    1. The End of the End of the World, brought to you by Trees.

      My friends and I are walking through a college skyscraper. We're trying to find the pool for some reason. We get to the roof and there is a person who says something to us and then his hair turns into wings and he flies away. It switches to more of a movie about two brothers, seems like a comedy. Their father makes them go to the same roof, and they grab a rope hanging from a helicopter. The helicopter starts to fly off so they're left hanging by the rope, flying through the air. I was thinking "Man, that's so unrealistic. There's no way they'd be able to hold on to that." The rope breaks and one of the brothers starts to fall, but the other one tries to catch him. He starts swinging back and forth, trying to catch his (ridiculously long) ponytail.

      There's this cute girl that I did my interview with when I applied at WalMart. In the dream, we started dating but she got upset because she found furry stuff on the internet via my computer (Which is funny, because she's a furry.) All I remember is just trying to find her so we could talk it out.

      It's the end of the world, and my people are slowly starting to die off. The planet has been swept by a disease that seems incurable. We've tried every medicine that we could think of, even creating new ones in our labs. The only survivors are members of my family.

      But there was one thing that we didn't try.

      I don't remember how I found her, but I was amazed at what I saw. A tree in the middle of the forest, with her bark wrapped around a person as they slept. No, not sleeping. In a sort of meditative state, maybe? I just stood there and stared at her, and she spoke to me. I felt an unexplainable bond with this tree, like she was a daughter to me. She told me that the person had been inflicted with the disease and that they came to her for help. She wrapped her bark around them and helped them, curing them of the disease.

      I went to my family, telling them of my discovery. My grandmother was very interested in the tree, as well as some other members of my family that I didn't really know that well. My daughter, however, was getting upset with how much time I spent with the tree.

      Skip forward a bit; my daughter caught the disease. I told her to go to the tree to cure herself, but she wouldn't listen. I continued to beg her, but one day, she was gone.

      Help me, father.

      I'm in a space station. A voice echoes through my head and I run as fast as I can, trying to keep myself from crying so that I can see.

      Help me.

      I'm running through the aisles of what looks like a supermarket, looking for my daughter. Suddenly, I realize that the voice in my head isn't my daughter's. It's the tree's. I continue to run, looking for my daughter. She comes first. I didn't want her to think that I loved the tree more.

      I find my daughter leaning against the ends of one of the aisles, maybe crying. She's sick. Really sick. I hug her and tell her that I love her, and that everything will be okay.

      I find the tree. She is in the space station, replanted here. She doesn't seem to mind, but then why was she calling for help?

      No, she didn't need help. She was leading me to my daughter.

      I convince my daughter to let the tree help her. She refuses to let the tree wrap the bark around her, but she just sleeps while leaning against her. I think it works. I think she's been cured.

      (This dream, although there was a dream between it and when I woke up, and although I'm posting this about an hour after I woke up, still hurts my heart. I won't be forgetting this feeling anytime soon. Is this the feeling of fear a father gets when he thinks he's going to lose his daughter? If so, I pray for all of the fathers out there who have felt this way.)

      My friends and I are playing a racing game, something about fire and how someone was drinking alcohol so they exploded or something.
    2. Old Dream about Gold Coins 04/09/10

      I had a nice large house, it is different from my real home though. I went out of my house by the backdoor, it was a screened in porch. I went out the porch door out and seen the metal fence around my backyard. It all seemed quite nice. The dimensions of my yard seemed huge, as opposed to my yard in real life. As I approached the back there was this tree which seemed to grow into the fence but not any further into my yard. This tree was huge, maybe a maple or oak, it was 50 foot across at the base. The tree was lopsided masswise, since it was not round at the base. It made half a circle, flattened where it grew up against the fence. I walked underneath the tree, half expecting it to fall on me.

      Somehow I found an entrance to the tree and entered it. It had rooms inside the tree! I was in the halls of the tree, where I stored gold coins for using as currency. There were DCs in the tree as well, some of them dwarfish looking fellows. They went about there business, they dealt in gold and regular currency as well. I used regular money too. I knew I was rich in the gold coins I had, but could not cash them in as it were in my dream. In other words I was becoming lucid and realized I could not take the gold with me out of my dream.

