DJ Log: June 22, 2014 – 5:45AM (USA Eastern)

Yay! A quick flying lucid after a long dry spell.

I am climbing a set of open mesh industrial metal stairs when I stop and look at the floor still moving away. This looks kind of strange, so I tell myself that I am dreaming and become lucid. A mild tingling sensation runs through my body and the lighting becomes much brighter in the room. I do a quick nose pinch to double-check before making a jump. I jump up and fly off the stairs and cruise around the room for a bit. I fly around for a little bit, then stop and try to remember the task of the month. I an unable to recall the tasks, so I fly as fast as I can into the window for a scene change. I hit the glass and slowly melt through it like ice cream melting and dripping through a strainer. Once through, I find myself in another room. Wanting to get outside, I turn around and fly into the wall and find that it offers much less resistance than the glass. The scene is outdoors without much detail. I attempt to stabilize for a bit, but I can feel my body laying in bed and the detail of the dream decaying quickly. Still lucid, I focus all of my energy on trying to spin. At first, I cannot move anything and I can feel myself transitioning out of the sleeping state as the dream darkens completely to black. I wake suddenly with a loud pop sound and my hand hits the headboard as I jump awake.

(Note: I completely lost what happened in the beginning. At least I recalled the lucid part.)

DJ Log: December 21, 2013 – 9:30AM (USA Eastern)

I'm driving my truck when I stop at a house with a “Firewood for sale” sign to get a load of firewood. I pull in the lane and find the guy working on some stuff in front of an old log house. After loading a bit of firewood, he shows me how he uses a hydraulic cylinder to level the house. Part of the foundation has sunk so he has to jack up the foundation and add stone to level the house. As he is working, he is telling me how he is going to put an addition on the front of the house and connect it to the garage. As we are talking, it starts to rain a little bit. I tell the guy that I have to go and get the firewood into the garage so it doesn't get wet. I get into my truck and find that I do not have my keys. I look out and see my cell phone laying on the ground. I go pick it up, but there are no keys. I get back in the truck and look at the rain on the windshield and I wake up.

After waking, I remember that I still have half a load of firewood on my truck. I pull up the weather map and see that rain is coming very soon. I go out and pull the truck under the loafer shed and it starts pouring rain as I'm walking back to the house. Needless to say, I'm glad the firewood stayed dry.

DJ Log: December 16, 2013 – 8:30AM (USA Eastern)

I am at a house party with some of my friends. I walk into a couple of different rooms and find people hanging out and drinking. I go outside and find a friend of mine who says that there is a cop walking up the road. The cop walks up and lectures everyone about drinking. After the cop leaves, I walk back to the house and find that there is a bar set up on the deck. I ask for a beer and the guy gives me an empty glass. I look at the glass, then at the bar tender and ask why the empty glass. He says he can't get the tap to work. I watch him struggle with the keg tap for a while, then I wander off.

I am in the cellar of an old house and there are large chunks missing out of the concrete walls. There are huge spiders loving in the holes. The spiders had beaks on them like a bird. I watched one of the spiders come out of the hole and eat a stink bug.

DJ Log: September 17, 2013 – 8:30AM (USA Eastern)

I'm roaming around in an old abandoned apartment building. The air smells musty and the paint is peeling off the walls. There are no lights, but I can see with whatever light is coming in the windows. I walk into a large room which has a bed and some other furniture in it. There is a door on the other end of the room which leads into a hallway with a lot of doors. I open the first door and see an old wooden stairway leading into the attic. The plaster is broken off the walls and I can see the lathe strips. There is a bare light bulb hanging by wires from the ceiling. I close the door and open the second door. There is an empty room with a large sliding door that goes outside onto a deck. I walk out and from the deck, I can see that I am on the fourth floor. I can see the air conditioners on the roof of the building next to me. I go back to the hallway and open the third door which leads out to a parking lot. I walk into the parking lot for a bit then stop and try to figure out how I got to the ground level without walking down any stairs or taking an elevator. I turn around and look at the building and I can see the 4th floor deck which I was on a moment ago.

