I got up once at like 4:25, and stayed up for 5 minutes. Then went to sleep for the rest of the night. Once again, no dreams remembered before I got up. I also used the mantra, "I remember dreams when I wake up." I got 1 dream and a fragment:

Dream 1:

I was at Downing school (the place I've been working for the last couple of weeks in real life). Me, I, J, and Jo were going out the back way to the right of the building. We past the "courtyard" in front of the field. We probably turned left at the next intersection. We kept going down that way until we found a courtyard next to a pretty big street. The courtyard looked nice, with grayish bricks laid on the ground. It had a light post around it, and it kind of looked like it belonged in Florence (it probably doesn't exist in real life, either).When we got there, I and J left. Then it was just me and Jo. I asked for her number, and she said she was too poor to hang out with me . Then, N showed up and Jo eventually left. The dream ends there.

Dream 2:

Something about electricity and lightning.

I also had a few dreams and fragments that I forgot before I could do this, and these are the two that I remembered in the end. I slept upstate today.

Fragments:

1. I was wearing high heels, and just wobbled around. I got better at walking after sometime. I felt that the high heels were really tall, but it was only about 2 inches.

2. I was in a shopping mall in China, it felt like I was underground but I'm not sure. I wanted to leave but the exit was in a store, a staircase that leads downward. I felt too awkward to go in just to use the exit.

Going down a tube, and looong windy stairs.

Entering a field where there are a bunch of people cosplaying The Hobbit. I don’t think they were actually wearing accurate costumes though.

Eating food with Melly and her group. There was a $2 piece of some small food, I took a bite but didn’t like it (too bland). I ate a piece of Hershey’s chocolate with marshmallows (didn’t taste like anything). Something about a pearl. Melly was going to show me a way out but I knew one?

One of the girls there looked like someone I knew in elementary school. “Becky, is that you?” But it couldn’t be her, she looked too young. There were a few other girls that looked like her too.

I was trying to find my way home and was flying around the town.

I’m inside a foreign school whose gate gets locked with me inside, but I think the gate opens and I get out. I remember carrying around a bottle of flat pop (it was unopened, I just felt that it was).

I fought the same monster twice (as if the scene were replayed, except the second time there were others fighting it too), using quick slots like in Dragon Nest, if I were a swordsman maybe. I was worried someone would call me out, either because of my powers or for using a hack (hacking reality?).

Notes: I used too many keywords instead of phrases this time and didn’t elaborate enough, so couldn’t recall everything properly later.

Fragment 1: Standing and listening to people talk/play soccer on a field to see who got the techniques a secret way.

-Competition, missing, game-like

Possible inspiration: The last Inazuma Eleven episode I had watched was one before a competition between two teams to see who would go on to do Football Frontier International.

Dream/fragments:

- I was browsing a manga site on somewhere like Tumblr. There was a message warning about hacking on it. I didn’t recognize a lot of the manga but was going to bookmark it anyway. I felt better about it once I saw they had (Katekyo Hitman) Reborn.

Inspiration: For the hacking thing, last night I was updating Pillywiggin on the hacking situation on MAL.

- ‘We’ were standing outside somewhere. An animal had died and we were trying to find something to bury it in. We had a fancy tube, but it was to small, I wondered how it would fit.

One of the characters felt deeply for the death of the animal and was petting it, only it was alive, he was saying ‘there, there’.

Some creatures are after us. A raccoon shows up and leads a pack of them around a column and away from us. We run across some brown grassy plains. I look back and see a bunch of dogs chasing us now! Someone beside me says that they’re friendly. They’re just running after us for fun, and a couple lick at my hands.

- A man is going through papers someone had done, he says it’s good work and goes to meet his ‘student’. He goes outside, and when he spots him the student says something meaningful. The setting is a really pretty garden area/backyard. All Irvin can see is Haruka’s head, and as Irvin gets closer, it’s to see that Haruka is standing in a very clear, small pond of lilypads and grass.

Haruka’s face was really vivid, the style he was drawn in made him seem bigger than in the Free! anime, and the scene was drawn as if it was taken directly from a manga.

- Something about taking on a debt.

Possible inspiration: The column probably came from the dream yesterday. Irvin is from Shingeki no Kyojin, Haruka is from Free! Iwatobi Swim Club.

I was playing some video game.

Dream 2(fragments):

Something was going on outdoors.

I am in my driveway and, after putting a pug in the back of a truck, I go into the garage and see a blond girl, about 9 or 10, who appears to be trying to stargaze in our garage.

Later, I am in front of a single story house, where a boy lives. The dream implies he is the girl's brother, despite the fact they are never seen together.
The boy is "big boned", and looks to be 11.

Apparently, this boy is a jerk (for reasons I can't remember) and a bunch of people decide to hire another boy to impersonate him and ruin his rep. The boy chosen for the job is a very thin boy with round glasses. He looks very nerdy, and has an expansive knowledge of either model airplanes or screwdrivers (can't remember which). He seems to be the same age as the bigger boy, even though he is much smaller.

