First dream I was in an abandoned airport close to New York. I've seen the city on the other side of water. I had my base set up in a ruined plane. The world was overtaken by plants, animals. In the morning I took my raft and swam to look for food and other resources. After whole day of exploring empty streets and ruined buildings I found nothing, except a group of other survivors. It was dark night. They took me to their base, where I met other members of my family and some pals. They set up their base in building similar to my house, though it was better furnished and prepared to hold more people inside. We gathered for a dinner and sat near a huge table. When they were giving the dishes, my aunt went out of the kitchen with a pot of soup. She said "Watch your grandma! She put her denture inside the pot with soup!" Sister replied to her "But our grandma has no denture!". Grandma smiled widely, exposing her only one tooth left. Then I was eating and listening to them talking about politics. I knew what they wanted to say just before they told it. Second dream - tower escape DILD Spring day, the sky was cloudless. With group of random DCs we took a raft and swam to other side of river, to huge warehouses. There were many machines, cranes and stockpiles set up in orderly manner. We decided to make the tallest and probably most valuable stockpile fall down. We just moved one can of paint and it started to fall. We ran away back to raft and swam to other side of river. Next I've seen from someones perspective that warehouse workers were talking about a revenge. Cloudy afternoon. I was back in frontyard of my house. I decided to look back at river and warehouses - the river was enormous, I couldn't even see the buildings. I could see a gigantic tower made of random stockpiled objects. I went closer to shore, which was just in front of my house. Warehousemen started to throw golf balls at me, and they had impressive strenght and accuarcy. I dodged most of the balls or blocked them, but some still managed to hit me. It was quite painful. I heard warehousemen shouting "This tower shall fall!". I decided to run away before it would crash me. When I was in my backyard, I took a look at the tower again. From an enormous stockpile it turned into a huge tower made of red brick, reaching for the clouds. I realized that it's a dream and flewn up to the roof of father's carpentry workshop. I looked at the tower and thought "You are not real. I can unmake you!" I looked behind me and at the tower again. There was a huge gap in the middle of it, but sides of the tower were left. I tried to do it again, but this time the tower was ruined and burning. Another try and it turned into a tower with chinese ornaments. I thought that if I can't remove it, I may just escape from it's fall. I turned towards neighbor's side and saw a huge mountain on the horizon. I thought that this must be a place safer than these roofs. I looked back at the tower, it hasn't changed. I looked at the mountain, and it was gone. There huge haystacks in it's place. Looking at my backyard I saw a big rock, I tried to alter it's height by previously used look method, but it was still too small. I decided to run climb up the neighbor's garage roof. While climbing i thought "Now I'll need a dramatic escape music... violin!" And the violin started to play. It wasn't a best performance, but wasn't terrible either. I climbed up garage's roof and jumped down to roofs of chicken coops. They were made of really weak materials. At first I thought that they'd crush under my feet, but then I thought "These are harder than steel, I can jump on them and they won't crush as well!" I ran to the end of chicken coops and jumped forward, landing on a roof of chinese temple. I climbed it up, and saw a spacious lake. I flewn to the other side of it and landed in a lakeside building. I turned back and watched as the tower was falling. It have fallen really fast. It have fallen into the lake... and nothing. I thought "What? Shouldn't there be a huge water wave after the tower have fallen down there?" The water started to bulge, raise and whirl, gathering in a huge wave. I gestured with my hands and the water started to lower and calm. Looking at the lake I noticed that it was covered with ice, and there was only a small hole made by the top of the tower. I pointed my index finger and the hole covered itself with ice. I walked the shore for a while and woke up.
I'm on the road in front of my house, but it looks different; there's a old tree without any leaves with its branches sweeping low over the road like crochety hands. I climb up along one until I reach the level right about the powers lines and jump into a fly. I loose control and go head over heels, landing in a heap in the middle of a grand library. It's beautiful. The shelves are carved like gentles waves, and the room is two floors high with a balcony running all around it. The room is lit by gaslights of copper and gold with frosted glass covering the flames, the warm almost buttery light gleaming of the polished wood of the shelves and floors. The glimpses of wall I can see are covered with dark green silk, matching the couch and armchairs placed around. At the far side of the library is a big fireplace, currently lit. The room smells sweet, of old books and beewax. There's an open door on a side, with moonlight peaking in. I walk to it and step into a covered terrace, all old stones. It opens into a very carefully lanscaped garden under a very bright, very big full moon. At the center of it there's a table dressed and ready, with crystal glasses, vermeil cutlery and candelabra. There are people already seated, dressed in finery of all period and fashion, having hushed conversations and eyeing the rest of the small crownd. I don't feel like joining them but come closer to the table to admire the carving on the cutlery. The guests whisper amoung themselves, making a point of not looking at me. I'm a little annoyed and start to walk around the table to go to the other side of the terrace, so I can access the garden. As I'm going I catch a glimpse of blond hair and turn my head; the silvery man is here, very smartly dressed, his hair brushed to fall on one of his shoulder while letting the line of his jaw free of distraction on the other side. It's slighty distracting, and he knows it. Noticing my presence, he change his course and come to me, easily taking my arm and pulling me to the end of the terrace, inside a small, narrow alley I didn't see earlier. There's ivy on the wall, up to a small alvove with what seem to be an old pedestal on the ground. He pulls me in, leaning against the wall with a impish smile. I cross my arms in front of me, too amused to be annoyed... and wake up.
