    1. Lucid flying Fail

      I was in a building I identified as home in the dream, even though it's a totally unknown place. It was night, everything was pretty dark and the light in the room was pretty dim. There were some plants standing around and I think I remember seeing a bunch of jackets on the wall next to a door which was to my right, the room was pretty long and there was a small window ahead.

      Something compelled me to do a RC so I pinched my nose and got lucid. Though at first I wanted to go through the door to my right I went for the window ahead of me with my gained lucidity, I prepared to jump out and did another RC to be sure I wasn't doing something stupid, even though I pinched my nose really hard I could feel my nose in reality being free and taking a deep breath. I tried to hover a bit and that worked, but with my low level lucidity a just fell down like a stone when I jumped. Some 10-15m on my way down I was looking upwards to the window I just jumped out, being calm and just taking notice of the fact I don't get the hang of flying right now. The impact was pretty hard (for the ground) but I didn't feel anything much so I got up and walked around a bit. I practiced some walljumps and after a minute or two I saw this dude standing on a roof. He noticed me as well and apparently thought I was some kind of cyborg or mechanical doll, created by a scientist who also created a similar being that once fought this dude. He was happy to see me it seems, because he wanted a good fight so he started attacking me, my lucidity goes down and I see myself roughing him up good with several interesting moves, partially in slow motion.

    2. Lucid, jelly-water

      [COLOR="#2e8b57"]- I was sitting on the water, already kinda knowing that it was a dream. I stood up and still rc'd. It failed, so this is definitely a dream. I tried hard to stand straight (drunkieh xD), the water was wobbling like jelly under my legs. Finally, I got tired of the jelly so I tried to fly. The first attempt failed. The second one was successful.[/COLOR]

      [COLOR="#483d8b"]- I was walking around in my home village, it was dark. I see A in the distance. We meet in front of the big house and we stop a metre away from eachother. There was this kind of mirror between us (which I think was neat, considering that we're pretty alike). It was glass, so we could both still see eachother. For some reason he ragequit and walked away.
      I was like "meh" and suddenly it was daytime. I saw Ma and I asked her to come swimming with me. Apparently it was a warm summerday. She refused, saying she's too lazy. Oh well, I went alone. I was quite far already, when I heard her say in my head "Okay, okay, I'm coming". I don't really remember arriving at the river or even swimming. Or her coming :D[/COLOR]

      So the first one is probably a semi lucid. Or it was a real lucid and my recall is just that bad.
      Both dreams were longer than that, the lucid had a lot more stuff to it but I can't remember anything.

      Ignore the typos. I'm on a mobile device and close to ragequitting as well.

    3. Smashing Trucks

      [This is my first dream journal entry here, hopefully i'll post it the right way ]
      [Things in brackets like this will just be my thoughts on the dream, ect.]
      [I'll also ONLY post LUCID DREAMS]


      So today i tried a WBTB along with SSILD [which i tried for first time] and it was successful. After around 1 hours of sleep i got lucid randomly [DILD].
      I was in our kitchen and i remember someone being close to me, but i couldn't see anyone. Since it was kind of dark in there, i thought it's time to get outside. Before going outside i noticed a bun on the desk and decided to try a little telekinesis on it, just to be sure i can Mass TK something later on [the whole challenge thing was in my head all along]. It was really easy to telekineses the bun and i smashed it into the window.

      Then after that i walked up to the window and just passed through the glass, but for some reason when i noticed our neighbour taking care of her garden, i just fallen back inside our house. I went through the glass once again, thinking that it won't stop me. For sure it didn't, i got outside.
      It was kinda sunny, but i felt like a storm is coming or something like that. I started with flying up in the air, then i sit down on our fence and looked around. [At this moment i forgot a small part of the dream sadly].
      Then i noticed a random ugly old guy sitting in a small car near out fence and he was nude and was smiling weirdly at me... I was just about to go and throw his car away or something, but then suddenly it became night.

