    1. Semi-Lucid - Smelling the Flowers

      Notes:
      I remembered two dreams last night, one of which is this entry. (I'll finish typing up the other one in the morning.) This dream was another cool lucid, if not a low-level one. I did some more stabilization, including looking closely at an incredibly detailed flower, and I teleported to an airport reminiscent of the brief shot from Fight Club where the narrator runs up to a window. I kinda lost my lucidity, and the dream, after that though. It was still worth it.

      I started out in my bedroom. There was just a slight amount of moonlight coming in through the window blinds, but other than that, it was very dark - so dark, in fact, that as I was walking around, I had my hands out in front of me. I could barely see the outlines of objects in my room! According to the preexisting plot of this dream, I had just finished a WILD attempt, and I had entered this dream moments earlier. I was 'lucid' - but not actually. I was only pretending to be lucid as part of the dream plot, when in reality I wasn't lucid at all. I remember being slightly nervous because the area was so dark, and I wanted to get out as soon as I could. I was initially standing near the foot of my bed, but then I started following an invisible ball of energy, which was floating not two feet in front of me, at around shoulder level. It gave off a distinguishable presence, even though I couldn't see it, and I knew that this ball of energy was KingYoshi. He had been waiting for me to enter the dream, and was now going to show me where to go (what...?!). It started moving towards the window, and I slowly walked after it.

      I arrived at the window and forgot all about the "KingYoshi" ball. When I walked up to the window, the lighting coming through the blinds became a bit brighter and more aqua in color, as if an alien spaceship had just come down and hovered in front of it. I grabbed the right side of the blinds, bunching a few of them up with my hand and pulling them down with a slight amount of effort. I sensed there was a dark hand above the blinds, trying to prevent me from pulling them down and onto the floor. Anyways, I was now looking out a window without the actual windowpane in place; it was just an open area now. I don't know if there was a windowpane to begin with, but did it matter?

      I looked out the window and down towards the ground (my room is on the second floor of the house) and I saw the front driveway of my house. This was a little 'off', because the window to my bedroom in real life is looking out over the backyard, not the front area of the house. But this didn't matter. In real life, the driveway of my house is a big square area that consists of many neatly-arranged, reddish stones with a connecting driveway to the street. It was the same in the dream, except instead of there being a 2-lane residential road, there was a pressed gravel road. On the other side of this road, instead of houses, there were lots of pine trees. There was also a large pine tree on the right side of the driveway, right next to some smaller shrubs and greenery.

      Back to myself, I was still in the house, overlooking this area. Like in my previous recorded dream, I made a lazy jump out the window. However, even though the distance from my second-story bedroom to the ground seemed pretty far from the window, as I jumped, the distance seamlessly became next to nothing. There was next to no impact when I landed. I only recoiled slightly, which wasn't very noticeable. The atmosphere and time of day was still nighttime, but it was more well-lit outside because of the moon (which I knew was out, even though I didn't actually see it in the sky). I started to walk down the driveway, away from the house, and I became lucid once I got about halfway there. I did the nose-plug RC, and I could breathe, so I knew I was dreaming. I rubbed my hands together and looked at them, counting five fingers on each hand. If something was weird about them, I never noticed.

      I continued walking down the driveway and, since I was only semi-lucid, I didn't think of teleporting at the moment. Instead, I involuntarily decided to turn right down the gravel road and walk in the moonlight. Right before I turned the corner, I saw a few green dandelion weeds (minus the yellow dandelion part) at the foot of the large pine tree next to the driveway. These weeds were accompanied by a few white daisies, and a small clump of lilacs. The flowers all looked normal; realistic - the daisies had white petals with a yellow center, and the lilacs were lavender in color, just like they are in real life. I knelt down and smelled the air around the flowers, and I could actually pick up the scent of lilacs! It was awesome!

      I turned my attention towards the daisies. I picked one up; it didn't put up a fight and resist being pulled up from the soil at all, as if it was just floating in air. As I brought it towards my face and looked at it closely, I realized that the white petals now had a huge amount of tiny, pint-sized holes in them; these holes were more abundant towards the outer regions of the petal, and a few of these petals looked like they were eaten a bit around the edges. I saw the slight bending of the petals as they connected to the center, which now looked like the middle of a sunflower with all the seeds, except this was a solid yellow. The amount of detail was stunning; I'd never seen details as crystal clear and sharp before, regardless of the fact that I was only semi-lucid. The flower was so sharp, in fact, one could easily have thought there was aliasing around the edges. My gaze was fixed on this flower for a good minute or so, just observing all the details.

      "Wow, this is amazing!" I gasped sometime during the observation, completely astonished.

      I could make this entry a five-star one just from that moment alone.

      After I finished looking at the flower, I got up onto my feet again and dropped it to the ground. Then I continued walking down the gravel road, surrounded on both sides by large, dense pine trees. I observed that the trees on the right side of the road were a bit thinner and shorter than the ones on the left, looking back and forth a few times and chuckling because of that strange layout. After two or three minutes of just walking along, I got to a clearing. It was like one of those half-circle campsites you see along the side of the road, except at least five times the size, and there was one of these on both sides of the gravel road. The ground was all gravel now, with the exception of the grassy terrain that started on the edges of these 'campsites', where the pine trees were clustered, bordering the area. The place made a big circular clearing that must have been a good two hundred feet wide and long.

      On either sides of the circle were some pretty strange setups, though. On the right side of the clearing, there were two thicker, square glass panels that were propped up on their sides, about thirty feet from one another. They were at a good ten feet high and wide. On top of them, going from one panel to the other, was a longer glass panel of the same thickness. In between the two square glass pieces, and sheltered by the long one on top, was a big bed. It looked like something from a game; the bed was very smooth (like plastic) and basically consisted of a solid, wood-colored rectangle with another, pale red-purple rectangle with smoothed edges on top and coming over the sides like a bedsheet. I saw a low headboard made from the same wood-colored piece as the rest of the bed. There was a white rectangle, again with smoothed edges, for a pillow on top of the covers near the end.

      I was losing my lucidity; by now I was probably only at a 3/10, but I kept going in regards to dream control. I turned to the left and saw a small, beaten-up wooden house. I walked over to it and opened the door, entering into a bedroom. This bedroom was about 15x15 feet with smooth, medium-tone hardwood floors, beige wallpaper, and brown wooden paneling along the floor (I'm tired; I can't remember what it's called at the moment). There was a closet in the middle of one wall; it took up a good chunk of the wallspace and was made of two smooth, sliding wooden doors with no handles. I went over to this closet, dug my nails into the wood of the left door, and pulled it over to the right, expecting an airport terminal to be on the other side. I needed there to be a large glass window and viewing area - I'm surprised I managed to teleport like this, let alone to the proper area, with such a low level of lucidity. The door opened to practically an exact replica of the airport briefly seen in Fight Club, near the end of the film. It's that place the narrator is in when he's got himself smushed against the window, frantically looking outside. I could see down the terminal and saw a regular seating area, but the place was all empty. There were no people whatsoever.


      I'd completely lost my lucidity at that point, and the dream not ten seconds later.

