    1. Fantastic lucid dream

      by , 05-11-2012 at 08:38 PM
I can remember that I was at a festival. Bright, sunny colors and all that. I remember a moonbounce (or bouncy castle, whatever you like to call it), probably red and yellow in color, I remember. Later on in the dream, I was eating some festival food with 4 or 5 of my friends. Somehow, I became lucid. I remember telling my friend, Jake, who was sitting right across from me that he was just a dream character. He didn't seem particularly fond of talking about that, but he did admit that he was just a dream character. Later on in the dream, it was nighttime. I thought about where I wanted to go and what I wanted to do. I looked at the night sky, and I thought to myself that I could travel to any one of the stars that I saw. But for some reason, the blackness and loneliness of space seemed morbidly frightening. So instead, I saw a large red barn a little ways away. Perhaps about 30-50 yards. Anyway, still being lucid, I wanted to take a great leap and jump onto the roof. So I jumped. As is often the case with my lucid dreams, I jumped higher than normal, but I couldn't quite get there with my one jump. So after I could tell that I was going to descend and not make the edge of the roof, I decided to flap my arms like a bird to slow my descent. This worked fine, but I wasn't going up. I concentrated on knowing that I could do anything, and I began to float to the top of the roof. I got tired of it being nighttime after this, and I thought of how I could change night to day. I saw a little slide tab in the sky, like the one you could see on an iPhone except more rounded and more translucent white.
I knew that the slide tab would change night to day. So I merely treated the sky like a touchscreen, and moved the slide tab to the right. Night turned to dawn, and dawn turned to noon.

    3. Same old wild stabilizing problem

      by , 05-06-2012 at 10:03 PM
IM laying in bed, in the morning trying to WILD when i see a little hole in my hypnagogia in it i can see a close up of ice and in black word it says olympics written on the ice, i focus on it, and i zoom into it. im laying on ice in the middle of a ice rink i start to spin on the ice to stabilize the dream. I stand up and start to walk towards the EXIT . i cant see threw my left eye and everytime i look down its clear a little but when i look forwards it feels like a wait on my eye and i cant see. I rub my hands and keep yelling clarity but it does not work. As I get closer to the exit i see brown brick wall around a large window thats almost floor to ceiling. it dark outside with street lights on.The I wake up in bed.

Last night, I had a really amazing, vivid, symbolic dream. First I fell asleep while thinking about my boyfriend and his job. Once I realized the thought had transferred over into a dream, I jolted, "This is a dream now," and woke up, unfortunately.

My most vivid dreams tend to occur at the very end of my sleep cycle, right when I'm about to wake up in the morning.
My body has learned to turn off my cell phone alarm clock before I'm awake enought to consciously register it. I vaguely remember my hands on the phone, turning off the alarm. Then I drop back out and return to finish the dream. It's a real problem, because I was late to work this morning. And I need to go to sleep earlier.