Lucid dream from Saturday Night: I did an unintentional WBTB where I woke up and couldn't get back to sleep and finally drifted into dream mode. I sitting at a table with Marie, my best friend from high school. I was already lucid I remembered that I really wanted to do a Task of the Month. I was trying to remember what they were. I knew there was one where I had to ask a DC a question. Why was I having such a hard time remembering--I had recently done this one. But I thought it would be fun to do it again with my friend. Finally I decided that Task was to ask a DC what their favorite thing was to do in a lucid dream. That sounded right. (Obviously it wasn't right, but now in retrospect, it's nice to have done something a little different since I had done the real Task already.) So I said to Marie, "Tell me what you like to do in your lucid dreams?" She suddenly perked up at the mention of lucid dreams, "Ahh, lucid dreaming...that's where I like to fly and do flips in the air." As soon as she began to talk I suddenly remembered that Task about making fire and ice. "That's cool." I quickly said to her. And then said, "You can also do this in lucid dreams." I held out my hands. Unlike my dream where I had done this previously I held each hand in a separate cupped position. I concentrated on making a fire. First an orange glow appeared in each hand. I concentrated harder. I wanted flames. Soon I started seeing some detail. But something was odd. I could now see waving orange and yellow flames, but they looked like a cartoon fire. This was quite different that my other recent experience with making fire. I thought about trying to make the flames look more real. But then suddenly, the flames felt hot. Very hot. That was different as well. I extinguished the flames quickly. Now I needed to make ice. With my hands still cupped separately I concentrated on forming some ice. Soon I saw two shapeless white blobs form in my hands. I knew it was supposed to be ice. But it wasn't very good ice. It didn't even feel cold. I saw that I was close to a freezer. I walked to the freezer and opened it. Inside I saw some ice cubes sitting there in an otherwise empty freezer. I told myself that ice looked like that. So I needed to try again--this time with a good example in front of me that I could model. Within seconds I had exact copies of the ice cubes in my hands now. I had done it. With the Tasks done I decided to find a way outside and fly and decide what else I wanted to do. I often make decisions while I'm flying. I saw a large open window and flew out. I thought about what Marie had said about doing flips in the air. It had been a very long time since I had done dream flips. I suddenly really wanted to do some. I first tried a front flip. It felt so real as I did it. I tried a back flip next. That one felt really nice. Just a touch of dizziness while the world turned all around me. I did it again. and again. Then I noticed that I was on a college campus. I looked down and saw a food stand. This stand had several different kinds of licorice. I love licorice. I reached for a package of black licorice. But before I could eat it I woke up.
Ritual: I thought it might be nice to get lucid again, so I read DV before bed, though my motivation was considerably reduced when I realized that the time change had caught me unawares, and I was going to bed an hour later than I had intended! Also drank some sage and mugwort tea before bed. Those are the only relevant factors I can think of. WTB at 3am, woke 9:15am with dream. DEILD: I came out of an NLD and started going over it in my mind, when it dawned on me that I had not fully woken up. I was in a hallway carrying a large package; to confirm, I tossed it in the air and sure enough, it hovered for a moment before drifting back down. It occurred to me that maybe I should take up the habit of tossing things into the air in waking life as a kind of RC. But it would have to be something smaller than a large box, something more like a coin or small ball. I produced a small black ball and tried again. To my amusement, this one behaved as if gravity were operating normally. Maybe not such a good RC unless I actively intervene: I tossed it again and concentrated on holding the ball in the air. That worked well enough. I resolved to spend more time in WL trying to move small objects with my mind. I exited the building and thought I might try a TOTM. Even though I had just reread the list before going to bed, I now realized that I couldn't remember any of them. Thinking hard, I finally recalled the one about the dream guide. "I'm ready for my dream guide!" I shouted. I've never had a dream guide before, so I had no expectations. I shouted a few more times until a woman showed up. She was of hefty build, with straight shoulder-length dark hair, and looked to be in her late forties. On the right lapel of her uniform-like black jacket, resembling that of a hotel clerk (or more to the point, a tour guide) was a name tag reading "RUSH." There was something very blank and bureaucratic about her demeanor that immediately put me off. "Take me on a tour," I instructed. "A Grand Tour?" she asked. Lately I've been reading about the Grand Tours eighteenth-century travelers would take in Italy, so I assumed this was merely waking life residue. "Take me on a tour of Hogwart's," I proposed instead. The woman must not have understood, because she started saying things about temperature and time that sounded like the details of a technical process—brewing coffee, I guessed. I was getting impatient. "This isn't working out," I told her. Perhaps I should have been more patient, but she reminded me of one of those blank, automaton-like DCs that never have anything interesting to say. I turned my back and walked away, determined to try again. "I'm ready for my dream guide!" I resumed shouting, trying to muster a sense of optimism. Nothing changed at first, but I persisted, shouting about five times before another figure drew my attention. He was a short brown-haired man standing next to a bar, gazing at me with a slightly amused expression. As I walked over, I was startled to see that he was the spitting image of Michael J. Fox. This perplexed me, because I have no particular attachment to that actor, nor did I recall having encountered his image recently in waking life. I