    1. 28/05/11 - Semi lucid and lucid

      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

      Good morning! Was out drinking heavily last night, but I slept for so long that the REM rebound must have kicked in. Had a couple of fun dreams including some lucidity.

      02.00: Sleep

      13.00: The beach
      I'm on a beach with Monica and my friend Felix. Felix is out in the water. I see a huge wave coming in. "Felix watch out!" I yell and the second later it crashes down on him. The water washes over me but I don't care, although the people sunbathing might. I look behind me and see a mother and daughter lying there. They squeal when the water hits them.

      I've got a surfing board and I decide to try it out. It's white and pretty small, like a plastic board or something. It's awesome! I ride the waves and I'm pretty good considering I've never done it before. I start thinking of dream control and know I can control stuff. I make the thing spin around and around while going towards the beach. Monica is gone I realise when I head for our blankets. Although there's a piece of reed sticking up from the water. I grab it and Monica comes up with it. "Damn it!" she says, her ninja attempt thwarted.


      13.00: Fragments
      *I'm with my friend Henrik. We're going to a natural water spring, apparently they've made a big fountain there. I can see water running down a mountain wall and Henrik reaches out with a bottle. The water hits a pine further up and I don't feel like drinking pine-water. I spot a huge tanker truck by the well. It's filling up with water.

      *I'm playing World of Warcraft. I walk around in some neutral city and head up a mountainside. There are no people around strangely. I walk up to a shop and try to find some item I want. It's only got high level gear, and a fancy tune starts playing as soon as I talk to the NPC. I leave him and head up the mountain side. I stop at the top and look at the view, it's pretty cool.

      *I wake up in my bed. All I can see is Monica's panties in my face, she's frisky this morning I think and kiss her. I look up and around the room. Our kitchen door is dark brown. That's not right. I count my fingers and realise I'm dreaming. The dream becomes unstable right away.

      I end up in darkness and get some SP sensations. I visualize sand in my hands and start spinning.

      Suddenly I'm standing on the beach again from the previous dream.

      I lose the dream again and I relax as much as possible again.

      I wake up in my bed, I've got seven or eight fingers.

      I wake up for real.

    2. A Black Hole on my Wall?

      im sitting in my living room watching TV, there is no one else around me, i look to my right to see what appears to be a black hole on the wall next to me, i raise my hand up and put it near the spot and saw my fingers get pulled in and warped, it begins to gain strength and my hand is pulled in, no matter how hard i try i cant pull them out, eventually my entire arm is inside it, i look around but no one is there to help me. after a few minutes of trying, i finally manage to get my arm out, i then walk upstairs and, oddly, begin to write a dream journal of this exact dream when i wake up in my bed.

    3. A Quickie..

      This is one of my usual brief encounters with the lucid world.
      All that happened was I walked into my bedroom and immediately said out loud "I am dreaming!" I became happy and walked to the kitchen where I spun around a few times which was a bad choice because my dream body became groggy and I pretty much faded into a regular dream right after.
    4. Soccer, Music, Lava Lamp, Ant Attack!

      Dream #1:

      M, J, and K are in a soccer league. M + J's team is playing K's team. K's team is winning. M is goalie, J is something like a defender. I am watching from the sideline, but on M + J's side of the field. I am on M's right. The goals are close to the corners of the field, and are tilted at an angle. M + J's goal is on the opposite side of the field from me. The field is divided into zones, and you can only hit the ball in one certain way, depending on what zone you're in. M is not doing a good job of staying near the goal, and the other team keeps scoring.

      Later, I am goalie in a different game. A couple of balls get past me, and I look at the back of the goal. There's a little poster, the size of a regular piece of printer paper, which is white with a picture in the center of the top half, and a quote on the bottom half. The picture is of a dejected-looking robot, who also looks kind of wimpy. The quote is something like, "We're hanging on - that's all we can say." It's supposed to look like someone on our team said that, but I suspected that the other team just made it up.


