Well, can't say I'm thrilled with this morning's dream. The only humorous element was the fact that it took place in The Jefferson's TV show apartment! That was funny, and I liked being able to walk around and see it from the perspective of actually being there. Anyways, while I was exploring the place I noticed someone move in one of the back bedrooms. It was a guy with short curly black hair, light - almost grayish skin, and he moved in a slow, slinking way that made me feel uncomfortable. He wore a navy or black polo shirt and jeans. I knew in my gut that I had to stay away from him. He looked like a normal guy, but once he saw me, he began to morph into a more demonic appearance - heavy brow ridge, squinty evil eyes, lean ugly face, fangs, but no horns oddly. He came after me then, and the rest of the dream was me running from room to room trying to hide behind furniture or camera equipment and stay away from him. I kept hoping someone else would see him and stop him, but no one seemed to think anything strange about him. At least he never did catch me. This dream bothered me because I really felt afraid during it. I don't like feeling afraid. I don't really believe in things like that, but there I was afraid, angry and on the run in this dream. After I woke up, the uneasy feeling stayed with me for awhile. Why would I dream something so abstract and be afraid of it? I am pondering that, but I really don't know.
Creepy dream. I went to spend the night at a friend's house, only to find out she had a little brother I knew nothing about. This little brother was actually a psychotic, people eating monster that hungered for people every few days. Worried, I just had to ask. "When's the last time he ate?" My friend said, "A few days ago." I panicked and wanted to get the crap out of there, but for some reason, I decided to spend the night still. I woke up really early the next morning, packed my things, and quietly snuck out of the house. As I was sneaking out, I looked over and saw my friend and her brother patrolling the end of the street. I silently cursed to myself, knowing that the little boy was hunting for food. I ran as fast as I could through a shortcut to my place, running through the woods and cutting through a person's yard. I apologized to him and kept running. Once I got to my street, I started running even faster, but FOR SOME REASON, pulled out my phone to check my twitter feed. IDK what was going through my head here, but apparently checking the twitter feed was more important than saving my life I was checking my twitter feed while running, and then suddenly heard what sounded like a car approaching. I quickly put my phone away and ran as fast as I could, my house being really close now. I glanced behind me to see a large white van going down the road. It's them, it's them, oh crap it's them! I thought frantically. Once I got to my driveway, I ran up to the number pad to open our garage door, only to discover that my parents got a NEW number pad. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??! I screamed in my head. I glanced back, shaking and scared as the white van approached. I quickly ran up to our front door and knocked like mad. After a few seconds, my father came to the door and opened it. Before going inside, I turned to see the white van passing by, and the people IN the van were just our neighbors, and not the psycho kid who was looking for someone to eat. That's all I remember from there.
Although the vividness of my recall isn't getting massively better, I think my consistency is improving. Though I didn't remember anything after 4 1/2 hours of sleep when I woke myself up, I did remember this after falling asleep again (maybe it was the apple juice I drank). --- 12/4/12 I'm watching a televised run, in which only 5 or 6 people are left. The losers of the pack, they're all extremely tired and struggling to stand, and it's quite painful to watch. In the lead is a man dressed as Sonic, while someone in a Robotnik costume trails a few people behind. Towards the end of the track, Robotnik gains a sudden burst of pace and overtakes everyone in front of him, much to the excitement of the commentators. However, while approaching the final straight, Sonic whips it out the bag to regain his position in first place and win (though dozens have already finished long before him). While celebrating, a wall falls on Sonic, causing the commentators to go berzerk. Fortunately, it later turns out to be a couple of fans that have jumped the barrier to congratulate their favourite hedgehog.