remembered that in WL he had developed a terrible disease and I couldn't remember if he was still alive. This DC looked like the younger version of him from the 1980s or '90s, and his cheerful confidence created much more favorable impression than the last DC. "Are you my dream guide?" I asked uncertainly. He replied with something casual, along the lines of, "If you want me to be." "Let's give it a try," I said. "First, take me somewhere beautiful. Then, take me somewhere that I will find interesting." Since I'd never had a dream guide before or thought much about their proper role, now I was acting on the assumption that their job was to give me tours. In retrospect that's kind of funny. As we walk out of the building together, he expresses a sexual interest. I'm surprised at his bluntness, but tell him okay, it's natural that there might be sexual tension between us, I can accept that. He seems relieved, telling me that many of the applicants ruled it out from the start. In fact, a lot of the essays he received closed on that note. I commiserate, noting how even from a purely rhetorical standpoint, that does seem like a terrible way to end an application essay. We continue through a park-like setting, and as we descend along a wooded path I see a tree with several conjoined trunks. Emblazoned across it like a light projection is the name of a website, "www.tabu.com." I look again to make sure and the text shifts. "www.tabut.com." I wonder what it means. Is this in reference to the Polynesian word "tabu," the basis of our English "taboo"? [I looked them up as I was writing this and...seriously, it's a big world out there, how could these websites not exist?] We walk right to the edge of a wide shallow lake. I realize we'll probably need to travel somewhere by a means other than walking, and let him know I'm familiar with some basic methods: "How are we going to get there? I can spin and teleport, if you like. And I know how to fly." He offers another possibility: "See that brown line?" He points to somewhere behind us. I look back, and without thinking about it we automatically start rising into the air and drifting toward a brown line that runs across the grass of the lawn. "That's where we'll transition," he explains. We start gliding toward it, and sure enough, a moment later we are flying across a completely different scene. The previous landscape was park-like, but we emerge higher in the air over a vast landscape. Distant hills, distinctive coloring, shades of red in the earth and sky. Everything becomes a bit clearer. "Okay, this is beautiful," I acknowledge aloud. He's definitely succeeded in the first task I set him. We drift closer to the ground and I notice an odd detail: an enormous fence of thick horizontal wires strung between vertical poles that must be at least 50 feet high, stretched across a valley between two steep hills. There are only a few of the wires, maybe eight, strung in pairs of two. It would be no barrier for a person at all, or any earthly creature—it's so big it doesn't even obstruct the view—but then I see what it is keeping in. They look like giant green mantis-like creatures, clearly insectoid, but enormous. Despite the monstrosity of the creatures, the enclosure reminds me of a nature reserve. Are the fences for our protection, or theirs? Perhaps both. I think about how my second instruction to my guide had been to take me somewhere interesting, and it would certainly be interesting if one of those things got out! However, I decide not to vocalize my thoughts or deliberately influence the course of events, instead waiting to see how things will play out. One of the creatures catches sight of us and scuttles over, moving with astonishing rapidity for its size. It crosses several hundred yards in a matter of seconds. It pushes against the fence, snapping at us with its mandibles. It has surprisingly long reach and the wires of the fence are being bowed out by the weight of its body—they hold, but we have to dart away very quickly to avoid the initial attack. I realize the safest course is to fly directly upward, well out of its reach, in case the fence breaks. I can feel my adrenaline pumping and have to admit, that was definitely an interesting experience. Abruptly the environment changes and we are back in a room that I think I recognize from earlier in the dream—but way earlier, the NLD sequence before I even got lucid. I realize the dream is ending, but I'm very pleased with how well this dream guide was able to fulfill my requests. "Can I meet you again?" I ask. His acquiescence is as casual and noncommital as when I first asked him to be my guide.

First dream I was in home, packing my books to a backpack. With sisters we drove to my school, to German language lesson. Sisters sat on the sides of classroom, I sat within classmates. Teacher - a blonde woman wearing a black jacket and black trousers. She was walking around the class and checking out notebooks. She also talked with my older sister if she's going to stay in country. Second dream, short MILD I was in my backyard, running into fields behind my house. Someone fooled me and I had to chase him. I could see the city far away in the distance. Running through fields was really tiring. I thought "I must get there quicker. I should fly there, and if I'll be able to fly, it would mean that I'm dreaming!" I tried to jump high up and fly, but somehow I couldn't manage to do it. I jumped up again, thinking "This is a dream, and I expect that I'll be able to fly." Despite previous problems with flying, I managed to fly quite well, flopping my hands like wings. When I stopped moving I lowered my altitude. I was flying quicker and quicker, and in the end I landed in a main square of a city. Someone called me to local sports square. It was a dude wearing a dark blue sports suit. Without anything better to do I decided to play something with that dude. We took volleyball balls and started throwing at each other. My balls flown with supersonic speed. His ball missed and landed nearby. I tried to lightly kick it so he could have it again, but the ball flown high up in the sky and disappeared. After a while I woke up. Fragment I was in home. My family was taking care of a group of small kittens. One day some kind of businessman appeared and bought all of them. We visited them frequently.