      When I woke up I started looking for the gold coins I was holding in my hands during the dream, but it wasn't there in my hands anymore.
    3. Past Lucid Dream of flying

      An old one I had is one where I was near this river, needing to cross. Suddenly it became obvious to me that I could fly across, so I did. But as I crossed and in the air now, lucid, I stopped in mid flight, levitating there.

      Near me there was a very large tree, I floated over to it, and grabbing it ripped it out of the ground, roots and all. I did this all while still levitating. Flying with my new tree, I used it as a club, smashing a few structures, buildings, roadways before flinging the tree a long distance down the river making a big splash.

      I really wasn't paying attention to my DCs at this point, but I supposed they were wondering how in the hell am I doing this. Well I landed in an ally where I met a DC who actually question how. I told him it was easy for me and demonstrated by grabing a nearby telephone pole and ripping it from the ground. It impressed him but I still could tell he just didn't get it. Thats pretty much were it ended.
    4. Lucid Dream: Odd House and Walking Tree

      I just had a mini lucid. I had slept in some and was going to get up, but I felt disappointed that I really didn't remember any dreams, so I decided to try one more time to try to squeeze out a dream or amybe even a lucid.


      Dream:

      I was looking at a house with my mom and sister to buy. This one was for Sale by Owner. It ened up being a ver big house. But there were many odd things about it. It was very junky--the previous owners had left all their junk and garbage.

      There were many floors. The top floor was about four stories off the ground and had a great view. But there was a part near the front where the floor and the wall didn't meet so there was a 10-12 inch crack. The previous owners had put some chicken wire across it so that nothing --or no one would fall through.

      On the way down I noticed that one of the staircases was wobbly. I wiggled it a bit and heard it it crack, and it then broke free and fell to the lower floor.

      That was the thing that made us decide that we really didn't want the house. I told mom, "This house is really big, but I don't think it was built very well.".


      The next thing I remember is that I am going down a school hallway on roller blades. I tripped on something and almost lost my balance and thought, "Whoa, that would be very embarrassing to fall down here in front of everyone. So I was extra careful after that.

      I got to the Kindergarten hallway. I noticed a display hanging on the wall. It was how one of the classes used cooked lima beams (mashed) and jello to create this wonderful moldable substance. They had displayed a jack-o-lantern and other things that they had shaped out of the stuff. The color was a light clearish orange. Another teacher came by and she also mentioned how neat she thought that was. I pulled out a paper and was about to write down the recipe. Then two more teachers walked by. They were talking about weightloss.

      Then I was back in the original big house. I was standing by the window. I saw a very tall cypress tree by the window. I notied it was moving. I thought it was moving because of the wind (it had been very windy in real life all night). But as I looked closer, I noticed that it was actually moving past the window.

      "It's walking!! A walking tree...just like the last Lucid Task." I thought. "I am dreaming! I'm having a lucid dream! I have to find my cat so she can talk to me..." I looked around. I saw the garage door in front of me I knew my cat would be there if I were only lucid long enough.

      But of course at that thought I felt the dream start to fade.

      And then I woke up.


      But this is a great sign. This often happens to me before I get it right. So I am hoping/expecting to get the Task done in the next night or two.

    5. O Christmas Tree

      The dream opens with the camera panning a christmas tree from the bottom up. The scene than switches and my dad is pulling out another christmas tree from the closet.
      "Honey we already put up the tree," my mom said.
      "I know but this tree has my number on it," my dad says.

    6. Task of the Month--Merging with a Tree/Meeting the Easter Bunny

      It worked. I had to lay in bed for quite a while. I even thought I wasn't going to be able to go back to sleep. But I did.

      Old LD from 4-07

      And I completed both Tasks!!

      It started in a dream where I was trying to get away from this guy . He was big and liked me and was really creeping me out. I had to get away from him, so I ran into an office, then into a furniture store (even hid under a couch for a while).

      Then I decided to come out. I realized it was very rude of me to run away. I need to confront him and tell him how I felt. And maybe he wouldn't be so bad after all.

      Then I saw my family waiting for me. My dad (who is dead) was there.

      Seeing my dad triggered lucidity. I went up to him. I thought "It's been so long".

      I reached out and took his hands and noticed the way his skin felt.

      I put my face to his and gave him a gentle kiss on the cheek. It felt so real. Just like it would have in real life. I almost forgot what I had wanted to be doing in a lucid dream. I just wanted to enjoy being with my dad.
      But then he said something to me about my mom. I looked over at my mom, then my sister. Then I remembered.

