1 May 2015 I find myself working at an above the ground mine. It seemed that many of the teachers/workers where on leave or sick. Everyone was capitalizing on the long weekend and this left a group of us confused on who was in charge as superiors where minimal. Linds ran around sorting out things at a frantic pace, but not knowing much when I asked her what to do. Reza and Mikey Roman with 80's dreads climbed the dangersous ladder that where laden with rock debris to be removed and proccessed. After climbing up to help i realised I had no saftey harness or hard hat..a recipe for disaster considering the nature of work. I climbed down the ladder and skateboarded toward a cave, trying a few kick flips on the way. Inside was a man busy cutting smokey quarts crystals with a hand device. He tells me he's unable to help me find the safety equipment after genuinely trying. Suddenly there was panic in the air as a gushing river flowed into the cave threatening to drown us. All turned to black. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Brandon, my cousin, showed me a new haircut I could wear which didn't look half bad. Michael Roman and his girlfriend modified his dreadlocks 80's style, and I could apparently do the same. My girlfriend and I went to the outer to rondavel bugalows and found a strange ladyboy in the room, looking at us with a prehensile appendage, sexually.
April 12, 2015 You're Back Already? Fragment I remembered randomly: I was at home, and so was my little brother. I saw him sitting on the couch and at firstthought he had just come for the weekend, but he had all of his stuff with him too. I asked if he was done with school now, and he said he was. I said, "ALREADY?!" and that's about all I remember from the dream haha. Christian Grey's Mansion I was in a large mansion with Christian Grey. We were just talking for a while; he seemed less of a creeper in my dream than he was in the movie (didn't read the books so I can't attest to that). Then he got out duct-tape and a whip, and I was like "WTF are you planning to do with THAT." He looked at me like it was obvious, and I was fine with having a little tussle with him, just not that way. I told him as much (a little bit more vulgarly), and he said that if I could keep away from him for half an hour, he would put them away. But if he caught me within half an hour, he would get to use them. The thrill got me more excited, and he promised to not actually whip me, so I agreed. He smiled and closed his eyes and I started running through the halls of the mansion. All was well until I ran into a booby-trap. I started sinking into the floors of one of the hallways... He hadn't mentioned anything about booby-traps. This made me freak out because if he hadn't told me about the booby-traps, he expected to win the game, and he might have lied about not using the whip on me. I heard footsteps and freaked out more, fell all the way through the floor, and landed in a room. I started to run, and ran into more booby-traps and the halls were like a maze. I could have sworn Christian was around every corner. Then I came to a room with a panoramic window from floor to ceiling. The mansion was in a desolate, red, volcanic landscape. I could tell that I would die within minutes if I stepped outside the mansion. I didn't know how much time had elapsed since the start of our little game, so I didn't know if it was safe to let him find me now. Somehow through my fear, I was still up for sexytimes. As long as there was no whip. Duct-tape I might tolerate either way, I like the feeling of sticky tapes. But no whip. So I continued to hide from him (didn't think to look at my watch to keep track of time, silly me. Might have gotten lucid if I had, too!) Eventually he did find me, but it must have been more than 30 minutes because there was no whip and no duct-tape involved~ I took a nap around 5:00 and had this dream. I'm not sure if it was a WILD or not, because it was a pretty low level of lucidity. But I don't remember ever actually falling asleep or losing consciousness. Like, the whole time I knew I was awake in bed, but was still having this epic experience. Does that make sense? Double-Layered Landscape I laid down for a nap and wondered if I could WILD. A few times, I felt the shaking and had a really loud ringing in my ears, but I would slip out of it because of an itch I needed to scratch. About the 3rd time this happened, I had been thinking about flying. Gradually my bed disappeared and I felt myself entering a dream with a low-ish level of lucidity... I Was flying and could look over a landscape sweeping below me. IT was gorgeous. It was HUG. Everything was on a huge scale. I was flying very high up, and there were vast mountains and canyons and waterfalls all around me. the colors were also vivid and bright. The sky was dawn or dusk-ish; bright oranges and blues and purples. I flew around at high speeds, watching for villages. The world was like a less blocky Minecraft. I wanted to know what was on the other side of this huge waterfall, so I flew over the edge of that. It was just like those videos on Blue Planet or Planet Earth. Right over the edge, close to the water. It was all mist and white beyond, so I flew down through the mist to see what was beyond it. I flew fast; for some reason I wasn't scared of hitting the bottom. Once the mist cleared, there was this amazing world BELOW the landscapes I had just seen. As far as I could see, there was a massive cave-like area. Moss grew all over everything; other than the moss and tons of luminescent flowers and leaves ground on the ground and walls and ceilings, there was no other vegetation. Streams of water fell straight down through holes to the over-world. these streams were scattered all around, and it was just so beautiful. I flew around down here for a while and then sought out one of the waterfalls back up to the overworld. It was a much narrower one, with lichen and vines and those beautiful luminescent things surrounding me. When I reached the overworld, I flew up high again. I was in the mountains. I flew a little lower to search for a village; I wanted to interact with people. I did find a village, but it was in the middle of an evacuation because of some monster that was going to attack. It, like everything in this world, was massive, I was told by a fleeing DC. I felt the dream slipping and slowly became more aware of my bed than the scenes around me. Then I knew it was gone, and so I opened my eyes in bed.