I start to question things for a moment, then decide to do a test. I jump up off the ground lightly and I could feel that I was much lighter than I should be. I become lucid and fly toward the deck on the 4th floor. I land on the deck and say, “Fuck yeah, I know I was dreaming. Can't fool me.” I look down and see that there is a guy standing on the ground looking up at me. I go inside the building and everything looks the same as it did when I was there before. I go to the end of the hallway and into a bedroom and find a bunch of clothes laying on the floor. I turn around and walk out to find something more interesting when I suddenly wake up.

07:30 alarm

+ iI'm getting out of bed in my dorm room. I take my slippers out from underneath the blankets, what are those dirty slippers doing in the bed!? My desk is against the window, my second desk is at a right angle to it to the right extending into the room. My roommate, CL, has only one desk. There is an ironing board to the right of my 2nd desk up against it, I fold it away, it folds into CL's desk. I like my main desk against the window so I can see the view while I work.

I'm looking at a small object with a screw/bolt on the top I need a screwdriver to turn it, FG shows me where one is and talks about the device for a little, it needs a flat-head screwdriver.

I go out the window onto the ledge and look into the next room which extends out beyond our wall on the right, it's the girls room, there are a bunch of girls in there.

Some girls and a menacing guy are in another open space, he's treating the girls badly? I have a side/close view of somebody who is really hairy all over.

+ an apartment building on a corner is subject to earthquakes that's why nobody wants to buy it. It's a sharp corner pointing to the right. The building may also be subject to water damage at the foundation. Something about evacuating the residents?

DJ Log: September 14, 2013 – 8:00AM (USA Eastern)

I'm in a huge 3-story house. It looks like 2 or 3 separate houses which are connected by stairways and hallways. The kitchen area is huge and has a large attached sun room. The door to the sun room is nailed shut. I walk up onto the second floor and see large decks connected by stairways. A guy comes out of a room and invites me in to a party.

I'm driving with a guy on a familiar road near my parent's old house. The guy tells me to turn back a farm lane so I turn and follow the lane and stop at the end. He gets out and walks into a barn and comes back with a bag of weed. We drive up a bit further and meet up with a couple of other guys. One of the guys long hair and a sleeveless shirt on. He smiles at me and I smile back. We light up some weed and we're all laying on the ground in a circle with our heads together, looking at the sky. The guy who smiled at me lays down next to me and slides over really close. The guy on my other side hands me a doobie and I take a hit then pass it on.

I'm messing around with some kind of demo software on a server and I'm trying to remember exactly what it does. It seems like it runs some kind of data collection. The server is on a table and is all banged up. I remove the cover and see that one of the memory slots has some corrosion on it. I pull the memory card out and half of the card edge is missing. It looks like it just corroded away. I grab my camera and take a couple of pictures of the server internals. The camera is behaving strangely. The auto-focus is not working at all so I put it in manual. After failing at a couple of pictures, I give up.

(Note: Do not use voice recorder while driving with windows open in a diesel truck with straight-pipe exhaust. lol)

Walking with my boss and our controller, talking about the office building. We're walking down a hall between rows of cubicles and there is a whiteboard off to the side which has a high-rise building drawn on it. The floors were labeled and the whole 1st floor was mine. One of the other guys had a whole floor to himself too.

DJ Log: August 4, 2013 – 5:00AM (USA Eastern)

I'm with a whole bunch of people and we're in some kind of a swimming competition through some caverns behind a waterfall. As we are swimming into the caverns, we arrive at a standing column of water which defies gravity. It goes up for a bit and disappears into a cave. I can see far into the bottom, but cannot tell where it goes. A couple of the guys jump into it, so I take a couple deep breaths then jump in and swim all of the way to the bottom. It turns at the bottom then goes back up for a bit before exiting into the river just below the falls. I climb out and walk back to the caverns and find a second larger column of water. I jump in with a couple of other guys and we swim all of the way down again and it exits into the river again.