Ok, due to the fact that I decided to have cereal (I was hungry, don't hate) and called my girlfriend (she had a nightmare) before I wrote this, I remember significantly less >_< medieval time era. I'm in a party of probably ten or so. It started out in a small village, but things took a turn for the worst when the first sword was swung. We had no choice but to head for the hills and run. I don't know if it was our fault or theirs, but our men were dying and I had to get them out of there. Once in the forest it's just a matter of covering our tracks and silently killing all stranglers who try to find us. Since the ratio was like two swordsmen to eight archers, this wasn't a problem. We came into a clearing, thinking we were safe, only to get ambushed by two dozen men. I escaped. All of my men were either captured as prisoners or slaughtered in the field. I don't know whether to be happy because I escaped, or sad because I lost all my men :/
I were at some camp, Again. And I found out that some guy, and a girl friend of his, not girlfriend) had taken some photos of me. That worried, and annoyed me. Me and Lise, my friend went over to them. I asked him to borrow the camera. "No! Why? You'll just take it." He said irritated "No." I started convincing "Of course I won't. I'll use it on shopping!" "You'll just delete the pictures." "No." I lied, "of course not. Just give me the camera, please?" And that was what it took to get the little compact grey camera that may or may not have been digital. I went down to a clothes department, Cubus-ish I think, except I had never been there before. Lise were with me. To play out the "faking" I looked at some T-shirts along a wall. Then I lifted the camera to look through the pictures. I showed Lise. The little camera showed 5-6 miniature images of an unknowing little me walking around, standing around, sitting around. So I decided to delete them. I was worried that Sim. and Mal. (owners of stupid camera) would come down to check up on what we were doing. And just then they did. And that pushed me into a sudden hurry. I rotated the camera in my hands, and pressed a Menu button. A little grey menu on the right side showed up, but none of the three alternatives contained "trash bin". I lifted the camera feeling like a trapped mouse, looked beneath it, and all that was was little grey buttons. Agh! Sim. and Mal. were getting closer. "I told you." "What are you doing? Deleting the photos." "Give me the camera now!" "No.!" I said, rejecting to hand it over. Looking for a gap in their defense, and finding it, I leaped between them, avoiding contact with their bodies. I think Sim. had reached out for me, but missed way far off. I had managed to push out of the door when they got themselves together enough to follow me. I didn't have much of a headstart though. My heart was beating quickly and something similar to adrenaline started spreading trough me. I think I might have run over parked cars beside the sidewalk. Then the dream ended.

2012-02-28 We arrive in Tibet (which I know next to nothing about, and the stuff my mind came up with ranges from wildly inaccurate to patently absurd). It is still like the world was in the time of Jesus. Everyone is very poor. I talk to one of the monks in the orange robes. I want to ask him about lucid dreaming, but there are other things to talk about first, and I let him steer the conversation. He talks about how their language, French, used to be the most widely used language, and now they are side-lined as English has taken its palce. I tell him I know I am simply lucky that my language is the widely used one. He tells me I have many years to learn other languages. I tell him about how I am trying to learn German. There are all these quarters on the ground. I pick one up, but I get the feeling that I wasn't supposed to, so I put it back down later. Then I pick up another one later. I see the monks periodically placing them on the ground. Er... oops. I really was not supposed to do that. I try to sneakily place the quarter back on the ground, but the monk I've been talking to catches me. He yells at me, saying that picking up the quarters is very wrong, causing a curse that can hurt or kill people. He made that mistake when he was younger, and people died. I'm really sorry. I didn't know. I won't do it again. We walk. Pretty much all of the people here besides the monks are old, poor, French-speaking women, and all the monks are men. I don't see any children, although I think there are a couple other tourists, like me. The monks provide the old women with aid and advice, where they can. The monk follows me into a room, probably on a boat. I am looking at a barbecue pork recipe on the wall, while eating a piece of barbecue chicken with my hands. He asks me what it is, and I tell him. Outside again, the monk kisses me on the forehead. This feels very weird, and I am not comfortable with this at all. In the night, we are woken by a loud noise. We get up to go check it out. It was just a loud machine, though. The monk talks to one of the women in French. I get separated from him somewhere along the way. I'm using my cell phone for light, where there are not other lights. I'm in the living room of my old house now. I see my mom. She jumps onto the fireplace, climbing up the brick in a way that seems creepily inhuman. On the mantelpiece above the fireplace, there are two statues. There are supposed to be four. My 'mom' takes one of the remaining statues, leering at me. She is not supposed to do that. The monks will be mad. That's much worse than when I picked up the quarters, and she is doing it on purpose! I throw my phone at her. I wake up. It's 