Recall has been terrible for the last week or more, absolutely minimal. Last night was a little better, maybe 2/10: I dreamed all night but could barely piece anything back together, even right after waking up. NLD fragment, "No Chicken": I was in the backseat of a car being driven by someone else. I can't remember why we needed a live chicken. Although I had no awareness that I was dreaming, I knew instinctively that I should be able to conjure a chicken out of thin air by will alone, and I got frustrated after trying again and again with no success. NLD fragment, "No Pants": My mom wanted to enter an underground cave complex that had been set up as a tourist site, but I was afraid they wouldn't let me in because I wasn't wearing pants. I solved this problem by taking off my bulky green sweater and slipping it on like a skirt, fastening it by tying the arms together in front. Though this left me with nothing but a sports bra on top, I buttoned my coat over it and at that point felt like I could pass muster. In the cave, I looked down at my improvised "skirt" and thought it was working pretty well—to a casual observer, it might even look like I was wearing a normal skirt with a sweater tied around my waist. I commented, "Okay mom, this is the weirdest thing I've ever done." Though in retrospect I have to acknowledge that it really wasn't all that weird in the great scheme of things.
I remember around the beginning and end of the dream but am forgetting a lot of the details throughout. I remember driving my truck out in the back country somewhere, driving down a dusty dirt road, a few trees scattered through-out with tall grass of slightly varied shades of greens and a few dried up patches. the time of day was either sunrise or sunset, but it looked as though the sun was setting, and the warm orange/yellow light of the sun was cast out upon this hilly field. at the end of the straight part of the dirt road it started winding at a downward angle to the left abruptly. When we(cant remember who) reached the bottom of the curved dirt road slope I parked the truck and we got out. the scene changed a lot in random order but the general area never changed location. when we got out of the truck the first time, it was getting fairly dark out, so most of the plains were darker by now. the camp site we stopped at was a small basin ("bowl" shaped depression in the earth) with a flat bottom filled with sand. some of the walls were exposed sandstone and were probably weathered to form the sandy floor. I dont know when or how, but the scene changed. it was now mid afternoon, and the camp site we were at was now deeper underground, you could still see out but it was farther in the earth and looked partially underground now like a cave. we looked around the area, i thought to my self "many other people have been here before us" because i saw some areas that were covered in piles of trash and there was some graffiti. we decided to move to a clean spot and set up camp. we were still on the sandy floor of where ever we were. I set up a single-man orange tent next to a sandstone wall. the others had set up across from me about 15 feet away. at some point we walked into a small cave passage, and the details escape me but we got to a point where we were looking out a long glass pane attached to the sandstone rock, from in the cave and we saw someone at our camp. i thought to myself i dont want him looking through my stuff because i didn't want my gun and sunglasses taken. we got back to the camp site, i grabbed my stuff out of my green back pack. I made sure i had the items. a black m9 hand gun, and my purple and yellow knockaround sunglasses. all was well and we were going into our tents to sleep. i got in my tent, and it was now pitch black out. and that is where that dream ended. another fragment, i was in my room collecting coins from my desk area. my desk is in a small section of my room where it pushed outside a bit, the desk is mounted to the wall, has a tempered glass top over it, and there is a big window on the wall in front of it that it is against. i pick up a blue coin, and a white coin, and some kid is talking to me about how he pre-ordered a game for x-box. i told him it sounded cool, then my alarm woke me.