      "C, you have got to come with me to find a tree!" I ran out the building. She called after me, "Don't you want to take the car?"

      I said, "I don't have time--any tree will do. There's got to be one close-by."

      I ran out and saw that I was in a plant nursery. I looked around and saw no trees--just smaller plants.

      Then I looked on a top shelf and saw a small tree in a pot. I jumped on the shelves and started to climb. The customers didn't like what I was doing and started to complain. I ignored them. I made it to the top where the tree was only to find out it was more of a vine. It was quite small.

      Disappointed, I jumped back down and took off running.

      I was now in a park. I saw over to the far end what looked like a big tree. When I got to it, though, I saw that it was hollowed out into a kids' play place. I could hear kids laughing inside and the splashing of water. At first I thought I would still try to hug it. But I realized that it was dead. I didn't think I could merge with a dead tree.

      Finally in the very corner of the park I was a medium sized cottonwood. I ran to it. It's trunk wasn't very big (diameter of only 10 inches or so) but I grabbed ahold of it and started hugging. I hugged and hugged.

      Then I started asking myself what "merging with a tree" was supposed to feel like. Had I merged yet?

      I opened my eyes. I could see my shadow holding the tree. I figured as long as I could see my shadow separate from the tree I hadn't "merged". So I kept hugging, occasionally opening an eye to look at the shadow.

      Finally I started to feel dizzy. I could tell something was finally happening. I couldn't see anything recognizable, and I felt like I was hanging upside down.

      "I merged, " I told myself.


      Then I thought about the basic Task. I was still dreaming. I figured I might as well try that one as well. As soon as I thought that I was back out of the tree and back to just hugging it.

      I let go and looked around. There seemed to be some sort of Easter activity going on at the park. I guessed that they had had an Easter Egg hunt earlier. I saw a paper plate on the ground by a picnic table which had a picture of a pink Easter Bunny on it.

      I started running again. I tried to decide if I was looking for a real bunny, a cartoon bunny, or someone dressed up as an easter bunny. I decided that which ever one I found I would count it.

      I finally looked over and saw an Easter Bunny sitting in a chair. At first it looked like a person in a costume. But as I got close I could tell it was much too small for that.

      He had just finished talking to a child. When that child left, I said to him, "Hello, Easter Bunny."

      "Hello", he said back in a robotic sort of voice.

      I couldn't think of anything to say to him, so I politely said, "How are you doing, Easter Bunny?"

      "I'm doing fine, " he said back.


      Suddenly I got excited as I realized I had completed both Tasks and unfortunately that woke me up.

    7. Journey to the Land of Randomness #1

      Okay so some random people were chasing me. I wound up at my neighbor's house. I had this mini spaceship thing that was supposed to help me get away but some parts were missing. I found them near my neighbor's house. But I accidentally used up all the power/gas or whatever. So I had to dodge balls of green light bullet things that the people chasing me shot at me. I convinced one of the people to help me out and then there was some really random fashion thing I forget a lot of details about. Blue stuff I remember. I finally got the mini spaceship thing to work but I accidentally hit this tree, and then the tree blew up. The tree next to it started coming to life and I made a run for it. I hid from it and somehow made a bet that it couldn't find me before sundown or something, and if I won i'd get a new ship. I won and got in the ship which was normal sized. Then maybe the dream switched or I just forgot how I got there. I was in the theatre and the play had reached intermission. I had to help stall the thing so my friend Katy and I went and helped this girl on stage. We did some improv about a janitor, that sadly I forget details of.

      My review:
      First issue with this dream. What the heck how is that mini spaceship gonna do anything for me!? Seriously IT WAS LIKE A TOY! How could I escape with that!? And then what the heck did FASHION have to do with anything!? Besides, really, the only thing about fashion I know is "when in doubt wear red" and that's just a long story involving theatre, google, and my friend Tim. (just so people know I tend to do that a lot. Just say 'it's a long story' and then list some things invovled with it. It's just my thang ) Next thing, how the heck did my spaceship get fixed? I don't know. Do you know? No. Because if you knew and I didn't know the student would be teaching the teacher and a student to teach his teacher is presumptious and rude. QUOTE FACE: Back to the review. I hid from a tree...behind a tree. A different tree mind you; i'm not stupid. I was in a forest, where else would I hide? But still. Thank my dream that the tree I was hiding by didn't come to life too. That's a total Wizard of Oz moment. And when I won the spaceship appeared like, right in front of where I was hiding. Failure on the tree's part. I didn't even see it move really. I was hiding, but for all I know it didn't even look. On that note I don't even think I hid for more than half a minute. As far as the theatre stuff, that was coolio. The stage is my home...but since I don't literally live there does that make me homeless? ... nah. Never homeless in a tent! (lol jk)

