Lucid Dreams
1. Something about a fluffy/fuzzy kitten. It was tiny. I was in a cabin with friends. 2. I remember most of what I did in this dream, but I don’t remember any of the transitions. First I was in my room in the old house picking out clothes. Then I was at school, changing into the clothes. Another guy was taking photos and was in the room with me while I was changing. He declared that he had a boyfriend, so he didn’t want to see me change and turned around. Good to know, I didn’t want him seeing me naked either. I tweezed some hair off my chest while changing. Then I was back in my old house again. Some friends were in the dining room. One was from my first dream. I walked up to him and exclaimed “YOU! I had a dream about you last night!” That sounded creepy. “…Well, you were IN my dream, I didn’t have one just about you….” I informed him about the cat, and he told me “I’m a dog person.” Good to know. I went outside and there were ducks and geese all over the place. There were also duck heads laying on the ground. I couldn’t initially tell if they were dead or not. It didn’t quite click that a bodiless bird/animal could not possibly be alive. My sister led me around a corner so we could find some worms. She found a suitable pair of worms, with a line of goo connecting the two. They were initially small and bumpy. My sister handed me one of the worms and told me to squeeze the worm gently. The worm was suddenly as thick as my hand, and I squeezed. Poop erupted out of my sister’s worm, and an instant later my own worm. There was more fecal matter than worm. My sister declared, “I win!” Indeed she had. Her worm exploded poop the fastest, and created more poop than my worm. 3? So I woke up for WBTB and wanted to try WILD, but had a lot of difficulty falling asleep after that. My mind began to wander. I was with a friend, Dani, and she was drawing while sitting on the floor. There was a mirror reflecting her. I stared at Dani and the reflection in the mirror. They were not exact. I stared a little longer. …There was no mirror! There were two Danis. I silently deduced, “This isn’t real.” I walked over to the original Dani and grabbed her scalp with my right hand. It seemed logical at the time. I think I decided to plug my nose with my left hand too? My head suddenly felt like it was spinning very quickly and I became very dizzy. I became more aware that I was in bed. It felt more like an elaborate daydream than a lucid dream, or maybe a mix between the two. I also didn’t physically feel anything—clothing, Dani’s head, my body. The only thing I felt was the spinning/dizzy sensation at the very end.

I became lucid at the start of the dream, but my body felt slightly distant. I was in a large walled garden, the walls in question being two stories tall and having buildings built into them. The grass was vibrantly green and the sky a pastel blue. I looked at my hands, and the dream became more vivid. I then remembered about dream spinning, and so promptly span twice on the spot. The increase in clarity was amazing! I could feel my heartbeat in my chest due to my excitement. I remember someone talking to me, but I ignored them and flew away. The dream then changed. I was then riding down the main road of my town on my moped. I wasn't wearing any protective gear and was driving like a complete pillock. Still, it was very fun Here it was raining, and I could feel the cool touch of the raindrops on my exposed skin. I eventually got to the entrance of the high street and dismounted. The traffic seemed to have just stopped, with some people gathering near me to see what I would do. I decided to try some powers, and felt a change of weather was in order. I stretched my hands out in front of me together and pointed them palm first towards the sky. I then pulled my hands apart in a great semicircle. As I did so, the grey clouds receded with my hands and the sky behind was sunny and a beautiful light blue. Someone near me said "Thanks mate!", and several other people were looking with amazement. I then lost lucidity, and have little memory of the dream that followed save for a few snippets. There was a robot factory, my brother, a large laser and the enclave.
Last Nights Dream I'm in the social club and I'm hungry, my Dad is doing the disco here. I see my Dad and he's holding a plate of food, I say "what you got?" he says "looks nice doesn't it, it's a beef stew, go and get one and tell them I'm paying" I say "ok" I walk to the food area by the stage and look at all the pies and stuff, there's no stew ones left so I have to take a beef pie instead, I also take a few other things aswell. I go and sit down at the table next to my Dad, I pretend i've got a stew or I know he will give me his and I don't want to take his food This morning I decide to WILD using the lucidology alarm I count from 1 to 10 over and over again and nodded off just like I wanted to. I wake to hear the alarm and know its working, I relax and feel the vibrations and hear the noise in my ears. I feel myself being pulled into a lucid dream and can hear people talking, it's still black and can feel myself moving into my dream. I am now still so I open my eyes and I'm in a big building, it's a shopping precinct. I am conscious and I look about my dream and see my Dad and his brothers around the precinct. I look upwards and I see a few school kids in uniform above us on the next floor. My Dad is looking for something and I say with a giggle "what are you looking for, you look lost" he says "ahhh, just some school kids that are messing about here" I say "they are up there above us" he now runs after them because they need chucking out . My dream now starts to disappear so I relax and wait. Dream 2 I feel myself back in bed, I keep my eyes closed and feel the vibrations etc. again. I go with it and feel myself being pulled into my next lucid, I can't see