      Since night is not so good and makes it easier to wake up, i decided to find a light source. I noticed a street lamp nearby, which was almost at the right place where it is in reality. I went under it and i was concentrating to create huge a vivid light and make day from night. During this attempt i accidenlty closed me eyes for a little longer, which caused me to wake up. But i got back to the dream easily and fast [my eyes didn't open completely and i just had to wait some seconds to open my dream eyes again].
      I was at the same place again and now tried to control the light of the street lamp. It went where i wanted and lighted everything, then i tried to create daylight again, which halfway succeeded as it started to be sunrise slowly.

      I decided to fly on, but just to the closest crossroads which is close to our house. While flying i wanted to practise more on my telekinesis, so i picked a tree out of the ground and thrown it away, althrough it wasn't the biggest tree, just a smaller one.
      When i got to the crossroads i just standed in the middle of the road waiting for cars. I noticed some big pile of snow on the road and decided to create a firestorm on it to melt it... i heard the sound of the firestorm, but it didn't appear for some reason...
      After this the dream started to fall apart harder, so i rubbed my hands together to stabilize it, it worked well. [it was my first hand rubbing stabilization, i used a different method before].
      It didn't take long for some cars to come to me. I wanted to use my super strenght now, so i took one of the cars and smashed it onto another with one hand, they got crumbled up well. I thought to myself that this goes easily so i want more challenge. I thought about a truck, which then appeared behind me. I took the truck with two hands and smashed it as well, which caused a kinda big mess on the street. Then i wasn't really okay with it and wanted a truck that has oil or fuel in it. TWO of them appeared immediately, one of them was already threatening me because it was sliding towards me with full speed... It's not a problem, i thought... nothing can hurt me, so come on big guy
      Just as the truck hit me, it fallen into 2 parts and the oil/fuel all spread on the street. Now was the time to get the other one. I picked it up and smashed it on the oil/fuel [really don't know which one was it] and it caused a HUGE explosion, which i was standing in the middle of. I thought to myself that i caused kind of a big trouble for the neighbourhood now, haha.

      Then while the flames were still going on, i decided to fly on and for some reason i had a thought that "I was just about to check the time" and got a feeling that i need to fly down one of the roads because of it... While thinking this a clock suddenly flashed in front of me like a vision, which said 10:58 as the current time.

      [After this i woke up, but i couldn't get back to the dream again... When i woke up the time was 8:05 in reality].
      [I went back around 3-4 times to the dream the same way as i written once up above, the dream wasn't that stabil now for some reason].
      [I also used the hand rubbing stabilization one more time, but it didn't work this time].

    4. my ninth, crappy lucid, but it had it's moments.

      I only remember the part of the dream were I knew where I was lucid (except for some t-shirt stuff I'm not writing down.)
      I was walking down the stairs when I suddenly thought, Hey.. I fell asleep; I'm dreaming.
      But man, this lucid was of really poor quality. I could not look any more the 2 meters in front of me, and it felt like someone was trying to push a lit over my eyes the whole the time. And at the same time, I was at the brink of waking up.
      The best moments was when I ran of the porch of my house. I screamed, because it was much higher than in real life. I was heading for the parked cars, but luckily avoided them. That was a real thrill
      Then I ran off into the night (because it was really dark outside and I had nothing to do) and before I knew it I had flapped my black feathered wings open and was heading full speed for the heaven. Ah, it was wonderful. I did a salto (spin in the air) and just played around. I spotted my friend L. on the ground and landed next to her. She ought to show me something, and I tried it.
      I suddenly felt like I had bad time and took of again. As I was getting higher and higher, I suddenly crashed into an invisible barrier. Thinking I could make it trough, 'cause it was just a dream, I did. On the other side I was back in low-quality mode, in a room with no doors, no paintings, no people. Nothing. The walls were a light lemon color, and the floor were white.

      More I can't recall to scribble down, so I'll just post a little picture. I like pictures.


      Note to self: In daylight my wings are white, yet they are black at night ^^

    5. Long phase of lucidity and trying Plasmids

      I remember walking around an extended dreamscape and my awareness was rising slowly over time until I kind of noticed that I couldn't properly move fast and at some point I did an RC. I think that place where I finally became lucid was some bridge (it was day), and I was running around below it and found my movement capabilities insufficient, I got some strange feeling heralding lucidity and the RC did the rest. Upon becoming lucid it apparently also became night again.