    2. Deeper Down

      I am sitting with MoSh in a kind of trashy house. We are playing poker, drinking and smoking cigarettes at a card table. Asuka is doing dishes. There are some kids playing in the next room. MoSh is overweight, and looks pale and tired. He suddenly stands up, overturning the table and says, “Fuck this dream!”
      “Fuck this whole Inner World!”
      He destroys all the illusion, until it’s pure energy. He takes a deep breath. We are all colored energy, so is everything. “It’s beautiful,” I say.
      “I feel fine, I feel good. I can leave my Inner World like this. It feels like truth to me,” he says.
      “Okay,” I smile. ”
      “Now, lets go into those tunnels.”
      We teleport into a great cavern. “Of course our archetypes take over this meme here,” MoSh says. “Just like in waking life... One person sees a tool, another one sees a weapon, but it’s just a rock.”
      “Right. Interesting.”
      “So, because this is not my Inner World, we are not in an Energy Place, we are in a Cave, but on Earth, if we said we were in a Cave, it truly would be, but it also is a place of pure energy.”
      “That makes sense.”
      Suddenly MoSh turns into a Green Mage. He has a white staff with a claw holding a glass orb with glowing lights in it. He points it to the center of Hollow Earth, and we go rocketing through the tunnels.
      We step through an arch into a lovely garden. A Naga approaches with something in his hand. He blows sleeping powder on us, and says, “Go to sleep.”
      We pass out in a field of poppies.

      In this dream, I and dream friends are exploring with geologists and expert spelunkers, the Labyrinthe. We are called subterranauts, and mainstream society is now as interested in exploring The Labyrinthe as much as outer space. We also have camera crews with us, for publicity, of course. We build waystations in the caves along the way, and we travel for two months, before MoSh and I finally find ourselves tumbling down a strange slippery tube. At first I resist, then I realize I cannot, so I just go with the flow. Raven, a black moth, flies down after us. She has radio transmitters on her back. I end up a muddy mess in a huge cavern. I am surrounded by reptilians off different colors. Torches are dimly lit. They hiss at us derisively.
      One of them wearing a headress which looks like its made of dried gills of some amphibian points at me with a strange staff with a skull on of a human.


      “What business do you have in The Labyrinthe, Surface Dweller? Do you think you can so easily contact your allies in the Inner Earth? First you must sojourn through the Dead Lands.”

      “What are the Dead Lands?”
      “Here! Our Domain! You ignorant fools call this the Dead Lands, for all who enter here die.”
      “Why do you kill everyone? Why not make peace?”
      “You idiot. How can you survive in our world? You need the sun.”
      “We have mastered genetic engineering. We can adapt to whatever we need to.”
      “So you Imperial Surface Dwellers come to invade our world?” the leader asks menacingly.
      “No, we come in peace, and for exploration. Our desire is for peaceful contact. We have made peace on the surface world, and have come here to spread it.”
      “Lies!” shouts the shaman.
      Suddenly, I am out of body, and I feel a parasite on the back of my neck. I send my silver centipedes to attack it from the inside, and rip it out, smashing it on the ground. I fall over coughing.
      “Ah, you have wisdom to see you were infected, boy. Maybe we can talk.” Some of the Lizard People grumble quietly. I heal the wound, and stand up.
      I bow. “I apologize, my lord.”
      “I am no lord. We are all equals here. I merely have the most knowledge of your race.”
      We have come here seeking friendship and wisdom, if you have it. Our world is at war, and the whole planet suffers because of our ignorance and waste.
      “What you do has little to do with us. We have been here longer than you, and we will be here when your race is gone.”
      “What can you do to help?”
      “What can you do to help? You’re the human. You think they will listen to us? They won’t believe you. They will say you are crazy. Are you still going to tell them. What if they imprison you? Threaten your family?”
      “Shit. You have a point there.”
      “Listen, there will come a time when 80% of the human race will believe in other sentient life from other planets, or even this one, which of course makes so much more sense. This is the tipping point. Then, your race will be ready, and we will manifest. Begone!”
      The lizard man makes a portal, and pushes us into it.

    3. Shared dreaming attempt #2

      Small lucid about controlling your energy. I was talking to a girl with blonde hair about taking energy from dreamers' attacks, and using it against them. She showed me her energy, and how she used it, and I showed her mine. Hers was colored like vanilla ice cream, I believe mine was purple.

      I had 2 false awakenings where I wrote down my dream.


      I was with my mom, and we were going across a bridge to a camp. We were one of the first ones there, so we looked around for a place, and we found one. It had an overpass, and umbrella and a swing. Then, a bunch of prepubescent teens came seeking shelter. It started to pour and storm extremely hard.I gave mom 50 cents and she left. I passed out and woke up in a really weird location. I walked a little, and then arrived in a parking garage. There were people all over. I saw people I knew, like Ashley, and Nick B. These people were wandering around, looking for something. I saw this 1 person staircase, that I had to crawl up. It led to the second story, and as I got up there, I almost got stuck, and had to push my self out. I saw Zach and his girlfriend. Zach had given her a white popsicle, which he called an HP bar, and after you ate it it automatically refilled itself, so you got as much HP as you wanted. I then saw Ronnie, and Matt Cook. Later on, I saw Jesenia. Then, I was in a house, and Ally Westfallen was there. She was telling me about when she went on a field trip, she got this funny shirt that had something to do with Haxx0rz. Before all this: I was in a spy group, and we were uncovering hidden secrets from the White House. I believe we were Russian. I was talking to a hacker, and he was telling me that the files were constantly monitored, and that we would only have 10 seconds in and out. As we were about to begin, American spies broke into our stronghold, and began attacking. We started the hack, and got the files. Inside, it was about the Truman Doctrine for the Cold War, and they were forged by Eleanor Roosevelt to start war. Me and my mom ran away, and crossed a bridge...
    4. The quest for the lost Katana - Awakening the dragon within in the most exciting fight

      This dream was bloody amazing o_o
      It was so exciting!
      I wrote it down immediately after waking up to make sure I don't forget anything.





      I set myself an alarm for ~5 hours of sleep to WILD.
      I had a hard time transitioning... I was about to give up but then somehow I ended up in a dream anyways.

      I'm on Teraluna, in front of Yuya's house.
      Before entering I decide to attempt to induce a "deep dreaming state" similar to here.
      I grab a fruit from a bowl on Yuya's table and sit down in a meditative pose, trying to focus on each of my senses individually.
      But just before I feel that I'm done, I am interrupted by something very weird.
      I hear a deep growl, like in a thunderstorm, and I see the sky above me deforming.
      It feels like someone is trying to break through the sky, but that doesn't make any sense.

      Actually, it does, the protective energy shield surrounding Haven?
      The ground starts to shake, it is so strong I nearly fall over.
      The growling is now excessively loud. I am confused. Something is wrong.
      A big creature smashes into the ground right besides me and debris is shot into the air.
      At first glance, he looks human, but he's excessively muscular and at least 3 meters tall.
      He looks at me with a dark smile. I don't like this at all, I feel like he's here specifically for me.

      Yuya storms out of her house.

      "NO!"

      The man grabs my arm and I am dragged into a wormhole.
      I fall out in a completely different place.
      I get up, ready to defend myself.
      This place looks dark, I don't feel very well at all.
      It's a place of ruins, I feel that many battles have taken place here, and many souls have died."

      "Why did you bring me here?"
      "To die..."
      "... why do you want me to die?"
      "You're supposed to be dead."
      "What?"
      "Pff... you don't get it, and you won't, and I don't give a fuck that you're alive again or why you are."
      "Then why do you want to kill me?"
      "This discussion is pointless, I just want to kill you."
      "Why the fuck would you want to do that?"
      "Pointless... absolutely pointless..."

      He seems disappointed.
      He approaches me slowly, making a fist with his right hand.
      This feels so real... I have had dreams that felt perfectly real before, but for some reason, this is even more intense.
      It's not that my senses are superior to previous dreams but... I'm afraid.
      I feel real danger emerging from this man, like he could really hurt me.
      I don't understand why that is, and it confuses me.