Ritual: WTB 12:30am, woke ~6am and set vibrating alarm for 40 minutes. I don't have a clear memory of it going off the first time (~6:40). The second time it went off (~7:20) I seem to have experienced it entirely within the dream state. My lucidity lapsed shortly thereafter but came back when I noticed that the circumstances were suitable for one of the TOTMs. I must have dreamed for about ten minutes after the alarm went off the second time, waking at ~7:30 with 29 minutes left on the alarm going into its third 40 minute cycle. NLD: I was on a bus traveling through a desert. Looking out the window, I saw an enormous lizard resembling an early-model godzilla. [DR: an image of a similar godzilla was shown briefly John Oliver's show on Sunday night.] It didn't look real, because on closer inspection its "skin" was wrinkled and rippling like that of inflatable parade float rather than a living creature. I concluded that it must be a world boss and looked away. Even though it was so much larger than me and very far off, I was afraid that my scrutiny might draw its attention, and I was not equipped to battle it without a raid. Our destination was a cave, which was pleasantly cool and dark after the burning light and heat of the desert outside. I passed through the large front cavern through a door labeled "Imagemakers" that led into a back room. These "imagemakers" were literally cave painters, a studio full of artists each doing individual murals on the walls, but in a modern, Asian-inspired style. [DR: One painting seemed reminiscent of Toshio Aoki's Thunder Kami (1900), which I was looking at yesterday.] I comment to one of the artists how pleasantly cool it is here in the back room. She replies, "It's only 25, if you're not careful you might freeze." [DR? I had reviewed the TOTMs before bed and my notes used the word "freeze," which also ended up being the task I attempted later in the same dream.] I assume she means Celsius because it's not that cold in here, and try to remember what that would be in Fahrenheit—72 or so? I point out to her that when I start to feel cold I can just put on more clothes. Outside in the heat, there was nothing I could do, so this is preferable. EILD-FA: I feel the vibrating alarm and "wake up," or so I believe, though it retrospect it was obviously an FA because I was in a room with no resemblance to WL. I am sitting in bed reading a book, and after I feel the vibration I remember not to move at first, lest I break REMA. As I start to feel more confident in my dream senses, I venture to turn the page of the book. Slowly I expand my range of motion until I'm sure that I'm not going to disrupt the dream. The plot of the previous dream continues (insofar as it has any continuity, which isn't much) and I soon lose what little lucidity the alarm had prompted. NLD: Now everyone's talking about a bride who is coming, also on a bus, and someone instructs me to go to a counter to buy a present for her, "a small dog." I had envisioned a tiny dog that was only a few inches long, but the two available at the counter aren't small by any reckoning; they must weigh 40 or 50 pounds. The clerk asks me what I want the dog to be able to do. I think this over, rationalizing that it is a gift to someone who might not be expecting it, so it would be best if it isn't too high maintenance. "Ummm.... sleep a lot?" is my first suggestion. I try to think of other possibilities. "Stand up? Lick? Can they do that?" The clerk looks at me and answers in a tone that suggests he thinks I am an idiot, "Yeah, they can all do that." While I'm deliberating someone has come up and bought one of the two dogs, so I'm stuck with the one that is left. I think it's really ugly, with shaggy beige fur, and I hope the bride likes it or I'll be stuck with it. At least the dog has a good personality, friendly and responsive, nuzzling up to me like it wants to be liked. I go to another room and start talking with two girls. Suddenly the dog starts humping the floor, which embarrasses me. "I hope he doesn't do that around her," I say, meaning the bride. One of the girls laughts comments that the way she's been carrying on with her new husband, she probably won't be offended. DILD: As the conversation continues, I suddenly notice: hey, I'm in a room with DCs, this would be a perfect opportunity to try the "freeze" TOTM. I mean, okay, there's only two of them, but we are in a room, so that should qualify as a "roomful." "Freeze!" I say suddenly, interrupting whatever else we were talking about. The girls stare at me with looks that say "WTF." They're still moving normally, so I issue the command again, attempting to focus my will by tensing my body. That doesn't work either, and I realize that I have the wrong approach. I need to be focusing my mind, not my body. "Freeeeeze," I say cajolingly, drawing out the word. At this point they do stop moving, but I have the impression that they're just playing along. I decide to try the narration technique. "Your body feels so heavy, you can't move. You're paralyzed, like when you sleep." That reminds me, of course we're not completely paralyzed when we sleep, and I'd better not kill them by overdoing it. I hastily add, "You can breathe, of course, just like when you're sleeping." The girls seem to be complying now, so I study them closely to be sure. I also remember that I should take conscious note of their names, which I had instinctively known earlier in the dream but had almost forgotten on going lucid. The smaller one on the left, with the dark hair... I think back and all I can come up with is "Calm." It sounds odd, but that's the only name that I remember for her. The plumper girl on the right, a blonde, I know for sure is called "Amy." The smaller girl seems completely comatose now. I lift her arm and drop it, and it falls with satisfying limpness. The larger girl is also lying still, but I