      Then there seems to be a gap, I don't recall anything specific at least.

      I was really trying hard to keep myself in the dream, I was often looking at my hands as well as trying to keep my mind clear and for some reason got the idea to use Plasmids like in Bioshock (probably because people were running around which I didn't deem necessary), and after trying to equip myself with a random Plasmid I got fire and used it a few times, setting a dude on a bike aflame who suddenly decided to say that this bike was mine because I set him on fire. Then I tried to summon a random non-Bioshock plasmid but that failed. I tried to summon a Nova-like Plasmid (like the beam in Metroid Prime: Corruption), but since that failed as well I went directly with the beam Samus usually wields. After kind of defeating all idiots and some time dilation fighting scenes I got my normal Hands back and decided to do a first World Severing Seal, the pillars now significantly bigger than the last time (this time they were white and hollow, with a complicated outside), however the first 2 were not exactly standing straight. I thought about a bunch of things I wanted to do all along the way, especially about my dream guide. In the end however I started to notice how sensations form the real world slowly came in which I couldn't push away and I couldn't stabilize any longer, just as I was about to let it become day and though about trying to fly again I woke up.


      The text is pretty short but the dream itself was pretty long actually, just that a lot of the things I did were repetitive exercises to keep up stability.
    6. Lucid water summoning and flying

      After a dry spell for pretty much exactly 2 weeks I finally had a lucid, and a pretty long and awesome one as well.

      The dream starts with me standing on some balcony, suddenly I have a very strong strange feeling in my mouth and some of my teeth are lose, a moment later when I was looking into the mirror most of my teeth came crumbling out and I was stressed out wondering what the hell was going on. But I did an RC, I couldn't breathe, or so I thought but I kept checking as hard as I could and in fact I could breathe,
      so I got lucid and forget and ignored the stuff about my teeth immediately.
      I remembered how I was breathing through my pinched nose last time while I was underwater (Icy pit) and I had the strong desire to repeat that, I closed my eyes shortly and something strange filled me, I opened them and thought and said "Water!" with a strange intonation and the whole room immediately started to fill up really fast in front of my eyes. It also was an borderless change to an completely different building since I changed the location itself, still underwater of course I've been swimming around for a while and then decided to go to the surface to try flying out which worked without problems. I've been flying around this building (it seemed to be slightly underground, there were a lot of things floating around, even a bag of whales), and decided to try summoning a Spytfire (Spaceship from the X3 games) but because somehow I didn't do it instinctively and strong enough I only summoned a very basic chassis, I worried about wether I’d recall the shape correctly. I decided to exit the building, the windows which were up top led outside into a city apparently in the middle of spring. Then there’s a small gap, something about a shard of glass and showering on the street removed my lucidity for a moment but I regained it pretty fast (though unfortunately at this point I already forgot about the things I wanted to do outside). I tried advanced flying into the sky (which looked beautiful) but somehow it didn't work properly, I could only get a few meters and started to grab and hold something invisible, as I pulled down the sheets a big puppet like thing revealed itself and I kinda think it was responsible for the fact I couldn't fly (it also had a name, something with John). I just took it apart piece by piece and made some of the DCs around hostile with that. But even though I still couldn't fly properly I was far away from getting myself catched by a few normal DCs, so I went around a bit to find another place to fly but woke up then.


      I think the real reason for me being unable to fly at the end of the dream was that the dream wasn’t stable enough anymore, if just I wouldn’t have forgotten to stabilize. Still this dream once again broke my records in terms of detail and length for lucids.

      I am in my back garden with my hubby, a dog who is ours and a young girl. It's night time and there are alien robot things out the front and we can see them through the gully and hear the noise from them. We are all really scared and trying to hide in the garden from them. We cower down by the coal bunker, my hubby points and says "how do we get over there?" I look and say "that's our garden" and I'm a little confused as to why he didn't realise that. We hear a loud noise above us and we cower down more as we hide from whatever it is. I look up and see bright lights and suddenly a UFO flys over us, I'm so afraid and panick incase we have been seen. I hear the robots out the front, they are getting louder and are coming for us because they know where we are. I'm now in a blind panick and wake up, my heart is pounding and I'm so scared that I can't go straight back to sleep lol.
    8. Cocaine vs. Wine?