DJ Log: July 31, 2013 – 7:00AM (USA Eastern)

I'm roaming around in the old building our company used to be in. I head back toward the rear of the building where the warehouse was. After a bit, I end up in a boiler room. As I am moving, I notice that I am floating off the floor a little bit. I look up toward the ceiling and see a place where a bunch of pipes go through the ceiling. I fly all of the way to the top and look back to see that there is a guy sitting on a chair in the middle of the room watching me. I fly up over the pipes and turn around to see that the guy is flying up toward me. He comes up to my level and I say, “Hi there.” He says ,”Hey.”, then he leans in and gives me a kiss. I take both of his hands and we both float back down to the floor. Once at the floor, we talk for a bit, then I just look at him and say, “Wanna make out?” He says, “Hell yeah!” We both strip naked as fast as we can and run around all over the room, kissing and making out.

I look out the window at what looks like a groundhog in the yard and I want to shoot it. I walk over and pick up my rifle and look through the scope. Looking closer, I can see that it's a cat, not a ground hog, so I decide not to shoot it. I look around through the yard for a bit through the scope and I see what looks like a dog hanging out by the barn. I look to the right a bit and see a bunch of people hangout out around my barn. I put the gun down and turn around to see that there are people walking around in my house. They are preparing the table for dinner. They move a few things off the table set plates down.

DJ Log: July 1, 2013 – 4:30AM (USA Eastern)

I'm an in the woods in a log cabin on the edge of the cliff near a creek. The creek is quite large, but it's not quite a river. I just finished building the place and it looks pretty cool. There is a large multi-level deck which goes all the way to the creek below. I'm sitting on the front deck, messing around with a couple aluminum parts of some kind which are all muddy. I climb down to a lower level deck to the creek and begin to rinse off the parts. I use an old toothbrush to reach into the corners. As I'm washing them, the water suddenly stops moving. As I sit there for a bit, staring at the water, it starts moving again. A friend of mine is on some kind of excavator machine and is digging some large rocks out of the creek. As he was doing that, I feel the cliff side move a bit as a crack began to open up. I told my brother about it who was standing on the side not paying attention. The cliff moved again, so I climbed up onto the other side. There are several places where it is starting to crack and fall in. As I'm climbing up, the land is falling into the creek. I finally get to a good spot where the ground is not moving and wake up.

Harnesses at Hot Topic

I was in the weird-ass mall on my dream map, and I went into a Hot-Topic-esque store. It had four floors, and the bottom floor was underground, and had super high ceilings. And rock walls. I took an elevator down to the bottom floor, and turned left to the desk where I would get a harness. I was waiting for my harness, but the guy who was going to give it to me, who I think may have been a friend from middle school, was distracted or wanting to try something out and so I didn't get the harness for a while. Once I did have it, they hooked me to a line hanging from the ceiling and showed me how to control my movements in the room using some levers and ropes.

So basically, people would come in, and hang from the ceilings as they shopped for studded, belted, black striped, and graphic-T clothing 8D

Then there was an earthquake, or something. Maybe an alien invasion. Something epic and destructive.





Thor in the Parking Lot

I was walking in a parking lot. There were very few cars, and they were mostly clustered near the door to a large building that stretched for a long ways. Michael Fassbender had just parked his car and gotten out, and walked toward the building. I had to put my backpack down somewhere, so I decided that in front of his car would be the perfect hiding spot. I think Zukin was with me, but I'm not too sure. She may have been there before I put my backpack down, but then had to leave, or something.

I left my bag there, and started walking toward the building, which I now somehow knew was a grocery store. I was nearing the group of cars, and now could see that Loki (Tom Hiddleston ermagerd <33), some other super villain, and an old friend from highschool, were chatting around one of the cars. I heard someone approaching, and looked up;

Thor was walking toward the car as I was passing it, and said, "What villains do I see surrounding this car?!"

I stopped, turned and held up my hand. "Hey now. They're not all villains. That's my FRIEND, Thor."

He stopped in his path, turned to me, blinked a few times, and then raised his hands. "Mah bad." He said.

I went into the store, got some Nestle chocolate chip cookie dough, and was on my way out when I saw another of my old friends, who had made a cookie cake with the same cookie dough I'd just gotten. I wanted to try some to make sure I would actually like it, and so I broke off a piece of the cookie cake. I put it in my mouth, and I swear it was the tastiest cookie I've ever had and it was so good. IT was like all butter and sugar. I woke up wishing real cookies were that phenomenal.