My sleep schedule was messed up last night. I fell asleep around 5:30, woke up at 9:00. Did homework and watched youtube videos until about 1:45, then went back to bed and woke up at 6:00. I did not expect to get lucid. I didn't even expect to have any dream recall. I vaguely remember from my 'first sleep' that had something to do with me staying over at my grandparents' house. They had shelves upon shelves of food because they were preparing for the end of the world. I then remember somebody broke into their house and started stealing all the food. They were really mad. ... I remember I was living in a city/urban area. (Just row upon row of identical gray tenement buildings. I remember most of the buildings had lots of green plants on them. Ivy and vines, trees growing on the roofs and stuff. That's a dream sign.) I would ride my bike to college/work everyday. It was pretty crowded, but I was navigating the crowd pretty quickly. I could ride in the street. There were designated bike lanes and very few cars. These two malevolent teenagers approached me and tried to block my path. I went into the street to go around them, and they started chasing after me. I remember they were grabbing at my backpack and trying to take things from it. I told them to stop or they we're going to get it. They just gave me a cruel smile and didn't say anything back. I remember they chased me for a quite a few blocks. Eventually I came across this construction site that I rode into. I remember there was this scaffolding with ramps that I could ride up. At one point, I even rode my bike across a very thin board that would have been hard to walk across. I started riding my bike across rooftops and such (because dream) and got cornered by them in this clock tower type building. I got off my bike and warned them again. They just approached me with that same smile. It seemed like they were older now, not teenagers, but full blown adults. (I also remember one of them was a black guy now, when he hadn't been that way before.) Nature Show Guy: And here we see the JadeGreen, scientific name Jadus Oneironoughtus in its natural habitat. It is generally a peaceful creature, but if given no other option, it will attack. I remember I fought one of the guys by twisting his arm and flipping him over my shoulder into a pile of wooden boxes. He got two black eyes and went unconscious. The other guy phoned his friends telling him to send more guys. I grabbed his arm and made him drop his phone and break it. I then kicked him a couple times and made him fall off a platform. That put him unconscious... I was worried that I might have seriously hurt the guys, but I saw that they were just knocked out. Four other punks (three male, one female) approached the tower. The leader said that he was sorry his boys had 'acted out' again and he would pay me to have them back. (Woo! Free money.) He wanted me to feel comfortable with the exchange so he told me to meet him downstairs in the subway restaurant. We met down there. He was actually really nervous around me. He asked me for [the name of one of his guys] and for some reason I handed him a small envelope. He opened it, and turned it upside down and the guy fell out. He gave me a check. I handed him the second envelope and the other guy fell out. They poured cold soda on the guys and that made them come back from being unconscious. The gang leader guy apologized again and bought me a sandwich. (suck up). I remember my sub sandwich was very weird because all of the meatballs were stuck together. (So it was more like a meatloaf sandwich.) For some reason this really grossed me out. I became lucid and the dream shifted. ... I was back in my neighborhood, and amazingly lucid. Flying time. (I did promise myself that the first thing I would do when I got some really good lucidity again was go out and fly.) The thing that I thought was the most weird was the fact that the season was actually correct to what the weather is like now. I took off using my usual method of forcing myself up on jets of flame. I remember the jets of flame and sound effects looked and sounded like the rockets in KSP. (Weird, haven't played that game in awhile. Waiting for the new version to come out.) It took off. Flying was sluggish at first. I said 'faster' but wasn't going much faster. I then yelled 'COME ON!', but not in a really angry way, more of a sort of aggressive 'Let's do it' kind of way. The dream responded well to this and an appropriate flying speed came. I remember I flew very close to the side of a house, within a couple of inches, while moving at about 70km/hr. I then did a couple of 'barrel rolls' while flying down over the street. Dream spinning never seems to work for me. (Usually not changing the environment.) But the upside is that I can get away with flying stunts all I want and not lose the dream. I thought about that in a dream. I then remember intentionally flying head on into an oversized fire hydrant. (Was about 8 feet tall) just to see what it would feel like. I felt almost nothing but stopped abruptly. (Yeah just like last time) Even though it showed the crash from third person and it looked really painful and made a cartoony 'clang' sound effect. I took off and started flying again, heading away from my subdivision to see if I could enter a dream-original environment. The trees had gnarled into loops and corridors making for a challenging but very fun flying course. At some point I flew through a treehouse. (In one window, out the other). I then decided that I wanted to head back to my neighborhood to see if I could do some summoning. I remembered my quick reverse technique for flying that I used to use. Do a (summersalt? somersalt?) in mid air and blast fire jets the other way. Much faster than a slow banking turn. I turned back to the neighborhood. I flew up high over it, getting the whole thing in view and noticing that it was outright deserted. I decided to try summoning at the house of my old crush from way back when. I came in close and saw a big black lab in their front yard. 'That's Familiar' I thought to myself. (Though this time it was big, but still realistically sized for a dog. Not like last time where the dog was seven feet tall.) But the dog was barking at me and growling viciously. Two other dogs came out and started barking too. One of them was a very small poodle or something, and the other one was I think a doberman, kind of skinny ish... Shouted 'NO' at the dog and told him to stop barking, but he didn't listen. I was reluctant to land for the dream journeying into dog attack nightmare territory. But I landed anyway. Luckily all of the dogs just wanted to give me kisses instead. The dream started to fade out. I remember realizing that I wasn't wearing any pants or underwear, just a tank top. I thought I could manifest them fairly easily, but that it was too late in the dream to matter. I then remember (as visuals went out) hearing an unrelated friend of mine ask why I was on his lawn wearing only a shirt.
Trying CAN-WILD last night but the alarm was too loud and long so woke me up too much. I was actually in a dream each time it went off so it has promise. I think I had a false awakening before this but can't remember enough to be sure. 1) It's night time. I'm outside next to some sort of communal building of a tribe of people. I pick up half a carcass and move it around, it's going to be used to trap something. I'm stood outside the building again at the back, there's a slope up the hill and we seem to be looking for something, I get the feeling that someone else tried before and failed. Then we are inside the building and it's light, I see a man riding a horse with a child on his shoulders and the child bumps into the rafters. I think there mightbe an elephant around as well. Now it's bright daylight and I look outside, we are by the side of a large dock, there's a hotel on the other side of it, suddenly a large crane swings across, I notice a woman is hung from it doing acrobatics. My canwild alarm went off. 2) I was in another dream when the next canwild went off, tried to remember it but went straight back to sleep. 3) In a sports hall type space with a round roof. There's a man cycling around it upside down. I explain to my daughter that he is generating his own gravity by cycling around the roof as if we are on a space station, then I think that we should be floating but realise that a system is generating gravity for us. The man starts climbing down a pole (or up from his point of view) to the point of zero gravity as if we were on a space station but it still actually looks like a sports hall. I explain this to my daughter. Everyone claps as he floats in the air then lands on the ground. 4) Another dream in a house with friends, I don't have time to try to remember the details, got to get to work! 5) In an office chair. Something to do with being on holoiday with scouts. I have to get back to my house. The chairs sets off taking me there, it's exciting as it's travelling really fast through crowds of people and up onto a pavement. I'm outsdie a house and I wonder if it can fly, then I'm up above the trees in the chair. An exciting dream.