      My phoenix wings are not reacting, I cannot get out, I must fight... or... I could try to wake up?
      No! I won't. I must fight. I do not know why, but I am absolutely certain that it is the right decision.

      He charges me, and I blink a few meters back, trying to increase my focus on this battle.
      But he blinked right with me.... FUCK!
      I try to defend myself from the imminent hit with my arms, drawing up a protective energy shield around me, but I am still hit hard.
      I feel the pressure of his hit all over my body, the energy shield makes a cracking sound and disappears, I'm not sure if I would have made it without it.
      He's strong... too strong maybe. I can't feel his energy, probing his aura reveals nothing.

      He charges again... I launch a sphere of energy at him, but he just blinks through it.
      I concentrate as hard as I can... time slows down allowing me to evade a few hits and place myself in an advantageous position.
      With all the energy I can muster into a fist, I hit him in his shoulder.
      I can feel my energy resonating in his shoulder and causing some damage and he blinks away.

      He laughs histerically.

      "AHAHAHAHA, this is going to be SO MUCH FUN!"
      "FIGHT you little dragon, FIGHT WITH ALL YOU GOT!"

      I feel threatened, but at the same time he makes me furious, trying to kill me without even explaining what the fuck is going on.
      He summons a very long katana, probably 2 meters long.
      I power up as hard as I can, the dragonic energy causes strong vibrations within my body, and I feel very hot.

      "AHAHA, you're gonna fight me with your fists? WITH YOUR BARE HANDS?"
      "You amuse me dragon."

      Fuck... the katana... if only I had my...
      He blinks in front of me, trying to slice me with his katana.
      I blink away, but he keeps blinking after me.
      With every blink we make, he manages to barely slice into my skin.
      It hurts every time he cuts me. He doesn't deal any real damage, but I can't keep going like that, this needs to stop.
      I'm fighting a loosing battle, I need to do something now!
      If only I had my katana... if only I knew more about these dragonic powers...

      Thinking about the dragon within me, I feel anger... rage... fury!
      Fuck dodging these hits!
      I carefully time my next blink and manage to deflect his katana with my left arm.
      I hit him right in his stomach with my right arm, releasing much more energy than last time.
      But he manages to blink back before I have released all of the energy.

      As he blinks back, my body reacts on it's own fueled by anger.
      I use both of my hands to launch a fireball at him, it should hit him just after he exits his blink.
      But my body keeps going instinctively, I form a ball of energy in each hand and launch one angled to the left and the other to the right.
      He appears out of his last blink with the fireball right in front of him.
      He instinctively dodges it by blinking sideways, causing him to blink right into one of the energy balls.
      It explodes and he is launched against part of the ruins.

      All of this happened within less than a second, the battle is so fast, and he is so powerful.
      But finally I can catch a short break.
      I feel vibrations in my arms from launching spells so quickly in a row.
      It feels like the bloody in my veins is on fire, but it doesn't really hurt.

      I feel powerful, and so angry. But... it's a bit different from anger I experience in waking life.
      It doesn't feel like I am controlled by my anger at all, it feels more like the the dragonic energy causes me to feel angry,
      but without loosing control, and without properly despising anyone, more like a "state of mind to battle".
      The power of my dragonic energy feels a bit like a combustion engine.
      The harder I rev it, the stonger the vibrations, the anger and my power becomes.
      But I have no idea how hard I can rev this energy through my body, the vibrations feel like they could be dangerous to myself if I overdo it.

      If have many small cuts and bruises on my body, but nothing serious, but I can still feel the pain.
      It doesn't numb down the way it usually does, but I somewhat enjoy it...
      I enjoy the fear, the pain, the anger, the power, not knowing what will happen next, it is SO EXCITING!
      The man emerges from some debris, he doesn't seem hurt very much, just a few small burns on his chest.

      He smiles

      "This may become an interesting fight after all."

      He's extremely arrogant, acting as if I pose no challenge against him.
      He summons two large snakes and sends them to attack me from left and right.
      I can somehow remember moves, as if I suddenly had conscious access to my muscle memory.
      I let the anger fuel me and concentrate energy into my right arm.
      The dragon tattoo on my back has grown tribal extensions over my right arm which are now detaching from my arm, forming a glowing red whip.
      The end is still attached to the tattoo.
      I grab onto the whip and use it to kill both snakes with ease. It immediately turns back into the tribal tattoo.

      I charge at him, but he summons a lot more snakes, too many to handle with the whip.
      I concentrate my energy into both of my fists and hit the ground below me with both of them, releasing all the energy in the process.
      The energy creates a burning shockwave which obliterates all the snakes attacking me.
      I blink in front of him. Because he's so big I end up mid-air, and try to punch him in the face.
      He blocks with an arm, and hits me in the face.
      I can't block it, and I can't draw a barrier in time, but oddly enough his punch doesn't hurt that much.
      I land on my feet without falling over.

      Blood is leaking from my nose.
      I lick it, looking at him, and I smile.

      "You're right, this may indeed become an interesting fight after all"

      That was a very arrogant move, but all this battle emotions make me so excited.
      I feel that I'm strong, and I deserve to act like that, in fact I believe this is the proper etiquette when battling other beings of such strength.

      I finally manage to probe his aura. He's way stronger than me.
      Then again, my aura is a lot stronger than last time I battled.
      I don't know what the difference in power between us is, but I feel like he's stronger, but I'm slightly faster.

      He laughs hysterically.

      "That's the spirit."
      "NOW BRING IT ON AND DIE!"

      I power up even further. The energy revs through my body faster, I feel that I'm approaching the limit of my body.
      My eyes start to burn up. I feel pressure and heat on them.
      The sky turns into a dark red color, and the clouds turn into storms of fire.
      I understand why this is happening:

      Those who use the eyes of the dragon shall see the red sky burning, and so shall those who glance into these eyes.

      We charge at eachother. He jumps up high, trying to slice me with his katana from above.
      I can feel so much energy emitting from his blade. I can never let it touch my body.

      I instinctively jump up as well, trying to meet him mid air, to clash our swords.
      But... I don't have my katana? Why did I jump?
      But then I realize why. My katana... I have been searching for it... but it has been with me all along.
      It is a sword made specifically for me, to be used by my powers: those of a dragon.
      This is why it was forged using a bit of the essence of my own dragonic energy.
      This sword has a spirit... and as such I can hide it by depositing it within the fabric of space, which only very few beings can access.
      And this is where it is... where I left it years ago as a child... everywhere yet nowhere.

      We're both approaching each other in the air, closing in for the kill.
      I call out into the fabric of space for my katana, and it materializes in my hands.
      It is so full of energy, I must have left it like that.
      We both swing our swords, time has slowed down to the extreme.
      The blades clash, and release tremendous amounts of energy.
      A small bit of his sword shatters, and fractures form all over the blade.
      I notice a lapse in his focus and take the opportunity to blink and ram my katana into his heart.

      Due to the speed of these actions, we land about 10 meters from eachother.
      He's holding his damaged sword, and my hatana is lodged in his chest.

      Yuya appears from a portal, ready to help me fight, but she quickly realizes just how strong my aura is right now.
      She looks at me somewhat surprised. She was obviously worried sick.
      The man jumps at me again, trying to finish me with his sword now that I have no blade to defend myself.
      Yuya wants to act but I interrupt her with my thoughts.

      "Don't be afraid... I got this..."

      She stops...
      I look at the man, who is halfway through his jump.
      My katana is still full of energy, and lodged in his chest.
      I give him a dark smile, to make him understand that he will now die.
      I snap my fingers, and all the energy in my katana is released at once.
      The man, whoever he was, is burned to dust by the energy, and his broken sword falls to the the ground and is shattered into pieces.
      I catch my katana. It is very beautiful, but I'll have time to admire it later. I cast it back into the fabric of space.