      I'm starting my DJ at a random time, but better than nothing! I usually get lazy in writing down my dreams but hopefully I won't this time. I'll try to keep at it. I don't really like writing my dreams down, but eh.

      Anyways, I had a semi-simple dream. I don't remember all of the details but the general idea is still there. In this dream, I was really just running. I was running on a dark blue-ish path, like running across the night sky. I don't think I saw any stars because I was "running" through the clouds and it was all dark blue with blotches of random blue shades. As I was running, I felt nothing but euphoria through out my limbs. Usually if someone's running, they feel fatigue and soreness in the muscles, but euphoria in the mind only - that's how my body works, anyway. I remember in my mind, I was saying "YES, I found the secret to not feeling tired when I run! It's wine!" Wine? What wine? I looked around and saw a bottle of wine in my hand. This warm and magical sensation in my body felt similar to a cocaine high. I felt a smile stretch across my face because apparently I didn't have to be a cocaine addict in my dream anymore. Just so I didn't have to feel fatigue and pain. I realized this was a dream because I was in the sky. And then I woke up.

    9. Hadouken!:A Very Short Lucid

      Dream
      It was night and I was in my house. I did an RC (nose pinch) and went Lucid. I went outside and someone I know was chasing me, he was acting like a Trandoshan I started to run but he was really rabid. I stop and turned around "HADOUKEN!" I couldn't see the ball but it worked as the guy got thrown into a wall near the front of a house. He got back up I charged at him "SHORYUKEN!".

      *SHORYUKEN FAIL*

      I saw his stomach but he was fine shortly after the dream faded.
    10. A movie on the race track.

      Mood: Strange, relaxing, and somewhat happy.
      Setting: On a race track, somewhere.
      Characters: Unknown.

      The beginning of the dream is quite out of my mind at the moment, but the main part is still very much there. Basically, I was in a race track, one that had dirt roads, ones that might be used in something like racecar driving, motocross or monster truck derbies. Still, there was something strange about the night, maybe it was the fact that there were two huge projector screens that looked like were going to show a movie. The rest, is sadly, much less detailed. I don't remember the movie we watched or who I was with!
    11. First lucid with full clarity of mind

      For a Reason I don’t remember I did a reality check, and noticed I could easily breathe through my pinched nose so I immediately became lucid. I did some short stuff in my house (secondary) and I was trying my voice out, it was strange and it did feel more like I was only thinking but after a short moment I already managed to be confident in my voice. I went outside and this time I really prepared for the WWS, it was night and I could see the stars. I focused and took my stance, slammed my palms together and screamed out: “World Severing Seal”, some 2 seconds nothing happened and then I saw something above the clouds and a huge mass of pillars started impacting the ground counterclockwise around me, and the ritual itself indeed made my mental state which was already pretty clear completely clear. They were I guess taller than 100m and mostly orange with a lot of complexions varying with each pillar, they must’ve been around 30.
      Then I decided to call for my DG again, so I simply screamed: “DREAM GUIDE!” out into the night in a heaven’s piercing voice, and something happened immediately. What I actually just noticed afterwards is that the sky suddenly turned day bright and the scenery changed as well. What I noticed within the dream is that the earth was trembling for a moment and the one thing I was looking at was this yellow bunch of energy particles starting to accumulate, sounding and looking somewhat similar to the Ultima spell in FF8, I was really excited and a bit cautious about whatever I was looking at, but even through the excitement the lucidity remained perfectly intact. But as I got closer I noticed there were 2 spheres (the other was behind) and they seemed to be out of sync, not allowing whatever was going on to progress. I thought something of how the Rotation of the spheres was a problem and suddenly was emerged in fixing the problem, and I was watching something with a bunch of people, at first it had to do with the spheres and the rotation. From this point on I got distracted and my lucidity started to fade ever so slowly over time. The dream did progress like that for quite a few minutes, and then I was emerged in a really odd game were I had to flip this sensor probe in strange ways and I started to question the reason of that. Then the dream started to fade and the lingering spark of lucidity immediately catches up to it but too late, and that’s how I wake up. Still the moment I type this down I feel really great.