4:15 am. At first I just jot down some notes, but that dream was so cool/weird that I decide to write it all out in the middle of the night instead of waiting for the morning. There's a large well. I am Ian, and the Doctor and possibly Barabara are here, too (from Doctor Who). I dropped the ring down the well, but I need to get it back. There is some sort of sprite/spirit in the well, controlling the water. First the water level goes down, then it goes back up. I dive into the water to retrieve the ring and am sucked down into a hole at the bottom of the well. I'm travelling with a partner. We're in a shop. I buy a floppy hat. We leave the shop, which is just one small part of a bigger place. For some reason, we're signing up to fight in a gladiatorial event. The line for it is very long and slow. This place has the atmosphere of a casino. It's confusing when I finally get to the front of the line. There's a teller open, but I'm not sure I can use that one. There are signs, but somehow that just confuses me even more. Are fighters supposed to only sign up at the particular teller? I end up using the same one my friend did, after he is done. The person there thinks I am someone she knows, named Rita. I play along. Half my information (address, name, etc.) is fake anyways. I probably wouldn't get through this with a teller who didn't 'know' me. I'm nervous about being discovered, though, but eventually I am done signing up, and I get my 'lotto' tickets that I can use if I survive. It's night. The fight will be tomorrow. The guy who runs this place is evil. I find stairs going up, but when I get to the top, there is nothing there. I guess it will lead somewhere once they're finished setting up. I go back down. I put on the floppy hat I bought earlier. It takes me a while to get all the plastic tag bits off of it. I'm with the other gladiators. I encourage them to rebel. When the staff comes along, I attack them (oddly, just this one scene is in third person). I get completely piled on, but when the others start fighting, too, I get a chance to escape. I walk through the fire escape door, deliberately and without hesitation, even though I know I will probably be caught quickly, since these things are well guarded. The fire alarm goes off, and I step out into a corridor. The guard outside the door seems to know me. He asks how some plot I'm supposed to know about is going. I don't know what to say, but I'm not worried about that right now. I'm looking for a door that actually leads outside. I find an office, instead. I turn around and try going the other way. I find the door that actually leads outside and I start walking along the street, eager to get away. The guard is following me like some sort of puppy, complaining about how tired he is because he didn't get any sleep last night. I tell him he wouldn't have gotten any rest if he had stayed on guard duty anyway.
I'm in an apartment quite high up. I look out of the window and I see a planet go past, it's in the sky and I panick. I go outside and there are loads of people looking up into the sky and they are just watching, I stand still for a moment and watch too. I see more planets come into our atmosphere, they come one at a time about every 5 minutes. All the planets look different, we all realise something is quite wrong about this and then the last planet comes. They now all circle earths atmosphere and we can see them all. I hear a man shout "the 12 moons have now come to a stand" I now think "ohh shit" and I now begin to run...I wonder where I can hide so I don't die but I can't think of anywhere!!!
2/12/2012 I'm going to my friend's house. I have a small flat box containing a piece of furniture that I bought for myself, but it was my friend's birthday recently, and I feel guilty about not getting him a present. I realize he would like this furniture, so I give it to him. See, their old comfy chair broke, and the furniture I got is a recliner. It's kind of cheap though. I'm worried it won't be sturdy. It turns out to be a very comfy, squashy blue recliner, and my friend likes it. We rearrange the furniture to make room for it. I'm playing Minecraft with a friend. We're at the surface, and there is a gap leading down into a cave. We put ladders and torches on the edges (it's a vertical drop down into the cave). We also put burning rope (it's a sweet new light source). I want to play with this burning rope stuff because it's new. I walk onto the hole with the ladder, so I'll drop slowly down, and then I hang onto the burning rope by pressing shift. I hang from the rope for a few moments, but then I lose my grip and fall into the cave below. There are a lot of bookshelves here. We quickly place torches throughout the room. I go down a tunnel to explore alone. I am attacked by skeletons. I defeat them with some difficulty. I realize my health is extremely low. More skeletons attack. I fight cautiously, retreating. I make it back to the main room with the bookshelves, but the skeleton is still on my tail. I weave in and out of the bookshelves, now running more than fighting. The skeleton charges at me. I can't run fast enough. I die. I respawn nearby and hurry back to collect my stuff. I'm riding the trains, but I end up somewhere I didn't want to be. I get on the train going back the other way and go back a station. I have a mighty fine hat. It's brown with a wide brim and has a string under my chin so I can slide it back and it will rest on my back. I somehow know that Minecraft mechanics are (still) in place, but not everything is cubes. These people are building a submarine with shopping carts and chairs. They start by digging out a few cubes of