get the impression she's just pretending: one of her arms is in a position that could only be maintained by exerting muscle control. I lift it and it is stiff in my grasp. Then I realize I'm going about this all wrong. I try to remember the specifics of the TOTM. Was I just supposed to freeze them in place, or was there something about actually stopping time? I can't clearly remember the wording. I decide I'd better try the latter in any case, it might work better—and I won't have to worry about the girls accidentally suffocating if time itself has stopped. "Freeze!" I shout, now indicating not only the two of them but the whole environment, with only myself as an exception. I find that the logical impossibility of this trouble me: if I continue moving normally, then in what sense can time itself be said to have stopped? It doesn't make any sense. I remind myself that this is a dream, and I'm not obliged to work out the physics of it. I look at Amy to see if my new strategy has resulted in any improvement. No, although she is lying quite still, and her arm looks properly limp now, she's actually tapping the fingers of one hand. "Freeze!" I shout again, looking directly at her hand. Still tapping. "Freeze!" I yell, glaring at the hand. Tap... tap... tap. "Freeze!" I insist, mustering all my intent. The hand finally goes limp. It occurs to me that at some point I'm going to need to write all this up, and the thought wakes me. Notes: I never did remember the second part of the TOTM, not just in the dream but even after waking up, recording my notes, and going about my day... but I had the feeling that there might have been more to it, that I left something out, and on coming home from work and checking the forum, I see that there was a whole second part of the task that I skipped!

I dreamed of my old family beach resort. That is strange, I haven't dreamed of that place in a long time. I was in my art history class. I had forgotten to do the homework. We still had [a large amount of time] before class to do the work. I thought about trying to do it, but instead decided to get up and leave class. ... I somehow found myself in a martial arts/combatatives shop. They sold everything relating to fighting here. Guns. Bows. Swords. I remember seeing some of the weapons on the wall and thinking I wanted to get one. I knew that I was in some sense or another 'allowed to'. The front room of the store was cramped with all the weapons and gear. I made my way into the back room that was almost completely empty. I then ran into a group of about a dozen martial artists, proudly wearing white uniforms and black belts. They asked me how good I was with a bo staff and gave me one. I started spinning it around, as I did telling them that I've never had any formal training or practice with one. I just used to have a stick and I would use it for play. They then asked me if I found it funny when I was teaching new students if they got [two similar stances] mixed up. I told them about how (IWL) I've been attending Taekwondo lessons for four years, and I still got [those stances] mixed up sometimes. Because I was making mistakes and open to learning I didn't find it annoying. They didn't seem to happy with this answer and left me there. Then the shop owner came up and told me that I was here because someone had challenged me to a fight. He said that he couldn't tell me who because my challenger had chosen to remain anonymous until the fight. I asked him what the rules of the fight are. He told me that it was totally open. Any moves were fair-game. The only rule is I am not allowed to bring other people in with me. He gave me a different outfit, a black martial arts uniform and told me to head up to [some cave] where the battle would take place. I teleported outside. I became lucid around here and realized that I wanted everyone to hurry up and get this fight on, with all the short-lived lucidity I've been having, there was no way we were going to see some action. The cave was out in a snowy tundra in the mountains. The only way into the cave was a rope bridge. It seemed to be made out of these tough vines of some sort. I couldn't really tell. It led into a cave. Inside the cave was mostly filled with water. (Very cold water, since tundra and all) but there was a small platform, about 20ft around in the middle that the bridge connected to. There were a couple of waterfalls coming into the edge of the cave and a couple of holes in the ceiling where sunlight shown through like a spotlight onto the main floor. There was another bridge that came from the opposite side of the cave. There were all of these people on the opposite side that were watching, including the guys that were in the back of the shop from earlier. It didn't take them long to send their opponent across. Some of them had even set up tents and what not. So, you already know I was supposed to fight Manei, my very own dream guide. But I didn't know that just yet. (TBH I didn't pick up on it until halfway into the fight.) Because when she came across, I hardly recognized her. She had cut her hair short (not really short, just short enough to lay flat on top of the head.) She wasn't wearing her headband. Though I guess what threw me for a loop was the idea that Manei had picked a fight with anyone. She's always given me the vibe that she was something of a pacifist. But the reason I didn't recognize her was the fact that her energy/aura that I usually felt seemed completely absent. It was strange, and I am still not 100% sure that the character that I fought was her. She tried to taunt me into attacking first, but I remained quiet and motionless. Eventually she just charged right at me, winding up for a big punch right in the face. It was like facing down a charging bull. I simply sidestepped and tripped her with one foot as she came in. I honestly did not expect that to work at all. She