Anyways, my late cycle dream last night/this morning was really memorable. It was about planetary alignment, something I've read or heard about happening in 2012, and the rise of popular collective consciousness, and higher awareness.
It was set in a location in an open area, among a complex of glass houses and colored glass domes with special colored glass statues posted around in a ring. I would transfer from one to the other throughout the dream.
There was either a beach or body of water just beyond the glass house where the viewing spectacle began.
It was a deep, dark night, and the sky was a vast empty void, blacker than any human color imaginable, an inky expanse above my head, and I looked up at it. The stars were brilliant and bright, dotted innumberably throughout the black ceiling, much more than seen in the milky way, and bigger than normal, as if they were closer to our heads.
The planets were due to align that night, and we were all waiting to watch it happen. My stepdad was there, perhaps my entire family; but I don't recall any conversations.
Suddenly they appeared in the sky, off in the distance, over the water, shining and bright, big enough to see the planets themselves with the naked eye. They were smaller at first, but grew from star-sized to real planet size, all in a line together, and earth was somehow in the middle. Sparkling, bright, beautiful in the sky, surrounding with energy amongst the dark black. They shined and pulsated, emanating energy, light, and sparks like fireworks or a sparkler.
Suddenly I saw them in space, floating view along with them, from above, in front, and at an angle. Floating in the black expanse, sparking and pulling together, creating energy and love.
Then I saw them again from Earth, looking up at them in the sky. Turning, spinning, sparking, lighting, growing.
The sky was alive with the biggest stars, streaks of light, sparks and comets, and the line of planets.
I was in the colored glass dome. Then back in the glass house.
One by one, the planets came down to visit us, zoomed down from the sky to twist and rotate right infront of the glass window. At this perception, the planet was the size of a large boulder, but not its real planet-size enormity.
One was Earth itself, I think, or one like it, with blue oceans and green land, clouds and valleys and rivers. We pressed against the glass to look in awe, as it rotated, then turned and zoomed off back into the sky by in its line.
One by one they came down: blue Neptune, Saturn with its rings, a red, potted, scarred Mars, orange Mercury, Uranus, Jupiter, and even tiny, grey Pluto. Some planets were gaseous, not constricted to a size or shape, morphing and free to roam its space. Blue twirls and beautiful hues. Each one came down to give us a good look, then rejoined in its line in the sky.
They continued to spark light and energy, and I became aware of the higher collective consicousness, we were all reaching it there together, rising above our constricted human form of awakeness. It was enlightening, freeing, liberating, lifting, light, energetic, and joyous.
As they settled back into the sky line, they blew up in an explosions of light, energy, sparks, and excitement. It was beautiful, mesmerizing, and terrifying. Like giant fireworks in the sky, comets blazing about, and stars shining ever more brilliant and brightly, it ended.
      And that was it.

I have read about 2012 and the planetary alignment, and some people think it's going to cause a higher state of consciousness accross the globe. I'm not sure what I think of that, but I think this dream had a lot of meaning for me.
I'm practicing meditation and focusing my mind on my own sense of self and reality, and figuring out what is consciousness and what is reality for me; so I'm not surprised this dream came now.

    5. Lucid flying Fail

by , 04-30-2012 at 11:18 AM (The Erratic dreams of StaySharp)
I was in a building I identified as home in the dream, even though it's a totally unknown place. It was night, everything was pretty dark and the light in the room was pretty dim. There were some plants standing around and I think I remember seeing a bunch of jackets on the wall next to a door which was to my right, the room was pretty long and there was a small window ahead.

Something compelled me to do a RC so I pinched my nose and got lucid. Though at first I wanted to go through the door to my right I went for the window ahead of me with my gained lucidity, I prepared to jump out and did another RC to be sure I wasn't doing something stupid, even though I pinched my nose really hard I could feel my nose in reality being free and taking a deep breath. I tried to hover a bit and that worked, but with my low level lucidity a just fell down like a stone when I jumped. Some 10-15m on my way down I was looking upwards to the window I just jumped out, being calm and just taking notice of the fact I don't get the hang of flying right now. The impact was pretty hard (for the ground) but I didn't feel anything much so I got up and walked around a bit. I practiced some walljumps and after a minute or two I saw this dude standing on a roof. He noticed me as well and apparently thought I was some kind of cyborg or mechanical doll, created by a scientist who also created a similar being that once fought this dude. He was happy to see me it seems, because he wanted a good fight so he started attacking me, my lucidity goes down and I see myself roughing him up good with several interesting moves, partially in slow motion.