      Dream #2:

      Mr. K asks me what my favorite piece of music is. I am taken aback. I tell him I have three candidates. I then adjust this number to four. I start thinking, trying to narrow it down. I throw out the piece that I thought of that made me change the number of candidates to four, which was something by Beethoven but I don't know what. Then, I say, "My third favorite piece is Beethoven's string quartet no. 14." I feel kind of guilty saying that it's my third favorite, because it used to be my #1 favorite. Next, I say that my second favorite piece is Messiaen's Twenty Gazes on the Infant Jesus. I notice that he is typing on a computer (which I don't think was there before). The screen is pointed away from me, but I can see the keyboard, so I watch him type and figure out that he's typing the name of the Messiaen piece, but in French. He has to backspace a lot, but he finally gets it. I tell him, "If you want to buy it, you should get Peter Hill, Roger Muraro, or Nigel Simeone." I get confused, because Nigel Simeone never recorded it. So I say, "You know what? Just get the Muraro. And watch out for Yvonne Loriod's recording. She was Messiaen's wife, so she knows the piece better than anyone, and it's a good recording, but the sound is bad." I was going to tell him that my #1 favorite piece was Messiaen's opera St. Francis, but the dream ended.



      Dream #3:

      J is at Brandon's birthday party. He is eating pizza. B+T show up. I want pizza, but J eats it all. First, he eats what's left of the sausage pizza, which I wasn't interested in, then, I see pepperoni and reach for a slice, but he grabs both the remaining slices before I can get one. Then, I see a canadian bacon pizza and decide that I will have to settle for that, but he scoops up all the slices. It was a thin crust pizza, cut into tiny little squares, so he just grabs the five or six squares that were left. I ended up not getting any pizza.



      Dream #4:

      Something about a lava lamp. It had red, blue, yellow, green, purple, and orange little lava things, but the purple and orange dominated.



      Dream #5:

      My sister and I are at an outdoor celebration. Someone is giving a speech, and I am supposed to launch a rocket at the end of it. The rocket launcher is out on the lawn, and the button is on a wooden table with a lot of wires on it. The button is red, coming out of a green little stand. I accidentally knock the button over, and it rolls off the table. The cord doesn't allow it to fall all the way to the ground. I pick it up by the cord and start to put it back on the table, but the cord brushes against another wire on the table, and this triggers the rocket. I look over at the rocket. There is a red explosion, which doesn't seem to have any purpose, then a white explosion which launches the rocket. It only goes up about 15-20 feet, then falls back down. Since it was in the middle of the speech, people are confused and start clapping a little.

      Later, my sister and I are looking for a little v-shaped nail. She finds it in a sandbox, but it is too small for her to pick up. I bend down and grab it, but as soon as I move it, ants start pouring out of where it used to be. I tell my sister to move, but she is laughing and looking at something. I keep telling her to move or the ants will get her, and finally she moves, but she doesn't seem too concerned about the ants. I realize that the whole time I was trying to get her to move, I was standing right in the middle of all the ants, so I retreat and start brushing them off. However, every time I brush them off, more start crawling up my legs! I get into this pattern of taking several steps away from the anthill, then brushing my legs off, but I never can get far enough away that they stop coming.

    5. Spiders In My Soda!

      I was holding a Mountain Dew and I decided to put a spider in there. It floated, but I wanted it to sink. I blew on it repeatedly, but it just didnt sink. So I put another spider in there. Both spiders where brown recluses. I blew on that one to, but alas it did not sink. Both spiders where moving around and gradually died. I kept trying to get them both to sink tho. I did not sink them. The dream ended.

      If mom heard about this dream she would call me a spider killing hero.

    6. The Weird Passage

      So I remember my big sister Ken coming in and crying. I talked to her about that. I also saw that her hair was on fire. She told me that while in this passage with some other people and her friends, she fell of her horse and got stepped on. Ouch. The reason her hair was on fire was because there were torches along the walls that shone blue fire.

      One of my friends shortly after invited me to go to the same passage; except, I think I would ride on a horse with him. I think this "passage" was some sort of game, and if you got through it, you won.

      So I went with him along with his other friends on horses. We were racing through the passage. I remember seeing our horse. I wasn't looking from my own eyes.