anything but I can hear music and it sounds like a party. I am now in a room, it's a party with a disco and I see the flashing lights and everything, I'm really pleased I'm lucid again. I make my way to the stage where it is higher up, I say "scuse me" as I push through everyone. I'm now on the stage and decide to fly off it into the air, everyone is looking at me and I decide to try out some somersaults while I'm in mid air and it feels great, I am just showing off really. I now feel myself waking again so I keep my eyes closed and get the vibrations etc. and feel myself being pulled into another lucid dream. Dream 3 I'm in my dream and I open my eyes and it's just all black. I wait for a few seconds and suddenly I see a reddish light in the sky and my dream slowly appears around me. I'm thinking "where have I ended up now?" I look about and I'm in like a big shopping place again, I'm indoors. I hear a buzzing sound behind me so I turn around and I see a few bee's flying around by me. I hit them away but they keep coming back by me.. I now walk up to an open area as I explore my dream. This area is like a small stage area, it has flags hanging about it and there's a music station there where the DJ would work. I notice a lot of bee's in the corner of that area so I decide to get away from it. I open a door and bump into 2 lads who are dressed up in army gear, they both have these electric guns that they are using to try and kill the bee's. The guns aren't working very well and have little effect on the bee's. I now think "right let's see what I can do!" I push my hand forward towards a bee and nothing happens. I now think "hmmm...how do I get powers?" I try again and still nothing, I now think "ok I must truly believe it will work and I'll say it out loud" so this time I push my hand forward and shout "fire ball" and a fire ball shoots out of my hand and hits a bee. I am so amazed and think "this is so cool" . The 2 lads with me are really impressed and say "come on over to the bee's" they run towards where the nest is by the DJ area and I decide to fly there so I jump up into the air and fly across to them. I point my hand towards the nest area and shout "fire ball" and a fireball shoots towards the nest area and sets it on fire as it hits. I keep firing fire balls at the whole stage area and I set the flags and everything on fire. I say to the lads "well that's sorted them!, they won't bother us again! Again I feel myself waking so I stay still and feel myself being pulled into yet another lucid dream. Dream 4 It's black but I can hear the sea and kids laughing. I feel myself come to a stop so I open my eyes and I'm in the sea, it's warm and there are kids and families around me. I see a small boat in the shape of a cute dragon that has children in it who are laughing, they are riding round in a circle. I see a woman holding onto it and it's taking her around. I panick now a little as I hate the sea and don't want to tread on the sea floor because I don't know what's in there so I think "great, perfect opportunity" and I grab onto the boat which takes me along. I see people on the beach drinking and having fun, I can also see punch and judy and the kids are laughing at it. I now loose the boat and swim a little. I steer myself towards an area between 2 big rocks but I see that the water between them is brown and dirty so I steer myself away from it again. I swim to the sand and see 2 small ponies buried up to their necks in the wet sand. The bigger grey one of the two quickly scrambles out of the sand and runs off. I walk over to the small brown pony and it's really scared of me and backs away a little but I still put my hand to it and stroke it. It's fur is a bit wet but I keep stroking it and say "it's ok, I won't hurt you" and it calms down for me. As I walk off I want to see if it will follow me so I say "come on" as I click my fingers to it but it says "I'm a water horse!" and I laugh because it speaks it now hides itself back in the sand up to its neck. I again feel myself wake a little and I get the vibrations etc. and feel myself being pulled into a lucid dream. Dream 5 I'm now in a street and it's night time and the street lamps are on. I need the toilet and think "jesus I haven't got long before I wake up!" so I rub my hands together and shout out "clarity now" and it echoes as usual but it does brighten up so I can see more. I think about my dream guide but before I manage to shout for it I feel myself wake up a little again . Dream 6 I'm now back in a lucid dream. I am outside and there are lots of tents around me. I wonder about for a short while and then I enter 1 of the tents. I see 2 people in there, a man and a woman. I see a mirror next to the woman and I say "pass me the mirror quick, I need to try something" she looks at me with an odd expression but nether the less still passes me the mirror. I think to myself "I've always wanted to try this but I keep forgetting so now I'll do it!" I push my finger against the mirror trying to make my finger go through it but it doesn't. I try again but this time I truly believe it will go through the mirror and voila my whole hand up to my wrist goes through. My hand feels a little cold now from the mirror. It Is as if the mirror is made out of mercury, it's really weird and a very odd sensation when I put my hand into it. I now decide I want to take a look at my reflection. I'm a little apprehensive about looking because I've heard that people see horrible things when they do this but my curiosity gets the better of me. Slowly I move my face towards the mirror and I see myself but my face is really gaunt and thin and also really pointy, it's very weird and I'm really fascinated by this. I tell the 2 people that are with me that I've always wanted to try this with the mirror and I say to them "you try!" but they both shake their heads while saying "no".