dirt, and putting some lava in the hole. Now they're building the craft on top of that. They're going to add on a 'candy chair', so I'll have a place to sit. Apparently it's really cute. I'm a little apprehensive of something that cute- it might end up being pink and kiddy and horrible. I wonder how we are going to be able to breathe underwater in this contraption, but I figure it must just take advantage of some sort of glitch. I'm putting my backpack in one of the spaces for luggage at the back of this 'submarine'. My backpack is pretty full, but it's squishy, too. It takes a bit of fiddling to get my backpack in the luggage space, but I manage it. We've started moving while I was busy with the luggage. I'm stuck hanging onto the back instead of having an actual seat. A woman and the kid are sitting in the shopping cart shaped main area of the 'sub'. Another woman is hanging off the side and steering. There's an extra chair hanging off the other side that unbalances the craft a little. We're moving at high speed over land and little ponds. Presumably we are going to go underwater when we reach the river. I'm looking forward to seeing how it works (although I'm a little afraid the answer will be 'it doesnt'). But I wake up before we reach the river. I'm so disappointed we didn't get to go underwater.
2/9/2012 I'm playing dance dance revolution, and I'm trying to get people to play with me, possibly in competition. The competition somehow shifts to actual fighting, One Piece style. More than one of the Shichibukai are involved (they aren't the same ones as in One Piece though). I'm trying to survive, although I'm not that strong a fighter. At one point I fight a cockatrice with a sword. The cockatrice is 1.5 times as tall as me, and about as wide as it is tall. Even though I avoid looking at its eyes, it manages to stun me with its gaze attack. I don't turn to stone, though. Eventually I shake it off. The Shichibukai watching me makes snarky comments because I didn't completely avoid the gaze attack. I vaguely remember something about him switching sides in a flashback because he was paid with a large emerald, and that was more than the previous guy was paying him. Also, there's some sort of royal/powerful person involved in all this, possibly a vampire. I'm in my room at my old house, and somehow I figure out I'm dreaming. It seems so real, though. I try putting my hand through the door, but it's solid. I open the door. It leads directly to my mom's room, instead of the hall. Ok, definitely dreaming. I remember the other dream I had where I was at my old house, and I had a very difficult time manipulating the dream (I was trying the trick of opening a door and having it lead to whatever place I want to go, and it just would not work), so I decide to leave this place. I go out through the garage (there is some sort of church service in here?) and into the backyard. I keep noticing how real this dream seems (though, as I'm actually writing this, I'm just remembering thinking this, and I've forgotten all the little details that made it seem so real). I'm on the porch in the backyard, but I'm barefoot. I need shoes. I tell myself there will be shoes behind me. I turn around. Nothing. Well of course not, I would never leave my shoes on the porch. I go inside and fetch my shoes and quickly put them on. Now I can venture past the porch. The gap between the two parallel fences on the left is much larger than in real life. A white and brown dog-thing standing on its hind legs that is 1.5 times as tall as a man comes at me through the gap in the fence, barking. Instead of getting scared, I decide to get aggressive and take a swing at it. What happened next is a bit fuzzy, but the dog thing is gone. I wish I could have a sword--I'd feel a lot safer--but I don't seem to be able to make one appear here (I think slightly later on, I manage to make a sword appear, but it is there and not there at the same time, or maybe I am just imagining holding a sword. The details are fuzzy). I head out the gate. I'm walking along the streets outside my old house, now. I need to get away from this place. As I'm walking, suddenly the street before me collapses as lava comes up through the ground. Ah, the old running-from-lava dream. I turn and run. The lava is right behind me. Like a true protagonist, I keep jumping ahead at exactly the last instant before the ground I was standing on collapses into the lava, even though I'm running as fast as I can. At one intersection (corridor?), I know I should go right (I don't know how I know), and I go left instead. It's a dead end. I backtrack as fast as I can. I run and run. Somewhere in all that running, I forget that it's a dream. I run into a weird ghetto place. There are buildings made of chain link fence, even the roof. I'm running on top of one. I stop at some point. A lady wants me to try a soup or discuss recipes or something. I say I always use a particular thing for soup. She has it, on the shelves, among the labeled bottles mixed in with books. She prefers a mix of all the things. I know these things had names in the dream, but I can't remember them. Afterwards, I'm trying to use a public restroom, but there's too many people and no privacy. There's two toilets and one sink in the open in this room, and one toilet and sink in the adjacent room, but the door is broken and won't stay closed. A person in there asks if I'll hold the door closed for her, if she'll do the same for me. I heartily agree and comply. I'm holding the door shut, with my back to it. I smell something odd. What is she doing in there, smoking? Another person is smoking in the main restroom area. I hate this place.