      That's all I remember.

    7. Cody Escaped!

      I was in my basement. The dog cages where still behind the couch from the tornado warnings the other day. Faith was eating out of a dog bowl by the cages. Not to long later I found cody eating outa the bowl with her. This is bad because two years ago Faith nearly killed Cody and since then we keep one of them locked up at a time and switch them out throughout the day. I got scared and saw that cody undid the side of his cage, what a smart dog. I nearly panicked and I yelled for dad to come help me, he ran downstairs and grabed faith and I got hold of cody and walked him over to his cage. I vaugly remember doing a failed nose plug reality check. The dream ended.

    8. House and Cuddy

      In an episode of "House" I'm riding around with house and cuddy as they make amends to people that they've wronged. I am standing with them on somebody's front porch. It's a light green house with a white door. The door has a brass door knocker in the center of it about 6 feet up. Cuddy and House are arguing about who is going to talk and what they are going to say. The door opens and a bald, fat, bearded man with a wifebeater and a shotgun. He yells. We scream and run. I hear the shotgun being fired at us.

    9. meeting friend in cafe; with friend in restaurant

      Good morning, everybody.

      Dream #1

      I was in a cafe that looked more like a small deli. The space was really tight, although the store seemed to extend pretty far back. There was one narrow area that tiered up a meter or so to a narrow platform. Then there were stairsteps down to a very narrow back area with a drinks display refrigerator. Beside the narrow platform there was some kind of buffet style sevice area, with a cash register at the end, near the front of the store.

      My friend R was in the cafe, sitting at some small table around a corner (?) at the back end of the platform area. I might have been surprised to meet him here, but I may also have been scheduled to meet him here.

      R may have been finished eating. He had at least gotten his food. I was kind of ashamed that I was so slow that I hadn't even picked up my food yet. I needed to get food. R said something like he'd wait for me to get my food and then leave.

      I was definitely thinking of a specific kind of food. I think desserts were the main thing served here. But I got an image in my head of a white cake box with a small turkey or whole cornish game hen in it.

      I looked at the drinks display case for a moment, then I went to the cashier. Space felt pretty weird. Sometimes I felt like I stood higher than the cashier. Other times I felt like I didn't feel like I could order, receive, or pay for my food. I felt like my ineptitude might have been annoying the cashier. But she was remaining polite and smiling the whole time.

      Dream #2

      I was in a restaurant with my friend H. Another woman was following us. The woman was A, a girl who works at a cafe I go to all the time.

      The restaurant was apparently a fine restaurant. But it looked kind of like a big living room in an ordinary, suburban house, filled with dining tables. The windows were smallish and high up on the walls, giving the sense that this place was sunk down a little into the ground. Everything had a blue-grey light. The carpet may have been blue. The restaurant was full of people, mostly older people.

      H and I had been sitting at one table, but the girl A had followed us there. So now we'd been moved to another table. But A followed us there as well. Our table was a long table, maybe made for four or six people. A sat at a table for two which was connected with another table for two by a wooden, bench-style seat. That table was at right angles to ours, and A sat with her back to H and I.

      I may have seen all of this as if I were looking at it from outside my body. I may have been wearing a round-brimmed hat, like I wore in college.

      Upset that A was following us again, I decided to leave the restaurant. I managed to get H and I up and out of the restaurant at a time when A wasn't looking. We were gone, but my view remained in the restaurant.

      A waitress came up to serve A. The waitress was Asian and wore a black shirt and black oants. A asked the waitress who I was and where I was going.

      I probably now saw from A's point of view. She was walking along some portico area made of stone or concrete and brick. She kept passing all these clothing stores and other stores. Some of the stores were set into the brick wall. Others were on the opposite side, the open air side, of the portico, between the columns, apparently in thin air. Other stores were just signs standing up on polished metal poles.

      The stores were all also like apartments. The quality of the clothes in each store indicated the quality of the apartment. A (I still saw through her eyes) was looking through all these stores to find out which one indicated the apartment I lived in.