    6. Lucid, jelly-water

      by , 04-25-2012 at 08:35 AM (~Cookieh's Land of Cookies~)
[COLOR="#2e8b57"]- I was sitting on the water, already kinda knowing that it was a dream. I stood up and still rc'd. It failed, so this is definitely a dream. I tried hard to stand straight (drunkieh xD), the water was wobbling like jelly under my legs. Finally, I got tired of the jelly so I tried to fly. The first attempt failed. The second one was successful.[/COLOR]

[COLOR="#483d8b"]- I was walking around in my home village, it was dark. I see A in the distance. We meet in front of the big house and we stop a metre away from eachother. There was this kind of mirror between us (which I think was neat, considering that we're pretty alike). It was glass, so we could both still see eachother. For some reason he ragequit and walked away.
I was like "meh" and suddenly it was daytime. I saw Ma and I asked her to come swimming with me. Apparently it was a warm summerday. She refused, saying she's too lazy. Oh well, I went alone. I was quite far already, when I heard her say in my head "Okay, okay, I'm coming". I don't really remember arriving at the river or even swimming. Or her coming :D[/COLOR]

So the first one is probably a semi lucid. Or it was a real lucid and my recall is just that bad.
Both dreams were longer than that, the lucid had a lot more stuff to it but I can't remember anything.

Ignore the typos. I'm on a mobile device and close to ragequitting as well.

    7. Smashing Trucks

      by , 04-24-2012 at 07:37 AM (Zoe's weird things)
[This is my first dream journal entry here, hopefully i'll post it the right way ]
[Things in brackets like this will just be my thoughts on the dream, ect.]
[I'll also ONLY post LUCID DREAMS]

So today i tried a WBTB along with SSILD [which i tried for first time] and it was successful. After around 1 hours of sleep i got lucid randomly [DILD].
I was in our kitchen and i remember someone being close to me, but i couldn't see anyone. Since it was kind of dark in there, i thought it's time to get outside. Before going outside i noticed a bun on the desk and decided to try a little telekinesis on it, just to be sure i can Mass TK something later on [the whole challenge thing was in my head all along]. It was really easy to telekineses the bun and i smashed it into the window.

Then after that i walked up to the window and just passed through the glass, but for some reason when i noticed our neighbour taking care of her garden, i just fallen back inside our house. I went through the glass once again, thinking that it won't stop me. For sure it didn't, i got outside.
It was kinda sunny, but i felt like a storm is coming or something like that. I started with flying up in the air, then i sit down on our fence and looked around. [At this moment i forgot a small part of the dream sadly].
Then i noticed a random ugly old guy sitting in a small car near out fence and he was nude and was smiling weirdly at me... I was just about to go and throw his car away or something, but then suddenly it became night.

Since night is not so good and makes it easier to wake up, i decided to find a light source. I noticed a street lamp nearby, which was almost at the right place where it is in reality. I went under it and i was concentrating to create huge a vivid light and make day from night. During this attempt i accidenlty closed me eyes for a little longer, which caused me to wake up. But i got back to the dream easily and fast [my eyes didn't open completely and i just had to wait some seconds to open my dream eyes again].
I was at the same place again and now tried to control the light of the street lamp. It went where i wanted and lighted everything, then i tried to create daylight again, which halfway succeeded as it started to be sunrise slowly.

I decided to fly on, but just to the closest crossroads which is close to our house. While flying i wanted to practise more on my telekinesis, so i picked a tree out of the ground and thrown it away, althrough it wasn't the biggest tree, just a smaller one.
When i got to the crossroads i just standed in the middle of the road waiting for cars. I noticed some big pile of snow on the road and decided to create a firestorm on it to melt it... i heard the sound of the firestorm, but it didn't appear for some reason...
After this the dream started to fall apart harder, so i rubbed my hands together to stabilize it, it worked well. [it was my first hand rubbing stabilization, i used a different method before].
It didn't take long for some cars to come to me. I wanted to use my super strenght now, so i took one of the cars and smashed it onto another with one hand, they got crumbled up well. I thought to myself that this goes easily so i want more challenge. I thought about a truck, which then appeared behind me. I took the truck with two hands and smashed it as well, which caused a kinda big mess on the street. Then i wasn't really okay with it and wanted a truck that has oil or fuel in it. TWO of them appeared immediately, one of them was already threatening me because it was sliding towards me with full speed... It's not a problem, i thought... nothing can hurt me, so come on big guy
Just as the truck hit me, it fallen into 2 parts and the oil/fuel all spread on the street. Now was the time to get the other one. I picked it up and smashed it on the oil/fuel [really don't know which one was it] and it caused a HUGE explosion, which i was standing in the middle of. I thought to myself that i caused kind of a big trouble for the neighbourhood now, haha.