fell forward but managed to catch herself. She got to her feet ready to fight again. She went in for a couple kicks. I noticed that her form was horrible, she wasn't guarding her body and seemed off balance. When she moved in for a punch I was able to duck under her. I was coming around to elbow her in the back when I realized that I was fighting Manei, and what I was about to do could really hurt someone. I tried to think of another way that I could end this fight quickly without really hurting her. I for some reason thought of how in Avatar, that one girl (Ty Lee was it?) can Chi-Block her opponents and paralyze them without hurting them. I threw a couple of random quick jabs to her back and (Because lucid dream) it worked. Her right arm was completely paralyzed, hanging limp at her side. She came around with her left and tried to punch me. I grabbed her with my left and twisted her wrist around so that she was off balance. Two more jabs with my right arm and both arms were paralyzed. I stood back and looked at her. Her hair was long now, but undone and messy. For some reason the dream became really detailed here. I could see every detail in her. Her facial expression, full of aggression. Her arms, that she was already starting to get feeling back in them. She was opening and closing her fists. I could even see her breath in the cold air of the cave. The cave itself became more detailed too. I could now hear the waterfalls and see little crystals inside the stone floor. The fight dragged on for a few minutes of interlude combat. She didn't manage to land a single solid hit, despite giving it her all. I didn't land many hits either, I was being very careful not to hurt her. After awhile, She didn't want to fight anymore, she wanted to wrestle. I put my hands into my pockets. She ran right at me ready to grab me and take me to the floor. When she got in close, I jumped back, and landed on my back, feet in the air. She jumped for me and I kicked her up and behind me. I heard a splash sound. By the time I got up I saw the spot in the water where she had gone in. I began to notice that she wasn't coming back up. Either that kick or the cold water had knocked her out. "Huh... man... that water looks cold!" I jumped in and fished her out. Despite being fully lucid, she seemed impossibly heavy and I was barely able to lift her out. I managed to get her back up onto the arena. She coughed up a bunch of water. For some reason or another, I had to carry her across back to her family. And my oh my, I wish I had a smaller dream guide. One of the martial arts guys came over to me, the oldest and most experienced. He told me that it was customary for dream guides to fight their dreamer at least once. He gave some reasoning behind it, but I didn't find it very valid, or think that it applied to me and her. He also told me about how you might expect that most of the time the guide would win, but in reality it is actually about 50/50. In most cases it really depends on the personality of the dreamer/guide rather than their position. The last thing that I remember was her little sister of about six years old (or who I assumed was her little sister) running up and asking if she was okay. She had gone unconscious again. I told her that she would be fine. The dream ended and I woke up.

January 26, 2015 (With CZ) I could NOT sleep last night. Figured I was being good and going to bed early around 10:00... nope. Didn't fall asleep until 11, then woke up at midnight and was awake, trying to fall back asleep, until 4 am, then woke again at 5, and was awake for another hour or so attempting to WBTB and only have about another hour and a half of sleep before my alarm went off D: Nevertheless, had a few interesting dreams: Cave Tour (between 4:00 and 5:00) I was on a tour of a huge cave system. I was with Zukin, a few other people I know, and at least one anime character, though I can't remember which one. I distinctly remember the ceiling getting higher and higher as we climbed up. It was reminiscent of the Carlsbad Cavern if you walk back up. At the top, though, there was a small amphitheater and a projector, and a door in the wall at the very, very back top corner. The projector was supposed to display the night sky on the cave ceiling, with a short presentation about something, but the projector wasn't working. We tried to get it to start working, but nothing was helping. Zukin suggested finding a ranger to help us, but there were none to be seen. In fact, we were the only ones in the whole cave... Sleep Over (between 6:00 and sometime before 7:30) I was with my mom, and we were visiting Zukin's house. We were in a room divided by a book shelf that was about shoulder height. Each side had a couch, but there was only a TV on one side. We were arguing over who got to sit on the TV side and therefore decide what to watch. I am pretty sure I wanted to watch Doctor Who. On the side without the TV, there were about fist-sized holes along the bottom of the wall, every two feet or so. Zukin's mom mentioned them being homes for the rats she kept as pets. The dream shifted a bit and instead of my mom and I visiting Zukin and her mom, it was just me visiting some guy. I was about to leave, but it started storming and my bus was canceled. So I had to stay the night. He was saying that I would sleep on one side of the room, and he would sleep on the other side so I wouldn't feel lonely but also wouldn't be worried about him doing anything. Such a gentleman, though I wanted to sleep on the same side, though I didn't tell him. We stayed up pretty late watching a movie on my side, though, and both ended up falling asleep on the loveseat reclining couch. Mall School (right after dream 2) I was in a class about dinosaurs. I was listening to the professor get all the information wrong, though I can't remember how it was wrong. I got fed up with all the misinformation, and got up to go to the bathroom. I exited the classroom into what seemed like a mall (I've had a few dreams with malls that have classrooms instead of shops...) and turned left to the bathroom. I skipped the toilet and just went to wash my hands, and might have gotten lucid if my alarm didn't wake me up right then D:
>You could call this genocide. I saw a facility that made sex-enhancement pills from people, like Soylent Green Sex Pills. Ugh. (need a barf bag? I don't, but I'm thinking of a cartoon character nearly needing one.) Some woman with short, grey hair showed the horn-hands symbol on her right hand to "me", a security guard who took the place of another one who "I" knocked the head off of because he wasn't doing an effective job. (help!) >In a black and white movie type setting, some people (I think) got out of a truck. It was either a moving truck or a milk truck, and then I heard my Dad call my name and he said "NOW!" so I walked out the door and woke up. (Just, a door showed up all of a sudden. Nice.) >There was an extensive part about going through caves of some sort, I think. I did watch part two of the extended version of "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" the day before, though. There's also another part - An explicit part - that I don't desire to get into detail about. However, I did wake up without a problem so I'm glad about that. _______

My first lucid dream, I've really been wanting to do a Journal entry but haven't really had the motivation to do so. Now I do, enjoy Non-Lucid Lucid I was watching a stream of some youtubers playing Grand Theft Auto Online. Their characters spawn in and one of them is trying to trick the others into entering a room with a block of C4 flying everywhere. Noone was buying it and they all started laughing at him. My view went third-person and I was in a desert-moutanin area with a girl that was telling me not to move too quickly otherwise I would lose the dream (didn't become lucid because of this, I'm an idiot) It went a bit vague at this point and I remember coming back when I was in a cave with the girl and a group of DC's. I was trying to sleep but couldn't, I got up and looked to the mouth of the cave where a black ghost was. It probably would have been scary but it was 3D animated like a childish cartoon. One DC got up and said something to the ghost and it dissapeared. Everyone moved out of the cave and into a stone courtyard of some sort, It seemed to be surrouned by stone paths heading to termite mounds of something like that. I looked up and I saw the ghost above everyone, it was really stretched out for some reason. Everyone started to freak out and the same guy that talked to the ghost started handing out chairs. He gave the first chair to a small girl and handed a different looking one to a man. The DC that gave the chair thought about it for a moment before switching it with an identical one. A truck-load of the same chairs appeard out of nowhere and everyone started grabbing them. I grabbed one and noticed it was white with a black rim around the cushion. Everyone started running towards the entrance to another cave while I picked up another chair and took my time. I saw that another man that looked slightly like Daniel Craig was doing the same thing. I arrived at the entrance to the cave and wondered aloud "Why is everyone so scared of this thing, it's just a part of my imagination...Hang on?!" I was in shock for a moment at how vivid my hands looked before trying to stabilise the dream by rubbing my hands together as the dream began to fade. I think I might have moved my arm IWL because I could feel myself waking up. I didn't mind though because I was just happy to have actually had one. Woke up feeling awesome Since I completed my primary objective to actually have a lucid dream (took me nearly a month) I thought I might actually show some of my other goals to do in my lucid dreams: - Have a Lucid Dream - Bend all 4 elements - Tell a DC I'm dreaming and see their reaction - Fly - Find my Dream Guide or have them find me
So I've recently joined this site, and thought I'd put up a few things I wrote down. I don't regularly maintain a DJ, but I have a notebook I keep random notes and stuff in, and I put a few dreams in there. No date on this one, by location in notebook, I estimate end of 2013: Stuck in cave with many other people, blast it open but water rushes in, have to swim out of the opening, but it's underneath the water. Most people not having any trouble, but I keep floating on top weakly instead of being able to dive down. Air is running out, I have to hurry. Finally swim out into an airport. (I remember this one had something to do with terrorists, but I guess I was too lazy to write down the rest of the dream. Also, I think the airport kind of looked like a mall for some reason.) No date on this one either, probably summer 2014: Anna (my name in this dream for some reason), have to save someone whose name starts with a D, Dom? Dido?Short bladeThere's some kind of virus, it grows out of love into violence (causing people to be violent to the ones they love)The virus spreads to her children (Anna's?) Some kind of enemy army nearby (set in a much older time, think around Mongolian era or older)Someone yelled 'Anna, no!'I (being Anna) stab myself in the stomach and fall on my back (This one I remember actually feeling the warmth of the blood and as I died (not instantly) I woke up. Weird stuff.) This one was written immediately after the last one in same pen, looks continuous. I think they happened in the same night: Jumped from ~20th floor, felt like all my organs and body hurt but I was mostly fine and walking around like normalWent back up in an elevatorNo intention of dying, I must have been locked out on the balcony by someone? I've got about 3 more in this notebook here, slightly longer ones. I'll post them later.