      I approach Yuya, slowly powering down. The sky turns back to its normal color, and the vibrations slow down.

      "Are you alright???"
      "Yes. Just a few bruises."

      Considering my blood covered face and all the cuts, this may have been somewhat of an understatement.
      She seems speechless.
      She understands exactly how strong this man just now was.

      "Sorry for making you worry, I was trapped in this place."
      "It's.... it's all right... you're safe... but... how did you remember... these powers... and your sword?"
      "I suppose all it took was to fight for real once."
      "At least I think this was for real... was it?"

      She goes back to her mysterious self, knowing that I am safe.

      "Maybe... only you know the true limits of your abilities."

      I feel absolutely amazing.
      The feeling of overcoming such danger, of winning a fight against such a deadly opponent, the power I experienced just now.
      But as the vibrations leave my body, my vision blacks out.


      I wake up.
      I feel extremely refreshed, full of energy, I feel like going for a run around the block right now.
      But it's still a bit early for that...
      I get up and start writing down this dream.
      Screw taking notes and getting back to sleep, I don't want to forget a single detail...
    5. The quest for the lost katana

      I haven't attempted a WILD in a long time because I don't get enough sleep as it is.
      I woke up after about 5 hours of sleep this night, and realized that I could sleep as long as I wanted this day.
      This sounded like a good occasion to try to WILD.
      I was drifting in and out of split second dreams, having trouble to transition into an actual dream.
      After some time I finally managed to properly calm down and transition though.


      I open my eyes, and find myself in a weird bedroom.
      A kings palace is what first comes to my mind, seeing the insanely big bed I'm in, and the luxurious Victorian decors.
      I don't feel like wasting time though, I have a goal!
      For some reason the dream feels immensely stable, I feel like I'll be able to stay for a long time.
      I immediately teleport to Teraluna using my phoenix wings.

      As I emerge from the fabric of space, Yuya is standing right in front of me, waiting for me.

      "Ready when you are."

      She knows what I am planning on doing. I remembered that Faye has helped me remember that in childhood dreams, I was wielding a very special katana.
      We've already established that if I try to fight all out with a conventional weapon, the vibrations of my dragonic energy causes them to break.
      I know that my old katana still exists, and that it was made specifically to withstand these vibrations.
      But that is not the main reason I want it, I mostly want it because it is an item from childhood dreams, the idea of finding it again amazes me.

      "How do we do this?"
      "Only you can find the katana, but in order to do so, you must first remember it properly."
      "Any suggestions?"
      "Absolutely. We are going to venture into your past."
      "We can do that?"
      "Well, not exactly. We can't turn back time obviously, but we can relive your past to some extend."
      "That sounds amazing!"

      With no more than a wave of Yuya's hand, water emerges from a lake below us, and starts forming a portal on the bridge we are standing.
      The water calms down, making the portal look like a mirror surrounded by a stream of water defying gravity.
      It's quite beautiful, but it also feels weird and mysterious.
      Maybe I find it mysterious because the mirror is reflecting everything besides ourselves.

      We walk through it holding hands, and with just one step we are in a completely different location with no portal leading back.
      I immediately get a very strong déjà vu feeling, I have been here before, a very long time ago.
      We're inside an old stone tunnel. For some reason I know that it is part of a tower structure.
      We start walking forwards, going through some stone rooms and more tunnels.
      I note how real everything feels.
      Walking barefoot, I feel the structure and humid surface of every single stone I step on, and the coldness within them.
      The place smells old, wet, a bit like salty water, and I feel a light breeze on my skin.
      My vision sporadically becomes unnaturally effective, allowing me to see the surface structure of stones very far away.
      The place is old and broken down, it hasn't been maintained for a long time.

      As we keep walking the déjà vu sensation becomes stronger and stronger.
      Everything feels rather mysterious.

      "We're here."

      We enter a bigger room through a tunnel, and I get quite a bit of a shock.
      There are three people standing in the middle of the room, but I immediately know they are not actually there, they are a projection of my memories.
      One of them is a younger version of myself, probably 14-15 years old.
      Then there's a past version of Yuya, although she doesn't look younger than she does now.
      And the last person, holy shit! is that Selene?

      Yes, I know it is her. She's only a little older than the younger version of myself, maybe 16 or 17.
      She has long brown hair and is wearing some sort of leather armor.
      She's also carrying two long knives.

      The younger version of myself is wearing loose white pants and a white armless shirt.
      He doesn't seem to be wearing the katana I'm looking for though, which I find a bit odd.

      "Holy shit! Is that us and Selene?"
      "Yes... let's follow them."

      As we follow them I sometimes catch a glimpse of what this place looked like years ago around them.
      My past self gets attacked multiple times by samurai covered up in black clothes, but he doesn't seem to have any trouble getting rid of them.
      I was so confident back then, I didn't overthink things, I didn't hesitate. I just lived in whatever reality I was presented with without thinking about it.
      Seeing myself like that is oddly amazing.

      We enter a new room, which I identify as the center of the tower. The room has no ceiling, it goes all the way up to the end of the tower.
      In the middle there's some sort of elevation. In the past version, there's a small table with a crystal on it there, but it isn't there anymore now.
      My past self takes the crystal, but gets interrupted by some dark humanoid creature before he can escape.
      Out of nowhere he summons a katana and cuts the creature into its face.
      The creature is only barely able to escape its death.

      This is the katana! this the one! It is very beautiful. It reflects the moonlight all over the room.
      One side of the blade is engraved with a dragon, similar to the fire tattoo appearing on my back.
      The other side is engraved with a bird, presumably a phoenix.
      The illusion suddenly disappears, and I am alone with Yuya in the room.
      I sense a presence and immediately power up.

      The dark creature from the memory appears. He has a massive scar on his face from the katana cut years ago.

      "Hyu... and there I thought you were dead."

      I'm afraid, he seems to be very strong.

      "You must fight..."

      He teleports right in front of me and hits me in the stomach.
      It hurts. The punch is so strong I am thrown a few meters through the air, right into a wall.
      As I get up he is right in front of me, about to smash me with a twohanded sword.
      It cuts into my left sholder, and I am barely able to teleport a few meters away.
      Fuck... a split second and I would have been dead.
      I need to focus, especially because this teleportation maneuvers are quite disorientating.

      The wound on my left shoulder immediately stops hurting and the bleeding stops.
      I focus on the creature as hard as I can. If only I had my katana right now...
      He charges me again by teleporting right in front of me, but this time I am prepared.
      As he tries to cut me with his blade I teleport behind him, just before he hits me, and I launch a ball of concentrated energy at his back.
      It hits him hard and explodes.
      The burning remainder of his clothes are scattered all over the room.
      He has a massive wound on his back, but still faces me again.
      He wants to keep going.

      He laughs hysterically.

      "It seems my end has finally come."
      "Surrender!"
      "I shall do no such thing. Finish what you have started years ago!"

      For some reason I know he is right. I have to kill him, he needs to die.
      He needs to pay for sins he committed years ago, and he knows it...

      He charges me again, but this time I take the innitative.
      Before he is able to teleport, I teleport myself towards him.
      I slap him in the head with the back of my right hand, releasing as much energy as I can in the process.
      The vibrations caused by the impact cracks his skull and most likely destroys his brain.
      He falls to the ground dead and his remainders erupt into flames.

      My shoulder starts hurting again, and there's a little blood coming out the rather deep cut.