      As she did this, she had a thought-conversation with a woman who seemed to be an older, guiding figure in her life. I'd occasionally see the woman's face fading before A's view, like a ghostly double-exposure on a photo.

      A finally walked past one store which didn't look like a store at all. It actually looked like the sliding doors of an elevator, except made out of pale wood. The doors were also almost 3 meters tall. There were some words in gold or bronze lettering that gave the name of the store, some store for really good men's suits. This, A assumed, was where I lived, or that this was the clothing store that indicated what kind of apartment I live in.

      A was now convinced that I was some kind of billionaire. I don't think her plan was right away to follow me into this store, which now, at least, actually did lead to my apartment. I think she planned to come up with some way to blackmail me or trick me into being with her so she could have my money.

      But then A (I still seeing through her eyes) saw a man standing in the doorway of the store, as if the doors swung open instead of sliding open. The man was white, about average height, a little stocky, but muscly. He had close-shaved hair on his head and a little stubble on his face. He wore a brown or grey blazer, a green, button-up shirt, and blue jeans.

      The man may have been inviting A into the store. I think that A now figured that she would go into the store and try to find my apartment.

      I was in front of the entrance to my school's athletic center; this entrance consisted of two large double-doors painted a pale turquoise, against drywall that was painted a very light beige. Vending machines were on either side of the doors (not the case in real life). If you were to exit the athletic center and into the hallway (where I was standing), and turn right, you'd get to an open flight of solid stairs.

      The lighting in the school was dimmer than normal. I could see people walking up and down the stairs, and past me too. I didn't recognize any of their faces, which I could've sworn were kind of blurry.

      I did recognize one person, however - I saw my friend walk up to me and say, "what are you doing? Come on!"

      "What do you mean?" I asked. I was very confused. But for some reason, then I suddenly knew what was going on. "Ugh... What time is it?"

      "Eight".

      She must have meant eight at night, because I felt somewhat tired and was thinking about how I just 'wanted to go home for the night'. Not to mention, the lights were dim and that only happens when the school is closing down for the night. I whined, "I don't want to stay and volunteer for the debate."

    11. Flying the Plane, Dodging the Train, and the Young Thieves

      I think I did a mini CAT (cycle adjustment technique) this morning! I always get up at 7:00 in the morning, but today I set my alarm for 6:30 because I wanted to get up early to work on my speech for school elections. I was woken up by the alarm, but then I decided to sleep in some more. I fell asleep and had two dreams, the first of which was rather long. I'll write them as separate entries.
      Dream 1
      Flying the Plane, Dodging the Train, and the Young Thieves

      It was early in the morning. The sunless sky was casting a yellow glare on the scenery. I was outside my house, facing the road perpendicular to the driveway, which I was standing on. This driveway was situated off a small crescent road, of which came off the side of a three-lane road in a quiet neighborhood. The driveway wasn't in very good condition; the concrete was smashed in some areas, there were a few cracks, and there were also bits of rock and stone in places. The grass on either side of the driveway was clean and a nice green color, and the sidewalk crossing the driveway looked relatively normal, almost perfectly in line with the road.

      I started to walk off the driveway, and then I set foot onto the crescent. As soon as I took my third step down it, I was stopped by my mother, who had come up from behind me. She grabbed me by the arm and shouted accusations, including "get back in the house now or I'll tell everyone what you did!".

      Although I wasn't lucid, I exhibited some form of dream control. I hissed at her and immediately proceeded to shapeshift into a red, traditional-looking Chinese dragon. I didn't feel the transition, but I did see my arms and tail curl around, from the corner of my eye. I growled at her, and pushed off the ground, shooting into the air. I made an arc that was around fifty feet long, and then landed back on the ground. For some reason, I "knew" that I'd lost her, and she wasn't following me at the moment because she didn't know where I was.