I was some sort of water monster in a very tall cave filled with water. I terrorized the area's humans enough that they built an army to kill me. I mostly stayed in the water, killing humans and their ghastly-looking creatures.I fought so much that I almost got killed, which made me return to my base which was close by. A strong monster made it into my base but my base guardian managed to kill it before it got harmed.
Black: Non-dream Blue: Non-lucid Red: Lucid Tried SSILD again last night, set my alarm for 3:25am. I rolled around in bed a while trying to coax myself to get up, 20 minutes later I did. Dream 1 - River, rain, and a cave I'm inside a cave, the ground has dryish dirt on it, it's pretty dark inside because there isn't a light source and it's a rainy day outside. I walk to the exit and look outside, the entrance is blocked by a flowing shallow river (knee-thigh deep). I apparently decided I wanted to leave the cave, and headed into the river which had rounded rocks on the bottom, making it hard to wade through. The river only spanned a short 10 metres wide. I looked back down the river and at the cave behind me too, the cave I was in was apart of a large rocky wall, it looked almost unnaturally hollowed out. I managed to cover about 8/10th of the river and was about to reach the riverbank but woke up. Dream 2 - In my robe at the mall Me and my close friend D are at the shopping mall walking around. I suddenly realize I'm in my robe! I head to a nearby store and buy a blue shirt, some shorts, and a red unbuttoned flannel shirt. For some reason this dissatisfies me, and I tell my friend D to go on without me while I go get some 'cool' clothes. I head off to a different clothing store, this one has nice wooden floors and tall wooden shelves, the shop is quite big. I see to my left a bunch of shirts on sale, but they look like they're for kids, so I go further into the shop and keep searching. I either forgot the rest or woke up. 2 exams are over and I got 2 weeks to go until my next one, I started doing RCs again today and will be firing up my determination too
This is an interesting lucid that happened about 40 minutes or so after first falling asleep. These are very unusual for me! Also had a much more nightmarish start than most of my lucids. Color legend: Non-dream Dream Lucid Lucid #247: Happier! I’m standing by my pool, which looks distressingly green and nasty. While I’m stressing out about how this happened, a large snake comes slithering out of the pool toward me. “Whoa, are you kidding me?” I shout, running a few feet away toward a stone wall that’s about eight feet high. I scramble up to the top before the snake can get me. I notice that this felt easier than it should have, and I become lucid. I let go of the wall and float away, my feet rotating gently upward until I’m lying on my back, looking up at the sky. I’m in some kind of miniature canyon, and the green water is now just a calm pond rather than my pool. I fly down toward the only exit, which seems to lead into a cave. The cave interior is well-lit but feels sinister. The walls are stained red as if they’re covered with blood and strange growls echo off of the walls. Further down the slope I see dim, hulking figures shambling through the fog. I think that they look like zombies. I remember that I want to summon Dreamer but I want to wait until the environment becomes more pleasant. I walk further down the slope and a huge, crazed-looking man with a black beard charges at me, his hands outstretched for my throat. That’s not real, I think, and I feel only a dull impact as he passes through me. Out loud, I say to Dreamer, “I know you’re here with me. I’ll call you in soon.” (I still don't want to call her in while the dream's still going all horror show on me.) Another crazed figure charges me, decayed flesh hanging off of his face. Yuck! Why is this dream trying to be so scary? I turn away, knownig that he’ll pass right through me, and he does. I emerge from the cave into a large tiled room that looks like an industrial kitchen. About a dozen or so zombies are in here, rising up from the floor, shambling forward, and then collapsing with a sigh into a heap of bones. Then the cycle begins again. It’s gruesome to look at and I really want to fix it. I decide that the zombies and I are all going to sing together! I come up with some song where the chorus goes, “Happier! Happier! Happierrrrrrrr!!” I belt it out with all I’ve got, and the zombies join in with me. Each cycle they look more and more normal, until after about 30-40 seconds, all of the zombies are now blond guys wearing shades, suits, and sporting 80s looking haircuts. I keep singing with these guys for a while, really enjoying the turnaround of this dream. I realize that I should think about other goals, and as I’m making my way into the next room, the dream thins out and fades.