Then while the flames were still going on, i decided to fly on and for some reason i had a thought that "I was just about to check the time" and got a feeling that i need to fly down one of the roads because of it... While thinking this a clock suddenly flashed in front of me like a vision, which said 10:58 as the current time.

[After this i woke up, but i couldn't get back to the dream again... When i woke up the time was 8:05 in reality].
[I went back around 3-4 times to the dream the same way as i written once up above, the dream wasn't that stabil now for some reason].
[I also used the hand rubbing stabilization one more time, but it didn't work this time].

    8. my ninth, crappy lucid, but it had it's moments.

      by , 04-21-2012 at 02:32 PM
I only remember the part of the dream were I knew where I was lucid (except for some t-shirt stuff I'm not writing down.)
I was walking down the stairs when I suddenly thought, Hey.. I fell asleep; I'm dreaming.
But man, this lucid was of really poor quality. I could not look any more the 2 meters in front of me, and it felt like someone was trying to push a lit over my eyes the whole the time. And at the same time, I was at the brink of waking up.
The best moments was when I ran of the porch of my house. I screamed, because it was much higher than in real life. I was heading for the parked cars, but luckily avoided them. That was a real thrill
Then I ran off into the night (because it was really dark outside and I had nothing to do) and before I knew it I had flapped my black feathered wings open and was heading full speed for the heaven. Ah, it was wonderful. I did a salto (spin in the air) and just played around. I spotted my friend L. on the ground and landed next to her. She ought to show me something, and I tried it.
I suddenly felt like I had bad time and took of again. As I was getting higher and higher, I suddenly crashed into an invisible barrier. Thinking I could make it trough, 'cause it was just a dream, I did. On the other side I was back in low-quality mode, in a room with no doors, no paintings, no people. Nothing. The walls were a light lemon color, and the floor were white.

More I can't recall to scribble down, so I'll just post a little picture. I like pictures.

Note to self: In daylight my wings are white, yet they are black at night ^^

    9. Long phase of lucidity and trying Plasmids

by , 04-21-2012 at 09:36 AM (The Erratic dreams of StaySharp)
I remember walking around an extended dreamscape and my awareness was rising slowly over time until I kind of noticed that I couldn't properly move fast and at some point I did an RC. I think that place where I finally became lucid was some bridge (it was day), and I was running around below it and found my movement capabilities insufficient, I got some strange feeling heralding lucidity and the RC did the rest. Upon becoming lucid it apparently also became night again.

Then there seems to be a gap, I don't recall anything specific at least.

I was really trying hard to keep myself in the dream, I was often looking at my hands as well as trying to keep my mind clear and for some reason got the idea to use Plasmids like in Bioshock (probably because people were running around which I didn't deem necessary), and after trying to equip myself with a random Plasmid I got fire and used it a few times, setting a dude on a bike aflame who suddenly decided to say that this bike was mine because I set him on fire. Then I tried to summon a random non-Bioshock plasmid but that failed. I tried to summon a Nova-like Plasmid (like the beam in Metroid Prime: Corruption), but since that failed as well I went directly with the beam Samus usually wields. After kind of defeating all idiots and some time dilation fighting scenes I got my normal Hands back and decided to do a first World Severing Seal, the pillars now significantly bigger than the last time (this time they were white and hollow, with a complicated outside), however the first 2 were not exactly standing straight. I thought about a bunch of things I wanted to do all along the way, especially about my dream guide. In the end however I started to notice how sensations form the real world slowly came in which I couldn't push away and I couldn't stabilize any longer, just as I was about to let it become day and though about trying to fly again I woke up.