      I was now on a country-like gravel road with normal city houses on either side, which almost made it look like a normal street. There were a few tall, gray, 40-story or so buildings in the back, mostly with large glass windows like you'd see in a big city such as Minneapolis. I didn't turn to see what was behind me, as I was looking ahead - there were telephone poles and their wires on either side of the street, going parallel to it (like they would do in real life). There were also some wires that criss-crossed and ended up going from one side to the other. A few wires were even hanging loosely down; these wires were so (impossibly, given the distance between the two sides) long that they were right on the middle of the road.

      Ahead of me, there was a small yellow plane, facing directly down the road and away from me. It looked like a Seagull Models "Yak 54". It was about four feet tall, not quite big enough to fit a person. However, the cockpit wasn't really in the plane but sticking out. I stepped into the plane, and when I was settled in the cockpit, only my waist and below was inside. My upper body was sticking out on top. The plane had a black-and-silver steering wheel like that of a car, but it didn't have just a few large connections between the outer ring and the inner circle; it had many thin connections. It reminded me of a ship's wheel. But this wheel was also pretty small, only two thirds the size of a dinner plate. I grabbed it, and the plane took off by itself. I didn't need to push any buttons or anything.

      I flew down the road, and I had to dodge a telephone wire that was hanging vertically downwards, a bit to my right. It didn't seem to be hanging from anything, it was jus suspended in air. I veered left, and now there were two wires crossing the space where I was about to fly. These, too, didn't seem to be connected to anything. I pulled on the wheel to raise the plane up, and I flew just over top of the wires, almost hitting them.

      After two or three minutes, I landed. Between the initial takeoff and landing, however, was a seamless blend of location. I was no longer flying down a road, but I was going down a train track along the side of a rocky cliff. Rugged mountains dotted the area; there was also one mountain especially close to the left side of the tracks. The rocks were grey with some brown, and the ground was also brown rock, somewhat dusty in areas. My plane had changed from being yellow to a deep orange color with a few indiscernible black accents. I was going down this track, flying just a few inches above it. I knew that my mother was coming after me on a train. I knew the train was yellow with black points, and some silver and grey; it looked like a CN Railway train except with the different colors.

      I also knew she was right behind me. I came to an entrance to a sort of "valley" on the cliff, and I jumped off my plane (which continued to veer down the tracks by itself) and ran around a big tall boulder to hide. I knew if my mother went through here, she would continue down the tracks without realizing she'd passed me. At this time, my sister came out of nowhere and knelt down beside me, behind the same rock. I told her, "Stay here, she won't find us".

      I knew the train was coming. The train itself made no noise whatsoever, but I heard metal vibrating on the tracks, which was almost like a thumping noise. My view had now changed from first-person to third-person; I cannot tell exactly when this happened, but it did. I saw the train, which consisted of at least five cars, turn sharply and come around the boulder to where we were. Instead of crashing into us, however, it veered right off the side of the cliff.

      My sister didn't exist in the dream anymore, so I went around the boulder toward the railway tracks. My plane was sitting right there for some reason, as if it hadn't gone flying down the tracks earlier. It was missing the seat and the wheel, though. I looked down the tracks, and the mountains/boulders had now changed to a more brownish rock, and there were tall buildings on either side, almost like an alleyway. The atmosphere got a bit foggier, as well.

      Looking down the tracks, I saw two boys. They were wearing clothes that looked like they were from the 1800s - grey pants and shirts, with jackets and messenger hats. I also noticed that one of them was holding the two missing parts of my plane. I ran at them, and they started to book it. The boy who wasn't carrying the parts ran faster, but the other one was rather sluggish. It was easy to catch up, push him forward a bit, and grab the two parts right out of his hands. "You shouldn't do that!" I scolded.

      The dream skipped again. I was now walking down the inside of a hallway. This hallway was probably five feet wide - not that large. However, it was very long. There were polished wooden doors (to dressing rooms, in particular) on either side; each of them were spaced about thirty feet apart or so. The lighting was dark, and pale greenish-blue, which cast a weird glow on the very pale, dark blue tiles spaced by white grout. I remember seeing small glowing yellow balls of light around the ceiling that provided some illumination, but not much. As I walked down the hallway, the doors turned into dark blue tents that were actually inside the walls. Basically, the entrance flap on the front of each tent was on the wall, and when you'd go through it, into the actual tent, that part was inside the wall.

