Dream - Lucid Something about a roller coaster. I told myself when I woke up from this one, I'd remember. I told myself to just remember "roller coaster". And now, that's literally all I can remember. -_-' ~ I was with some other people, though I couldn't say for sure who they were. We were taking shelter somewhere, though; America had been bombed by Britain. They had dropped a nuke on us. Wherever it was that we were, there was a lot of radiation in an area of the room. Most of it was coming from this thing on the ceiling that we called a "generator". It had something to do with the bombings; it got moved during them, and absorbed a lot of radiation. It was this black and white metal thing that looked kind of like a moon rover. I remember getting close to it a few times, and being warned not to. I want to say the room we were in had some sort of anti-gravitational property in it; I feel like when we would get close to the generator on the ceiling, we were floating to it. Then, I was talking to my mom. She was telling me about something her and Windy, a woman I know from when I was in college, something about what they did during the bombing. I asked my mom about what Katie did. "I mean crazy Katie," I said. I was referring to my old roommate from college. I don't remember my mom's response. I remember thinking about the exact area that had been bombed and wondering if the people immediately died on impact. ~ This dream took place post-bombing as well, but that was not the focus of the dream. It seemed that some time had passed after the initial bombing, maybe a few weeks. I was outside somewhere, and I wanted to go do something. It had to do with my brother. I went to go speak with my doctor about this. It had something to do with my right foot; I wanted to tell her that something was wrong with it. I put this giant black roller skate-type thing on my right foot. It was my brother's. I started to skate and walk to wherever it was that I was going. I entered a building, and into this room that looked like a lobby. It was spacious with lots of couches. I approached a lady sitting on one of the couches. She was my Doctor, Dr. B, but she looked kind of like a teacher I had in college, Dr. D. She was wearing a white lab coat over her clothing. She was also working on charts. I got her attention, and she looked up. I told her something about my right foot. She looked at me as I told her, but she seemed concerned, or like she thought that something else was wrong instead of the foot. I thought about how contradictory it was that I was telling her about a foot problem, and yet, I was wearing this giant roller skate on the affected foot. She then went on to tell me something. "They're bruised," she said. She was referring to the bottom of my rib cage on the right side. I "remembered" getting it x-rayed last time I was there. I guess the results were in. I then had two of the big black roller skates instead of just one. They were made for skating on carpet. I skated around on the carpet inside for awhile, feeling how easy and effortless it was. I hadn't skated in years, so I thought it would be more difficult to get back into it. I then was on the phone with someone, looking for this secret entrance to somewhere. It had been a place my brother liked and was very well-known at, but my brother was out of town with his fiance'. I feel like I was supposed to have a purpose for going to the secret place, like I was supposed to be trying to fix something that was wrong with me. The lady on the phone had asked me if such-and-such (can't remember what she asked me), and I said no. She had seemed slightly irritated, but hid it well, and continued to direct me. I got off the phone afterwards, and I found the entrance somewhere in this rocky area, I think there may have been water there too. I had been there a couple of times before, but it had been years. You had to be very precise upon entering it though, or you'd go the wrong way. I slid down this smooth rock slide, but ended up in the wrong place. I had to go all the way back around and start over. I remember being back where I started, and there were so many different ways you could go. The whole area was rocky, and it was like I was in the middle of a circle with my options all around me. The someone that I had been on the phone with then offered their help. It was a woman. I had to follow her. She was showing me a shortcut so I wouldn't have to go all the way back around. I followed her to the secret place. The shortcut she took should have seemed obvious to me, I thought. Duh. But I am not good with directions. -_-' Anyway, so I was there, in the secret place. It was the skating rink I used to frequent as a child. I was skating on the skate floor. There were a few others there, mostly people who worked there. I skated by them, as they were all standing in the same area, close to the benches on the side of the skate floor. I was then asked about my brother, about if he wanted something, or wanted me to have this something, I don't remember for sure, or what the something was. Not entirely sure I knew what the something was when I was in the dream either. I told them I didn't know. They were going to send Kasey Kasem to ask; they knew my brother loved Kasey Kasem. I told them that he was out of town with his fiance'. So they had Kasey call him instead. I heard him talking on the phone, but I did not see him. "Hi, this is Kasey Kasem," he started, as he so often did on the radio. He started to ask my brother what he wanted to ask him. I saw my brother sitting at a table at a restaurant with his fiance', talking on the phone. I then wondered if this was a different Kasey Kasem, since the real one died. I thought maybe there was someone that worked at the rink that went by that name. ~ The Kasey Kasem thing could have easily been a lucid trigger. Gah. Oh well. I think I'm going to try getting back into meditation, if I can discipline myself enough to stick with it. That really seems to help my LDs, while also making me feel better all around. I'll see what I can do. I can easily take 30 minutes out of my day to do it. Just gotta stay focused. *EDIT* Just remembered a fragment. I was handling a few small birds. They looked like finches. As one jumped on my finger, I felt its small talons digging into my finger. I expected this. It was alright, though; I was caring for the birds.