      So this was my first entry of my Journey! Hope you enjoyed it dudes and chicks!

    8. The Huge Tree Dormitory

      I was in McDonalds with my sis. We were eating. Then suddenly, we have to escape. Some people want to kill or take us. We ran outside. Or rather, I ran outside while carrying her (she was small). They were shooting guns, and I shoot them with magical force. I ran on the street and shot them.

      We were walking. I was with sis and... someone else. I think it was mom, but not sure now. We were walking, and I saw a huge tree from afar. It was sparkling, like early dawn with dews still fresh. It was beautiful and magical. We were going to that tree.

      We arrived at the root, me and sis and mom, I think. We were talking. We crossed over an obstacle, and I found books. I looked for books that are interesting. One is a book about Sen. Mirriam Santiago, but co-authored by a few others. We climbed.

      We climbed up the tree. But then it was no longer a tree. It was a dormitory of sorts. I walked, but couldn't find them. Then I heard a "door" close, and I saw that the wall is actually a door. I opened it, and saw stairs going up. I saw them up the stairs. I followed.

      We put our stuff in our respective rooms. I was in the room with Cat. An old friend and classmate, JJ, was also there. Then Cat received a call from his mom. We all heard it. She was looking for him, and when he said we're on the third floor, she told him to move to the first/ground floor. I wanted to say it's "safer" up in the third floor, but everybody's packing their stuff already.

      The place looked (or felt) like Cebu.
    9. The Night of Awareness

      I'm pretty proud! Last night I was very aware in my dreams, and some of them were very vivid. 1 time I was close to become lucid, 1 time I'm not sure about, and 1 time I became lucid! I'm going to tell you about them all 3!

      The Party:

      This is the first dream. I'm not sure if it was a non-lucid or a lucid, and I can only remember the end of the dream. I really have no idea, but I'm just going to mark it with blue anyway.

      I was talking with some people. It was in a big room, and there wasn't so much light. Somewhere I remember it as a party, but everything was just grey and black. They were drinking something, maybe a beer. I don't drink, and I walked away from them. I often talk to myself, and I said to myself: "The alarm is probably going to wake me up soon, if not it's weird" And then the alarm began to ring, and I woke up. Scary.

      Tennis Awareness:

      This is the dream, where I almost became lucid. If I haven't woke up, I'm pretty sure that I would had became lucid.

      I was standing in a room. Some DCs was playing tennis. The room was warm, and people were sweating. The floor was yellow, like the floor in the P.E room, and there was theese weird football things, and lines on the floor in different colours. One of the DCs, who I've never seen before, came over to me. She had her blonde hair in a horsetail, and was sweating. Suddently, the music turned off, and there wasn't one person who said anything, there was completely silence. She said to me: "Look at the colours. Look at the floor. Look at all the details. This could be a dream. Remember to do it." and then I woke up.

      The Sunny Tree:

      This is the lucid one. I was lucid in a very short moment, but when I get lucid more often, I have to train to be there for longer time.
      This was a kind of a nightmare, because I cried and wasn't so happy, and I think the dream is too personally. So I'm just going to post the end of the dream, the lucid-part. Okay..



      ...I walked out of the door, and out in the awesome weather. The sun shined on my skin, and I could feel the cold wind. I remembered Puffins SAT technique, and began to look around on the details. The tree was really green, and it was very beautiful. It almost danced in the wind. It was amazing. Suddently, it hitted me, that I didn't knew this place. And how did I get here?
      "This could be a dream!" I said to myself. I tried to remember how I get there, but I couldn't. Yes, it was a dream. I was just about to do a RC, just to confirm that it really was....when I woke up.