I was in a foggy, snowy environment. I believe there were mountains in the distance but the fog was so dense that I couldn't be sure. Out of the fog a white fox came pacing towards me. I got the feeling the fox knew me and that I knew it, it continued to pace towards me without unlocking its gaze from me. I become suspicious of my environment and perform a reality check by looking at my hands. I had an extra finger! The dream dissolves, becoming more and more foggy, before I seemingly awake. Although, I hadn't awoken. I was laying in bed but still something felt very odd, I checked the time twice, and the time had changed. I checked my hands to make sure and I now had 7 fingers. I realised I was still dreaming and got excited, the dream faded again and I actually awoke. I was still in a daze, unsure of what happened, but I attempted going back to sleep. I was laying in my bed with eyes closed when all of a sudden my body just felt weightless, like a feather. I gradually opened my eyes and checked my hands, I again had 7 fingers and knew I was dreaming, but I checked the clock to make sure, it was changing times. I lifted myself from bed, kind of unsteadily and was shocked by how realistic my room felt, yet it was still kind of dreamy. There were slight differences to real life though, I noticed something pulled out from under my bed, and the drawer in my desk was open. I decide I want to try flying, I walk up to my wall/window and imagine myself phasing through it, I put my hand on it and it just slips through the wall. I edge the rest of my body through and it feels like my entire body is being squashed as I pass through, it was a really strange sensation. As I reach the outside world, my weightless body floats down into the garden. I am again in awe at how realistic the dream is, I could feel the grass between my toes and the cool air. I assume it was early morning as the dream was dimly lit, I want extra light so I try to brighten the dream but it only gets washed out and blinding, so I tone it back down. I then try to fly, I leap up into the air but I am unable to sustain the flight, and instead simply leap over the back fence into a small garden, nothing but grass surrounded by fence. I try to leap into the air again, only this time I shoot right up, flying higher and higher and eventually into the clouds. I can see all the houses and gardens below me and I am beginning to see the curvature of the Earth. I begin flying, it was a surreal feeling. I am in a superman pose although I notice I am quite bad at turning. I move my legs and just about manage to perform a turn. As I'm flying by this building, I attempt to smash the windows in it with telekinetic powers, but fail. I come across this zoo-like area, there's only one cage with animals in it and they were polar bears. They are fighting it out. I wonder why the zoo is closed, but notice a sign that mentioned it was Saturday but that the theme park was still open. I fly down a bit more and see queues of people and roller-coasters, all tightly packed together. I fly up into the inner-workings of the roller-coasters, a small dimly lit box where all the roller-coaster tracks passed through. I am almost hit by the coasters several times, and make sure I can pass through the roller-coaster tracks like I did with my wall so I know I am not going to be hit. I cannot find a way out of this room, but notice in the distance a group of kids swinging down on ropes and watching the coasters zoom by. I hover up to them and grab onto one of their ropes as they pull me up. I begin to lose lucidity, I walk down a flight of stairs and become lost in this house. I ask a woman if she knew the way out, but she seemed to be kind of lost too, there were lots of false doorways with nothing but brick walls behind them. Eventually we go down this tiny flight of stairs and have to duck under a low roof with a tiny door at the end. Things blur here and I lose a lot of vividness and all my lucidity. Non-lucid segment: I find myself in town. I am an earth-bender and somebody else is a fire-bender. We decide to combine out elements to make a lava-element. It gets out of control and lava is spewing up from the ground and lava golems are rising out and attacking. I try to control it by restricting my earth element but fail. I go get the fire-bender back, who was just driving away in his fancy car. I get in the driver's seat of his car and drive it back down to where the chaos is happening, smashing his car into another parked outside a store, and then we stop the lava. I realise in the intensity of performing lava abilities that my earth-bending has become much more powerful, I am able to move people underground, effectively teleporting them, just by surrounding them in earth. Everyone is fascinated with my new power and we do a bunch of experimenting with it, before I wake up.
This time in the dream I started out lucid. I was in a classroom, but it was sort of small. Anyway first I tried shooting flames out of my hands on to a person, but it didn't show up, only the mark on the person's shirt. Next I tried to move them a bit using the force, it worked. Now I tried to fly and Idk what I did the first try but I failed and then the 2nd try I got it. Next I went up to a door and tried to make a hot girl appear, it didn't work. So I tried again while knowing I could make them appear and then it worked. So I got to business. I'm guessing the dream was around ~3-5 mins. And I could feel things but it was minor, nothing much. I felt the flying part a bit and the sex part a little

This dream was odd. I had lucid and non-lucid moments, but my athletic ability to climb was truly surprising. And so many dream signs! The day is Halloween, and I am with my kids scrambling toget them ready to go over to their grandparent’s house. Last minute touch-upsto costumes and making sure the front door is locked, we leave and head over totheir side of town. In the dream their house is on a side street along SouthFirst, far from their real home. A privacy fence surrounds the front yard andI’m not accustomed to walking through a gate to get to their door. Inside thehouse the living room is decorated for a Halloween Party, and a few pumpkinscan be found in the corners of the room instead of outside. The clock says it is close to 7:00 P.M. but the sky stillhas light in it. I am just about to leave with the kids when the phone rings. The random person who answers it tells me that my daughter’s teacher is on thephone, and I can’t imagine what could be so important that she would call onHalloween night. Reaching for the corded white phone I say Hello with aquestioning sound, still not sure what could be so important as to call now.She explains that she is in north Austin and wants to know if the neighborhoodaround the school is a good place for trick-or-treating, knowing we live rightacross the street from the school. I wonder why she is in north Austin when Iknow she lives southwest. Gesturing with my hand as I speak I explain to her thatnormally she could come visit us and see that the school neighborhood is agreat place for trick-or-treating, but seeing as we are at the grandparent’shouse we aren’t handing out candy at home this year. I think about whichneighborhood I should recommend, debating in my mind the best places for candyand finding people home. “I think you should try the neighborhood around the school,“I tell her. “There are lots of people around with kids and there will be morecandy than going to