Dream - Lucid I was with my husband at what was supposed to be the house he grew up in. The house was small with wooden floors. His family was there; we were visiting them for the holidays. I was in his room with him, and I saw this HUGE black and white spider sitting on the air vent on the floor. So unsettling...I hate spiders so much. I don't think I said anything about it to my husband, but I was super freaked. Then, there was this other giant spider, but this one was red and black. It was chasing my foot wherever I moved it. I was panicking. It opened its mouth and hissed at me. I somehow deduced that this spider was poisonous because of this. I moved further away from it. There was another giant spider there at this point as well. I then was laying in my husband's childhood bed with him. It was nighttime, and quite dark in the room. I was laying there with my eyes opened because I couldn't sleep due to the damn spiders. I made up my mind that I couldn't be laying in that bed with all the spiders lurking about. I told him that. There was more to this dream, but I cannot remember. ~ I was going to spend the holidays with mine and my husband's family, though not all at the same time. We would be with my family one day, like on Christmas Eve, and his on Christmas Day. I remember being in the kitchen at the house I grew up in and reading a text or a note on paper about this. It was from my mother-in-law. Then, my friend Cherie' said her dad (never met him IWL) said my husband better see him for the holidays. I was concerned that he wouldn't make it to my family's in time if he did that. The next thing I remember is being in our apartment. We were in the living room, and Cherie's dad, who, in my dream, was a short, fat man, maybe Cherie', and my friend Ashley's brother's wife came in. Ashley's brother may have been there as well. Some of them sat down on our couch. Cherie's dad and Cherie' started to play fight. One had been on the couch, and the other on the floor. Then, I was designing some tube-like roller-coaster ride with Courtney S. It was indoors, and would take you in a flume in the water through this small opening. It looked as if adults could not ride because the opening was so short. Then, you would ride in this rainbow tube really fast; you would ride what you designed. It was kind of like CyberSpace Mountain at Disney Quest in Downtown Disney. I designed one for Courtney and I to ride. I remember putting in lots of drops and sharp turns and a couple of loops at the end. We went to go ride it. We were sitting in the flume, and Courtney was sitting in front of me. She was wearing a white shirt. I was surprised she fit through the short opening, because she is very tall. Before we could enter the tube, I fell out of the flume into the water. I somehow got back in, but I'm not sure how. The ride was very fun and wild, though I think I only got to ride the last part of it since I had fallen out before. Then, Courtney designed a ride. For some reason, I couldn't be there. I'm not sure where I was, but I saw this flash of a long poem. Courtney had written it. It was about how much she loved me (not in a romantic way, but in an unconditional way). Though I didn't get a chance to really read the words, I intuitively knew that that's what it was. Cherie' then told me that the ride Courtney had designed was an expression of her love for me. I knew inside that she was not upset that I wasn't there for the ride. She understood. ~ I don't remember where I was, but it was very realistic. Something seemed weird, though I can't remember what it was exactly, so I did a finger count RC. I looked down at my left hand, and could immediately tell I had too many fingers. I counted just to make sure, and got six. Holy crap! I'm dreaming! I honestly didn't expect the RC to work; I thought it was real life! I remembered my goals quite clearly, and really wanted to try to dream share again, but I did not feel that I was in a deep enough sleep to do it (will explain more about this at the end). Instead, I approached some DCs and asked them some questions, and of course, had to tell them that we were in a lucid dream. Then, something about my wedding photographer, Rachel. She was coaching me with something, though she wasn't supposed to be. I can't remember what it was though! I was in a room with her. I woke up and went back to sleep. I was still lucid, and Rachel had gotten moved to another location. I found her. More coaching. I remember flying or floating at some point. I thought about it too hard at first and it failed, then remembered I could just think about it and it would be so. And so I just thought about it without focusing too hard, and I floated up. Woke up, went back to sleep. I would say I was semi-lucid for the rest of the dream. They had again moved Rachel, but this time, I had to get caught with her the first time I went in. It was very video game-esque. I had to go into this temple, or pyramid. It reminded me of Ancient Egypt. There was water flowing in the opening I entered, and light was then coming through a small opening where the water was falling into the pyramid. I knew that was where Rachel was, but she was with someone else, someone who did not want me there. I do not even think that this someone was human. What I had to do was go through the opening, get caught and thrown out, and then have to find a new way in because the original way would get blocked off. The lights would also be out; I would have to do it in darkness. I then was having to load up these dirty dishes onto this conveyor belt that took them up into an incinerator. I'm pretty sure I was naked? Anyway, I would have to run up some stairs to grab all the dishes that were empty or unused, and take them off the belt and put them somewhere else to be recycled. I was explaining this process to someone. I then loaded the dishes on the belt, checking first to see if they were empty so I could remember which ones were and weren't when I got up the stairs. I loaded a bunch, then raced up the stairs. The belt was moving too fast for me to save every dish, and I could not focus on seeing which ones were dirty and which ones weren't. I pushed a button to bring the last dish put into the incinerator back out. I put that one aside for recycling. Then, when I woke up again, I stayed awake. I felt rested, so did not try to push any more sleep; when I do this, I wake up with a headache, especially after lucidity. ~ Coming back to what I mentioned earlier about dream sharing and deep sleep: I have found that when I wake up in the morning after a pretty decent amount of sleep during the night, I am more likely to become lucid from being awake for a little while; it stimulates my brain, and I am able to become lucid much more easily. However, there is a catch: I cannot hold the dream for as long as I would be able to if the dream occurred during the sleep I get at night when I am the most exhausted. When I become lucid during the night, I have much longer lucids and can perform more tasks, such as dream sharing, for example, though I have only dream shared a handful of times. At any rate, the dream quality is better, and I am less likely to wake prematurely. When I attempt things like this during the morning after I have already gotten plenty of sleep, it fails or I wake up. Usually both. So I decided not to attempt it this morning, because I knew I would wake up, and, of course, my morning lucidity was peppered with awakenings. It happens a lot for me in the mornings, but, like I said, this does not usually occur during the night, though I am less likely to become lucid during my nighttime dreams. I am hoping that I can find a way to improve this. I may try the WBTB method during the night, but when I wake up during the night, many times I have difficulty going back to sleep. If anyone has any advice, let me know.

Dream - Lucid Something about two guys. When I woke up, in the middle of the night, I told myself I'd remember this dream. I think it's time to start keeping a notebook beside me again to take brief notes between awakenings... ~ I was swimming in an in-ground pool with my friend Courtney S. It was sunny and beautiful outside. I then remember thinking about my wedding photos, and whether or not they were edited yet. I was in line to speak with my photographer, who had just gotten back from vacation. When I saw her at the front of the line, we were inside and she was sitting behind this counter/podium. I said hello to her, and something about the photos. She smiled and was excited when she responded, but I don't remember exactly what her response was, though I feel as if I misunderstood her, thinking that she had finished editing the photos. I saw her handling photos, many of me when I was a child. I "remembered" them being in an album at my wedding for the guests to look at, but I did not see any photos from the wedding itself. I remember doing more things involving my wedding, though I can't remember much of the specifics. My old work friend Nicole may have been there at some point. Then, I was hanging out with someone I knew when I was in elementary school, Alex H. We were having fun, I don't remember what we were doing, we may have been swimming. I had a feeling he was ready to leave. I asked him if he wanted to stay longer, but he said he had to go. I understood. We had a good time, and I was not disappointed that he wanted to leave. I then was waiting in line to ride some really fast indoor roller coaster with some friends, though the only one I remember knowing was Courtney S. It was a ride that usually had a very long wait time. I remember the colors being shades of purple and blue with dim lighting. The ride had something to do with the photographer/photography, though I couldn't tell you what the connection was, other than the photographer was the ride operator. Though this photographer was not my original one, but she was someone that my wedding photographer had hired. It was a woman around my age (25) or maybe a bit younger, and she looked very bland; her face had a blank, dull look to it. I remember hearing an old woman asking her a question, and her responding with a quick "No". The woman asked her another question, and received the same response. I walked away before I could hear any more of the conversation. Anyway, the negative photographer (ha, see what I did there? ) was standing behind a podium, though this time it was a roller coaster operating panel. We did not wait as long as I had remembered waiting for the ride before. At the end of the ride, you would win a lot of coins, mostly silver coins like quarters and such, because it was apparently also some sort of race. One of my friends in the dream, a short, chubby girl about my age with a dirty blonde ponytail and round glasses who resembles Kristin, a girl I met at at my old job IWL, said that if you were on the last cart on the roller coaster, and you finished last, somehow cheating the system, you would win double the amount of coins as the winner. We were then boarding the coaster. I got on the last car on the train. The shoulder straps came down, and the train started to move up. The chubby girl then jumped from somewhere on my right into my car with me. She was trying to cheat the system to get more coins. "Get off!" I said to her, more than once. I was concerned about her safety. She finally jumped off as the train was moving towards the main track. She jumped onto the last bit of floor left beside the car. When she jumped, the train was moving a little faster, so she had to run a little after she landed, and came very close to falling off the edge. The ride was very fast, but very short. I had remembered it being a longer ride, and then I figured out why: The photographer who had run it the last time was the main photographer, the one who shot my wedding. This other girl was just trying to get us in and out of there as quickly as possible. I then was at a machine that was dispensing the coins to those who won. I cupped my hands under the dispenser, and it started to pour coins out. I had quite a few, just enough to overflow my hands a bit. I remember the chubby girl had gotten on a car behind me so she could cheat the system. Remembered much more from last night than the past few. Just goes to show how journaling your dreams really aids in the recall of them. Hoping to step back into lucidity more often again, especially with the new mindsets that I've adopted. I'll keep you guys posted.