Dream Lucidity I was on an interstate road in the middle of nowhere in NM. I was working at some sort of refinery and got freaked out when I got behind some tanks full of gas. I asked how I got there and looked at my watch. Since it was dark, I tried lighting up the watch but it didn't work. I eventually realized I was dreaming! I counted my fingers and there were 8 in one hand. I increased clarity and stabilized the dream before thinking of exploding one of the tanks full of gas. I remembered I don't use fire magic so I looked around and saw a door leading underground. Upon trying the door, I found out it was locked so I reached into my pocket for a key. As I was doing that, the door opened on its own. I went down the stairs and opened more doors, some of them looking like the doors in the game fallout. The area was dark, so I said "Increase brightness!", which only helped a little. I rose my right hand and said "Light", which made a small orb of light appear, lighting the area as if I were holding a torch. I moved the light in front of my eyes, which hurt them because the light was so bright. I cancelled the light and reached for the flashlight on my belt. I lit up a few spots around the room, wondering if there would be monsters around. I decided to hover and passed through floors, purposely getting stuck in some of them. Once I reached the top, I decided to let go and I fell and fell and fell until I hit the floor, which didn't hurt. I walked through the building and saw 2 Mario characters. I came up on a cave-like room with grass and water. I decided to ask one of the Mario characters what the water represented, which lead to a stupid response that I knew was fake. I said "Yeah, whatever" and walked away. I looked at my watch, which was showing time normally. Upon looking at it closer, I notice that the day was moving long with the seconds. I decided to do something to upgrade my max lucidity so I tried summoning a water orb between my hands but it didn't work and slowly started to wake up.
Dream 1 I'm at my primary school in the gymnasium. It's been turned into a night club. I have Kayley with me, and I see Marleigh with her brother. We are all dancing and Kayley grabs Marleigh and pulls her towards us so they can dance with us. Marleigh looks at me and then grabs my cock, holding it with a tight grip. I kinda feel a little bit of pain. She's got a good grip, I can't even move. I start talking to Marleigh's brother on the dance floor, and couldn't help but notice his poor taste in fashion. He's about 5-10 years too late. I tell him nice beard (referring to his chest hair that could be seen. Hes first few buttons on his shirt were undone), and mention that it's an in thing those beards. I tell him about my chest hair and try to show him what I had, but I have too much clothes on. I jokingly try to send him a picture of it. There's a dance circle which had been formed and there was two black males with short frizzy haired dances in it. It looks like they're dressed up for a play or something. One of the males is sitting down on a chair when he pulls out a syringe and gabs himself with it, pretending to be sick. I begin to do some weird shit on the dance floor and start moving my hands up and down as if I was using a horn on a truck. Kayley walks over to Marleigh and Marleigh says that she probably wouldn't see us for another 8 years, and Kayley responds saying I doubt that. Dream 2 I'm outside with Daryl and we notice a group of protesters. They're holding signs and all. I tell Daryl that these are the water protesters (wanting no chemicals in water). They all make their way up some steps and we follow. We reach a rocky area which is close to the ocean. They walk the long way to where they're intending to go, and I take the short cut. The destination wasn't far at all and it's to an entrance of a cave where an aboriginal was standing. I'm standing on the rocks above him and I think he notices me. We all are in front of the entrance now and the scene of the cave changes to a house. We begin talking to the aboriginal man for a few moments before we eventually enter the house. There's a party going on inside, and I can see a lot of people. They seem to be having a great time. I see that more aboriginals come into the scene and they seem to be stand offish, and keep to themselves. Everyone is dancing and I can't help but join in and feel the love. There's a hand railing in front of me. Sam tells me she's leaving. Shortly after a female tells me that she's going to find Sam, and I insist that I will come along so she's not alone. I can see a olympic barbell at the door, and a bike. It's blocking the path. I get passed them and head out and look for Sam. I see Sam and Ben in the distance, sitting on a chair. I reach them and see that Ben's holding some photos which are the size of an average painting. It's a picture of people playing Aussie Rules Football. It seems to be for Josh Arfods Dads birthday, and he isn't too sure on the photo. Dream Fragment 1. Dave Clork is in a new relationship. 2. I look down at my stomach and notice that I have a gut. It looks like its sagging and I see that one area looks like its bulging out more then the other side.