      "Now you remember the katana, now you know that it is more than just a memory."
      "The rest is up to you."

      Yuya approaches me and heals most of my wound using water magic.
      I teleport us back to Teraluna...
    6. Paired Souls

      Mid March
      Every so often I have a dream that speaks without words using a kind of telepathy. I have identified 3 different kinds of telepathy but I won’t go into them here. The one used here I have been calling Universal Telepathy because it seems to be the most used and nearly everyone seems to understand it; it uses pictures, thoughts, and feelings. Since no words were ever used I will try to state words as accurate and meaningfully as possible. I will describe the pictures and feelings independently.

      I am at the back of large audience, I am where the walkway to leave an auditorium is. There is a strange looking water container attached to a pipe or wall or something that gets my attention. A male being I will call the Instructor asks me using Universal Telepathy if this thing interests me. I reply using Universal Telepathy that “yes from the heart” and I smile.

      Instructor: This is about Paired Souls.

      Then there is a huge dark gray sphere attached to the water thing which is going to be a device used to tell this story.

      Instructor: This big dark sphere is the full soul. Its dark because it holds all the skills and abilities one can ever have represented here by color since if all the myriad of all colors were mixed up they would thus be gray.

      Out of this “full soul” comes out a small droplet, about a thousand times smaller, swirling with red, blue, and gray colors.

      Instructor: This is the fractionalized soul (like yours), represented by the small droplet, can complete a life on your plane quite successfully in this form.

      The droplet then divides in two with one having the red coloring swirling around in it and the other having the blue.

      Instructor: However if the tasks and the energies used to complete their undertakings are halved then the being can internalize-and-complete these tasks with less struggle and in short order. For this to be realized though the fractional soul needs to be divided into ying-and-yang-like halves. One should also become committed to a nonphysical life while the other incarnates into a physical life and world. These two different worlds use nearly opposing energy sectors to successfully complete. Preferably the “feminine” half should be tasked with the nonphysical life and the “masculine” half with the physical incarnation. Masculine halves are best used on the physical plane as masculine energies are superior at moving the energy that is matter due to their propensity for sheer force of will. The energies used by one half will then not be used by the other, both being different in polarity and in different realms causing nearly opposing situations. The really advantageous aspect to this pairing of souls is that the energies not used by one can then be transferred to the other. Since they are both of one soul they will naturally share energies and thus, in this way, be able to support each other’s tasks and lives. The depleted energies of one can be boosted freely by the other half at no cost to its own energy needs. They can then complete their tasks quicker and with less struggle. The double dichotomy of differing worlds and the pairing of souls is quite advantageous.

      There was then a period where he stopped I guess for questions but I was trying to take it all in and impressed with the logic of it all. I then wanted to touch the red and clear ball that was depicting a half of the paired soul so that maybe I could take in some more knowledge from it.

      Instructor: That’s just for demonstration.

      I felt a little dumb now and disappointed. “Oh, hmmmm.”

      I woke up.

      P.S. This was a lot harder to translate than I thought. So much is packed into so little that I have to not only find the right words but the right over all meaning. I hope this all makes sense.

      This is a great depiction of the full soul (middle) and the fraction soul's (tiny bright circle at the top) size difference. It was also understood that the full soul came from another even larger unimaginably immense "soul."

    7. Spirit World - Life

      After the last rather special dream, I decided to WBTB and attempt a WILD the next night.
      I really wanted to see Yuya again, I kept thinking about her when I went to bed.

      ________

      The WBTB alarm goes off and I try to WILD thinking about Yuya.
      Unfortunately I fall asleep...

      ... I'm walking... just walking... aimlessly.
      There is no path, there is no ground, I'm just walking.
      I get a sudden burst of awareness and my vision sharpens.

      Clouds turn into objects and I can see that I am on Teraluna.
      I have a hard time focusing on my surroundings, I zone in and out a few times until I manage
      to stabilize the dream.

      I'm talking to Yuya. She know's im stressed in waking life, so she made me special tea that will help me relax.
      When I drink it, it "tastes relaxing".
      I talk to Yuya about my last dream, about hovering through a galaxy full of pulsating stars...

      "I want to show you something... come here..."

      She sits on the ground and makes me a sign to sit in front of her.
      As I sit down I feel very light headed, but also very relaxed, probably because of the tea.
      Yuya takes a meditative pose and I mimic it.
      I'm sitting right in front of her, facing her.
      We both close our eyes and start linking our thoughts.

      "Let go of your thoughts... let go of everything... I will guide you..."

      Her thoughts become mine and my thoughts become hers.
      Our consciousness start merging together.
      With Yuya's help, I manage to free my mind of all thoughts and let go of all the muscles in my body.
      My dream body is slowly falling into a state of perfect calm, like it is turning itself off.

      I can feel Yuya's body touching mine, but I know we're sitting apart from each other.
      Yet it feels like we are embracing each other.
      After some time I realize that it is our minds that are embracing, not our bodies.
      I feel my body completely turning off, it is slowly letting go of my "spirit" (I call it spirit, I don't know what else to call it... my mind? my consciousness? my soul?)
      As my body turns off I completely loose perception not only of my surroundings but also of my emotions...

      ... I can see again, but it feels different from seeing. I am now a small cloud of pulsating energy, and so is Yuya.
      I decide to call this form "spirit".
      Yuya is very pure and blue, there are fine crystalline strings emitting from her center.
      I am green and orange a complex, complicated, "worried" but gentle mix of colors.
      My strings move around more nervously than her's.
      Our spirits are touching, and we start moving into a direction.

      I start seeing an infinite amount of other spirits, forming a spiral galaxy of energy.
      I see many kinds of spirits. The spirit of a small bush of grass, the spirit of a tree, the spirit of a bird, and the spirits of many other beings.
      They are all beautiful in their own way.
      I understand that what I am seeing is the essence of life, it is what drives us, it is why we live...
      We keep floating along some sort of path, our spirits are linked, we decide directions as one.

      After some time our spirits detach, and I feel my dream body forming around me again.
      I open my eyes and I am sitting on a huge green leaf. I am very small, and the plant the leaf belongs to is very big, it can easily carry my weight.
      Yuya appears next to me, smiling like she always does.
      I don't ask her any questions because there are none to ask.
      What I saw is beyond my level of understanding, yet because our consciousness was merged, I caught a glimpse of it.

      I am still in an extremely relaxed state and I don't feel like talking or doing anything at all for that matter.
      We just sit on this leaf, enjoying the feeling of not thinking at all...



      Notes:
      I am not a spiritual person, but I do believe that we all have some sort of spirit or soul, depending on what you want to call it.
      It doesn't make sense to me that our consciousness consists of only a neural network.
      I'm not sure where those extremely relaxing dreams are coming from.
      Maybe I'm longing for this relaxed state because I am stressed in waking life?

      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

      I want to say, I have been recording several longs dreams, but I have never had time to record them properly (still on paper) I have been lately very busy, as usual.
      Most of my recent dreams, are a lot related with Psychic stuff. The demanding for Tarot Reading has spiked and I have been doing a lot of readings to different people. Being channeling so many time (in order to generate a proper and accurate reading) plus my focus on Astral Travel, meditation, teaching the classes for MILD and getting started to offer guided meditation classes (not online and not free) has my focus in the subject.

      I was teaching a class of MILD to my students on a big class. The desks were green and had a small drawer for workbooks and stuff. After teaching the class, I went to another class, but this time, it was some sort of psychic class. I was not the professor now, but a student.
      I somehow realized I was dreaming, but the quality of the dream was not good. However, as time passed, quality increased. Suddenly, I realized that Dreamer was missing. My dream quality spiked. Someone said he could try to find Dreamer and find out the reason she is missing class. I said, "No, I will do it. I am very energy sensitive and I am pretty attached to Dreamer I will take care of it.