Dream Fragment:I'm not in this dream but I'm viewing it, there are two huge circle things stood up parallel each other. I man is harnessed to the first one and wearing a swim suit. He is at the bottom of the circle talking to a worker who helps and harnesses the people or something. On the other circle a woman is harnessed to the top cornerish bit and standing on this diving board looking thing near the circle. She is wearing a swim suit too. The man starts to giggle and his giggle sounded super weird and it made the woman laugh her ass off and she fell off and went down the circle like a roller coaster and kept going around the circle apologizing to the worker and saying it was because the guy made her laugh, then she makes it back to the high platform after like 5 whole rotations. Then the man giggles again and she falls off again and flies in the circle even faster.
June 29, 2014 Amusement Parking Troubles I was at the amusement park with Kristin, her boyfriend, Zukin, and my family. I was either high or slightly drunk, and we got in line to go on the Top Thrill Dragster. I remember being in the line and a bit wobbly, and then we were in the seats, and I was getting nervous because the harnesses were a lot more sparse than I remembered them being the last time I was on the ride... But I was trying to look unphased because Zukin, sitting next to me, was freaking out, so I was like putting my arms up in the air, then remembered that you're not really allowed to do that on this ride, because of how fast it accelerates. I was trying to explain the ride to her, but the red light turned green really quickly and we were off. I had been leaning forward when we started moving, and I was having trouble looking up again. I felt the ride go up, and the weightless feeling as it summited the peak and started going down, and I actually almost lifted right out of the seat, so I was grabbing onto whatever I could to keep from flying away. After that, we were all walking toward Millennium Force, but we got separated, and decided to meet up at a restaurant-type place. We walked around to the back, and waited there. It was empty; there were barely any people there. It was all brown and not well lit, it actually reminded me a bit of one of the parties Zukin and I had tried to get into in Berlin, but one of the guys in our group hadn't been let in because he wasn't 21 yet; so we'd all left. As we lounged around, waiting for the rest of the group to get there, two cars came driving through the outside portion of the cafe/restaurant. I asked the driver on one of the cars what they were doing, since this wasn't a road or parking lot. The driver had thought this was a parking lot, but I told them it wasn't again, and then left, trying to find a place to park. It was strange. Research Award I was in school, and had had to write and present a science research paper. I had done my research on Burgerfi frozen custard and what made it different from other frozen custards (haha!). I ended up getting an award for it! I was out of the classroom when they announced the award winners, so I didn't know I'd won anything until one of my classmates came and found me near the bathroom, where I'd been. He told me I'd won, and I was super surprised, because I had completely BS'd the ENTIRE thing. My classmate handed me the award certificate, and told me the actual award was in the fridge in the classroom (dunno why there was a fridge in the classroom) We went back to the classroom (which was like a small movie theater) and I opened the fridge at the front left corner of the room to get my award, but I couldn't find it in there. I saw the other three awards, but not mine. I told my friend this, and he was all embarrassed. He'd forgotten that he'd put it somewhere else for safe keeping, and went to go get it. The awards were these delicate and intricately folded pure-white papers. They were folded into little pouches, with red ribbon curling delicately around it, and inside the pouch was a white orchid of some sort. My classmate came back with my award and the feedback sheet. Pros: The work I'd done with a component of the frozen custard (I can't remember what it was called, but it started with Ly---) was excellent. Cons: I shouldn't name chemical formulas that are not used anywhere in the research (evidence of my BSing the whole thing, but I guess the rest of it was great). The other thing we all got with the award was a whole pineapple, haha! Adult Children's Museum I was at some sort of conference for women. I was with 9 other random women, and we were choosing the location for the conference; we picked a sort of hands-on museum for adults. If you've ever been to the children's museum on Navy Pier in Chicago, it was a lot like that, but designed for adults. We got into the building, which was all colorful and fun looking (I saw it first from a top corner, so I got a bird's eye view of the whole place), and I was so excited because I'm such a kid at heart. I found out they had a man for each of us. I think the deal was that we would each get to pick one of the men to go around the place with, and they had to basically do anything we wanted for the whole day (and night ;D). I picked a 24-ish-year-old guy with dark hair and blue eyes. I swear whoever organized the event had made sure that all of us would find our ideal guy in that group of men. The oldest woman in my group, who was maybe 40, picked the youngest guy, who was 19 and looked like Rocky (skin-tight gold underwear and all).
February 25, 2013 I was walking with a class that I was in through a garden and around a town. We were on a field trip, but I don't know where it was. The class was all made up of characters from anime I've seen over the years, and some generic-looking anime characters I didn't know. While walking past a construction area for an amusement park addition, I talked to one of them about homework; it was nondescript and not memorable. We entered a building; an indoor garden of sorts with paths and stairways and whatnot. I set down my bag because I don't think there will be any other people. But soon after that, I see another group of people and figure I should go back to get my bag in case someone tries to take it. So I turn back to get it, telling the group I'll catch up with them n a moment. We had been on a single path, and yet I almost got lost, and there was a somewhat annoying guy following me and always trying to get my attention by surprising me or something. I finally get to where my bag was left (it seemed to take much longer than it had going the other way), but my bag is no longer there, and I start to freak out. It's not there, but there ARE three other bags. I turn circles trying to find my bag, and spotted it at the bottom of a dim stairwell. I hadn't put it there, and I didn't know how it had gotten there, but then I woke up.