      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

      Hi folks!
      No time no see!!! I have been extremely badly trampled with work. I lot changed in my life (in a good way) and now I finally have time for what I like!
      I am going to start recording dreams again. In a switch of PCs, I've lost my old journal file (but not at DV) so I will start a brand new one today!

      I will start out with the ToTM completed:

      I was in downtown trying to use my covert camera for a customer service evaluation at a Property Management Office. The button camera was very flaky and did not start. I checked out the DVR and I could hear one of my mp3 files I use while I am giving a healing to a client. I started to worry the video would malfunction and record the music. I went to the property's restroom to check it out. My shirt was full with wires and buttons... I started to freak out so I walked away from the properly.

      Suddenyl, I realized that it made no sense.
      I was annoyed of about how fool I was becoming in this dream and checked my hands to rub to my subconscious I realized I was dreaming. 12 fingers.

      I entered the property once more without worring about the camera, however, I was not 100% grounded in the dream. I though, "If I record in the dream, will my DVR record it in the Physical plane?" I started the tour with the Agent and when she showed me the pool, I realized that it made no sense that my recording could go from the dream to the physical plane. I told the Agent I was going to show her something. I recalled the advance task of the dream and walked towards the pool. The Agent told me I was going to ruin my hidden camera
      (funny how subconscious work, I real life, the camera is covert, but in the dream plane, both my camera and the Agent came from my subconscious, lol) I laughed and kept walking. Suddenly, I felt my feet wet, but I knew I was not going to sink. I walked around the pool and the Agent turned dumb. She stopped being smart and started to just stare at me.

      I walked towards the agent and realized that I still needed to the basic one. I started to create a PSI ball and focused on ICE. After a few seconds, I had a ice-ball in my hands. I flung it to the Agent. When it arrived to her face, it was snow instead of ice.
      I focused on wind. I already used pyrokinesis and already moved land, so I wanted to try something I never did. I once more focused on a PSI ball and focused on wind. I could see a yellow ball within my hands that moved pretty fast, I focused on it starting to grow. Suddenly, the trees started to move abruptly. I tried to increase the intensity of the wind and knock down a wind. I was not successful, however, I broke several of its branches.

      When I realized I completed both the basic and advanced task, I woke up.
    11. Write Your Name!

      I was in some sort of large building, similar to a mall. There were quite a few people around and I, along with several other people, were standing around a kiosk of sorts. Apparently we had signed up for a race, in which we had to write our names using various creative ways. The first one was using a code, but was in the what seemed like a store right next to us.

      we all ran inside and noticed there were a bunch of trees. Not small trees like you might see in a landscaping project, but huge, full grown trees over 60 feet high. Some of which were turned over on their side. We started to climb up one of them and, at the top, were various letters and buttons. We had to spell out our name using the buttons, but it was in code. We were each given the translation of the code before, so I pulled it out of my pocket. I set it on the ground right next to me and started to press the buttons in accordance with the code. Instead of spelling out my name, i spelled out "herp mah derp"
      (Thanks IRC ) Apparently I passed and was able to move on, but the person in front of me, who looked eerily familiar, had spelled out Izaya. That was it! He was a character from an anime I had been recently watching.

      Unfortunately, this didn't get me lucid, but the dream went on. We kept climbing the trees and eventually got to a group of them that were hanging outside the store. There were a few pine trees and platforms right below them. I instinctively tore off several branches, enough to spell my name. I was in front so I figured I was all set and could win this no problem. I walked up to a ver elongated branch that overhang the entire hallway of this mall. I figured that we had to spell our name by throwing the branched across the hallway and onto a sticky board on the other side.

      I threw the first branch and it stuck to the wall just fine. I figured that would be one line in the B. I threw another, but it didn't stick. Then i noticed that izaya guy was right next to me, and threw a branch himself. It stuck, but he changed it somehow, to show "I <3" and then a window. Apparently he loves windows? I figured that just spelling "I" wasn't good enough to win so i kept going, but now matter how many, how hard, or how soft i threw the branches, they would not stick. Izaya just sat there laughing at me, and it was then that
      I woke up.

      Another dream with Gale Boetticher in it... Must have been because I missed the new episode of Breaking Bad on Sunday...