12/2/2011 I have certain special abilities, and she knows it. That's why she tricks me into standing on the trapdoor when she opens it. It's dark down here. I explore. There are several rooms. There's a man and a child. The child is somehow my responsibility, and she is feeling sick. She has a headache or something, and she wants to take a tylenol. However, she's only about two years old, and that's below the ages it says on the bottle, so there's not really anything I can do to help. She has relatively short curly blond hair. She wants to have long hair. I'm trying to order pizza for us. I want sausage and garlic, but the guy wants sausage and powdered sugar. The device for ordering pizza is in a side room. It's basically a newspaper, and you indicate your order by flipping the pages a certain way. I can't find what I'm looking for in it. One of the pizza places I find, we can't order from, because they would have to drive through 7 countries to reach us. The pizza would be cold, even if it made it through customs. I'm in a bookstore. A group of police types is trying to catch me. I'm wearing a bright orange gas mask that just covers my mouth and nose. I use knockout gas. It disables the store patrons, but the police have gas masks too. Their masks cover their entire faces and are solid black except for clear stuff over their eyes so they can see. All these gas masks are a bit awkward and reduce a person's field of vision. I'm running around. I knock over one of the bookcases. I find a way out. There is a shaft going down. A chair is in the way, though. I knock it into the shaft and it falls (I never hear it land). There's a rope there (which I left, of course), that I hang onto for safety while I climb down these shelf things. Eventually, I reach the bottom of the shaft. There's another little bookstore here. It's still dangerous for me, but there are only patrons and clerks here at the moment. They are no problem for me. I steal two giant Christmas cookies and eat them while looking for a place to hide.

11/27/2011 I decided to make a WILD attempt after waking up. I kept drifting in and out of sleep paralysis and wakefulness. It was very frustrating. I used the nose plug RC as well as looking at surroundings. The one time the RC indicated dreaming, it didn't last long, and I couldn't do much of anything. I saw a woman's head and almost found a hat. By the time I finally fell asleep for more than a minute or two, I'd lost awareness. I'm at Taco Bell. The employee is giving me crap about having spilled ketchup all over the table last time I was there. He tells me to do some cleaning now. I grudgingly comply. I'm very frustrated when I drop half my burrito. He's going to yell at me if I don't clean it up. I'm with a group of people, mostly females, as well as a guy I went to school with and was sometimes friends with named Kenny. For some reason, I have a date with Kenny, and I have to wear a dress. Ewww on both counts. We're all riding in a van to the place where I'll have the date. I'm wearing the stupid dress. The seating is weird. The girls have some sort or experiment of project they're working on. We arrive. I'm supposed to dance? Grr... Now we're all in a video game, fighting people with guns. I lead the retreat to a more defensible position. It's one of those old 2D sidescroller type games, and I can actually dodge the bullets/laser beams.

7/10/2011 I'm playing Tales of the Abyss. Two guys are chasing me. I am some sort of hybrid character of Luke and Simon. There is a lot of flying involved in the chase. I use special powers to dodge them, a shield and other artes. The terrain they're chasing me through looks like the world map view. I am dodging them in buildings a time or two. One of the buildings is like a restaurant. These guys just won't leave me alone. Guy asks me to teach him an arte and I refuse. I'm trying to get all the costume titles in the game. There are ants in the backyard. I get Anise's Little Devil title. One of the guys we chased is in jail. He asks, do you know what they call me here? He is having a hard time. I am there too. I am trying to explain that I am like a female Sheldon (from the Big Bang Theory), but with slightly better social skills. I'm at my old house. Our pet rabbit has been let out of his cage for a while. My mom is holding two birds. I ask her if there are other animals about. She says no, they are preparing to leave. Other animals would be dangerous for the rabbit. I spend a lot of time petting the rabbit. It's been so long since I've seen him (He died years ago). He uses some kind of special move, dashing about. I pet him some more.