November 26, 2013 I was with my best friend from high school, who I no longer really talk to. Let's call her Jasmine for privacy's sake. With us was one of my at-the-time-classmates, Max. We were at a Theme Park/Mall combination type place, and we were browsing clothing stores. I remember picking up this long silk scarf; it was yellow with orange polka-dots. I tried to get Max to buy it for me, but he didn't have any money. We all decided we were hungry and thirsty, and went to a Frozen Yogurt cafe, where I ordered a shaved ice (though I can't remember what flavour it was). When we got our food and drinks, there was a tiny cat named Maurice. I remember thinking, Oh, they allow cats in here? I picked up Maurice and put him on my shoulder, where he stayed for the rest of the dream. Then, my cousin walked into the cafe and asked us all if we wanted to go on a roller coaster with her. Now that I think about it, it's a roller coaster that has appeared in several of my dreams; It is tall and fast, a bit like the Top Thrill Dragster at Cedar Point in Ohio. But it had a corkscrew portion and the cars actually jumped off the track at some point. I am always terrified and anxious waiting for this dream-coaster. So, we all take a tram to the roller coaster, and I notice that the line has been remodeled. The line itself seems a bit like a ride; It's a Pirate Ship up high in the air (think: swinging ship rides), over a miniature city/lake model. We get in the line, and my little brother had joined us. I feel the ground beneath me start to rumble, and I grab onto the mast of the ship, which I happen to be near. Then the ship starts rotating. The ground starts to slope and I try to get onto the large pole from which the sail extends. I get on it just before I would have lost all grip on the almost-vertical floor of the ship, expecting it to start rotating back toward normality; but it keeps going, and I'm terrified. I try to maneuver the beam so I'm always on top of it, but hand-holds quickly disappear and I yell that who ever is in control of the ship needs to stop it from doing this, since we're so high up and no one in line has a harness. My cousin, who's ahead of me in line, calls me a Big Baby, and then I woke up.

110313*+ 11 ~4? time chg SSILD WILD patience. "The next time I see , I am dreaming!" (and I mean really see not just images flashing by). Fragment remembered when getting up to go to the bathroom involved a group and making sure that everyone is showing that they are thankful. I walk around a little bit go back to bed and think about new goals since I hit one of my biggest short term ones but I didn't make any of the goals real concrete so need to work on that. Anyway I was patiently laying in bed not the least bit worried getting to sleep- maybe a few times and put it out of my head. After a while I feel like I am about to enter the dream state and I get what I assume now were just convincing HH's of my wife getting out of bed probably to go to the bathroom I assume. Since I feel like I'm almost there I try to will myself out of bed and it seems like I can't move out I do get the sense that can rotate parallel to the bed in my sideways position laying on my side and I began to rotate and it feels like fun and then I think this feels like a rollercoaster and I imagined I really long dive on a coaster and before I knew it I am flying along holding on to the rails of a rollercoaster kind of like my hands became rollers on the track I am enjoying going up and down the roller coaster. Is one of those coasters where you're hanging below the track. Is daytime and it is just incredible when I reach the bottom and the track is getting ready to go back up I release and start flying over a beautiful cream landscape feels like suburban area there's a lot of green rolling hills but there is also plenty of activities cars driving on their way to wherever. This was one of my new goals I thought about when I'm back to bed I wanted to see crowds of DCs is it seems like they're usually just small groups of people in my lucid dreams. I'm focusing on one particular truck like a big cargo truck just too see what the DC is doing and the truck has an accident and flips over upside down and I think no not interested in seeing what an accident victim looks like in a dream and I continue flying. But then I hear sound from my bathroom that I thought was waking life...I feel some vibrations...and I even thought I sensed the light was on in the bathroom but it seems like so long ago that my wife seemingly got up but it was just a false awakening. FA continued: When she came back towards the bed I asked her where she was for so long and she said that she had to go to the store to buy some medicine and I looked at the clock and it was something like 130 in the morning (in the dream, it was really much closer to 530 or 630 IWL according to the time I actually woke up later). I ask why would you go at this time of the night? And then I started looking for my dream journal to record the incredible lucid experience I just had and it was missing. Ask my wife did you do something with my papers over there. Where is it? My wife threw it away. Where is it...is it actually gone? And I start imagining all of the journal entries that may be forever lost. I feel heartbroken. She asked me does it give you release before your games? I said yes okay so do you still have it? Then Girl Friday appears to my right completely naked mostly with her back to me (I included her in my new goals also) . Her body looks so beautiful. I realize it's a dream! I start to hold her and we both move towards the bed but now the room seems different . We're kissing and touching each other enjoying each others naked skin and at some point I'm looking at her face and I realize how incredibly vivid and beautiful her face is and then she starts acting strange as if she doesn't know what is happening. We have our tongues in each others mouths and she pushes mine back out with her tongue and I think that is strange, look on her face is strange and I wake up. When thinking about what just happened I was obviously exhilarated I also wonder what happened at the end there and with my mind running wild it made me question if only for half a second whether or not we were both and some shared dream experience and she realized hell real or weird it was and have that reaction. One of the other goals is to continue the second part of traveling above the earth and continue on to the moon for some fun. I also thought it would be cool to fly around over to Paris or some other places around the world. I also remembered what I wanted to be able to freeze group of DC's in time while I continue to be able to walk around like in the old Twilight Zone episode.
Back in college driving the Miata. Had to find my dorm room. Why am I here? Anyway, my fave band is playing in town that night. There were 2 venues and I was at the wrong one. With Kellee and L. Ozzy was playing on this stage. I wanted to go to the other one - I guess Kel went with me. We drove by a demolished roller coaster over grown with moss (weird). I think we made it too late for their show, but Jules came over. Andy took Kellee away. I offered to go back to my house in Charleston. I took Jules and Fab in the miata. It was fun, but here is were things get sketchy. I must have been aware I was dreaming because I could feel myself waking up, so I would rub my hands together to keep the dream going. While I was aware that I was dreaming - I wouldn't say it was a lucid dream.