      This dream was somewhat long enough to make me forget the first part before doing the RC and there’s a small gap and a few inconsistencies after the RC, like how I know I said something specific, but not what. I’m pretty sure I did the RC for a specific reason as well, unlike in most of my other dreams where I become lucid through an RC.

      After over 25 lucid dreams I was questioning how long it would take to finally have my first lucid with a completely free mind and here it was, I even managed to stabilize enough to get excited without impacting my lucidity at all. Though I got distracted again in the end (which was what weakened my stabilization).





      On a side note I also had a pretty lascivious dream right before falling back to sleep for the lucid one above.

    12. In Czech through WILD-DILD

      I I had a dream about - lucid dream attempt. Negative. I was in Czech in my living room. My mom ringed the bell and I went to open the door. We were standing outside for a while talking about my cousin and aunt. My cousin has a baby and despite my mom was helping them they don't even invite her to see the baby. She didn't want to make them feel bad by making a big boooo about it. I told her to make them feel bad when they act so selfish. It is winter time. I see a car coning, it is a pickup and I have a feeling the it is Tomas Laurin. The car is all yellow and has posters all over, probably some disco or so. I go back to the house as I realise it's only 6:15 am so I took my pills a while ago only. I want to try another go. I'm walking back and there is lots of tools on the lobby. I wonder what is my dad doing that he needed the tool. Getting back to electricity job? Then I walk in to the corridor and the wallpaper is taken down. My mom is probably renovating it, but again I wonder when she did it as I don't remember this be like it when I went to sleep. As I walk to the living room, my dad is sleeping in my "bed" on the floor. I wake him up, telling him off as a joke to get out. I drop my phone on his face by mistake so I am striking his hair to show him it was my mistake. He gets up and I lie back to my position.... In which I instantly wake up!!! Interesting
    13. Fragment Collection 14

      Halloween in my garden:
      Strange but interesting dream where I was in the garden of my secondary home and suddenly some sort of halloween event started and ghosts were appearing all over the place. There was a thin layer of fog on the ground, I saw something reaper-like looking floating through the street.
      Back in my garden there was this girl which seemed much like Trance (Andromeda) but with snow white skin and red symbols all over her body, she alse didn't wear anything apart from a bikini which was red and pretty much merged with the other red symbols. There were some other things in my garden I didn't pay attention to as well.

      Classmates fighting together:
      Me and some (actually unknown) classmates having an intense fight in the city around springtime, it was night.
      We were fighting some huge entity and I remember going pretty fast some times, even flying between a few skyscrapers, this entity tried to kill a girl which it managed at some point. It continued to try and grab her soul however without success. I comment about the fact that an entity like him will never be able to touch anyones soul. And then the next time after the battle we were conscious it was already fall, we were in our school (in the entrance section, there were a lot of plants) and it was like we all simultanously remembered something we forgot for several months, and like the past months never happened in the first place

      Dreadnought fight:
      I had an space fight in the style of X3: Terran Conflict (though I was flying an ship like the Andromeda) and I was neurally linked up to the ship, hence no need for any control equipment. I was fighting this absolutely totally ridiculously huge dreadnought, with 5 huge torpedo launchers on each site, so far apart on the ship I could slip in between 2 of the fired torpedos, which I had to do 2 times in order to get close enough to the enemy. I got into a dead angle of this dreadnought, behind the wing with the torpedos and sended in a few of my torpedos (Hornet type, gave of a mighty thunder on impact, I also had Spyders [whatever they are] and some other type which I didn't bother looking at) and a short moment after that I got that dreadnought to retreat for now. On the sector map I saw other friendly ships (and strangely stations as well) jumping into the sector.
      That was quite epic.

    14. Freak Out, Fly, Repeat

      NOTICE: this is the last dream journal entry I made before leaving Dreamviews for an 11-year hiatus. Newer dream journal entries will have a markedly different writing quality and narrative style.