some of the western neighborhoods. Of course, you couldalways come visit us off South First, lots of people over here giving outcandy.” I smile thinking about how much fun the kids are going to have, brieflywishing I could be one also. “It’s already 7 o’clock. You probably have about 90 minutesto trick-or-treat, and every 30 minutes you delay reduces the chances ofgetting a good supply of decent candy. It would probably take you too long toget here. I suggest you either stay where you are or try the neighborhoodaround the school.” I feel disappointed that we won’t get to see her and herkids for Halloween but the thought of being helpful lifts my spirits. I reallywant them to have a good time. I get off the phone and walk from the dining hall to theliving room, finding myself in the house I shared with my mom in the early90’s. I walked out the front door and found it was daytime, perhaps earlier inthe day than before, though I still felt it was just after 7P.M. People werearound inside and out as though I was holding a party, so I assumed that I mustbe having people over. Even my neighbors were out walking about the street butI did not recognize any of them. In the driveway stood a man with a motorcycle, an oldermodel clearly in need of repair. The body was black but the rims of the bikewere golden instead of the normal chrome typically found on bikes like this. The biker was likewise dressed in black, and his clothes appeared a bit rattyas though he had been wearing them for years. His attire seemed odd consideringhow hot it was outside. The man turned off the bike’s engine as I approached andwalked to the opposite side of the bike from me. I noticed that fluid wasleaking from a seam close to where the front poles attached to the frame of thebike, and as I bent down to inspect it closer the leak intensified. “Your bike is leaking!” I said this with urgency, though notquite a shout. The man stopped and looked back to where I had indicated. “Isthat a problem?” “I think it might be.” He said this matter-of-factly andthen smiled at me, his handlebar mustache flaring up as his dirty teeth peekedout from between his chapped lips. His oversized round goggles made his faceseem overly cheery despite the spike on his classic-style helmet. The liquid came in contact with some hot part on the bikeand began to steam/smoke. The smell was part gasoline and part coolant, anunusual smell for a motorcycle. Some of the paint on the front column began todisappear, exposing grey metal beneath. I began to back away from the bike, expecting it to catch fire at any moment. This seemed like a good time to go indoors, and I headedupstairs. For some reason I felt I needed the phone again, and I grabbed it offa table in my upstairs room. People were out on my balcony and I looked aroundfor a quiet place to talk on the phone, the music playing in my room too loudfor a private conversation. I was aboutto choose the closet or bathroom as a good place to talk when something caughtmy eye outside. Quickly turning to my right I heard a crashing soundaccompanied by a frightening rumbling sound, similar to the effect of a tankpassing by. I looked out the window and past the people sitting outside to seea yellow crane passing my house and turning to crash over the fence between myproperty and the neighbor’s house. A large scoop/wrecking ball was attached toa cable at the front of the crane. Moderately upset that the man had driven the crane over myproperty and left deep grooves in the yard I suddenly realized that if he wasgoing to trash and demolish the furniture around the backyard pool I should askif I could have first-crack at some of the stuff before it became trash. Therewas some nice furniture over there. I turned again and raced through the room, passing right onby the stairs to the first floor. I needed a quicker way down and I foundmyself on the front balcony, a structure that didn’t normally adorn the housebut something I had always wanted, and would have placed there had I built thehouse myself. I found myself looking out from the third floor of what wasnormally a two-story house, and I briefly wondered how I was going to get downsafely if I wasn’t using the stairs. Becoming suddenly aware I was dreaming Iknew the best way down would be to vault over the railing and lower myself downto the second floor. Getting over the rail was easier than I expected, and eventhe rough wood gave me no splinters as I climbed down. I did not feel my weightas I expertly lowered my feet to the second floor railing, the rough woodproviding plenty of grip to keep me from falling. Remaining on the outside ofthe railing as I brought my body down I repeated the maneuver I used, quicklyfinding myself just four feet above the ground. An easy landing brought me tothe grass in the front yard where the driveway should normally be, and I ranalong the side of the house to catch up with the mighty yellow beast. The fence was destroyed and a moderate pile of debris andwhat used to be patio furniture sat next to the pool. I almost skidded as Imade the turn into the yard, running past the crystal clear water and over tothe patio near the hot-tub. I managed to catch the attention of the manoperating the vehicle as he approached. The man was dressed in a blue button-up shirt, patternedlines all over the material. Khaki shorts and loafers completed his outfit, andhe stood before me like a man unsure of how to react. He appeared to be in hislate 40’s and was balding slightly on the top of his head. I suspected hisancestry to be northern European, his face round but flat on top with a widemouth and thin lips. He didn’t seem like someone who smiled often. “Hi, I’m your neighbor, Melanie. Welcome to theneighborhood! I was wondering, if you’re going to demolish everything could Ilook over any of the furniture or other things before you destroy them?” I gave him my most pleasant smile as I asked, dipping myhand in the beautiful water of the hot-tub, surprised to find it cold andinviting, just like the nearby pool. He stuck his hands in his pockets, lookeddown and scuffed his shoes in the dirt. “Shucky darn, “he replied. “I haven’t decided yet if I’mgoing to demolish everything. I guess so.” I believed he was indicating I could look around for thingsI liked though he never was any clearer with his answer. I turned my gaze tothe house over my right shoulder and saw a young girl, presumably his daughter, staring out at us from a wide window in the kitchen. She was probably aroundten years old, pretty, with long hair and a blue shirt. She sat on a stool andturned her head to the side when I looked at her, as though she was avoiding mystare. She seemed meek, possibly unsure of what was going on and how to react. The kitchen was beautiful and seemed fitting for such a nicehouse. Wide, well-lit spaces with new appliances and furniture that looked likeit was made from polished bamboo or some other light-colored wood. I wasenvious. Knowing I had done what I set out to do I knew it was timeto leave, telling myself that I didn’t want to upset this guy, particularly ifhe was going to be my new neighbor. He seemed like a nice dream character, Idecided. When I wake up, I thought, I should tell the people on DreamViewsabout him. I walked back over to my house and entered through the reardoor, the messy floor immediately coming into focus. The party must have endedand everyone had left, possibly when the giant construction vehicle had showedup. It had been a little scary. And then I woke up.