I did a Wake Back To Bed this morning. I was actually awake for several hours before falling back to sleep. But I decided to give it a shot anyway. I lay back down with my mp3 player. I was listening to U2's album October playing super softly. I suddenly felt myself start to drift, so I decided to turn off the music. Then after a while I realized I was still hearing music, so I turned the music off again. (I'm not sure which one was the real one and which was the dream). I remember being in my mom's house. We had talked about remodeling it. I walked out to the garage and suddenly realized that it was in the middle of being remodeled. When did that happen? There was a huge round hole in the side of the garage and the whole garage was about ten times its usual size. The front was gone and huge stone pillars were being built on what was to be a beautiful new entry of the house in front of the garage. The next thing I remember is seeing a friend from high school. I had had a crush on this friend for a few years and he didn't ask me out for a real date until I had gone away to college and was serious with another guy. Yep, sad story. Anyway, in the dream I was glad to see him and we were laughing and having a good time. Then suddenly he morphed into a guy I had had a crush on in the fifth grade and who moved away so I had never kept in touch with him. Oh, how I had liked that guy. His name was Jason and he sat next to me. He had long dark brown hair and light brown skin (he may have been part Mexican or Native). He was always really nice to me and a protector of sorts. The guy who sat on the other side of me was often a jerk to me, and Jason would stand up for me. As a shy fifth grader I thought that was so amazing. Sooo, we were in a van and were talking, flirting and laughing. At some point I became lucid. I told him I wanted to take him flying. As is typical in my lucid dreams I didn't immediately realize that since I was dreaming he wouldn't be real. I kept on thinking he was really there, and now since I was lucid I could take him flying and show off a little. I held on to his arm and we took off into the air. We were still at my mom's property and we started flying above it. I was having trouble getting much height. Every time I thought we were high in the air I realized our feet were about to drag the ground. I told Jason to start moving his arms and hands like he was paddling though water. He did and we started getting higher. I told him I wanted to fly to the lake (now we were back to where I live). As we flew to the water I saw that it was more like a ride at Disneyland. I could see two whales that reminded me of the whales on the Storybook Land canal ride. As I got closer I could even see the whales' eyes open and close. I thought that was really cool. I landed in the water next to a waterfall and we swam a little. Then I suddenly realized that Jason had morphed into a baby. The absurdity of that reminded me that I was lucid dreaming and that I really needed to get serious and do a task. The first task that came to mind was the Ask a DC to share their favorite dream. I looked around and saw a young boy who looked to be about seven years old. He had brown hair, a sprinkle of freckles across his nose, and two front teeth that seemed too big for his mouth. I approached him and asked if he would tell me his favorite dream. He crinkled up his nose and gave me a mischievous look and thought for a second. Then he started, "Well, there were these two clown fish. And there were also these two dirty people. And they were swimming. And then they bumped into a log." He stopped and laughed. That was apparently the end of the dream. I wanted to clarify--in his little kid "accent" I couldn't tell if he had said "clown fish" or "clam fish", so I asked him. "Clowwwwn fish", he emphasized. Cool. It was a very simple kid-like dream. But it would work for the task. But as always, I wanted to repeat the task and see what other results I could get. I looked and saw a guy next to me. I was pretty sure it was my childhood crush, now morphed back into an adult, but looking a little different. I asked him if he would tell me his favorite dream. He grinned at me and started, "There were these two clown fish and two dirty--" "No-no--You don't get to repeat the kid's dream. You have to come up with one of your own." I interrupted. [Yep, my mind is always trying to cheat a little.] He stopped and I could tell he was pondering. So I looked around and saw another guy standing not far behind the kid. He looked like Bill Clinton, yet the lower half of his face was all narrow and pinched together like an alien face. I called out to him "Hey Bill Clinton Alien Dude. Tell me your favorite dream." The Bill Clinton Alien Dude stood there looking at me with a small, thoughtful, but creepy smile. I suddenly jerked awake.
Last night was a very, very interesting night. I woke up at 4:00 to do a WBTB, and I stayed up for about a half hour, writing down my dreams and keeping my mind on LDing. When I went back to bed, I used the MILD technique. I wasn't very tired, but once I had repeated lucid dreaming mantras many times, I was ready to go to bed. I imagined myself in a dream walking home from school. Several times my brain drifted away, but I got it back on track pretty quickly. Then I found myself imagining I was flying along in the hallways in my school, thinking about lucid dreaming. I'm not completely sure if that was a dream or not, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't. All of a sudden I felt and heard a loud pulsing in my ears. I was terrified, I thought I was having sleep paralysis. Nothing happened. I made a note to myself, if it happened again, I would open my eyes to see if anything was different or scary, like in sleep paralysis. It happened a few more times, and once I remembered to open my eyes. Nothing happened. I was just in my bedroom, like normal. Somehow during all this I managed to fall asleep, thinking about lucid dreaming. In my dream I was in my technology class in school, completely naked. I thought it probably was a dream, but I was still rather self conscious. Hiding myself under a desk, I started talking to someone. She ignored me. It had to be a dream. I stood on the desk and shot out of the room up into space. Stars were everywhere, but there was nothing else. I wished to see Earth, and all of a sudden the plant shot out of nowhere, and I was back at my house. Although amazed, I decided to stay down on Earth. I began flying around in my neighborhood, using the bouncing on air method. I saw a mom, not mine, waving to me down by my driveway. I landed, and asked her where she was going. All she said was "goodbye." I said "not even a goodbye kiss?" and she bolted away over the tops of the trees. In the dream I was still lucid and had been doing reality checks to make sure I didn't sleep back into unawareness. But somehow the scene had saddened me. I did not know the person at all, but it somehow it had made me extremely emotional. I laid down on the ground and started crying. I thought to myself, if I keep crying like this, I'm going to lose my lucidity. At that moment, I was back in my room, and had a false awakening. This was my best lucid dream yet! I'm really excited to do another WBTB tonight, and I'll report tomorrow on what happens.