      Notes:
      This semi-lucid bugged the hell out of me. I was in my room upstairs, lying in bed, and then I heard my dad screaming from downstairs in a terrifying manner. I became semi-lucid, so I just decided to jump out the window and fly away, but I got stuck mid-air. Then I was suddenly in my bed again, with my dad still screaming, but this time from down the hallway outside my room! I flipped out and took a running jump out the window, in an effort to get past my dad. Once again I tried to fly, once again I got stuck, and once again I ended up in my bed, and at that point, I could feel my dad's presence right there in the bedroom. I felt something, presumably my dad, move beside me as I jumped out the window a third and final time.

      When I woke up in my bed after the third time, I was scared that I was experiencing another repeat.

      This was a total of three false awakenings, which were probably all part of the same dream because of the similar contents.

      It was early in the morning; my guess is that the time was around 7:00 AM. I was lying in my bed with my eyes closed; the unusually light and airy duvet cover was up to a little below my chin, and the bedroom was pitch-black. No light whatsoever was coming in from the single window on the wall, which was on the wall opposite of where I was facing: I was on my stomach, my head half-sunk into my pillow but turned towards the door of my room. The door was open, which led to a hallway adjacent to the entrance of my room; if you were to turn left, walk a few feet and turn right, the stairs were right there. They led downstairs to the main level of the house. There was a very, very faint yellow light coming from the hallway, most likely from downstairs, although there was no apparent light source - it was just a faded wash of a slight lighting over the entire room.

      In bed I felt very tired, like a stone. I didn't want to get up but I knew that it was time for school, so I slowly pushed the covers back; they bunched up like an accordion - I usually fold them back, but I didn't catch onto the fact that I was dreaming quite yet. It was when I actually stood up that I suddenly became aware enough to question if I was in a dream. I didn't do an RC, but I simply knew that I was asleep at a fairly low level of awareness. I looked at my night table, which was right next to my bed (and therefore beside me once I got out of bed), and noticed I didn't have an alarm clock at all there, even though there should've been one.

      I didn't say anything, though.

      Moments later, once I was out of bed, I heard my dad in the lower level of the house shouting at me in a very stern, tense voice to "get downstairs!"

      This terrified me, and I had this creeping feeling that the dream was going to become a nightmare if I just stood there. So I opened the door of my room a bit more to go through it, and I took a running leap into the hallway. The hallway was adjacent to my bedroom, with the wall opposite of the door only being a half-wall. Past that, if you were to look down, you'd be seeing the first floor. On the wall past this half-wall was a big window, and this is where I jumped into. I leaped onto the half-wall with a big jump and then glided right into the glass; however, I didn't smash it; I merely went through it like a ghost.

      It was very dark outside so I couldn't see practically anything, but I was beginning to lose lucidity anyways. I flapped my arms and kicked my legs once I got three or four feet outside the window, which didn't do much - I didn't pick up speed or even move forward that much. I was just suspended.


      I woke up in my bed.

      Or, did I?

      In actuality, I had just entered a false awakening, and it was the same scenario as before. This time, however, my dad's voice didn't come from downstairs, but in the hallway, quite a few feet away from the door of my room. I ran and jumped through the window again, still slightly conscious, but met the same predicament where I was floating, getting nowhere.

      I woke up one more time into the dream but this time, my dad's voice was coming from inside my room, which was very dark like before. It was a whisper this time, situated behind me (I was lying on my side facing my room's door again) - I didn't waste any time bolting out of bed and making a total beeline for the window. The same thing happened and at this point, I had just enough awareness left to start freaking out, wondering this time if my dad would be able to reach through the window and grab my foot, pulling me back in...

      Then I woke up for real.

      I did many reality checks after that P.O.S. dream.

    15. Tibetan Monks and Gladiators

      We arrive in Tibet (which I know next to nothing about, and the stuff my mind came up with ranges from wildly inaccurate to patently absurd). It is still like the world was in the time of Jesus. Everyone is very poor. I talk to one of the monks in the orange robes. I want to ask him about lucid dreaming, but there are other things to talk about first, and I let him steer the conversation. He talks about how their language, French, used to be the most widely used language, and now they are side-lined as English has taken its palce. I tell him I know I am simply lucky that my language is the widely used one. He tells me I have many years to learn other languages. I tell him about how I am trying to learn German.