The rest of the dream is just me on YouTube, watching a movie and trying to find a part of an episode of a TV show.

A man talking about an opponent: "He had fallen on the might of (something), and he himself had fallen back and disappeared." The 'he' in question is described to me as "one of Fate's creatures," Fate being our enemy, but this guy is on a completely different level from those we've been fighting up until now. The man speaking is trying to get through to me just how serious a threat this guy is. He says this guy participated in "sanguinary" interstellar wars (that's the second time this month I've had dreams emphasize war with blood-related adjectives; seems redundant, but the dream seems to think that changes the meaning significantly), and in "civilized eras" he attached himself to prison transports, weapons transports, and managed to gain influence through this.

(Woke up, back to sleep.)

The queen of this country is always seen accompanied by three men attending her in robes, one red, one blue, one gold, all intricately embroidered in white, and I worked hard to become one of those men, but now that I've gained the position of the blue, I just feel chained down. Once we leave the Queen's presence, we're instructed by an aide to remove the robes, and with them the role we played. Such a role exists only in the Queen's presence, and it seems to me as if she exists in her own bubble, reality shifting with her presence or absence, so that she never touches the real world.

Fragments:

My roommate's watching a surreal horror movie called Repo Man starring Nic Cage and Meg Ryan. I comment that I had a dream about those two starring in a vampire movie the other night. (Which is true, I did.) I wanted to watch something else, though.

Something about David Bowie and outer space.

I'm saying "Where is all this going?" and in response the scene changes to show me and the people I'd been talking to sailing off into the sunset on a yacht.

Trying to read a document with errors in the font. When I go to change the font, I scroll past a font called 'lucid dreaming.'

Dream 1

Got into a river for a cool dip, this river reminded me of a river flowing through the Amazon Rain Forest. I could hear the sounds of the wild animals all around me. I must have been pregnant or just delivered a baby because my breast was leaking milk something terrible. As I got into the river for a cool dip, I could see the milk leaking from my breast mix in with the river water. The animals in the river drank the water and milk concoction and as they did, the came out of the river huge ! Then they started to get like super powers from the mixed drink and started doing things they normally don’t do (like monkeys being able to fly like birds in the sky). I saw something ‘hanging’ from some of the animals that got out of the water and when I took a closer look, I noticed that now, they too have huge enormous breast leaking breast milk (I really should have become lucid from this dream ).

Dream 2

A woman was looking for someone to help her with putting on a play from a book. She went around asking everyone to assist her in the play, but no one could help her because they couldn’t understand the topic of the play. She needed someone who was familiar with this play that she was going to be adapted from a book, but she was very upset because she couldn’t find anyone familiar with the book. I told her I knew what she was talking about and she looked at me baffled because she hadn’t even told me what the name of the book was, or what the book was about. I told her that she didn’t have to, that I just knew what she was talking about without even telling me. She told me if I could tell her the name of the book, I would receive the job. I told her the name of the book was, “The Bell Jar.” I was correct.

Note: I have no idea why this book came into my dream, I believe that I either saw a moving that made a reference about it or heard someone in RL talking about it...either way, I have not read the book myself...weird?

This is one of my longer and more interesting dreams and my recall is waning by the second. Let's do this!

This dream was either very long or was an extension of the previous dream (basically a DEILD without the lucidity). I don't remember the first parts, save for that my sister was involved and there was a show that I wanted to watch after school. Now to the parts I remember:

I was sitting in English class. There was some trip you could go on that day. I'm not one for doing after school things, so I refused. Besides, I had a show to watch. I said goodbye to my teacher and went to do whatever I had to do next. The school was not like my real one. After I was done with that, I had to hurry back to my English teacher's room, for whatever reason. The buses were leaving soon! I kept asking people how to get to her room, but the school was a bleeding labyrinth! I finally came across one of my friends and asked him, "What's the fastest way to Mrs. Callahan's (my teacher) room?" He replied, "Well, you can go straight through... (this part eludes me) or you can go through Bavaria at either end of the school." In this dream, there were two regions we referred to as "Bavaria" at either end of the school. These places were locker/shower rooms bathed in piss where freaky German dudes hung out (no offense to German people). For whatever reason, I decided this was my only option. I moved as quickly as possibe through the piss-covered rooms, trying hard to avoid slipping and being caught by a German kid. I tried to used walls to retain my balance, but every surface was covered in piss! I was almost free, but the Germans came after me. As I was about to exit Bavaria, some girls screamed as they saw me (the area looked like a store) and some German tried to grab me. I suddenly became invisible to them and everything became grayscale and there were words at the bottom of my vision. This is where the dream ends.

*The fear of missing the bus is a common element in my dreams, but this is the first time it's happened in a while, possibly because school starts on Thursday.

August 31 2013 - Dream Fragment #1: I remember seeing people that I knew, and then the dream transitioning into an apocalyptic dream ( one of these again) with me running down a path. I got to a sort of old cottage-type place where I saw all of these warriors that tried to kill me. Apparently I was more badass in this dream than in the one last night because I outran them and got to a car at the end of the driveway. I was driving for a long while, and now my memory fades out.