The text is pretty short but the dream itself was pretty long actually, just that a lot of the things I did were repetitive exercises to keep up stability.
    10. Lucid water summoning and flying

by , 04-17-2012 at 11:04 AM (The Erratic dreams of StaySharp)
After a dry spell for pretty much exactly 2 weeks I finally had a lucid, and a pretty long and awesome one as well.

The dream starts with me standing on some balcony, suddenly I have a very strong strange feeling in my mouth and some of my teeth are lose, a moment later when I was looking into the mirror most of my teeth came crumbling out and I was stressed out wondering what the hell was going on. But I did an RC, I couldn't breathe, or so I thought but I kept checking as hard as I could and in fact I could breathe,
so I got lucid and forget and ignored the stuff about my teeth immediately.
I remembered how I was breathing through my pinched nose last time while I was underwater (Icy pit) and I had the strong desire to repeat that, I closed my eyes shortly and something strange filled me, I opened them and thought and said "Water!" with a strange intonation and the whole room immediately started to fill up really fast in front of my eyes. It also was an borderless change to an completely different building since I changed the location itself, still underwater of course I've been swimming around for a while and then decided to go to the surface to try flying out which worked without problems. I've been flying around this building (it seemed to be slightly underground, there were a lot of things floating around, even a bag of whales), and decided to try summoning a Spytfire (Spaceship from the X3 games) but because somehow I didn't do it instinctively and strong enough I only summoned a very basic chassis, I worried about wether I’d recall the shape correctly. I decided to exit the building, the windows which were up top led outside into a city apparently in the middle of spring. Then there’s a small gap, something about a shard of glass and showering on the street removed my lucidity for a moment but I regained it pretty fast (though unfortunately at this point I already forgot about the things I wanted to do outside). I tried advanced flying into the sky (which looked beautiful) but somehow it didn't work properly, I could only get a few meters and started to grab and hold something invisible, as I pulled down the sheets a big puppet like thing revealed itself and I kinda think it was responsible for the fact I couldn't fly (it also had a name, something with John). I just took it apart piece by piece and made some of the DCs around hostile with that. But even though I still couldn't fly properly I was far away from getting myself catched by a few normal DCs, so I went around a bit to find another place to fly but woke up then.

I think the real reason for me being unable to fly at the end of the dream was that the dream wasn’t stable enough anymore, if just I wouldn’t have forgotten to stabilize. Still this dream once again broke my records in terms of detail and length for lucids.

    11. 6th April 2012

      by , 04-13-2012 at 01:59 AM
I am in my back garden with my hubby, a dog who is ours and a young girl. It's night time and there are alien robot things out the front and we can see them through the gully and hear the noise from them. We are all really scared and trying to hide in the garden from them. We cower down by the coal bunker, my hubby points and says "how do we get over there?" I look and say "that's our garden" and I'm a little confused as to why he didn't realise that. We hear a loud noise above us and we cower down more as we hide from whatever it is. I look up and see bright lights and suddenly a UFO flys over us, I'm so afraid and panick incase we have been seen. I hear the robots out the front, they are getting louder and are coming for us because they know where we are. I'm now in a blind panick and wake up, my heart is pounding and I'm so scared that I can't go straight back to sleep lol.
    12. Cocaine vs. Wine?

      by , 04-11-2012 at 05:29 AM
I'm starting my DJ at a random time, but better than nothing! I usually get lazy in writing down my dreams but hopefully I won't this time. I'll try to keep at it. I don't really like writing my dreams down, but eh.

Anyways, I had a semi-simple dream. I don't remember all of the details but the general idea is still there. In this dream, I was really just running. I was running on a dark blue-ish path, like running across the night sky. I don't think I saw any stars because I was "running" through the clouds and it was all dark blue with blotches of random blue shades. As I was running, I felt nothing but euphoria through out my limbs. Usually if someone's running, they feel fatigue and soreness in the muscles, but euphoria in the mind only - that's how my body works, anyway. I remember in my mind, I was saying "YES, I found the secret to not feeling tired when I run! It's wine!" Wine? What wine? I looked around and saw a bottle of wine in my hand. This warm and magical sensation in my body felt similar to a cocaine high. I felt a smile stretch across my face because apparently I didn't have to be a cocaine addict in my dream anymore. Just so I didn't have to feel fatigue and pain. I realized this was a dream because I was in the sky. And then I woke up.