Cat Surgery I walk into the basement to find an unfamiliar young man sitting with some of my parents. He's holding one of our pet cats, while my dad holds the other. [IRL: The other cat died, actually, about a year ago.] The other cat (a white one) gets away from dad, so I go after it. Evidently something is being done to the cats which they don't like, but which is good for them. Eventually I find the white cat and bring it back downstairs. Now the stranger is sawing off the cat's front paw with a hacksaw. My parents assure me that this is a necessary surgery, since the cats' paws never healed right from that time they fell from a great height. I remember that event; it was somehow my fault. [IRL: No such thing has ever happened.] Despite my parents' assurances, I still think that this operation will probably kill the cats. Which is a real shame, because I think this first cat in particular had a long, eventful life ahead of him, in spite of his limp. The man finishes with the first cat, and we give him the second one. Later, the first cat jumps up onto the couch next to me. I'm shocked to see that he has both front paws back already, and they don't seem to be paining him at all. Do cats have some kind of regenerative ability? Manual Roller Coaster Right up ahead, my sisters and I see the entrance of a big covered slide. We dive right in; I'm last. It's a sort of man-powered roller coaster: the idea is to crawl through as quickly as possible. Visibility isn't so good, so sometimes a sharp curve will take you off guard. Then suddenly I reach a long downward segment that I can just slide straight down. This is a blast! A bit later, I accidentally run into my sisters, who apparently just ran into each other. The youngest one apparently tripped because of an unusually long, sharp turn (something like 720 degrees), and then we all crashed right into her. Still, we extricate ourselves in moments and continue the ride. At the end of the ride, there are a bunch of computers. You can type in your identification and it will tell you how long it took you to go through the ride, and how you compare to that day's other participants. I got 611th, which I think isn't too bad. Then I talk to my sisters, and it turns out the youngest one got 609th. I hadn't expected her to do better than I did! I'm a bit put out, but good for her anyway. Exclusive Buffet I'm eating dinner with some classmates at a big restaurant. We're having an important conversation, when suddenly someone comes out on the stage at one side of the room. The person talking to me has his back to the stage, so I try to shush him so I can hear what the woman on stage has to say. I realize I seem a bit rude, but surely he'll understand. A few other actors come onstage, and they start performing a play. I have only a moment to feel surprised before a bulky, intimidating man comes up to our table and starts taking away our plates, whether or not we're done with them. "I'm sorry," he says firmly, "we're closing now unless you're part of the club." He has a bit of an accent. I remember that this place serves a buffet until 8:00, when the actual fancy dinner starts. You have to pay extra to be part of that, or something. And now it's 8:00, so we have to go. On the way out, some of my classmates snag something from the dessert station at the buffet. That's a little rude of them, since technically we're not allowed to eat anything from here anymore. Good thing I got my dessert earlier. Outside on the sidewalk, I hear some other classmates complaining about not having eaten a full dinner because there was nothing good at the buffet. I'm glad I avoided that problem by eating plenty, even if the food was pretty unremarkable. First Day of Classes (LUCID) I get up later than usual and hurry to find breakfast. I pass one of the dormitory suites, where apparently someone has set up a small continental breakfast. Interesting, to see such a business here. I get some food there. Then it's time to find my first class. A lot of time has passed, so when I go back into the hallway, I see a gigantic line of people coming out of the suite's main entrance. It goes all the way down the hallway and down a staircase. I'm glad I missed the line, but suddenly I realize that so many people in line means these are probably the people who get breakfast immediately before heading to class. So I have very little time to collect my things and find my class. I hurry down the staircase, trying not to jostle the line of people too much. [about 6 classes later . . .] My next class is titled something like "Practice Session." My guess would be that that refers to a free slot for me to practice my instrument, but that doesn't make much sense, since I'm not a music major and this is not a conservatory. But in any case, I have to find the classroom, which is called the MUSIC room, appropriately enough. But the name "MUSIC" is actually some kind of alphabetical index of where to find the class. Like, I need to find floor M, then hallway U, etc. I suppose the music department thought they were very clever when they designed this room numbering scheme. I'm hurrying down a surprisingly dark corridor, feeling rather lost. I think I'm on the right floor, but I can't find "U" anywhere. Suddenly, I come upon a library, where my orchestra conductor is talking to some of her students. Well, it's good to find other live people here, but I don't really want to talk to her right now, so I avoid them. Consulting my class schedule again, I realize that my next class isn't even in the MUSIC room. I've had about three other classes in there today, but this one is somewhere else. That's a relief, until I realize that the room shouldn't just disappear if I don't happen to have a class in it right now. But I don't have time to worry about that; I have to find this other place. It strikes me that today has been an inauspicious first day of classes. I had been hoping that after last quarter (which was very stressful) I would have learned something about avoiding stress and staying calm--but alas, it seems like I have not. Especially since I seem to remember that I skipped most of one of my classes this morning because I had to finish an essay that was technically due last quarter. My map has a sort of sticker on it, labeled with the name of the place I'm looking for, but it's way out in the middle of nowhere, and the map doesn't show any route to get there. I'm not convinced that's the right place, so I wander around some more. Then I realize I'm just pretending that it's not the place because it's much farther away than I expected. I should just suck it up and go there, even if it will take a while. Looking at the syllabus for this class (which is a small, staple-bound book with a brown cover), I notice that there's even some advice printed on the back cover: the professor says we should leave for his class within ten seconds of the end of the previous class if we want to make it to his class within ten minutes of the alleged start time. I start walking, but then I realize I'm not carrying a backpack or any school supplies at all. And I have only fifteen minutes until class starts. I might make it on time if I keep walking there, but I'll definitely be late if I go back to my room first. I wish I could just "Accio" my school supplies so they catch up to me while I'm walking. Of course, that's just wishful thinking-- --but then I realize that I'm dreaming! Sweet! Okay, I can fly back to my room, get my stuff, and fly to class, and still be there with time to spare. So I set out to do just that. [On my way to class, I lose lucidity.] The route to class turns into a dirt hiking trail. I try going straight to the classroom, but the path leads under a giant boulder, and I discover that there's not enough clearance for me to squeeze through. Backing out, I make my way around the boulder instead. There are two young boys jumping around on the rocks, shooting at each other with what I identify as laser guns. One shouts at the other, "Mister, show me your ID card!" Clearly, they're imitating the adults from around here, the security guards that watch the entrance to the secure facility in which my class takes place. Okay, I should try to find the guardhouse so I can gain entrance to the facility. There's a small wooden cabin across the road that looks promising. Inside the cabin, I find the teacher for my class. In order to pass the gatehouse, every student has to sign a contract. All of the contracts are hand-written (by the professor), and I can't read mine at all--it's totally illegible. But one by one, all of the other students are leaving the gatehouse to go to class, and in desperation I finally just sign the contract. The classroom seems rather like an art studio. There are a lot of heavy-duty tables spread around the room; some of them are pushed against the wall like booth seats at restaurants. It is at one of these latter tables that the professor is sitting, and he invites the class to gather 'round his table while he explains what we'll do in today's class.