Went to bed around 9.30pm and set alarm for wbtb at 3.30am Woke a few times and recorded dream and sat up for 1 hour wbtb from 3-4am Laid back down at about 4.15am with Mantra ' I am dreaming ' as well as confirming with myself I am always able to leave my body easily and to enter the dream world is my greatest passion ✨✨✨ Yay this morning in Lucid Remembered Totm ' Ask a dream character what their favourite dream is/was' Have been lying on my back and got to very clear space where my body felt asleep with mind vast as space - got to blissful places and vibration stages but slipped into clear and vivid NL at some point...turned onto my side at 5.45am. Went in and out of dreamlets for a bit then found myself in the dark/vastness of my consciousness suddenly aware what to do to get myself into the dream ( instead of just lying there and enjoying it as I often do) I start moving my dream body this way and that ...kind of like flipping over and Turing etc - hard to explain what I was doing - at the same time I am focusing on a prayer and visualisation which is of each of my family members one by one ; bringing the individual into the focus and forefront of my mind and making very strong prayers that everything in their life be bountiful/wonderful and all things good etc etc... The more I focused on this and the moving of my dream body, the clearer the feeling was that I was coming into my lucid dream - Wow , what an entrance though ... Not rehearsed but on hind site I have been thinking a bit about the power of prayer and goodness a lot recently and how it heals the mind. ...As Well as putting thought into what 'my' method of wild is 🌹 I am imagining that I am in our dark bedroom as the realisation that ' this is me conscious in my dream hits me fully - 🌠 I am Lucid - I easily slide out of/through the window and with the wonderful feeling of flight duck and dive over tree tops and flowering bushes - marvelling over the lush green gardens below me and coloured flowers also dotted about ...I land and enjoy being in this beautiful place ... In the distance I see a bus going passed on the road which reminds me of the Totm to hop on and go for a journey to places Unknown - I don't feel like rushing out of the garden but remember then the Totm I am about to do ; a smart looking girl DC is walking firmly towards me so I ask her what her favourite dream is/was ' The happy ones' she says confidently looking me very directly in the eye ' And any specific one of those happy dreams?' I ask ' Not the unhappy ones' She says flatly ' Ok, thanks' I say and chuckle to myself🌸 I can't wait to meet her again and am deffinatelly spending more time pondering the beauty of the place and allowing myself ' time ' to ponder my place/existence within my dream - getting there 🌅🌌

Morning of March 4, 2016. Friday. Dream #: 17,973-02. Reading Time: 2 min 33 sec. This dream is long and about flying, with the theme a comic-book-like adventure with meetings with supervillains. In the beginning, I am the only mutant in the world. After a lengthy meandering segment with me flying around using the term “human” somewhat disparagingly, with increasing emotion, I begin to understand that there are others like me, though this is mostly a farce at first. I find it amusing that people, mostly in their twenties, are joining a group of supervillains even though they are thus far not only not mutants but have no special abilities. None of them can fly as I can. Still, they seem happy when I meet them. A young man who is short and oddly dressed cheerfully shakes hands with me and claims he is Mole Man (a Marvel Comics villain). I am his inspiration. Other people will soon follow him but symbolically remain under my command. I acknowledge him out of mock respect (with subliminal dream state awareness) though I do not patronize him, as he is taking it seriously even though, again, he is not a mutant. The situation is inviting and interesting. Later, I see a young male who is having trouble walking because of a physical impairment of one leg being longer than the other. People are making fun of him. He eventually seems to be spitting small balls of fire a distance from the sidewalk into a little cylindrical rubbish bin behind a business building. Although most of the other supervillains I meet have already chosen their name, I call him “Pyro,” which relates to fire as well as the Marvel character. He asks me, “What about Pyro-Gomdulla?” Curiously, I recall a dream from 1971 and the Gomdulla character (from a comic book), yet do not fully realize I am dreaming. I consider he could become a giant mummy with telekinetic abilities (as in the comic book story) if he chooses that name, so I tell him that Gomdulla is an unsuitable phrase in a different language. He decides to keep “Pyro.” I eventually fly around with a younger version of Zsuzsanna, carrying her on my left side. (She sleeps on my left in reality.) I start to think others are developing the ability to fly, but this proves to be incorrect. I meet an unknown girl with no pupils or irises. She seems to be like the Scarlet Witch in abilities though with Storm’s overall appearance. Eventually, it starts to dawn on me that, because supervillains exist, a superhero or two could come into the picture and prove to be problematic (though this thought does not concern me). I assume much of that would be pretense as well. However, there are eventually additional “real” mutants who have unique powers and can fly. I also meet up with Captain Marvel, portrayed as an otherwise normal male in an elaborate white and purplish-blue costume that features various symbols. He cannot seem to fly and is not exceptionally strong. I throw him around, his cape sometimes going over his head, making it difficult for him to see or fight, and I am asking him why he does not fly. Presently, there are two superheroes on Earth, Captain Marvel and one I do not recall, who mostly sit in restaurants and converse in costume. From here, the differences between heroes and villains seem superficial, as I remain only subliminally (not actively) aware of being in the dream state. The presence of Mole Man relates to subliminally perceiving being asleep as “being underground” while, in contrast, Pyro represents the potential for consciousness reinitiation (waking from the dream state). The “living mummy” reference (Gomdulla) relates to being asleep as well (covered by a blanket). The girl villainess with no pupil or iris mostly signifies that my real eyes cannot see while I am asleep.