      I started to meditate, I wanted to follow the plot of the dream. I recalled I had some non lucid dreams with Dreamer and I wanted to start working on dream sharing. I focused on her and suddenly a metallic chain appeared. This chain would lead me to Dreamer.

      The dream scenery changed. I was traveling at a very high speed. All my surroundings were gray and all I could see, was a huge chain under me. After a few seconds, I got to a different place. This new place it appeared to be like a big home, however, it was not a regular house, it was like a cave, but with proper lighting, very clean and proper furniture.

      The entire place was all blueish. Most of the furniture was blue, the light was blue. I saw a small bookshelf with several energy stones. All the stones were lapis lazulis and blue tiger's eyes. I also found some hematites, but these were blue as well instead of black/metallic. I think I saw a few stuffed animals, blue and blue cyan. Suddenly, my heart pounded and I felt a presence. I heard a very sweet voice (a voice I imagine talking with Dreamer) I turned back and she was smiling at me.

      Dreamer welcomed me and said, "Welcome to my dream plane. I am very very happy of seeing you here!" Come with me! Dreamer started to walk and toured me around the dream plane that was created. She told me that blue was the best color out there. Among all blue, I saw a large Onyx stone (actually, pretty large, about a feet long, but it was not heavy) The stone had some letters on it, but I did not want wake up trying to read them out. Dreamer told me, "I know you are afraid from bees. Keep this stone. You helped me already to fight my doctor's dream, now is time I help you back. The stone is yours."

      I was very happy about that. I also saw some additional stones: quartz, lapis lazulis, opals, tiger's eye, jets, moonstones... a lot. There was a bigger stone that had several random stones attacked to it. For some reason, I decided to smell it. It smelled like freshly cut grass... like a rain forest... it smelled very good.

      Dreamer invited me to enjoy a flight. We flew over the dream plane I felt very happy, but the dream ended as it was time to wake up.

    9. Another encounter with the Succubus

      It's late in the evening, I'm super tired because I studied for an exam all day long.
      I can't think clearly anymore and take a break listening to "Two steps from hell".
      I lean my chair all the way back and close my eyes for a few minutes.
      I'm just really tired, I don't even think much.
      At some point I notice HI. I didn't even try to WILD, but I certainly didn't move either.
      I decide to just keep going, like I'm too tired to open my eyes and do something else.
      I don't try to visualize anything, I don't try to go somewhere specific...

      I feel odd, like I'm not alone in the room. I assume this is related to SP.
      But then I hear someone moving VERY close to me and it scares me quite a bit, even though I know I don't need to worry.
      Still, I'm uncomfortable and I open my eyes.
      Everything is wrong. My pc monitor is filled with void and the corners glow in a purple color.
      Even though everything on my desk seems to be where I left it, I cannot see the walls of my room.
      My desk is properly lit, but the further things are away from it, the darker they are.
      And then I see her, right to my left, a girl from e previous dream: Encounter with a Succubus
      She's wearing some sort of corset and long gloves, it's a rather seductive outfit.

      I do not feel any immediate danger so I decide to wait and see what happens.
      She pushes my chair back a bit and sits on my lap facing me.
      Her face is very close.
      She starts inhaling my energy. It moves slowly from my mouth into hers.
      I notice that the amount energy she's absorbing is ridiculously small though.
      It isn't dangerous whatsoever, she isn't hurting me.
      However, I do want answers.

      I put my arms around her, so she can't get away, and interrupt the energy transfer.

      "We meet again, young succubus."

      She's scared, but she doesn't try to escape.
      Her disguise vanishes. I can see small wings on her back now, and some sort of horns on her head. (Not the pointy devil's kind, more like animal horns)
      She's young, I'm guessing about 16-18, assuming she ages the same way we do.

      "I don't understand... why do you know?"
      "Because I'm a dreamer, obviously."
      "... but... even dreamers don't know..."
      "That you are a succubus?"
      "That I am a succubi, that I charm them... everything..."

      So I was right, she is a succubus... but what exactly is a succubus?
      I don't think she's actually trying to hurt me, so I keep my voice calm and try to keep the conversation going.

      "Why do you steal my energy, young one?"
      "What do you mean? ... I need it ..."
      "What for?"
      "To live? ... I don't understand... why would you not know..."

      She's about to cry, I believe she thinks that I'm about to kill her.
      I look deep into her eyes, feeling her thoughts to see if she's telling the truth.

      "Calm down. Explain to me what exactly it is you're doing.
      You steal energy because you need it to survive, but you seem to take very little?"
      "Of course!!! If I took more I could hurt people."
      "Wait... what? I thought you were a demon?"
      "That doesn't mean that I'm a bad person!
      Not all demons are evil!"

      "Oh..."

      She's being absolutely honest, I can feel it.
      I can sense that she's never hurt anyone.
      She cannot regenerate her own energy the way I do, so she needs to take small amounts from other people.
      The amount of energy she absorbs could never hurt anyone.
      I let her go.
      She is very surprised.

      "You're telling the truth, so I shall let you go.
      Next time instead of sneaking up on me, just ask alright?"
      "Yes... sorry... thank you..."

    10. Yuya explains a few things about energy and magic.

      I've been working on a project, programming all day.
      I'm very tired and take a short break.
      I remember that last time I was so exhausted I managed to WILD during a nap quite easily.
      Sounds like a good idea.
      I turn on some ambient music, set myself an alarm clock for 30 minutes and lean my rather comfortable chair all the way back.
      It takes little time for HI to appear, though I didn't even notice any of the usual SP signs.
      I can't really remember how I transitioned, but I was trying to visualize Yuya and Teraluna.

      I fall on my ass.
      Yuya is sitting in a chair close to me, looking at me slightly confused but mostly amused.
      I get up, slightly amused myself, but try to block out any thoughts related to waking life.
      Yuya looks different than usual. She's wearing more casual clothes, and her hair is shorter, dark blonde, and kept in place by some sort of bandana.
      It's definitely her though.
      I greet her and ask her about her appearance.
      She explains that she likes to change it when she leaves Teraluna.
      I notice I'm indeed on a different planet, but it is confusing the hell out of me.
      I try to focus on Yuya rather than on my surroundings, which aren't very clear.

      I take a seat next to her wondering what I should talk to her about. A thought suddenly pops into my head.

      "Hey Yuya, tell me about magic."


      She looks at me, slightly surprised, but she also seems quite happy about the question.
      "Magic..."
      She shows me her hand, as if she was holding something, but it's empty.
      A small ball forms over her hand and starts growing.
      It's clearly water, but unaffected by gravity, it just hovers over her hand.

      "There's an infinity of different kinds of Magic.
      Magic is basically a manifestation of energy."
      I make sure I don't focus on the water bubble too much, but rather on what Yuya is telling me.