Hanging Roller Coaster (1:32) [This dream isn't very cohesive. I had trouble falling asleep.] I'm in line for a roller coaster. It's the last ride of the day, and the line is long. You ride the roller coaster like a zipline. Suddenly all of the hangers start moving at once, which surprises me, because I expected everyone to go one at a time, for safety reasons. Then I reach the end of the coaster and start going backwards. No wonder people went one at a time [??], because otherwise we'd run into each other at this part of the ride. Somehow I realize that I'm dreaming. I exit the boarding platform by using a series of coat hangers along the wall as if they were monkey bars. I realize that I'm not having much fun, and what I'd really like to be doing is having sex. I sort of just start imagining the accompanying pumping motion, and before long I wake up somewhat messily. Stronghold Minigame (9:43) I've had this game for a while, but on a whim, I decide to explore the menus for a bit. I find out about a prison minigame, which supposedly happens any time you get captured in the main storyline. The rules say that the game is only 6 minutes long, and you have to complete five smaller minigames in that time. Sounds like it would be pretty challenging to finish. I decide to try it. Next thing I know, I'm browsing through a menu of screenshots for each of the possible castles that you can try to escape from. The screenshots all have different dimensions, and they fit together like a well-planned, orthogonal collage. It's pretty cool. One of the wider screenshots catches my eye, and I choose it. My character (a female) appears on the roof of an apparently vacant castle. Something bad happened here to drive out all of the inhabitants. A voice-over explains to me that my guards were killed as soon as I landed here, and they'll be no more help to me now. I see a soldier pacing a nearby tower, but I'm not sure how to reach it. Presumably he's an enemy, and the pathway for the level will bring me over there eventually to fight him. I immediately start grabbing as much loot as I can. I need armor and weapons. I look behind me and see a dead dragon that apparently crash-landed into the edge of the roof. That must have been how I landed here--I rode the dragon. I run over there to see if there's any good loot. The dragon's saddle is decorated with two lightsabers, which are of course totally outside the universe of the game. I must have downloaded a Star Wars texture pack. I turn away from the dragon and notice my own lightsaber floating in the air about twenty feet up. It's hard to see because the camera is at about the same height and it's difficult to manipulate. I use the Force to pull my lightsaber toward me and pick it up. Then I find some armor and start investigating the rest of the rooftop. I keep picking up everything using the Force. There's a child standing near the edge of the roof. When I approach her, she comes alive and starts talking to me. She lost her family in the chaos of whatever just happened, and she's willing to help me now. I cast a glamour spell to make the child look like an old woman. This will protect her somehow. The spell animation looks like a flying dragon's head. Inside a small rooftop building, I find a furnished room. This is where the child's grandmother lived. I find a wooden box lined with felt rows, each containing smooth, round stones colored pastel green and red. The stones are about the size of a penny, and they have various lumpy irregularities. They are powerful magical artifacts, and I want to take them with me. I use the Force to group them into a ball, but the stones have a Force of their own which repels them from each other. I can't close my pocket, so as soon as I put them in there, most of them will pop right back out. I try anyway, but things happen exactly as I expected they would. That's probably why the wolf that invaded the castle didn't take these stones with him. The wolf was good, but the grandmother was better. I wish I had a ziploc bag or something to hold the stones together. Suddenly Dad calls from a nearby doorway. The family is loading up the car RIGHT NOW, and I'm expected to do my part to help out. Obediently, I wake up.
October 17, 2012 - The night after the nap! Pre-knowledge: I didn't do any of my normal techniques, nor did I attempt to become lucid. I just went to bed, because I was SO tired The Dream: The first thing I remember was that I was in line for a roller coaster. The line went up and up and up, because the docking platform for the carts was very high off the ground. This guy in a suit came up to me, grabbed my arm, and pulled me passed everyone in the line. The gate to the docking platform opened and he shoved me through, I tripped up a little bit. I looked back and the guy was gone. There was nobody operating the controls for the roller coaster. There were no carts. Everyone in line was staring at me. Suddenly, a cart came in to the station. I got in the front seat. It didn't move. Everyone was still just staring at me. There was a gap or a jump in my dream, and I was in a small coastline town. Maybe only a couple hundred people in it. There were a few small bars I visited, nothing interesting happened. Except, I did have a drink at one of the bars. It made my vision extremely blurry. It only persisted for a little while. I walked around the town. There was a street that was designated to roadside shops. I walked down it, browsing for something. I don't know what. Again there was another blur I don't remember, but after that I tried to get away from the town, because it was a bad place to be. There was a path that led up into the country-side that I walked up. And it winded into a crevice. I continued following the path through the crevice. After some walking, I turned the corner, and there was a large gate. It was a wall of aluminum that kind of opened up like a garage. There was a guard on top that said "No passing through," so I turned around. It was dinner time, so I went back to that pub/bar. My friend Kevin was there. I asked what he wanted for dinner. He said "I'll have water.. and a bass guitar." I didn't question it. I ate. He drank his water. After, we went to this auditorium. There was a TON of people here. I'm pretty sure the whole town gathered up. I sat in the audience and Kevin went backstage. It turned out to be a talent show. A bunch of acts played but the only one I remember was this kid with dreads who's last name was Hoody. He was a rapper. He did pretty well, and used his last name in a few lines. It was interesting. He looked at me after every line. I was in the front. So I wasn't sure if it was just because I was in the front, or because he just felt like looking at me. It was kind of creepy. Then there was another hazy part that I don't remember. The next thing I remember was that I still had the desire to leave the town. I went to the coastline/beach with my friend Kevin. I figured we could swim away in the ocean. Right when I set foot on the water, four or five policemen popped up out of nowhere in what looked like to be some advanced jet skis and prevented us from going in. Another blur happened. I went to these giant docks (what looked like a harbor,) and got on a battleship. I was standing on the very bow of the battleship, and it pulled out of port. I saw this as a way of escape from that piece of garbage town. After a few minutes of riding the waves, the huge guns behind me turned to starboard side and started firing. I couldn't really see what it was shooting at, but the sound and smoke knocked me down a little bit. It was kind of like getting flashbanged, but not as intense. A torpedo hit the side of the boat, and it went down, I jumped off the other side of the boat before it tipped and nose-dove into the water. I was a couple hundred feet underwater for some reason, and the boat came down on top of me. Suddenly, I was back riding the battleship again. And the same exact thing happened. It was as if I respawned. The torpedo hit the battleship, but this time, I jumped off the opposite side I had before. I lived. I saw the ship go down, underwater, and it seemed to be on fire underwater. Smoke was billowing from it. I swam to the surface, and woke up. Analysis: I'll go deeper into this later. I have to go take an exam.