7/4/2011 I'm controlling four protagonists in a video game. I'm searching through a dungeon to find items, which I find. The final boss appears. I panic and realize I've forgotten the controls. I wing it. The boss has four weaknesses. I must decipher each. They're written in code, and the game won't pause so I can look it up. The first one is lilac. I'm running and dodging through rocks, now through a theater. I find a lilac bomb and use it. Now I have to figure out the second weakness. I have a false awakening and am working on trying to remember my dream. Then I actually wake up. But I fall back asleep. Er. Probably. I'm in the garage of my old house, fetching something from the freezer. My mom wants tomato. I cut one up for her, but she isn't happy with it. Something about cutting onions and video games. The way M's mom cuts onions is weird, and I shouldn't do it that way.
6/30/2011 I'm pretty sure I wrote this one starting at the end and working backwards, but I didn't write down any indication of the order of events, so I haven't made any attempt to 'fix' the order to be chronological. I am at some sort of beauty contest. One of the contestants is trans-gender. He has a picture of him looking like a beautiful woman years ago when he was younger, but he looks pretty male now. The judges aren't pleased. Me and four others vote for him to be able to participate. The stage catches on fire. The firemen may not be trying as hard as they ought to put it out. They fail. Taking a bus to a contest. Something about mesas. There is an evil guy with minions and a lady. She runs when she realizes what he is. He chases. He kills a couple of minions for not trying hard enough. The chase scene is very long. One of the minions runs the other way through a department store (it's night) and gets the bad man to chase him while the lady runs the other way. The minion is killed. There is a group of misbehaving adolescents. They steal and run away to another town. They're trying to do something good, but they don't get away with it and have to return. I'm fighting monsters in a labyrinth. My brothers are there. There is a safe-ish room/area. I microwave a burrito?
I was in my room, on the bed, one evening. Cat was there as well, lying closer to the wall. He was wearing a white shirt. He (or I) was reading something, then he lied down on his back, his eyes closed. I lied next him coz I wanted to look at his sleepy face. When I got closer, I saw his eyes are still open slightly. When he saw me, he suddenly looked funny at me. I told him I just want to watch him as he sleeps. He turned around, facing the wall. I went somewhere and went back. Cat was talking on the phone, facing the wall (or maybe pretending that someone called him). Then he said he has to go. I got sad. When he was about to go out the door, I reached for his hand and asked him where he's going. He said he's just going to the bathroom. I slowly let go of his hand as he slowly walked away into the bathroom, while both of us still looking at each other. I finally lost sight of him when I closed the door. I went somewhere far. Bacolod? Morning. I was looking at eye/sunglasses in a store. I went out. I was in downtown Bacolod. I ran, sad and depressed, because he left me. Then I wondered, what if he just went somewhere, and he was going to return, but then he didn't find me at home, so we just went away? I got more depressed. It was near the pier in Toledo. I ran. I was near the pier. The beach, with clean, white sand. There were some plants. I jumped over into lower ground on the beach, which was more than six feet high (I'd normally feel very uncomfortable jumping from that height). I felt sad, but at the same time, I didn't mind getting hurt physically, because the pain in my heart hurt more. Then I reached a place on the beach where there are more people. There is a family of two male parents; they're married and they have three kids, having a blast at the beach. I checked the next "jump," and it was a lot higher. Too high. I saw a bamboo ladder going down. I told myself I'll go down and once I'm lower, I'll jump backwards onto the sand. I then hid my mobile phones in my short pants in a way that they won't get damaged. I crossed stepped into the bamboo ladder and started going down. Then, at a height I thought I'd still be uncomfortable, I let myself fall backwards. I landed. It was closer than I thought.