      There are all these quarters on the ground. I pick one up, but I get the feeling that I wasn't supposed to, so I put it back down later. Then I pick up another one later. I see the monks periodically placing them on the ground. Er... oops. I really was not supposed to do that. I try to sneakily place the quarter back on the ground, but the monk I've been talking to catches me. He yells at me, saying that picking up the quarters is very wrong, causing a curse that can hurt or kill people. He made that mistake when he was younger, and people died. I'm really sorry. I didn't know. I won't do it again.

      We walk. Pretty much all of the people here besides the monks are old, poor, French-speaking women, and all the monks are men. I don't see any children, although I think there are a couple other tourists, like me. The monks provide the old women with aid and advice, where they can. The monk follows me into a room, probably on a boat. I am looking at a barbecue pork recipe on the wall, while eating a piece of barbecue chicken with my hands. He asks me what it is, and I tell him.

      Outside again, the monk kisses me on the forehead. This feels very weird, and I am not comfortable with this at all.

      In the night, we are woken by a loud noise. We get up to go check it out. It was just a loud machine, though. The monk talks to one of the women in French. I get separated from him somewhere along the way. I'm using my cell phone for light, where there are not other lights. I'm in the living room of my old house now. I see my mom. She jumps onto the fireplace, climbing up the brick in a way that seems creepily inhuman. On the mantelpiece above the fireplace, there are two statues. There are supposed to be four. My 'mom' takes one of the remaining statues, leering at me. She is not supposed to do that. The monks will be mad. That's much worse than when I picked up the quarters, and she is doing it on purpose! I throw my phone at her.

      I wake up. It's 4:15 am. At first I just jot down some notes, but that dream was so cool/weird that I decide to write it all out in the middle of the night instead of waiting for the morning.

      There's a large well. I am Ian, and the Doctor and possibly Barabara are here, too (from Doctor Who). I dropped the ring down the well, but I need to get it back. There is some sort of sprite/spirit in the well, controlling the water. First the water level goes down, then it goes back up. I dive into the water to retrieve the ring and am sucked down into a hole at the bottom of the well.

      I'm travelling with a partner. We're in a shop. I buy a floppy hat. We leave the shop, which is just one small part of a bigger place. For some reason, we're signing up to fight in a gladiatorial event. The line for it is very long and slow. This place has the atmosphere of a casino. It's confusing when I finally get to the front of the line. There's a teller open, but I'm not sure I can use that one. There are signs, but somehow that just confuses me even more. Are fighters supposed to only sign up at the particular teller? I end up using the same one my friend did, after he is done. The person there thinks I am someone she knows, named Rita. I play along. Half my information (address, name, etc.) is fake anyways. I probably wouldn't get through this with a teller who didn't 'know' me. I'm nervous about being discovered, though, but eventually I am done signing up, and I get my 'lotto' tickets that I can use if I survive.

      It's night. The fight will be tomorrow. The guy who runs this place is evil. I find stairs going up, but when I get to the top, there is nothing there. I guess it will lead somewhere once they're finished setting up. I go back down.

      I put on the floppy hat I bought earlier. It takes me a while to get all the plastic tag bits off of it. I'm with the other gladiators. I encourage them to rebel. When the staff comes along, I attack them (oddly, just this one scene is in third person). I get completely piled on, but when the others start fighting, too, I get a chance to escape.

      I walk through the fire escape door, deliberately and without hesitation, even though I know I will probably be caught quickly, since these things are well guarded. The fire alarm goes off, and I step out into a corridor. The guard outside the door seems to know me. He asks how some plot I'm supposed to know about is going. I don't know what to say, but I'm not worried about that right now. I'm looking for a door that actually leads outside. I find an office, instead. I turn around and try going the other way. I find the door that actually leads outside and I start walking along the street, eager to get away. The guard is following me like some sort of puppy, complaining about how tired he is because he didn't get any sleep last night. I tell him he wouldn't have gotten any rest if he had stayed on guard duty anyway.