      In this dream, it was sometime between afternoon and evening - the sky was still light, but it was beginning to adopt a pale orange tint. I was in a relatively sparse forest with very tall and skinny trees. They looked like the kind of trees that had been burned and killed by a forest fire; the ends of their branches were flimsy and almost crispy-looking, and the bark of the trees themselves was fairly dark, but not quite bordering on black. The trees had a few leaves here and there but not many. There was probably one tree for every fifteen feet of groundspace.

      I was a young gray owl, and I was one of five or six other owls (of different species) who were in school taking flying lessons from a grumpy old teacher owl. I can't remember details about any specific birds except the teacher; he had slightly scraggly brown feathers, and longer ear 'tufts' on his head. The group was flying in place, in a circle all facing each other, at the side of one tree in the forest, which must have been at an altitude of about 70 feet above the pine-and-wood covered dirt ground. Myself, I was in the hollow of a tree that was right near theirs; the hole was only five feet higher than the group. Because of this, I was looking down on them. When the dream started, my dream-self knew that I was ditching class because the teacher wasn't friendly; he wasn't letting the owls eat until class was over, which I didn't like. So, I wanted to stir things up.

      I saw the group, positioned about ten feet away from me. I looked at them and suddenly saw a perfectly round owl pellet whizz towards the hole and past my head; they were using it to practice catching things with their feet while flying at the same time. The sudden appearance of the pellet didn't surprise me, although I definitely would've jumped in real life. Without taking my gaze away from the class, I grabbed the ball with my foot (although I cant remember if it was an owl's foot) and as soon as I did this, the teacher somehow realized where I was.

      "Puffin, get down here now!" he roared in a grumpy but non-intimidating fashion, but I just laughed to myself and put the pellet down. I then kicked my foot hard into the inside of the hole, which sent three moths, each having a different color - pale orange, mint green, and light blue - flying towards the class. The moths' wings looked normal at first glance, but then upon closer inspection, the wings were upside-down! As usual, I didn't notice this anomaly. I was just thinking about how sending food out to the class, moths, would surely piss the teacher off!

      I looked away from the class as soon as the moths got further away from the tree; I didn't see or hear a reaction at all. A few moments later, I decided to land on the ground.

      I walked up to the edge of the hole and let gravity pull me over the edge; I dropped out of the hole, flapping my grey wings (which were still rather small because I wasn't very old) a few times to slow the fall a bit, and started to coast forward. I landed at least forty feet away from my tree, as a result of the coasting. I had completely forgotten about the class of owls now; it's as if they weren't even there. Sometime during the flight, the forest had seamlessly changed from a sparse one to a slightly denser and lively forest, with pine and sycamore trees that actually looked normal, leaves and all. I'm not sure if I was seeing from an owl's small perspective while in the tree, but I was definitely seeing through it now; the trees were very big compared to me. Anyways, the pieces of wood chips, pine needles and dirt on the ground looked large, which was pretty realistic for my size. I walked a few small steps forward and my feet sunk down into the materials a bit, because the sheet of them covering the forest floor was not one solid thing, but many pieces.

      As soon as I stopped walking, I heard a woman's voice say, "what are you doing? Theres dangerous owls here, like this one!" As the last sentence started, an owl's face suddenly flashed in front of my vision, filling it up for a few instances. It was in the animation style of the owls from the film Legend of the Guardians, but with slightly less less feather detail. The owl was dark grey, with feathers that became lighter around its eyes and beak, and it had intimidating-looking red eyes that gradated to black in the center of each one. When the vision faded, it was almost juxtapositioned by a friendly-looking grey owl, who was probably a bit less than twice my own height. He was standing bot ten feet away from me; the forest around us remained unchanged. I knew that this owl was my friend; I enjoyed doing things with him and trusted him completely. He looked like the owl from the vision with grey feathers that got lighter around his face, but his eyes were normal-looking. There was no connection between him and the other owl I'd just seen; no premonition or a dangerous air to him; it was just strange and random dream behavior.

      He said something friendly to me, although I cannot remember what wit was. We exchanged words a few times in a conversation I don't recall at all, and then I looked to my immediate left.