I had another LD, yay! Yeterday while running (50 min) I was practising awareness. Every song I changed a sense. It was hearing, seeing and touching - I took the inspiration from here: http://www.dreamviews.com/attaining-...cid-dreams.htm. I did this also before sleep while laying on my bed (without songs, same as orginal method). I also drank 2 glasses of fresh apple-carrot juice at the evening. I feel asleep for ~4h, then I wrote one my non-lucid, played 2-3 logic games on my phone, read one thread on DV and tryed to WILD with counting from 100 to 0 with saying between numbers "lucid dream" (ginsan's gold method ;p) and focusing on my breath (I also thought about LD, bonus task from TOTM). When I finished counting I tryed to stay calm. I said to myself that I did everything and now I must be patient. I had some random thoughts about LD in my head anyway. I spend awoken ~2h. Non-lucid parts Lucid parts #4 LD During non-lucid dream I went to sleep (or at least I laid down). When I raised my head I saw an integrated circuit which was moving by itself (induced by https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WhR7DmSp1Zg, lol). I did RC and I got lucid. However I was going through different settings, all of them were dark, I think there were also FAs. I stayed focus hopefully. I was rubbing my hends to stabilize it but it wasn't working well. Then I sterted rolling on the floor to get any touching senations and it worked a little. I shouted few commans, like "Vivid dream!" (I was hearing myself) but it didn't work. I was in my room but it was empty and dark. There were some door/window and I tryed to see behind them some scene but it didn't work either. So I was clever enough - I went to the window, blinds were lowered but I saw faintly a sun behind them. I was pulling them up (there were 2 layers of them) and voilà! Light! I saw my old furnishings. There were dust everywhere and I looked at the moment at wooden cat which I don't have in RL. I again felt too certain and I went out to the kitchen. There was dark but not empty, I saw that it's snowing outside and I felt happy about it. I went to the balcony, I didn't feel temperature, the snow was too nice to watch. I flew up, I had to decide what to do and first thought was about 1st basic task from TOTM - "Hop on a bus/tram/train and leave for places unknown. Describe where it takes you." I live close to the railway tracks so that was easy to find. I wasn't into this task really but I had to decide sth. I passed some guy and I thought that he doesn't see me because I'm invisible (like it would an OBE). I was above the tracks, I did RC with nose and rubbed hands for sec. One train was going immediately, I tryed to catch it but it was too fast and I couldn't get enough speed. So I turned back, there was another train (and one more I think). I was floating in the air for a while because of changing the direction. It was going up through the spiral tracks. I catched the top of it - I knew that it will stop in a moment because we were almost on some station (I thought that it's similar to RL and I was disappointed a bit but it wasn't so I wasn't 100% lucid apparently, don't know if this counts for TOTM then). Station was called "Shirokuma" and the setting was from anime "Shirokuma Cafe". I don't remember it very vivid, however it was nice and green, there was a panda corner (like in ZOO, the anime is i.a. about it). There weren't any trains and tracks, I only remember a sign with the station's name. Probably because of my bad attitude and instability I loose the lucidity. I woke up I think (maybe FA?), I was too tired to wrote it down and I did it after some time of sleep.

AAAAA! I HAD LD. 2 LDS. Thanks to the... bellyache. I slept already 9h so I didn't want to sleep more (because I'm trying to change my sleep schedule) but I felt ill so I spent 1-1,5h on my bed with phone and heater. Then I thought that I'm poor little thing and I should go to sleep just for 5 min. Meanwhile I was thinking about that my dreams are boring and meh + reading message from my Dream Buddy (MamaBilleh) who had a dream about flying so maybe it had something to do with it. ANYWAY. Non-lucid parts Lucid parts #2 & 3 LD I had a dream about talking with my friend via phone and comp. She made many misspellings, sometimes these weren't even words. I was writing to her a long message but I went to sleep because I was tired. When I was laying on my bed I knew that this conversation was in a dream. Then I thought "why I didn't do any RC, she was writing so strange, I missed the chance for LD again!". And I was lying there, it was dark. I noticed that my computer was in a different place than usual (and some light was reflecting in it). So I did RC lazily - nose plug. And WUT? I can breathe?! So I got up, there was still dark. I couldn't belive that I feel so physically. I headed to the window because I wanted to FLYYYY. I had some issues with going through the window smoothly, it was dark sometimes but I managed to do that. I felt that I'm going through the narrow aperture/passage (I don't have enough words in English ;_;). Outside was rainy morning. I was flying easily, I didn't have any doubts for it this time. So I was flying around my yard, I thought that I should do something to use anyhow this time. I summoned a cat (imagining that he's just behind some object). I tried to catch him but I couldn't. And there was a street so I was afraid that he'll be run over by a car. Then I started to lose control. I thought for a short while that I'm awake but I tried to check it anyway. I was again on my bed. And it worked! It was dark as well, this time I thought that it'll be good to get rid of it. I was rubbing my hands and thinking about vivid dream. It didn't work. Then, still rubbing hands, I shouted a command "Vivid Dream!" or sth. And woooohooo! Everything turned to light and vivid (there were even some sparkles), I was really excited about that (so I didn't pay attantion that it's my old furnishings and stuff). I went through the window with more certainty this time. I thought about TOTM from DV. So I did one in last minute, *fanfares*. I looked at the sky, it was sunset but I still saw the full shape of the sun. And it was unnatural big. Rest was rather normal, some clouds and sky. Returning to the flying, I headed to the sunset. My flying was like swiming (?) or sth, then I changed style to Superman. I felt the speed! I flew up, it was darker and darker unfortunatelly. But I saw a moon faintly, it was even bigger than the sun. Then I heard that my mom was calling me from the kitchen. So I thought that I'm waking up. I tried to maintain the lucidity and I was flying/falling down with thought that I'll gain some light if I'll crash on the ground and make an explosion with rainbow (yeah...). I heard knocking. My mom entered. I thought I'm awake. She was asking me about going to town, gave me a bag and left. I was lying on my bed but then on my chair near the desk. I was confused because of that much FAs and I started to waking up in RL. And I did. These was rather short, maybe 30 sec each one. In RL I slept ~1h during these but I had also non-lucids. So excited. It seemed to be so easy! And now I know that dream control and stabilization are not just some additional things ;P And that WBTB may actually help me. FA as well. RCs. So much information and experience.