Dream - Lucid I was at some theme park, looking at a weird ride that just took you around in a big square formation over and over again. All the small, faded yellow seats/carts were separate from one another. There were lots of women on the ride, as if it was maybe a women's club or class of some sort. They were doing something as they sat in their seats, like maybe knitting? I wanted to get on, but it was already moving. I came back to the ride later, and it was vacant and unmoving. Apparently, they had moved the class or whatever to another location. I also remember riding a roller coaster in this dream. It was mostly just small hills, a few ups and downs, but nothing big, as if it was a child's roller coaster. ~ I remember holding a big, beautiful, slightly chipped sand dollar. It had light blue swirled into the off-white base color of its body. I then dropped it or put it down on a table, and a bigger piece chipped off where it had been a little broken before. I was disappointed, but couldn't do anything about it now. I looked inside at the once-living organism, and saw many small pores. ~ I was in my house, in between the stairs and the front door, when I realized I was dreaming. I thought about what to do, and about how last time I was lucid, I ended up not doing anything because I thought too much about it. The only thing I could think to do was fly, so I said fuck it and decided to do that. But first, I had to get out of the house. I looked at the front door, and saw that behind it were lots of beautiful autumn leaves from overgrown trees. I either could phase through both the door and the leaves, or I could open up the door and go through the leaves. I thought phasing through might wake me up, so I opted to open up the door and walk through the leaves. As soon as I was outside, I took off flying. The sky was a faded blue, and below me was green grass dotted with lavender colored wild flowers. I was sinking closer and closer to the ground, so I decided to try to gain some more height. I thought about going higher, and I quickly gained quite a bit of height! I kept going up and up until I was above the layer of clouds covering the sky. Very briefly, I caught a glimpse of the other side of the clouds. There was light blue sky, and I caught a little glare off the sun. I also saw a part of a rainbow. It looked very realistic and beautiful. I then went back down to a little below the clouds, which, oddly enough, now didn't seem so high up, since I could plainly see the grass and flowers below me again. I caught a little glare below me on the ground that also looked like a very small rainbow. ~ I was at a restaurant that I had apparently just started working at. It was kinda like a Chili's or an Applebee's. The inside was dim, and the colors were mostly red colors. It was my first shift. But for my first shift, I was sitting in a big booth in the corner with some friends and people who I was now working with by a stage where they had live music. A waitress then came up to our table who looked like a girl I know IWL named Chelsea. No one really knew what they wanted, or at least I didn't. I was talking a lot to my friends, and trying to examine the drink menu at the same time. The waitress then came up to me and was very friendly as she told me that I should memorize a certain drink's ingredients, and that maybe I should go to the other restaurant they had in the area to do so. I said I would. She then asked me if "she" (referring to the manager) had taught me how to take orders yet. I said no. I thought about how they never trained anyone there (leaked over from my most recent job experience). Apparently, they were very busy and needed more people to wait tables. She then left. I kept looking at the colorful, laminated drink menu at the drink that she wanted me to memorize, but I was having some trouble finding it. When I did find it, I was having trouble concentrating on what the ingredients were. There were only three parts to the drink, but you know how dream text goes; I couldn't hold my focus on it, and I'm sure the words were changing each time I did try to look at them. I then noticed a man with a very deformed jaw that jutted out quite a bit (he looked a bit like Jay Leno, but the jaw feature was very exaggerated) up on the stage playing the piano and singing. He was singing about how he wasn't so different despite his crazy jaw. I then decided to go ahead over to the other restaurant and look at the menu there. I was then walking outside and alone; no one was around at all, despite how big the city was that I was in. There were no trees, just concrete and lots of slightly colorful buildings. The sun was also almost all the way set; the horizon was orange. I was thinking as I walked over to the restaurant that maybe I should have done this another time, and not while on my first shift. Oh well, it was too late now. Besides, they seemed busy enough to where they wouldn't even be able to make it to my table for awhile anyway, so maybe they wouldn't notice I was gone. Then I thought back to how I was asked to do this, which made me feel better. Also, as I was walking, for part of the time, I was looking at photos of my friend Caitlin in a white wedding dress. There was another friend in one of the pictures, another girl. At first, I was thinking that Caitlin had been married, but I realized she hadn't been. I then thought about "that time when we dressed up in wedding dresses" for fun. I then spotted the restaurant, which wasn't far at all from the original location. I walked in, and at first, was a little confused; it was set up more like an office than a restaurant. I walked around a bit, and then, to my left, I saw a glassed-in lobby area where people were standing, sitting in chairs, and, ultimately, waiting. There was a small, older blonde lady at a desk in the middle of the room who I suppose was the person to talk to about getting seated. I walked in and up to the desk. The lady was preoccupied with talking to a man at first, and then, she saw me and asked if she could help me. I asked her how long the wait was, and she said 5 hours O_O. I then explained the situation to her, that I worked at the other location pretty much across the street, and that they told me to come here to learn about a specific drink. She then got up to go get me a menu to study. I followed her to the door, but as soon as she went out into the restaurant area, I couldn't figure out which direction she went in! Outside the door, it was only possible to go left or right. I looked both ways a few times, and had completely lost her. Crap. I figured that I should probably just wait for her in the lobby. I was waiting around for the lady to return, when I noticed that underneath one of the two dark red leather chairs sitting in front of the desk, was a small box that had been partially squished underneath one of the chair legs. I got it out from underneath the chair and set it on the desk, feeling awkward, like I was being stared at by the people in there. But, I figured, I work at this restaurant chain now, so I'm just doing my job. I looked at the chair after fetching the box, and the cushions seemed to kind of sink in on the chair a little for some reason. The lady then came back with a menu. I took it, and wrote down the list of ingredients for memorization purposes on a small white piece of what looked like receipt paper. The first ingredient was "Ribeye" something, some kind of liquor. It was the only one I could easily memorize for some reason. Right after that, I remember being outside again, on the road in one of those red chairs, which, apparently, had wheels on the bottom, because I was being wheeled around by the small desk lady. I was directing her to the restaurant, pointing at streets and buildings and such. I then saw the restaurant and pointed it out to her. She then wheeled me on over. We were then walking into the restaurant. A few friends were waiting to meet me. They had apparently moved tables to behind the stage area. I followed them over. It was still a large booth like before, just in a different location. The small lady that was with me was so excited to be there for some reason! We scooted into the booth at opposite ends of the table. She said something, and it was in a high-pitched British, almost Cockney, accent. I scooted by some purses that were sitting in the booth, presumably my friends', and thought about how my friends were going to know she was Cockney. Why that mattered is beyond me.