Dream Fragment #2: I remember seeing all of these very nice houses from an aerial viewpoint. Somehow it transitioned back to me sitting at a desk somewhere. I looked over and saw my ex-girlfriend IWL. She put her are around my shoulders and I almost flipped out. "Why are you doing this?" I asked her. She replied in some way but I really don't remember now. My dream's viewpoint shifted out to the sky again and it showed a little place to put your boat next to a very luxurious mansion. I heard here say that if I start going out with her she'd give me a house. I remember refusing it (?) and then I woke up soon.

Dream 1(fragments):

I am in my room and i am talking to family member about dreams, then there's some classic music going on and who i am talking to mentions singing, suddenly i hear some chinese song. It's weird and it was coming out from everywhere, i looked at my hands and they were weird, so i am indeed dreaming. I go to balcony door and phase through it, i am about to take off but dream fades.

Dream 2(fragments):

Something's going on and i am going somewhere. Then i am at kitchen, i suspect that i am dreaming and look at my hands, first time they are usual, second time more weird, i go for the window and when about to jump through dream fades.

Running a checksum in a database that represents some aspect of life does not produce same result as expected, but someone points out that maybe expectations were wrong.

Another fragment: got a new iPad, won it somehow. My mother in law was in this dream too. I think maybe she won it, and gave it to me. Oh, and I remembered telling my boys that this new iPad does not have all the games yet on it, except for a few which grandma downloaded.

I was in a school or building, 2nd or 3rd floor. It was a sunny day. We noticed that the nearby river is starting to rise. I ran like hell immediately, but others didn't seem to understand that it's about to flood. I told everyone to run as well, but I think I was the only one to leave. Everyone else didn't know better.

The water suddenly retreated, and next came the heavy rain. The sunny sky suddenly turned gray. I was running along a path that looked like a dried-up river. Then in front of me, I saw water rolling in like a wave from the sea. I was in a playground by then. I thought it's too low. There's a set of cube blocks forming a pyramid near a building. I climbed up. I found there are two people (kids? teens?) up there, holding each other to keep warm. I held tightly to them to keep warm as well. They didn't seem to mind.

8.30.2013

I was back to school. I was in my hometown. I was preparing for exams. Printed something, my schedule. Quick bathroom bath and dump. I took a car or vehicle to school. I checked my schedule while on the way.

I arrived, and mom caught up to me to give me my schedule. I asked my seatmate to hold my schedule while I get the schedule from mom (I know, it's confusing). I went back and found that my seatmate thought it was my exam paper and proceeded to pass it forward (even though we haven't started yet). His other seatmate was about to pass it along when I picked it up from his hands.

'Woke up.' I heard the radio say that it's already 8 a.m. I panicked. I thought I was gonna be late for my exam. I thought, wait, is it the second day of our three-day exams? I checked the clock and to be sure, it's almost 8 a.m.! Then I thought about the exam 'yesterday.' I can't remember finishing taking it or even taking the two other exams that day. Did I just go home and forgot about the rest of the exams? I don't know.

1) I go in the bathroom to change (at grandma’s house?), but Rane is in there changing too. When I put on the clothes, something isn’t right. They’re choking me but I can’t get them off. Rane starts helping me but is taking too long and I’m starting to panic, I start getting lightheaded and reach back to pull some Velcro apart, and the clothes fall off.

We get in a bit of a fight, something about not trusting. I say something sarcastically to her. ‘So I should just…and trust…”

2) We’re preparing to move. There’s a truck outside. Dad is cooking something. I step down on a step where food is (spaghetti sauce?), but no one says anything about me getting the food dirty.

I ask mom if I can get my jacket, but she says I won’t need it?, but I want it.

Inside, the cats were put into rooms to keep them out of the way. Jazzy loves all over me when I go in. One cat gets out at one point and I put them back in a room. I feel sorry for them.

I remember one door was open a crack, I figure two cats must be sharing a room then if no one is using one - hopefully it’s Smoke and Jazzy since they might get along better than Spice and Jazzy.

I also remember trying to turn the lights on but they wouldn’t come on, the rooms were dark. I figured mom must have turned the breaker off. I wonder if the cats are scared of the darkness.

3) We’re heading somewhere in a vehicle but I’m not happy and want to go back. I say something about how I will, and mom makes fun of me. ‘Oh, you will?’. There’s a white screen projecting in the back, and symbols pop up telling where we need to go. One is a Y symbol.

4) Like 5 people getting into a pose for something.

Possible inspiration: A lot of these dreams had shades of dissatisfaction in them! Maybe that’s why I was in such a bad mood today. :/ And they were connected. I wonder if I've been falling back asleep and waking back up with this gathering of fragments. 2#: Had spaghetti the other day. Think one of the piece of clothes in #1 was a skirt I was thinking about wearing yesterday.