      (I don't remember the conversations exactly word for word. I remember the content of the conversation and some snippets. I filled in the holes with what I think seems right)
      "If you use your energy for something, that's magic.
      You've opened a portal before, you've teleported, you've reinforced your own body, all of that is magic.
      But everyone has a certain affinity for different kinds of magic.
      Creating water may be very easy for me, but it may be very hard if not impossible for someone else."
      "So, considering that you used to be the goddess of water, it makes sense that you have a very high affinity for water based magic?"
      "Yes, exactly."
      I ask her about music based magic, but she says that she's not very skilled with it.
      "So what about me, what did I use? I've recently remembered that I can use dragonic powers?"
      That puts a smile on her face, she's excited.
      "Yes! You're a dragon! ... I mean... you can use the same powers as a dragon, which is quite rare.
      You see, most dreamers use shamanic magic. They transform into something stronger than they are, often an animal, and acquire more powers that way.
      What you usually do is different though. Although the basic idea is the same, it couldn't be any more different.
      You understand on the lowest level how a dragon uses his energy and you adapt your own aura so it mimics that of a dragon perfectly."
      "You see, many people can transform into a dragon, fly and spit fire, but they cannot discharge energy with the same brutality a true dragon can.
      Although this is very powerful, being able to quickly transform into a set of other creatures has it's upsides...
      By the way, you can use more powers than just those of a dragon, like the wings you use to teleport."
      She asks me excited:
      "Can you awaken the dragon within?"
      I focus on the core of my energy and try to change it into that of a dragon.
      The energy flows faster through my body, it starts to vibrate and the power discharge feels dirty and slightly uncontrolled.
      I feel the dragon tattoo on my back growing over my right arm and parts of my face.
      It's not really visible, it's more like heat inside of my body.
      I feel insanely powerful and get very excited.

      Yuya looks at me amazed:

      "Next time, let's go on an adventure, just like in the old days... you are ready!"
      I get super exited at this point... too excited, and I wake up.


      There's another 3 minutes until the alarm clock is supposed to go off.
      I'm surprised since the dream felt quite short, less than 5 minutes for sure,
      yet so much time has passed in the waking world.


      Note1: I clearly remember creating a story for a manga when I was much younger, inspired by the dreams I had at the time.
      It followed a similar set of rules, and the hero learned to use dragonic powers at some point in the story.
      Even later in the story he learned to use special wings to travel through dimensions, which strongly remind of how I teleport in dreams.
      No-one was able to transform into other beings in this story though, but I know that I did modify quite a few things so the story made more sense.

      Note2: holy shit! I want to have insane dream battles, now!

    11. In Which I Turn Confusion into Lucidity

      1- Failed Planning
      I have gone to take the SAT, and for some strange reason Mitchell, my friend's ex-obsessionboyfriend, is with me. He is supposed to be taking the test, too, and my mother is going to pay the fee for him. However, his name does not seem to be on the list. "Can't you just print him off an answer document?" My mom asks the lady.

      "Did you even sign up for this, or were you just planning to take it on a whim?" I ask Mitchell in annoyance.

      "Sign up?"

      I try to explain to my mother that he didn't sign up and that no, they CAN'T just print off an answer document because the College Board deals with that and they would need all of his information. She refuses to listen to me and keeps arguing. I glare at Mitchell, who still does not appear to know what's going on.

      Later, he has somehow angered a mob of crazed tourists. I learn that there is some sort of zombie virus outbreak, and that he has tricked the tourists into giving them these tickets that are used to gain passage into a zombie free zone. I snatch the tickets away from him after I chase off the mob. "Why did you take all these in the first place?"

      "I needed them for autographs!" Oh my god, what an idiot, I think in disgust.

      "Autographs? What the hell are you talking about?" I notice that all of the tickets have the initials RL scrawled on the back of them.


      ((Also, it seemed like Samael was involved in the whole ordeal, but I can't remember how.))

      I am riding the school bus, and for some reason my dad is sharing the seat with me and this other girl. She asks my dad why he's coming to school with me. I suddenly wonder the same. What in the world is he doing on the bus? Without learning the answer, we arrive at school and I wander down the hallway. What class am I supposed to go to...? Something is wrong with my memory. I end up at my AP United States History class. "Oh yeah, I have APUSH first period," I remind myself.

      But where is all my stuff? Is it in my locker? I go to my locker and find that someone else's stuff is there. "Did we have a locker change again?" I ask a nearby student.

      "Yeah, it's really annoying when they do that. Should have waited 'till the next semester."

      I remember that my alternate locker number is on my schedule... which is in my locker. Great. ((BTW, there is no such thing as a locker change or an alternate locker number. Yet another false memory.))

      I go to the office and find a bunch of band students playing jingle bells very unenthusiastically to a tall, official looking lady. They finish as I enter the room, and she claps happily. I hesitantly approach the lady. "Um, I don't know if you're the right person to ask for this... What is my new locker number?"

      "You're number 18," she says cheerily, without even looking at a list. "I placed you myself. See, we try to position everyone based on their abilities."

      "Okay... 18. Thanks." How does she know who I am? What abilities? I mull the question over and walk out the wrong door. I get it right on my second try. "Great," I say to myself, embarrassed, "I definitely have 'special' abilities, alright."

      At that point I "wake up" in my car, pouring sweat. Ugh it's so hot in here... I look around and note that I'm in the student parking lot. Weird... I don't think we even have school today. Was I sleep driving? I'd better call my mom and let her know where....

      My thoughts trail off as I RC and become lucid. All worries assuaged, I observe my surroundings. It is sunny, and though the parking lot is empty, there are people walking everywhere. I happily get out of the car and decide to go on a walk. No telling what might develop along the way.

      It isn't long before I come upon a gang of boys who are playing with a yoyo. The youngest (who is about 10) accidentally slams it on the ground and breaks it. "Oh no," he moans. "If Carlos finds out about this, he'll kill all of us." I notice what is in my hand at the same time they do. One of those rubber yoyo's with the flashing lights inside of it. Well, then...

      I break into a run, and they all jump on motorcycles and come after me. I'm fast, but they're faster. I make it to a bridge several miles from my house before they catch up with me. Well, I gave them a chance. They chose not to take it.

      With an evil grin, I leap into the air just before the bikes would have run me over. They skid to a halt and glare up at me, unfazed by my unnatural performance. I am suddenly hurdling through the air directly at the largest gang member. My foot slams into his chest with enough force to knock him off the bridge to his death. NOW they look appropriately frightened. I make short work of the others. Now only the youngest is left. I do not intend to kill him at first, but then he holds one of his dead comrades in front of him as a shield. This angers me. "Stupid street punk!" I yell as I beat the life out of him.


      3- Playing with Energy
      I am listening in to the Elders' meeting without their knowledge.

      "What? The youngest son of the Uria clan has run off?"

      "He is a disgrace to his family."

      "What of the eldest?"

      "Her position in this matter is unknown. When asked about it, she merely said, 'These things happen.'"

      I roll my eyes and place the headphones back on the table. Stupid old bags. Is it really so difficult to understand why my brother ran off?

      My uncle walks in the room, and I look as innocent and meek as possible as he goes into his usual speech of upholding the family values, blah blah blah, and I'd better not end up like my "wretch of a brother."

      At this point, I RC and become lucid, exiting the role of this Uria character.

      I go to the back door and walk outside, thinking about the Queen (yet again) and wondering if I should try to contact her. I am still contemplating this when I look up and notice Sadie sitting nearby with two other cats. One of them seems to be massaging the other's shoulders. At first they look similar to cats I'd previously owned, but then they change slightly and I no longer recognize them.

      The one who had been getting the massage runs over to me and bites my hand affectionately. I pet her and ask her what her name is. No answer. "Come on, you can tell me." She still doesn't answer. I look at her black and white companion. "Hey, cat. I know that's not your name, so speak and tell me what it is." No answer. "Sadie?" Sadie turns up her tail and ignores me. "Hmph. Fine, be that way." I ask the cat that I'm petting one more time what her name is, and I hear my stepdad's voice behind me say "Betty."

      "Betty?"

      "Yeah, that's her name."

