giving us all instructions of some kind, possibly about shared dreaming. ((If I hadn't had my sun sound mp3 playing in my ears, I wouldn't have even realized that I had woken up a few seconds after this.))

      2- The WTF Ghost Race
In school, but class is a video game. Our eventual goal is to dispel some nasty ghost pirates, but first we have to do a lot of random tasks. There is a map in the top right corner of my vision that has our goal markers on it. First, we are in a hallway that forks off into three other hallways. They all loop back around to the central one. Our goal is to run through these hallways in the right order for quite a good number of times. If we get the order screwed up, we have to start over. Our instructor tells us that the pattern is center, left, right. We run around for ages until we have achieved our first goal.

Next we have to meet up at the pirate king's gravestone. I am no longer paying much attention, because I have a major problem. For some reason, I accidentally brought a pocket knife with me, and I am worried that the teachers will find it and I'll get expelled.

      3- Poor Undead Kitty
We are riding our bikes along the interstate, of all places. I am going faster than some of the cars, which surprises me. Am I really going 60 miles per hour on my bicycle? I abruptly lose balance and topple over, sprawling out face first in the emergency lane. Uninjured, I leap to my feet and move my bike from the middle of the road. Wow, I'm glad that didn't kill me.

My dad and brother have stopped to make sure I am okay. Hey, look! A cat! I walk over to the edge of the woods where a pitiful looking cat is standing, mewing helplessly. I notice that she is missing all her fur... Her skin is pink and purple like the Cheshire cat. "Aww, we can't just leave her here! Let's take her home with us!"

My dad looks at me skeptically. "I'm not taking care of any cat."

"You don't have to! I know Chris can't turn down a stray, so we'll be able to keep it."

My brother picks it up. It now has white, fluffy fur, but I don't notice the difference. We start walking home ((what happened to our bikes?)) when suddenly Steven freaks out. "Uh... we have a problem." Concerned, I go over to him to see what he's talking about. He holds the cat up, showing me it's underside.

Holy crap! The cat has a huge slash going all the way from it's chest to it's belly... AND IT HAS NO ORGANS! It's completely hollow! "How can she still be alive!?"

      4- Hospitality and Time Warps
I am not myself; I am a guy who is aspiring to be a magician. Something terrible happens, and I end up staying with a kind old woman and her husband until I can fix what ever went wrong.

I think I just end up making it worse. I get stuck in some kind of time warp, and now I am apparently a famous hero. People who were supposed to be my companions now have no clue who I am, and they seem to worship me from a distance. A man named Fable, who I had gone to magic school with and who had beaten me numerous times is now a member of some sort of gang. He tells me that he's always admired my strength and wishes that he could become like me.

      1. It's nighttime. I'm sitting around drinking something with a friend, when suddenly I start to feel pretty bad. The dreamview switches to a close-up of my digestive tract, which shows itself to be swollen and red and close to exploding. This continues for an uncomfortable time, showing different organs, when the view suddenly goes third-person. My body explodes, splattering blood on the dream "camera" and causing an elderly couple to comment on my rudeness.

      2. My brother, my roommate, and I are chasing the girls who live at my research station around the halls. Eventually they start to fight back, and I do parkour down the (IRL nonexistent) basement stairwell to hide from them.

I don't remember waking up AT ALL last night.

      1- Sumo Wrestler
This dream takes place several years into the future. What ever endeavor my brother has set out to do didn't work, and he has returned in hopes of moving back in with my parents. They say that they were planning on someone else moving in, and he'd have to compete with the other guy to see who gets the extra room. "Fair enough, who is he?"

Suddenly this HUGE sumo wrestler comes into the room and sits down at the table. I burst into laughter.

      2- Elephants
I am trying to get up a hill for some sort of quest, but there are predators all around, waiting to eat me. The only way I can get to the top is by traveling underneath a herd of elephants. ((What is it with me and elephants lately??? At least these weren't trying to kill me.))

      3- Mortal Mist Dream Games
I make a post on MM, describing some dream games I came up with. I say that the games were inspired by The Cusp, because of a post he made about something similar.

      4- Serenity
Something vague about Serenity. We were talking about something, but I can't remember what.

The annoying thing is, I remember having that feeling of excited realization that comes with being lucid, but I can't remember having a lucid dream at all! Maybe something during the day will make me remember.