      I passed these tents as if everything was normal. After a few moments of walking, I started to see people in huge, extravagant costumes. These costumes mostly consisted of a small white masquerade masks. Attached to the masks were huge, long, detailed feathers of many colours that spanned out and hid the shape of peoples' faces and upper bodies. On peoples' legs were heavy, baggy pants, which looked almost velvety. These pants were dark blue and black. Overall, these features made the people look a bit scary, but I wasn't afraid in the dream.

      I just kept walking.

    12. Dragon Ball Z Marathon

      Gosh, it's been a while since I was on here.

      Anyway, I've had a few dreams recently and one lucid one in the last week, so we'll save that for last.

      In the first dream I was arguing with my older cousin, he's 19 now. (I'll be 16 in August) He was telling me that he was too young to hang out with me when I'd asked him to play a video game.

      I don't remember the exact words but I do know we had a BIG falling out with lots of screaming and foot stomping that ended up with me crying.

      It has felt like my cousins are getting to old to be around me so that's probably what prompted this dream.

      My second dream (the same night) started with me walking down the street from my house with my other cousin. Her name is Brianna and she's 17. She's in alot of my dreams so I count her as a Dream Sign.

      Anyway, there's a corner store at the end of my block where you can buy snacks and pop. We went and grabbed these bottles that contained liquid meals in them. The one I took was a 'Steak Shake.'

      We went to the counter but nobody was there. Apparently I'm very underhanded in my dreams because we decided to just steal the stuff.

      We went further into the store to see if there was a back door. We found a door and went through it, but instead of ending up outside we were suddenly in my room.

      The walls were yellow when they should have been blue, and I did notice this. I was thinking that this could be a dream but Brianna distracted my and said we should steal more stuff since we had the perfect getaway door.

      I forgot all about the possibility of this being a dream as we stole more of those meal shakes.

      The last time I went alone, hoping to get a regular milkshake, when I heard somebody in the store. I turned around and saw a little boy, probably about two. I just knew he was the cashiers son for some reason and I ran back to my room, closing the door that led to the store behind me.

      The kid was banging it on the other side for a while while Brianna and I waited for him to stop.

      When he did I opened the door and peeked through. I saw the cashier and she waved at me so I panicked and slammed the door, which woke me up.

      This last dream relates to the title. I woke up and it was Memorial Day. I knew this because there was a Dragon ball Z Kai marathon on and it was supposed to be on this day.

      I was laying in bed watching it, and did this for hours, only moving to get something to eat or use the bathroom. It was interesting, because at the end of the marathon there was supposed to be a new episode, and I apparently dreamed up an episode that seemed pretty realistic.

      But then I suddenly thought, 'Yesterday was Thursday, how can today be Memorial Day when that isn't until Monday?' It didn't cross my mind to do a reality check, because I just KNEW I was dreaming and didn't need to.

      So I'm lucid now, but it didn't last long. It had been a while since my last lucid dream so I got very excited; much too excited for my dream to hold, unfortunately, and I woke up seconds later.
    13. Graveyard in the desert

      This was a very Mortal Kombat inspired dream. It was one of those things where I'm watching it like a movie, but have control over some of the characters at points. So it takes place in the desert, kind of resembling the MK desert stage, but it's around 8pm and getting pretty dark. There's an area of the desert that has a seemingly endless collection of dead bodies, some decaying, some mere skeletons. They're hung on these wooden frames, like they were tortured before death (resembling the Krypt section in the new MK game). All the bodies are very sectioned off from the rest of the desert.

      About 50 yards away from beginning of that section is a small village area, medieval-esque. Fights are constantly breaking out in the village, and you can watch people batting with swords in this big ravine area that runs between the Krypt area and the village. There's a rule set-up, you can battle and kill someone without consequence, as long as you put the body in the ravine, that way it can be buried by the sorcerer in order to keep the place clean and tidy. I don't remember what the sorcerer looked like, but he had powers similar to Quan Chi. He could raise the dead, and make huge skeleton hands come out of the ground. When you end up winning a battle and killing your opponent, the sorcerer doesn't wait for the winner to get out of the ravine, he immediately raises up the sand with his powers, and sometimes ends up burying the winner alive if he doesn't get out fast enough. The sand also turns much darker once it's raised, and skeletons can be seen protruding from it.