      He and my brother walk up and start horseplaying. I notice that whenever my brother goes to throw a punch, I can see his energy fly from his hand and hit Chris before the physical impact. "That's interesting," I say. Chris takes some of Steven's energy in his hand and forms it into a ball, then throws it at me. "Ow!" That really hurt. He throws another one, but this time I catch it and examine it closely. I let my own energy flow into it; the ball goes from being clear to swirling with black and purple energy. "Interesting," I say again. I throw the ball at Chris. At first it sticks to my hand and absorbs back into me, but I make a new ball of my own and throw it. I have terrible aim; it lands several feet away and creates a mini explosion.

      I notice it's getting dark out, which is a good indication that the dream is getting unstable.
      I wake up before I can do anything about it.

      4- Canoeing
      I am watching from above as PJ and a few other people are canoeing in a beautiful wide river surrounded by an evergreen forest. The dream tells me that this is in Detroit, Michigan or maybe Delaware, I can't remember which. I know it started with a D.

      Blurs. Orange and dark, everything fades: out of existence, into existence. This room is my prison, and my mind, my thoughts, my will, they lay suppressed, fighting for air, life, and the ability to soar. A callous laugh rings about me; my soul is his, he says, my struggle futile. . .

      I disagree.


      This dream, this state, I will overcome it!

      A flash.

      Light greets my eyes as I rise above the strength of my captor, as I rise into lucidity.

      I've been here before.

      A Demon Lord smiles at me blackly, ethereal, flowing, seated on his throne, behind his servants, their detailed malevolence and dark beauty equally as vivid as the one they serve. I cannot best him, he informs me, for I am nothing.

      Uninterested, walking away, through the open courtyard, I spot my betrayer, a Monkey King who had led me to this place. But for what, I wonder. He seems stricken, upset I have seen his true colors. Is that regret in his eyes?

      The Lord rises from his throne, following after me, through the throng of laughing demons, all in their higher forms. Are they laughing at me? Or at the incompetence of their Prince? I can't be sure, but his taunting is starting to annoy me.

      The wind blows through the short, pale, snow-dipped grass as I turn around to face this Lord, Prince, whatever he might be. He sneers, and turns his back on me. He really knows how to push my buttons.

      I raise my hand, but my mind can't make contact. Is my TK useless here? No, surely that can't be, not at my level of control. I try again, this time with two hands, remembering how powerful my TK has proven itself in the past. The Demon Lord seems horribly surprised when his head jerks violently to the side. But it's not enough; he's resisting. Pouring on the pressure, another 60 degrees, but still he stands. Again and again, I throttle and wind his neck on its axis, rotating it in circle after circle, but all I earn is a disgusting look of wonderment.

      I decide to take a different approach, taking to the air, and raising my arms up above my head, letting loose a primal shout. A yellow, pulsing aura bursts from my body whilst my hair, now bright and golden, spikes downward, extending into an impressive, body-length mane. Above me, a yellow, glowing orb starts to grow. I feed it my rage, imbuing the ball with a dark red energy. Swirling now, yellow and red, it grows as I scream, as the Demon Lord approaches me, licking his lips.

      In moments, I've grown my attack large enough to vaporize my foe in one fell swoop. So why does he look unconcerned? Is this really all I can do? He seems to think so, but I feel like I can make things more interesting. . .

      “Chidori!”

      Blue electricity shoots up my arm and fuses with the ball, coating it in a spiral of jagged cerulean lightning. The Demon Lord smile fades. He asks me what I've just done, but the only answer I give is cryptic, even to me. With a cry, I bring down my arms, hurling this orb of death at my enemy, who appears to me now as Frieza. To my surprise, he simply stands there as the blast hits his plated chest. Does he really think he can absorb that?

      I watch as he finally realizes what the chidori fusion was designed to do: penetrate his defenses like a knife through taught paper. But by then, it's too late; his last ditch effort to evade the technique only saves a fourth of his body. Part of that fourth, still floating in the air, looks back at me, forever set in an expression of despair and confusion.
    13. Supernova

      My dream began at my ex's house, though I didn't recognize much of it. He was apologizing for getting me sick. People were walking through his room and leaving through the window, and I remember thinking how odd it was. I tiptoed on the border of lucidity, but I don't think I crossed over. Suddenly I found myself in another house...in someone's living room. It was O's place. It was night and he was sitting on this dark leather couch watching tv. I walked over and curled up next to him. It felt so natural, as if this was something we did every night. Sexy details omitted. We laid together on the couch, and I just remember feeling content and protected.



      The dream changed and I was in a scene from a movie, still just barely on the border of lucidity. I watched as the main character from Ink spoke to someone in the street. He was standing outside his car, as though he had just been in an accident. He was speaking slowly and seemed very sad. Although he wasn't dead, the view kept focusing in on his nose. I remember making a comment to someone next to me that I couldn't get over the fact that he was wearing a false nose. I think I was speaking telepathically with Edge, although he wasn't really there with me.



      The scene transformed again and the same man was flying at incredible speeds through space. The stars were leaving trails of light behind him. He had one fist out flying superman style, the other arm was also out in front of him. It moved backward as he put is hand forward and began collecting energy with his hand as he flew. He was summoning energy from all around him and I could see a cloud of glowing blue light, like lighting, forming in front of him. There was a tremendous amount of energy in that blue light. He was fighting something. I couldn't see what it was. It may have been his own shame. The cloud of energy exploded and the darkness of space was lit up like a supernova in every color. I could feel the light reflecting in my own eyes, and reverberating throughout my entire being. It was there. Knowing.

      Suddenly his entire body became superimposed with grid lines, as did the universe around him. He fell and landed with an enormous thud into a world made up of grid lines, almost pieced together like legos. There was a soft glowing blue ambiance. He had transformed into a huge inorganic sort of being made of these grids and blocks. He was still fighting...something. But the whole time I just watched and contemplated the beauty of the scene. I remember thinking how amazing it was...lucid dreaming...and how difficult it was to help others who haven't experienced it to understand. I remember thinking that *I* had flown through space and collected that energy cloud...which burst into a supernova in space. I remember thinking how different it was to actually live the experience rather than merely imagine it. It was just so beautiful. I remember thinking that they'll never understand.

    14. Darkness and Light

      I found myself in bed at my old house, laying on my stomach with my face in the pillows. I heard someone enter my room.

      "Is it you?" I asked.

      The mattress moved as he sat down on the bed. As usual, I was nervous. He leaned over me, and in a dark voice full of malicious amusement he whispered into my ear.

      "I'm not your blue friend*."

      My nervousness transformed into fear as I felt him climb on top of me. I lifted my head slightly to look at his hands closed around my wrists. They were black. Jet black. A color nothing human could be. And I could sense the darkness flowing through him. If I believed in evil then he would be it. But evil implies the sense of something, however wicked, while he was nothing. Emptiness.

      I didn't dare try to see anymore.

      Fear paralyzed my body.

      Pleasure released my mind.

      Not a typical sexual pleasure, but something more intense. Something deeper. At the base of my spine. Like a furnace.

      Who or what he was didn't matter...only the feeling mattered. Aware that at any moment the situation could erupt into sheer terror, I was careful not to appear to struggle from his grasp, and the delicate balance of pleasure and fear was maintained.

      At times he spoke to me, though I can't remember what was said.

      And then, as suddenly as he had come, he was gone. I found myself alone in my bed once again. But soon another came. At first I was, again, fearful. But this man was light skinned, almost glowing, and I found that I was able to look at his face. He was handsome and kind and sought only to comfort me. He offered his hand and I took it, and we dissolved into another astral plane. I know there is more to the dream but I can't remember it.

      *The blue friend he is referring to is some incubus-like being that has visited me on several occasions.