I got some sleep last night and I had some interesting dreams. This one was lucid, involved flying, and I remembered DreamViews and the lovely people here! I have a false awakening and I’m lying in my bed at my dad’shouse in California. I find I am not in his current house but the one he hadwhen he lived in Alameda for 25 years. The bed is near the corner of the roomand to my left (while lying on my stomach) is a window, brightly lit by themorning sun. The window is covered by paper shades, a thin material thatrolls up just like a typical window blind. I lift it up and when my eyes adjustto the bright scene I see the ocean. It’s a beautiful scene to wake up to. Normally I should see another house from this window, but Ifind myself looking at water instead. I decide I want some pictures to show thepeople on DreamViews, to show off how beautiful the scene I wake up to is. Ifind my camera on the table and place it near the window. Looking closer, I realize the window is a bit dirty, and Istart rubbing the glass with my finger. It isn’t working as well as I wouldlike, and I think how I hate this effect in dreams. I appear to be aware thatI’m dreaming but I can’t control anything yet. I continue cleaning the glass asbest as I can, hoping to make a nice clean spot for my camera lens. Noting that some of the dirt is on the outside of the windowwhere I can’t clean, I give up and place my camera near the window. I move thecenter-point around, trying to get the camera to focus properly and adjustexposure, cursing myself for not bringing my film camera. The scene finallyresolves into focus, and I notice that I’m looking out at the bay, not theocean. In the background of the picture, across the water, is a large greymountain that doesn’t normally appear anywhere in the Bay Area. I stare at the mountain for a minute, trying to figure outhow it got there. It’s not like a normal mountain, covered with trees orsnow-capped. Instead it’s almost smooth, as though it was covered with slopedglaciers. Fracture lines are visible in what appears to be ice, though I havenever before seen a glacier so dull. I take a couple pictures of this scene and decide I would ratherhave some pictures from the beach, so I get up and walk out of the house. Normally I would have to walk a few blocks and make someturns to even see water from his house, let alone get anywhere near a beach. Onthis day, however, an alley ran right along the side of the house which ledstraight to the water. I really wanted to fly to the beach and get therefaster, but normal flight didn’t fit in with my desire to swim, so Icompromised and flew on an air mattress. Like most of my flying dreams I movedas though I was in water, lying on the air mattress and pushing my handsagainst the air to move forward. I knew I was dreaming for sure but I had nodesire to change anything. I flew past many houses and a couple of apartment buildingsas well, and as I came over a slight rise in the landscape I could finally seewater ahead of me. It was a pretty scene, and I tried taking pictures here butthe view wasn’t as open as I would like, and people kept interfering with myview of the water. I knew waiting would work out better. Arriving at the beach I floated on through a cave in therock to a beach cove that had the most beautiful ocean access. The cove waswide, surrounded by rock except for the cave behind me, and had a nice sandybeach that any surfer would be proud of. The rock walls behind me shaded thecove from the early sun, and a number of families had set up their belongingsin the protected sides of the cove to avoid the wind. I floated along the length of the beach and just took in theview for a minute. I remembered while I was there in the first place and tookout my camera, fixing my view on a distant buoy perhaps a half-mile out. Ittook my camera a while to focus but this time I was happy to not have anymountains in my view, just the beautiful ocean with some small white caps. Icouldn’t have been happier, and I thought about how great the pictures would bewhen I showed everyone on DV. And then I woke up.