      The last thing I remember was this big battle happening between 3 or 4 Shang Tsuns, they were resurrected from the krypt by the sorcerer. They kept opening up portals and jumping through them in order to teleport around the battle area. As this was happening I woke up really suddenly, and that was it.

      It was the best dream I've had in a long time, I just wish I could remember the beginning part leading up to the desert area. Oh well, I will definitely be returning to the desert in my next LD. ~

      I had a dream in the morning, but I didn't write it down and forgot it. I was thinking about random things while still in bed, and remembered this, from an earlier dream:

      I was walking down the road, in the left lane, right next to the grass. The grass was kind of yellowish-green and didn't look too healthy. I was looking at the ground, and when an oak tree up ahead entered my vision, I burst out crying.

    15. Babies, a Gift Exchange, and Fashion Designing

      I was at some strange trailer park with some other people. All the trailers looked the exact same and were very close together. We approached one of the trailers, and one of the guys that was with us started to climb the edge of it to get on the roof. He helped me climb up after he was up there. I remember us running and jumping to different trailers.

      Then, I remember being in a room with my mom and some other people, I remember a couple of the other people being a couple and their child, a baby girl. My mom and I were sitting at a table exchanging gifts, I think they were Christmas gifts. I opened mine, and I think it was a set of tea lights and a candle holder (which also happened to be a candle). I gave my mom her gift, which was the same thing, the candles were just a different scent and color than the ones she gave me. I think they were white, and the ones that she gave me were maroon-ish.

      I looked over at my mom, and she had lit the candle that was supposed to be the holder. I blew it out and told her how it worked, telling her it was like the other one. Either she or I put one of the tea lights in the bigger candle. I watched my mom, and she looked like she wasn't sure what to think of the gift. I asked her
      "Do you like it?"
      "Yeah.", she said. She didn't sound very convincing.
      "Are you sure?"
      "Yes.", she again said.

      Then, I saw the couple with the baby girl. They were celebrating her 1st birthday. I talked to her, asking her how old she was. She held up one finger and said
      "One!"
      I was surprised that she could talk. After asking her, I felt kinda silly, since she was so young I thought she wouldn't answer. I smiled at her, and she laughed.

      I was trying to design something to get into some fashion camp or school. Kacey was with me and had already designed hers. We had to design it using eyeshadow, and some sticker things that had words on them. The design was to be put on black shirt. I was standing at this kiosk to do he design.

      We had to answer 4 questions using the designs to do so. The only one I remember is "What are some fashion tips?". I remember drawing pictures of myself, mainly focusing on my eyes. Kacey told me I needed to do something differently, but I didn't want to, so I just did it my way. I remember using a purple glue stick to glue on the sticker things with the words on them. I used them for the fashion tips. I remember gluing the word "In" on there 4 times. I used other words as well, but I can't remember what they were. I remember picking up the shirt and looking at the finished product. I was pretty satisfied with it. I hoped it was good enough to get into the school/camp.

      I then remember being in a house. I had a baby, a little boy. He had just been born that day. I was holding him all wrapped up in blankets. I remember a little cap being on his head, the ones you see on newborns normally. I remember feeding him a bottle.

      I then remember someone else being there, a guy, but I don't remember who it was. He was holding the baby. I think he was the father. I asked him for the baby, and he gave him to me. I noticed the baby was hungry again, and asked the guy for the bottle. Before he gave it to me, he drank most of it himself. He gave me the 1/4 full bottle, and I fed it to the baby. I thought about breast feeding, but wasn't sure if I could do it. I also thought about how I probably wouldn't sleep that night, because the baby would keep me up. He hadn't really cried much though since I had brought him home. He was a very quiet, calm baby.