a short one: (first person) flying/hovering above the highway, going fairly fast until i fall forward on my face and wake up. this one was cool because flying is something i like doing in dreams and i think is also a dream sign of mine. i think the highway was based on the highway 99 in reality because i got a sense of the mountains and ocean around me. this dream was more like a fragment that i had near to the end of my sleep cycle.
Ritual: Set vibrating alarm for 40m at 6:20am. I don't remember it going off, but I began dreaming that I was trying to fall asleep, until it gradually dawned on me that I was already dreaming. It was 7:19 when I awoke, so given that the dream must have manifested at some point after the signal went off at 7am (since it was not interrupted by it), it could have lasted up to 19m. I'm classifying this as DILD and not EILD since lucidity was not initiated by recognition of the device signal. DILD: Initially I am on a beach, lying on a sort of cot, trying to fall asleep. There are other people all around me, and their activity and noise is keeping me awake. I mention aloud to someone nearby that I seem to be entering REM state even while awake, as I notice crisp and colorful visuals superimposing themselves over my visual field. Even though the new scene is layered over the old one, it is distinct enough that I can make out details: I am at the edge of a river running through a futuristic city. Some sort of V-shaped flying craft is flying in tripartite geometrical formations up above, the crafts each giving off light colored red, white, or blue, each grouped into a separate section. Is this meant to be a patriotic display? I do not change position, but the cot I'm lying on becomes a sort of couch as the environment around me resolves into a room full of kids. Someone plays a video on a TV monitor, which annoys me because I am trying to fall asleep and the music is distracting. But then they mention that the video features Jonathan Tweet, and the name sounds familiar. When I remember it is one of my favorite game developers, I take more interest in the video and sit up. Something makes me think this is a kind of school where the kids are learning lucid dream abilities. One boy, bald, sits to the left of me on my couch and he's trying to test his powers against me. He takes my hand in his, which begins to glow blue, and I realize that he's trying to "crystal" me, that is, harm me with the pale blue light he is creating. I counter it easily, however. This frustrates him and he begins trying to bite me. He opens a disturbingly wide mouth and tries to chomp down on my hand, but I counter him by softening both his flesh and his resolve, so that mouth sags toothlessly and he never completes the bite. We go through this cycle three or four times before I tire of the game and get up. By now I'm aware that I am already dreaming, and I walk into the next room, recalling my personal goals. [I accomplish a personal task, finding a certain fictional character, then suggest that we become dragons to fulfill one of the TOTYs.] I lead the way to a window and lift it open. We're about four storeys up, but I jump out without hesitation and spread my arms, letting the air catch me. As I fly off to the left, I focus on trying to develop the "feel" of a dragon body: four legs, wings, tail, scaly skin. I haven't tried this before and the results are so-so, a fluctuating hybrid between the new bodymap and my usual one. I am flying over what strikes me as a mid-twentieth-century city. There are no skyscrapers, just a mixture of low commercial and residential buildings that cover a wide expanse. I recall that the task requires me to destroy a village, but the city below seems too urban to qualify. Would a neighborhood count as a "village"? But my moral qualms kick in, and I hesitate to bring wrath upon an innocent residential neighborhood. I fly further on, toward the edge of the city, looking for a more remote target, preferably one with few occupants. After exploring the land for a while, I find a spot that, while a stretch to call it a "village," at least satisfies my ethical preoccupations: it is a cluster of buildings around a large industrial apparatus, evidently a manufacturing concern of some kind. I don't notice any people wandering around, so hopefully there are not many on site to be harmed. I can't imagine I'll find a better target (at least in relation to my own concerns, rather than the specifications of the task), so I begin circling over the site, breaking the buildings and bashing them down. Meanwhile I focus on maintaining my dragon form; this takes constant vigilence because it is so unfamiliar, and too easily slips into sensations more congruent with human limbs. What color dragon am I? I recall that D&D dragons can take many different colors, with corresponding breath weapons. On the ruins of the factory, I test acid and frost breath in turn, trying to decide which feels more natural. I like the effects of frost—after freezing metal walls solid they shatter in a satisfying way—but then I remember that the task specifies leaving flaming ruins in my wake, so I switch to fire. There isn't much in the way of visuals; rather than great gouts of flame, my fire breath is more of an intense heat that makes metal glow red. But I dutifully knock down and burn the factory into rubble. Afterwards, I hover anxiously over the destroyed site to see if anyone was harmed by my stunt. (I know, I know, I make a terrible dragon.) I do spot someone—something?—running around frantically, but as I peer closer, it does not look human at all. Curiously, it appears to be a small white gem that I take to be a cubic zirconia, attached to a tiny wire loop that looks like it must have once been the pendant of an earring. The sense of scale has been skewing dramatically as I have been peering closer, and now I feel back to my normal human size and form, kneeling over ruined buildings the size of an architectural model. I look carefully and spot two more little gems running around. Unless there are more I don't see, three victims isn't too bad, and at least they're still alive, even if they're looking understandably anxious. (How do gems even look anxious? It was something in the way they moved.) [I've been concentrating on my task and realize I have lost track of my friend. I look for him and we are briefly re-united before I wake up.]