      I was right next to a rectangular house (probably 50x20 feet) that had white siding, slightly stained in places with tree sap and other yucky things. The whole thing was raised five or six feet by a wooden lattice foundation; this foundation had black mesh behind it so I couldn't see behind it and under the house. The house also had a deck-like ramp made of pine wood going up the front of it, starting on the ground at the left and ending at the right. On the right, where the ramp ended about five feet above the ground (where the bottom of the house met the foundation), was a single white door with a square screen in the upper half. There was a small white-paned window a few inches to the left of the door, and it was divided into four equal sections by a thinner white windowpane; finally, it was screened with black mesh, just like the door. I couldnt see through it. I was in front of the house from where I was standing, the other owl a few feet down and slightly past the house. We both turned towards the house and started to walk up the ramp. During this, my height seamlessly changed to my normal human height of approximately 5.4", and the owl I just spoke with just vanished when I looked away from him and at the house. For the rest of the dream, he was nowhere to be found.

      As I got to the top of the ramp, which was actually much steeper than it appeared to be when I was just looking at the house, I saw Gale Boetticher from the (awesome) television series Breaking Bad standing right outside the door. He was wearing a casual, button-down yellow shirt that had pineapple-colored criss-crossing lines, making a regular pattern of small squares. He was also wearing olive khakis and brown sandals; the outfit as a whole looked very normal.

      Gale then looked at me and said, "excuse the mess." His voice was very similar to the actual character. He then smiled a bit as if to welcome me to his house, and pushed lightly on the white door. It swung open slowly and without making a noise, even though he pushed very lightly on it. I knew I was going to be discussing business plans with him, although what type of business I don't know; the dream gave no hints. The dream ended once the door fully opened, and before I went in.

    13. Lucid fractal tree

      Yesterday morning I had a short lucid.

      I remember becoming lucid and deciding to just work on stabilization. I go out the front door of whatever house I had been in and I am on a brick patio in a rural/wooded surrounding. I feel the breeze and hear birds chirping. I sit down on the brick and focus on a tree. I can see every leaf, they are very uniform in shape and have the appearance of succulent plant leaves, but are shaped like very triangular deciduous leaves. The entire tree is the same shape as the leaves and very conical, like an evergreen. I try to focus then on the mountains in the distance and try to see individual trees/supernatural close up but I cannot and start to lose focus on practicing stability. I wake up soon after.
    14. Pop-Tart Giveaway and Lucid Flying

      Dream - Lucid

      I was with Dakota in a room, I think it was supposed to be my room but it didn't really look like it. I was laying on my stomach on the bed. Dakota was looking for something to eat. He started to go through a drawer in the nightstand that was sitting by the bed. Everything he pulled out I told him he couldn't eat. He finally pulled out a package of Pop-Tarts, and said
      "Oh, Pop-Tarts!"
      Before I could say anything, he opened the package. He broke one of the strawberry Pop-Tarts in half, and I tried to tell him I was going to eat them for breakfast. He said "Oh..." and slid them to me on the bed.

      I felt really bad for telling him that he couldn't have them. I slid them back to him and said
      "Here, take them. I cannot deny you, Dakota."
      He took them.

      I started to feel the buzzing sensations. I knew I was going to enter a dream, so I tried to focus on that. It faded for a second, but quickly came back.

      The next thing I knew, I was opening my eyes in bed. The sun was shining through the window to my left. I was in a room that I'd never seen before, but it didn't seem weird or different in the dream. I remembered I had been trying to enter a dream, so I did a reality check by trying to stick my finger through my hand. At first, I wasn't sure if it was working, then, I noticed the finger coming out of the back of my hand. It's a dream!

      I got up out of bed and went to the window. I looked through the blinds to see what was outside. It looked like I was living closer to the city than I do in waking life.

      I decided to try to fly (what else is new?). I phased through the window and took off into the air. The first thing I noticed was an odd-looking tree in someone's yard. I focused on the ground below so as not to lose the dream. I decided to fly into the city.


      Then, my alarm clock woke me up....lame. -_-

    15. Long Drop 12/16/10

      I was mountain biking along. Past a golf course in and headed down a dirt road(recurring location) and came out above a lagoon(also a recurring location though it takes different forms outside the west side of my childhood hometown.)

      I was standing under some trees on some healthy green grass and off to my right was a tall waterfall that fed the lagoon about 100 feet below. I was trying to retrieve a time capsule(recurring?) Anyway I knew it was buried next to the cliff but I was bound to get it. The ground started to give way and as I started to slip I dug my left arm into a hole and stopped. So there I was stuck with my arm stuck in a hole and trying not to slip. I could see that my fall wouldn't end well on the boulders below...