Initially this dream was non lucid. Though it's not that unusual for me to bounce between DILD and DEILD unintentionally. So Danny and I were on our staycation again, driving downtown, looking for 1200 Commerce Street. Somehow we ended up driving down the hallway of a building, looking for the address. I told him to, so that was my fault. We found it, but couldn't get there in the car until we got the car out of the building. But the exit door was much smaller than the door we drove in, and there was no way to turn the car around in the middle of the hallway, so Danny had to lift it up some stairs. To which I replied, "Good thing you started working out again." Lol.. I don't deserve him At any rate, we ended up at the hotel, and he was doing god knows what, and I was on my laptop on the bed, on dreamviews. I was actually on IRC, chatting with OldSparta, ShockWave, Kraid, and Alex. And we were just shooting jibes back and forth, but I was having a really really hard time typing. The ! and ( were switched, so everytime I tried to type an exclamation point, I'd get parenthesis. And other oddities. One of them made a sexual remark about Danny, and I tried to type "Uh oh, Danny's tattoo is growing" (inside joke irl) but it was near killing me to simply type out D-a-n-n-y... then I went OHHH duuuuh, lucid. I got up, and now it was my own bedroom and I was alone. But everything was soooo bright and clear, for a change! No blindness or fuzziness or dizziness. I went to the window, but it wasn't my usual scene, the house was about 20 stories up in a skyscraper, over looking hills and dales. I thought wouldn't it be creepy if I touched the window and it vanished. So I did and it did. But I felt tethered, like on some kind of bungee cord. I kept swinging around different skyscrapers, going from window to window, looking for something to do. It was really disorientating, and I finally settled in an apartment because it had a pretty Christmas tree all lit up inside. It took me a while to get over the vertigo feeling of swinging around, then I finally stabilized. I was feeling a bit randy, and felt like having another good gender swap, so I looked around for someone hot. The living room was deserted, so I went to the bedroom door, and all 3 of my dogs appeared behind me, bugging the shit out of me. Took a minute but I pushed them away. I opened the door and there was a 60 year old woman in the bed. No. She woke up, and looked at me as I looked in the adjoining bathroom. I just told her, "Don't mind me, I'm just a little lost." She said ok and went back to sleep. I left the bedroom and headed toward the kitchen, where an ok looking blonde lady in her early 20's just entered. We exchanged "Hello's" then I popped back into the living room for just a second. (I don't want to be too vulgar here, but I gotta post this because it's soooo funny.) I pulled out my thing, then waltzed back into the kitchen to show the Blonde. She was busy putting something in the fridge, so I said "Hey, Look!" To which he replied "Oooooooo, that's just disgusting." I said ORLY? Then I told her to turn around and put her hands on the table, and she obliged. Some skipped details later, she was bending over all annoyingly, scratching an itch on her ankle, and I wasn't able to continue. Details details, I woke up.
On friday and saturday, just some non lucid fragments about fighting with Danny and my mom. I don't get enough sleep on the weekends because I work and get insomnia. Sunday: A lucid dream where I became lucid in a kind of unusual way. I did my usual WBTB at 7:30am (also I had a cold in real life). I had a false awakening where I felt like my lips were really chapped, and quite painful. I wanted to get up and go to the bathroom and get some burt's bees, but I felt sooo tired and heavy. It was really hard to get up. Finally I forced myself out of bed, and I immediately had that "lucid" feeling. I got up and left the house, and instead of my own yard, I was in a huge park where some kids were playing. Each child eventually went up to their mom or dad, and pointed out which car they wanted to ride home in. An adorable little girl with black hair, blue eyes, and dressed like a little doll came up to me, wanting to be picked up. I picked her up and she pointed out a yellow car. "I want that one." Now I knew she wasn't my child, but there were no other parents around. Since I knew I was dreaming, I just went with it. I could take on the cops later if I had to for kidnapping We got into the back seat of the yellow car, which ended up being a taxi. As we were riding in the car, she sat on my lap. I asked her name and she said Mary. I asked her if she had a mom, and she said yes. I asked her if she wanted to go home, and she said she didn't want that mommy anymore So I asked he if she wanted me to adopt her and she said yes and hugged me. So I said "Let's go get some ice cream!" We stopped first at a convenience store, and I took her to the toy section. There was a big bin of stuffed animals, and on top was a stuffed giraffe like one I had in real life. I picked it up and gave it to Mary, and when she hugged the toy, she turned into a doll. I was soooo upset! I kept shaking her and yelling her name, but she remained a doll. I looked at the giraffe, and it was alive and moving. I looked at the giraffe, and said, "Mary?" and it nodded it's head. Somehow her soul went into the giraffe. So I made the giraffe hug the Mary doll, and it switched back. That was quick thinking on my part . We left the store, and I kept looking back at the bin of toys, making sure none of them moved. We ended up at Plaza of the America's somehow, and went to a candy store that had all sorts of truffles and barks and other assorted chocolates. I asked the guy at the counter for one of each for Mary, then lost lucidity and woke up. Honestly, at that point, I was getting bored of the dream.
#1 - Surrounded [Non-Lucid] This dream sucked. We were in some evil house with killers wandering around outside, they would always wait at the windows and when we looked in that direction the blinds would be closed, but then they're start turning and we'd see the killers just staring in and then they'd just through the window. It was so nerve-wracking that by the end of the dream it was over and I was back at my house safe and sound but I couldn't stop myself from pushing the couch I was sitting on into the wall behind me over and over again without rest because I was having a bit of nervous breakdown and I couldn't accept that there was no one behind me trying to get me. I was very happy when I woke up from that one. #2 - My Flying Pet [DILD] O and I were in some alternate version of my house with my cousin P, and there were lots of girls that I remember "knowing" in the dream but I can't recall who any of them were now. They were all talking to P and for some reason O and I were getting really uncomfortable, but I don't remember much of the plot at this point. O and I somehow made it out of that alternate dimension and into our correct one, where we came swimming through a field of grass next to my real house to get there. Yes, swimming, we were actually half submerged in the grass and it had flowing waves like water. O left to go to his house and I went in mine, which looked like it was half in some weird jungle, in fact the lighting in the area was actually very surreal and video game-like, there was an orange tint to everything. As I was walking into my house I felt pumped and became lucid. I started yelling lucidity and control mantras to myself and noticed that my voice sounded different. More... distinguished. I like it. The backyard looked like it was fused with some sort of playground so I went out there and looked up at the top of the structure. I summed LK, a girl I knew in school, and she appeared up on the top. I told her to pull me up there and she almost got it, I had to fly a little bit too. I jumped on her back and she acted shocked for a second but then I did a "Hya!" yell and she flew us off into the air and we just darted all over the place until I woke up. Wonderful! #3 - We Meet Again [DILD] This dream was a long one, though I actually only remember very little of it. There were two plots going on, one involving me which strangely I remember nothing of, and another that involved some random guy and Hayden Panettiere, my original celebrity crush. My clear memory comes in on the last part of the dream, I'm seeing Hayden and the guy each wearing similar strapless tops with ink blot patterns on them, black skirts, and heels. The guy didn't look half bad! Hayden and the guy have been running from some evil organization guys for a while now and Hayden says that they're about to have to start running again. After walking behind a crowd in my vision they each took off in different directions and a guy followed Hayden into a store, so I went in too. My involvement in the scene became a little less passive now, I was actually there instead of just watching. I turned lucid as I was going into the store and watched Hayden and the guy running through people really fast. Hayden was now wearing something more like a tracksuit, an outfit much better suited for this activity. I think to myself "This looks fun!" and move my perspective forward and zoom into Hayden's body. Oooh, limber! I keep running and start weaving my way through crowds of people while keeping away from the guy, it was pretty fun. But after not too long the dream started fading, and I tried to bring it back failed. Oh well.