Dream - Lucid I was auditioning for some choir class, and the teacher, a woman, wanted us to do something crazy and dangerous before we could get into the class. I wasn't gonna do anything but sing for my audition; that was just overkill for her to ask us to do anything else. If that meant I couldn't be in the class, then so be it. I saw a girl stand in this one spot to start the audition. ~ I was in a basement sitting at a round table with some people, Rachel T. from high school being one of them, and Jake may have been there too, I'm not sure. I don't remember who else was there. We all had baggies of weed. I had a very tiny amount in mine, Rachel had a ton, and whoever else was there had a bag with a ton. Then, all the sudden, I'm talking to my mom, who's freaking out. Apparently, the basement had partially caught fire. For some reason, in the dream, I pictured the inside of a car partially blackened from a fire, like it wasn't the basement, but a car. It was nighttime outside around the car. No one got hurt in the fire or anything, but my mom was freaking out nonetheless, more so about the weed. She said, through tears, "I thought you quit doing that stuff!" I said "I still do it sometimes," and I was thinking to myself that I did it once a month, but I don't think I told her that part. Then, we were in the basement again, the same people, the same situation. I thought about asking Rachel T. for some of her weed, since she had so much, and, since we were hanging out, maybe we were good enough friends to where it would be ok. I decided not to, however. I saw her putting the weed she had dumped out back into the bag. Someone was then lighting up a pipe, and, out of the top of the bowl, I noticed something molten, like lava, was about to drip out onto the carpet. I told whoever it was to be careful, and then saw it drip out onto the carpet. A small, glowing, orange spot was then on the carpet, and I feared the basement would burn again. I was right; the same thing happened again. Only this time, it was like I was in Minecraft, and all the sudden, I was floating around through tons and tons of lava blocks like I was in Creative Mode. I was afraid I was going to die, but I wasn't even getting hurt. I saw lots of lava and stone blocks, and lots of fire as well. It was like I had gone underneath the basement, and was trying to fly back up. It was weird. ~ I was at my old college, standing outside one of the restaurants, one I worked at very briefly. It was very bright in the room. I saw someone standing around the register area on the other side of the counter, a woman, reviewing an application. "You are the best person for this job," she said to another girl. The girl, who was standing by the side door, I think, was very excited. They told her to come back there. I could barely watch; I hoped they didn't recognize me there. I then ran through the side door and behind the counter. I guessed they were closing; it appeared as if they were shutting down. Everything seemed neat and clean. There weren't many people back there, I think, actually, there was just one girl that I remember working with. She wasn't in uniform, she was wearing jeans instead of black pants, and she looked quite a bit more mature and calm than how I remember her. She was doing some cleaning. I only got a brief glimpse of her, however, and then, I ran out an opening on the other side that doesn't exist IWL. ~ I was playing some game that appeared to be, upon first glance, a Roller Coaster Tycoon game. The game was set at nighttime. I was building a coaster that had a huge, steep hill, and then a drop. I built the hill extremely high, I think the game said it was like 100 meters high. I then was picking people to ride my coaster, from what looked like a Minecraft inventory. No one had names, but they were named by their occupations, and the images in the spaces in the inventory were close-ups on their faces. I picked a few people, and started the ride. I watched the cars go up and up and up, into the blue sky and clouds, even though it appeared to be nighttime. I was nervous, as if I was actually riding the coaster (IWL I'd be freaking out at the extremity of the height, though I do love roller coasters). As soon as the cars started to go over the hill, a bunch of them disconnected and flew off. Only the first one or two made it to the end of the drop, and then, the end of the ride. Oops. I guess the drop was too fast or something. I watched a car fly off into the distance, heading towards a mountain. I then got a notification in the top left corner of my screen, saying that part of my coaster crashed or malfunctioned, something like that. I then was on the inventory screen to pick more people to ride the coaster. I remember picking "Doctor", whose image was a close-up of the light thing they used to wear on their heads. I remember lots of white in the picture. I picked a few more, but can't remember exactly who they were. ~ I was listening to myself talk to a psychiatrist, but I wasn't in body, nor could I see myself or the psychiatrist. I felt like I was in the office at some point. My view kept looking around as I listened to myself talk. I was trying to explain to the psychiatrist that I've always tried to do things right and avoid getting into trouble, and that I did this ever since I was a child in school. At first, she didn't understand what I meant, and repeated back to me a false assumption. I had to re-explain it to her. My view was then of a Minecraft cave, with some very shiny, silver blocks with a curved, spiky-looking pattern on them. I was excited for some new materials to mine, some that I had never seen before.

Non-dream Dream Dream 1: I am at a water park / amusement park. I go on a crazy roller coaster with my wife. Dream 2: I am at a doctor's office with my wife talking about having a baby. There is some kind of complication and we have to make a choice. Either I would have to carry the child or my wife needs surgery. They run some tests on my wife and decide that they can do the surgery. They need to put some new walls in her vagina. I ask "how long before we can start trying for a baby?" The doc says one month after the surgery. Dream 3: I am back at my old house on Pam Lane. I am with my wife and my coworker GM. He is living in DA's house across the street from mine. He is telling me about someone who got murdered. Some little kid comes up on his bike and interrupts us. He asks if I own a beagle. I say yes. The kid says that my beagle got away again and then goes on to explain how everyone in the neighborhood hates my dog. I go out onto the street and see my dog. I start chasing him but he runs down to the end of the street. I drive down to the end of the street. My dog is in someone's garage along with my two cats S and V. I park in the driveway, go inside the garage, and knock on the inside door. I ask if I can leave my car there while I take my pets home (I don't want to get hair in my car). She rudely replies "You got 10 minutes." This pisses me off because there is no reason to put a time limit on it since she had nothing to do. She is just being a bitch so I punch her dog in the stomach (in her garage). I miraculously pick up all three of my animals (kind of just stacked them) and walk home. It has suddenly changed from daytime to nighttime and I remember that I only have ten minutes. I start speed walking incredibly fast. I look at the houses wiz by and it seems like I am walking about 40 mph. I think "How is it possible for me to be walking this fast?" HOW AM I NOT LUCID AT THIS POINT!?! I drop the pets off in my backyard and head back to the old lady's house. I run because I am out of time. I think "Why can't I run as fast as I was speed walking earlier?" I finally get to the house and knock on her garage door. It opens slowly to reveal her smirking face. Apparently she has a camera in her garage and caught me punching her dog. She steps aside to reveal a cop waiting to arrest me for animal cruelty. The cop is a famous fat actor. I run and hide in her neighbors backyard.