    13. Hadouken!:A Very Short Lucid

      by , 04-09-2012 at 03:53 PM
      Dream
It was night and I was in my house. I did an RC (nose pinch) and went Lucid. I went outside and someone I know was chasing me, he was acting like a Trandoshan I started to run but he was really rabid. I stop and turned around "HADOUKEN!" I couldn't see the ball but it worked as the guy got thrown into a wall near the front of a house. He got back up I charged at him "SHORYUKEN!".

      *SHORYUKEN FAIL*

I saw his stomach but he was fine shortly after the dream faded.
    14. A movie on the race track.

      Type: Non-Lucid.
Mood: Strange, relaxing, and somewhat happy.
Setting: On a race track, somewhere.
      Characters: Unknown.

The beginning of the dream is quite out of my mind at the moment, but the main part is still very much there. Basically, I was in a race track, one that had dirt roads, ones that might be used in something like racecar driving, motocross or monster truck derbies. Still, there was something strange about the night, maybe it was the fact that there were two huge projector screens that looked like were going to show a movie. The rest, is sadly, much less detailed. I don't remember the movie we watched or who I was with!
    15. First lucid with full clarity of mind

For a Reason I don’t remember I did a reality check, and noticed I could easily breathe through my pinched nose so I immediately became lucid. I did some short stuff in my house (secondary) and I was trying my voice out, it was strange and it did feel more like I was only thinking but after a short moment I already managed to be confident in my voice. I went outside and this time I really prepared for the WWS, it was night and I could see the stars. I focused and took my stance, slammed my palms together and screamed out: “World Severing Seal”, some 2 seconds nothing happened and then I saw something above the clouds and a huge mass of pillars started impacting the ground counterclockwise around me, and the ritual itself indeed made my mental state which was already pretty clear completely clear. They were I guess taller than 100m and mostly orange with a lot of complexions varying with each pillar, they must’ve been around 30.
Then I decided to call for my DG again, so I simply screamed: “DREAM GUIDE!” out into the night in a heaven’s piercing voice, and something happened immediately. What I actually just noticed afterwards is that the sky suddenly turned day bright and the scenery changed as well. What I noticed within the dream is that the earth was trembling for a moment and the one thing I was looking at was this yellow bunch of energy particles starting to accumulate, sounding and looking somewhat similar to the Ultima spell in FF8, I was really excited and a bit cautious about whatever I was looking at, but even through the excitement the lucidity remained perfectly intact. But as I got closer I noticed there were 2 spheres (the other was behind) and they seemed to be out of sync, not allowing whatever was going on to progress. I thought something of how the Rotation of the spheres was a problem and suddenly was emerged in fixing the problem, and I was watching something with a bunch of people, at first it had to do with the spheres and the rotation. From this point on I got distracted and my lucidity started to fade ever so slowly over time. The dream did progress like that for quite a few minutes, and then I was emerged in a really odd game were I had to flip this sensor probe in strange ways and I started to question the reason of that. Then the dream started to fade and the lingering spark of lucidity immediately catches up to it but too late, and that’s how I wake up. Still the moment I type this down I feel really great.

This dream was somewhat long enough to make me forget the first part before doing the RC and there’s a small gap and a few inconsistencies after the RC, like how I know I said something specific, but not what. I’m pretty sure I did the RC for a specific reason as well, unlike in most of my other dreams where I become lucid through an RC.

After over 25 lucid dreams I was questioning how long it would take to finally have my first lucid with a completely free mind and here it was, I even managed to stabilize enough to get excited without impacting my lucidity at all. Though I got distracted again in the end (which was what weakened my stabilization).

On a side note I also had a pretty lascivious dream right before falling back to sleep for the lucid one above.