Before the dream: I went to bed 00:00 this night and woke up 6:00 naturally after a Non-Lucid Dream, stayed still to recall everything and 20 minutes later I was writing it in my physical DJ. After writing my DJ, I started to do the MILD technique. Imagining the last dream if I was lucid and saying to myself: "Next time I have a dream, I will remember to realize it is a dream." I fell asleep and had the following dream. The Dream: I was Leonard from "The Big Band Theory" and I was in that episode when a guy says to him to give up about penny, cause he still want her. (I'm not completely sure this episode really exists xD) I said I wouldn't give up on her, then he and 2 or 3 friends started punching me. Now I'm moving to my home (where I used to live some years ago in my old city) to meet with my girlfriend, at this time I'm not Leonard anymore, and I'm not dating penny anymore, but the same guy still wants my GF to him and is coming to my home too When we arrived there I jumped and kicked him in his stomach, he fell far from me and vanished. I'm in the veranda of my house (my old one) and now the guy transformed into a cousin of mine, I'll call him PJ. PJ is talking to one uncle of mine and my sister in my uncle's house that is near to the mine. My sister comes to me and says: "Is he planing anything evil ? I saw him taking some rocks and puting into his pocket." I said: "Yes, he is planing something mean, but can I tell you a secret ? You are dreaming right now." She: "Really? That's cool!" Me: "Yep, after waking up you should come to me and tell me what you remember, ok ?" I was speaking like if it was her dream and I was just a DC of her mind After all that conversation about what is dream and what is not, I became lucid. I remembered about my objectives, I wanted to talk to a girl that is in a lot of my dreams - she haves short black hair, uses glasses and is very beautiful - and ask her name, but I didn't see her in this dream and didn't want to risk losing my lucidity. Then I decided to complete another objective, flying around for a while, I went out of my veranda and started to fly up and up, always saying to myself: "It's a dream, It's a dream" to don't forget and lost lucidity. For a moment I was afraid of going to high because of a lot of clouds that I saw in the sky, they were very dark and I was afraid of a lightning hit me xD. I remembered again that everything was a dream and lost this fear. As I was going up I could see everything in my old town, a football field, my old school (my last city is very small). I was wondered in how much details I was able to see. I decided to fly to a city near to the mine where I have some friends, so I would go a little higher. While I was passing trough the clouds, some little lightnings was hiting me and making me to feel just a real tiny eletrical shock, didn't hurt at all. When I was almost over the clouds, the dream started to vanish and everything started to fade to black. For a moment I blinked my eye and when I opened again I was seeing the real world with one eye and the dream with the other While I was waking up, I remembered to don't move so I maybe would be with sleep parallys and easily come back to another dream, everything was happening as I wanted it to happen but when I was almost going inside another dream, my mom entered in my room turning the TV off (It was showing a error message like "Someone tried to desmagnetize this display too much times.") I realized I was completely awake and decided to move out from my bed, thats when I really woke up Observations: The last paragraph is a false awakening. I wasn't in my real bedroom, I don't have a TV in my bedroom and I don't live with my mom anymore. But I wasn't able to see that during the dream When I really woke up I made a RC to be sure, I didn't have the habit of doing that everytime I wake up, now I have
5/7/12 DEILD I was taking a nap while my roommate was playing music. There was also talking that I could hear that may have made its way into my dream. I was laying in my bed, and I felt super tired. I could hear music. Nick came up to me and started talking. I was so out of it, I could barely respond. He was showing me this plastic watergun thing he had. It extended and bent in strange ways. I was kind of playing it, but I couldn't open my eyes fully to see it. I pretended to study it, before giving it back. He kind of took it from me because I was using it incorrectly. I tried to tell him how I felt about his thing. I could only manage to mumble the word cool. I was wondering why Nick was even in my room. Then I realized this lack of vision was familiar; it was an unstable dream. I RC and I am dreaming. I start feeling around trying to stabilize. I roll on the floor and lose the dream. I DEILD, and I am waiting for when I am back in a dream. Someone is talking to me again. I remember that I am alone in real life, so it must have worked. I can't fully open my eyes or talk still. I can still hear music. I feel around and try to stabilize and fail. I DEILD again and could not get it stabilized.
I am with Ray at a mall. We go into a nice restaurant and as we walk we pass by my old art teacher Ms. Greene. She's sitting at a table with a glass of wine. "If you want some wine it's free over there at the bar," she says pointing toward it. Ray starts heading in that direction, but he goes a weird alternate route that doesn't make any sense and took much longer than needed. ....I start exploring on my own and find an opening to a secret unused part of the mall. It looks like several kid rides were constructed in this area. It kind of looks like a carnival in the mall- but abandoned... ...Ray and I are back walking through the mall again.... I start to question my reality. Am I dreaming? Everything looks so real though! I try to do a reality check. I look at a Starbucks coffee shop and study the logo. I look away and look back. Everything is still the same and perfect. So much for looking at text! I look at shoppers and study their faces trying to find flaws. They all look normal and vivid. The racks of clothes in the shops look perfect. I even widen my eyes in an attempt to wake up. Nothing happens. Everything is so realistic - more real than I've ever experienced in a dream before and I've had some pretty good ones! Unsure of myself I walk up to a man who looked to be in his 50s. He was slightly overweight with long graying hair. "What do you represent?" He gives me a strange look, "Uh...What? What a weird question!" I start doubting myself. This might not be a dream after all...I turn around and see Ray. "Ray, I know this is going to sound crazy but I can't tell if I am dreaming or if this is real life!" He rolls his eyes,"You're losing it Nick. Of COURSE this is real! I'm real! You're not sleeping!" "But that's what a Dream Character would say!!!" I yell, clearly frustrated. I feel like I am going mad. Everything then fades away - confirming that I was in fact dreaming. I have a false awakening. I am on the floor in a sleeping bag and I hear my sister Ashley getting up. The clock reads 7:00. Apparently I am at her place and we are getting up early to go to the beach. I look around for my dream journal.... Then I wake up for real.
I haven't had any recall since my last DJ entry, six days ago. Then I had this lucid dream out of the blue. So I was riding a bike in a large group of people, many of them being family members, friends and other people I know in general. We were riding though a forest/park setting. I can remember the sun was either rising or setting. I can't remember many details of what happened during the bike ride or if it was a race. I can remember talking with some of my friends from school for awhile but I can't remember what we were actually talking about. I can remember more clearly when we got off our bikes and got into some kind of vehicle. I could probably describe it as a mobile home or a semi-truck. I can remember it being all white with an orange stripe down the side, and a black windscreen. Some of the people that I knew got into it too. I was the one driving, and I drove for probably ten minutes. I can then remember pressing a button on the dashboard of the vehicle. It caused the front part to sort of collapse and crush me. The crushing was very uncomfortable and lasted about ten seconds. Out of pure stupidity, I pressed the button two or three additional times. We stopped in a parking lot when I realized that at the very back of the vehicle (The interior was a long, plain white room without any seats.) was my (now dead) grandmother. She was kind of a monochromatic blue color, and sort of hazy. I'm assuming she was a ghost. She was holding a knife. The knife on the other hand, was silver, with a brown handle. (As it should have been) She started killing everyone inside with the knife. Eventually, A friend from my school named A was the only one alive other than me, and he was wrestling with the ghost of my grandmother. It was obvious he would lose. My mind was racing. The first thing that struck me as odd was that I was seeing my grandparent again, when they have now been dead for almost a year. I questioned reality. From there I got lucid, just as A was overwhelmed and killed. I put my arms across my chest, then forced them out, pushing out to the sides. The vehicle around me exploded into several large pieces. The ghost of my grandmother was nowhere to be found. From here, I proceeded to stabilize the dream. I looked at a large oak tree at the side of the road, and tried to make out the details of the leaves, to some success. Behind me was a small building, with entirely glass walls. It was kind of horseshoe shaped and very small, only one floor. In the middle was a counter with a cashier and people waiting in line, I'm assuming to make purchases. I decided to try some dream control and went up to the man that was first in line. I can remember him having a sort of tall face, and being bald. I punched him in the cheek, while screaming "sonic punch". I had to reach up above my head because he was quite a tall man. When I hit him he just sort of looked at me for about half a second. My hand was still on his cheek and he just randomly flew back and hit the inside wall of the horseshoe shaped building. We got into a huge fight at this point. Knowing I was dreaming, I was doing these remarkable martial arts moves and the man that I was fighting was really no match for me. Eventually, I wound up standing on a table, holding a coffeepot. The man made some joke, I think it was related to World War II, but I can't remember it. I poured the coffee on him. At this point the dream destabilized. I knelt down on the table and screamed "stabilize dream!" I had a False awakening. I can't remember the details of it but I woke up, and went around my house telling family members and friends about the awesome lucid dream I just had.

Another DILD last night. I'm getting better at this. This time, I had much more lucidity and clarity than before. Still not enough to remember those dream commands, though. I don't remember what made me do a reality check, but I was lucid enough to remember to stabilize the dream. I did the trick where you rub your hands together. For some reason it didn't work. I didn't notice, though. The dream was very blurry. Can't remember anything. I remember stabilizing the dream and flying. That's all. I don't even remember doing a reality check. All I need to do is become lucid enough to remember the "More lucidity!" dream command. Then I'll be fine. D:
