Didn't get the best night's sleep -- partially out of my own fault, partially because of things on my mind and so on, so forth. C'est la vie. Dream one tells me I'm, yet again, back in the Fallout world; but I'm woefully out of place as a fantasy-setting fighter type. I "knew" that I was able to enter V.A.T.S. and take my time targeting enemies, though I never really did. I wander around the ruins of a radioactive city a little bit. I know my RAD level is raising, so I'm trying to find a "safe" zone -- only all the doors I come across are inaccessible because they don't have a waypoint set. The dream fades and I wake up. I fall asleep again, but then I'm immediately jolted awake by my alarm. Stupid me set it up on the wrong day, so there's that little episode. Next, I'm in the deep ocean. Not the magical one you see in cartoons, but the pitch black reality of the abyss -- I knew this day would come, but dammit, it still took me by surprise. I'm swimming in the trenches without any special equipment, and I'm intensely worried that some parasitic creature would drill into my brain, or I'd look at my arm and there's suddenly a cigar shark eating a hole. My "vision" resembles a flashlight sequence in a video game, and part of me knows that as long as that "light" is on, the fishes will stay out of my protective sphere. My visibility is also quite clear despite being underwater, in the dark, and not wearing any goggles; plus my eye sight isn't the best as is. I eventually come across a humongous pit -- maybe something like a kilometer wide and God knows how deep? It's an uneasy feeling, but I know that I must go down there. So I swim over to try to peer down, but a current emitting from the pit keeps pushing me back, so it was really difficult. The dream fades and I wake up again at whatever hour this was. I fall asleep again (note that it takes me a long time to fall asleep everytime I wake up), and now I'm in spectator mode. I see my parents and my brother. I'm agitated due to real life things, and I start walking over. It takes forever to get to them, and I wake up before I could because my normal alarm goes off. Ugh.
I remember waking up in my room. It was awfully dark, but I could make up a shape on the computer chair to my right. It appeared to be crouching upon the seat and moving slightly, but it was there. A snarl came from that direction, and as my eyes adjusted to the dark, wild messy hair and a face darkened underneath. It gave me a sense of fear and uneasiness. This creature slid down from the computer chair onto the floor, and I could almost expect it to either climb at my bedside, or wait to grab a part of my body near the edge. It didn't take too long for the sensation of fear to end though. Before I knew it, there was a neutral feel to this whole thing and I was calm. A light shined beneath my back. It wasn't exactly warm, but comforting enough to make the fear vanish. Blue wings sprouted from my back, but I can't really describe them. They were out of my sight, except for blue. I was then aware that this was a dream, and I was protected. I had nothing to fear and I could vanquish this creature if I needed to. It was fine to simply step out of the bed and walk around my room, knowing the creature was either under my bed or somewhere at my feet, but I wasn't afraid. This was just a dream after all and I had my wings and burning light it feared.
This is the first time I'm attempting to consciously remember and record my dream. I'm treating this as both an experiment and an experience into existen... fuck it, I just wanna record this. I can barely remember my dream, but it was colorful. That's... about it? It was like walking through a mist in a horror movie and looking at streetlights through foggy lenses. The edges of my vision were foggy like I'm looking through goggles. The difference is, streetlights don't pulsate ever so slightly, with each pulse emitting a small tuft of light that explodes in a yellow flash, but slowly fades into the darkness while fading into more somber tones that match the black background. My friend once had a bad trip, and said at the time, he felt like he was riding a roller coaster, and there was a being made of light that he knew was me. I like to joke that he discovered my true form as a Helix of Light guiding him like Virgil through a chaos-hell of seizures and infinite time. It made me feel like a Final Fantasy End Boss. ANYWAYS, that's what I thought of when I recorded this.

Time Lucid - 30 seconds Non lucid - grey text Semi Lucid - red text Lucid - blue text I woke up and could see through my mask. I tried to get out of bed, but struggled a few times, before eventually getting up. It was pretty dark so I wasn't sure if I was dreaming. I wasn't in my room, it was my old room in blacks land. I tried to find an item on the ground to observe but it was too dark. I tried to levitate myself into the air, which worked. It felt weird flying in my room, I've only done it outdoors previously. I was spinning myself around whiling flying, it felt awesome. I thought of flying through the window, but instead I wanted to do a task. I went to find a mirror so I could meet Kai, but the dream ended.
1) I go in the bathroom to change (at grandma’s house?), but Rane is in there changing too. When I put on the clothes, something isn’t right. They’re choking me but I can’t get them off. Rane starts helping me but is taking too long and I’m starting to panic, I start getting lightheaded and reach back to pull some Velcro apart, and the clothes fall off. We get in a bit of a fight, something about not trusting. I say something sarcastically to her. ‘So I should just…and trust…” 2) We’re preparing to move. There’s a truck outside. Dad is cooking something. I step down on a step where food is (spaghetti sauce?), but no one says anything about me getting the food dirty. I ask mom if I can get my jacket, but she says I won’t need it?, but I want it. Inside, the cats were put into rooms to keep them out of the way. Jazzy loves all over me when I go in. One cat gets out at one point and I put them back in a room. I feel sorry for them. I remember one door was open a crack, I figure two cats must be sharing a room then if no one is using one - hopefully it’s Smoke and Jazzy since they might get along better than Spice and Jazzy. I also remember trying to turn the lights on but they wouldn’t come on, the rooms were dark. I figured mom must have turned the breaker off. I wonder if the cats are scared of the darkness. 3) We’re heading somewhere in a vehicle but I’m not happy and want to go back. I say something about how I will, and mom makes fun of me. ‘Oh, you will?’. There’s a white screen projecting in the back, and symbols pop up telling where we need to go. One is a Y symbol. 4) Like 5 people getting into a pose for something. Possible inspiration: A lot of these dreams had shades of dissatisfaction in them! Maybe that’s why I was in such a bad mood today. :/ And they were connected. I wonder if I've been falling back asleep and waking back up with this gathering of fragments. 2#: Had spaghetti the other day. Think one of the piece of clothes in #1 was a skirt I was thinking about wearing yesterday.
I remembered more dreams last night then I ever have in a single sleep session, which is really super awesome for me! so yaaay! Now if I can just get lucid. Dreaming within a dream, trying to escape dream!! Fragment. Induction Method attempted: MILD I was dreaming that I was dreaming, and in this dream I was trapped! I don't know how or why, but I was trying to escape my dream, and could not find my way out. I tried to escape the dream several times (in my dream) and even tried to wake myself up, to no avail! These dream-within-dreams are very freaking confusing!! Rodents, Wolves and Bears, OH MY Sunday august 25th 7:00 am Induction method attempted: WILD/WBTB A FULL dream, huraaay! My dad goes to town, and comes back with two pets for Mom. One of them is like a giant overgrown rat. I want to say it's closer to a guinea pig, but that doesn't feel right, even if it looked the same. The other pet was a strange creature; I don't know their name, but I think they are an Australian critter I know I've seen before on TV. It had grey-blue fur, long back legs, shorter front ones, a long tail and big ears. We named it Roosey because it hops around like a Kangaroo, though it is also capable of skittering around really fast. The other critter was never referred to by name in the dream; I'll call him Mouse. Mouse was round, fluffy, with brown fur. My dream skips forward to that evening, after Dad brings home the pets. They are not kept in a cage though. Instead, they are able to roam free; we just have a wood divider separating the living room half of the house from the kitchen half of the house. This way, our dog Meatball can't get to them to eat them. I end up going into the living room for some reason, and the divider doesn't close all the way behind me; Mouse and Roosey come flying through it into the living room. I leap on top of Meatball, holding him down and call for help, because he is struggling like mad to get to the two critters. Dad scolds me for letting the divider open like that, and then has me let the little guys outside to go to the bathroom. It is dark outside, and I need a flashlight. I get them, and take them outside; Mom and Dad warns me not to let them get too far away, Well. As soon as the door opens, BOTH of them just run as fast as they can, waaay in the yard. I can't see them anymore because it's so dark. Mouse, with her waddling gait, comes into view; she's not quite as far away as Roosey. I scoop the lil' critter up, and start looking for Roosey; I'm about halfway into the yard by now. I can't find her at first, and then...THERE! I see her, but she is right next to a fox! I start to go after, but she hops away again. I decide I need help, so I turn around, heading back to the house. I get to the driveway, when I notice a large grey-white timberwolf sitting in the driveway, staring at me. Knowing they seldom attack humans and needing to get Mouse inside, I walk by. Then, right by the door, theres ANOTHER wolf. As I head up the stairs, the wolf tries to snatch Mouse from my hands. I yank away, its fangs grazing my hand. I throw open the door and dash inside. Breathless I tell mom and dad about Roosey and the wolves and fox. Mom takes mouse, and examines my hand while Dad goes into their bedroom to get his rifle. Mom sighs, shaking her head. I'm only scratched; she's worried about Roosey. She tells me that it's messed up--Dad doesn't often get attached to these rodent type pets, like mice and stuff, but he's really bonded with Roosey, and now she's probably out there, hurt or worse. She says it's just not fair. I agree, looking out the window into the darkness. Then Dad comes out, rifle in hand, and I go outside with him to show him where Roosey is at. WE go outside, and dad fires several shots into the air. THe wolves all dash away immediately; there wasn't just the two I saw, an entire PACK of them runs off. I lead dad to where Roosey is, and find her. But she's rolling around on her back, badly injured. I'm about to pick her up when I notice a bear at the edge of our yard (a very large brown-bear). I point out the bear to Dad--it hasn't noticed us yet. He takes aim with his Rifle, putting his fingers to his lips to make sure I stay quiet. But for some reason, he doesn't shoot. The bear looks up, and starts plodding towards us, and STILL Dad doesn't shoot the bear. I'm freaking out now, and I ask him what the heck to do, and he hands me a shotgun that he did NOT have when he came out. AND it's not the gun we have IRL, it's a double barrel shotgun. Dad is watching the bear, and I aim the gun. I ask, as it gets creepily close, if he wants me to shoot it. He doesn't answer. My fingers wrap around the trigger, but it's so sensitive that at my slightest touch, the gun goes off and misses the bear completely! The bear stands up on his hind legs, roars, and then notices the same fox from earlier. It is skittering by him, and the bear claws him, shoving the animal in his mouth. Dad tells me the bear isn't interested in us, and tells me to grab Roosey. We start to head back into the house, and Roosey needs to get to the vet. The alarm wakes me up as we are crossing the yard. Demonic Dog 10:00 am Fragment, INDUCTION method attempt: WILD/WBTB Dad and I are in the house. He explains to me that our pet, Tori, is actually a demonic dog--even if she has not yet shown it. HE tells me that she will be used to do things, such as enter our world, if something isn't done about it. For some reason, he believes that I have to be the one to kill the dog. I don't want to do it, the thought saddens me deeply, but I go grab my survival knife that I keep in my room (for when we go camping or fishing). I hide the knife behind my back, and approach Tori. I hug her, give her kisses and pet her...and then I stab her twice in the chest, very quickly. I then carry Tori outside where I sit with her, holding her head in my lap, and apologize for having to do this to her, and for her being used by evil. I am crying at this point, watching her die. I wake up still feeling the intense emotions from the tail end of the dream fragment. A Knight Beheaded Time unknown Induction Technique Attemted: WILD/WBTB Another good vs. evil dream, with a bit of humor at the end. I'm in some strange area where all of the plant life is grey and dying. The trees are dead, the grass is dead and crumbly beneath my feet. There is an entire crowd of people around me, most dressed like modern day people, but there is one man, a knight in full silver colored armor. We are all enclosed in some giant fenced in area, which leads to some open arena-style place with two exits. We are being herded towards that arena place. Someone speaking from an unknown location, as if from some kind of loud-speakers, tells us that there are two men, one for each exit. One of the men is evil, the other is not. We are told that we have to choose which one is the evil person, and make our way through these shadowy-looking beings in the arena area, and kill him. If we choose correctly, we can all go home. If we choose the wrong person, our world will be in grave danger. The knight steps up first; that's when I notice he is blind, wearing some kind of headband over his eyes. He leaps over the fence into the arena, drawing his sword. He immediately slashes at one of the creatures, killing it. Then he turns behind him, and slashes at the fence! One of the creatures laughs at him, and beheads the knight with long claws. His head sails over the fence, his body collapsing to the ground. The head then floats back into the arena, re-attaches itself to the knights body, and he closes his eyes and looks as if he's just gone to sleep! I wake up at this point.
I was sitting in a plane near the back, and I turned around and saw Jerry Seinfeld and his friends sitting in the very last row near the rear exit. As the plane started down the runway, he was making jokes about how the last row was where terrorists and murderers sit, and everyone around him was laughing. Suddenly the door to the rear exit started swinging open, and Jerry noticed it right away and did that silly shout he always does in the show as he jumped out of his seat and raced to catch the door and close it before the plane got airborne. My dream ended right as he reached the door. I saw the plane from the outside and it was like, halfway on the runway and halfway in the air with Jerry's arms hanging out the door when the scene froze and started showing Seinfeld end credits and playing that little concluding riff. There was some sort of competition between me and someone else involving surviving in the wilderness. I was sitting near a campfire with some guy I'd hired to help me survive to give me the edge in the competition, but the guy was annoyed because things weren't going to plan and all the huntable animals that were supposed to be in the area were gone. The wilderness we were in was very beautiful, though. It was a large grassland with small amounts of trees and lots and lots of lakes, but it wasn't wet and marshy like areas with lots of small lakes usually are. There was a mountain range in the distance that spanned the entire horizon, and opposite of that the grasslands ended and dropped off down steep cliffs with no bottom. I think the person I was in competition with was either a ninja or a pirate, but he rode around on a big griffon so that gave him an advantage. He kept flying by and belittling me. Some vague dream about a father and daughter sitting in the den, and the mother comes in and they talk about something. I remember the mother saying "That's why I had the fireplace put in." and the daughter and father were all surprised and weirded out by that for some reason. I was in a grocery store, going up and down the aisles pushing a shopping cart. It was a very industrial-looking grocery store in that it looked more like a Home Depot except with food on the shelves. I got a few cleaning supplies that I can remember vividly. There were these huge mechanical aisles that were all pushed together in one massive block, and as I walked by them they automatically separated into actual aisles you could walk down and they were all frozen foods aisles. I thought that was very neat that they came together and broke apart like that and thinking it was very energy-efficient to keep the cold air in, even though the energy used to move the aisles was probably more than the cooling. As I walked up and down the frozen foods aisles, I saw that one of the freezer doors was actually a regular door that led into a building that was a labyrinth of even more freezer shelves except it was almost completely pitch black and I could barely make out the doors and the floor. I kept opening the doors but all the freezer shelves in that building were empty and had ice accumulating on the glass. As I tried to make my way through the labyrinth, I kept getting text messages from my ex-girlfriend I haven't seen in like eight years. They were weird one word text messages of random words, and she sent them super-fast, like I was getting a text every tenth of a second. I kept trying to text back but I couldn't keep up with her typing speed. When I got to the end of the labyrinth there was a dark room with some neon LED lights around and it was like a little lounge. I saw a lizard in a big terrarium and a door that led me back into the main grocery store. I was relieved to finally get out of the dark place and when I left there I stopped getting the texts so fast.
Some long, interesting and weird dreams today, though sadly couldn't recall much of first one, but the recall of second one was very detailed. Dream 1(fragments): I was browsing some suggestion forum game about dragons and then was talking with someone about dragon colors and types. Dream 2: I was in some video game and i was on some ship/floating base. There was a commander and some scientist/engineer dude, we were discussing missions and stuff, then in one of rooms there was mission menu items in which i selected by shooting it from a pistol. I wend to one mission target of which was apparently to land on the beach, and along with some other people assault the enemy base. In that mission i used some vehicles including tanks and eventually was successful. I returned to the ship/floating base and there was some more talk, engineer/scientist dude explained about leveling weapons and that weapons upgrade themselves upon reaching certain level then i had a choice between doing several missions, there was one mission that commander was suggesting, one suggested by scientist/engineer and one by someone from special forces according to screen. I went for commander mission. At the start of mission i had to go through some platformer level, it was kinda hedge maze with weird gravity shenanigans and i had to navigate from block to block while dodging spikes, spiked maces and lasers, but mostly spikes. It was pretty hard. Eventually i got through and there was some kind of base where i had to fight some enemies, one of my shotgun weapons got an upgrade during the fight. After base there was some dock-like place where i joined up with scientist/engineer dude and we started an assault on the last enemy building, which was a wooden structure of some kind. On the way i found an low-leveled flamethrower and decided to keep it in selected weapons for leveling, during an assault i was able to literally dodge bullets pretty easily while scientist/enginner was shooting enemies, though one of last shotgun enemies managed to hit me a couple of times, on which scientist/engineer commented in some way. Done with the mission we returned to the ship/floating base, and i figured the game was getting close to the end since there were only a few more missions left. After checking weapons i decided to check the special forces quest and then some military women with name Tanya(Possibly inspired by C&C Red Alert game series) appeared and explained the objective, though i haven't accepted it yet and decided to wait and finish some stuff on base first. I was doing some stuff on base and at some point a cutscene started, i was now viewing from the perspective of scientist/engineer as he was entering some room with the commander, it was dark with mostly dark-red coloring and there was some machine in the middle of the room. According to commander it was supposed to do something with keycard management and scientist/engineer needs to put hand into one of machine's holes to get access to something. He does so, but at the right time takes the hand out, some blade briefly appears in the hole so apparently all of this was a trap. He argues about it with commander and commander takes out a couple of objects that looked like hybrid of vaccine and blade, double wielding them. Commander attacks engineer/scientist with them, aiming for the hands, he dodges a few times but eventually slices through his hands with them(I actually felt pain from that due to viewing from his perspective). His hands now are all in blood and that hit injected him with some nanorobots that let commander control him. Cutscene ends. I started search for some things around and eventually found some cave-like place, dark with red lights. There were some cloaked people who were giving side quests, mostly requiring using certain amount of science resource for something, one was requiring 7433 science for some antidote from some disease but i was not interested in side quests anyways. I was searching for something else. Eventually while going through some of base corridors i found a very dark room. It was full of zombified people which were just standing around, and also there was some being that called itself 'The Darkness'. It was hungry and i had to fight it for a bit, but after a while it calmed down and explained that it needed souls and flesh, i decided to help it. I wend back to the mission selection room and scientist/engineer was here, he had bloody hands and high pitched voice, i asked what happened and he said that everything is ok, and then i activated the special forces mission. On the mission i was in some city, on roofs, and i had to snipe some enemies along with Tanya. I was getting more upgrades and useful items during it as well as silently gathering souls and stuff for The Darkness. Done with mission, i noticed that there was only one mission left, final one. I went to The Darkness room and gave it souls, then i grabbed dead body from my inventory and took out it's skin in seconds turning it into small flesh ball. The Darkness is hungry again, loses control and activates another boss battle, this time more complex and perspective switches to top down, shmup-like. The Darkness transforms into some green crystal and starts firing projectiles, which i dodge while firing back./ Soon it switches to phase 2 of fight, which spawns crystal options that fire huge green plasma beams that can reflect from some walls. I dodge for a while and then switch to different weapon, which creates forcefield that reflects lasers back. It does enough damage to activate phase 3 of the fight, The Darkness transforms into some black cloud and starts moving around like crazy, spamming shadow projectiles and knocking down zombies in the room, it screams some gibberish and about being hungry. It was hard but i dodge, soon the phase times out and The Darkness stabilizes itself, it turns into a child girl. I give it/her flesh ball that i made earlier and she says that only one thing left now to get, the Earth's soul. I ask if she/it is sure that it/she can keep itself stable now. It/she says that it/she will wait now, as much as needed. I go out of the room and dream ends.
Dream recall from today's naps, not much of non-lucid recall though. Dream 1(fragment): I am in some room and i spontaneously realize that i am dreaming, i walk around but then shortly i wake up in my room, still have the feeling of dreaming, i decide to try manipulating stuff and i make some kind of darkness/shadowy hand come out of the bed, then i make two similar hands appear from behind, they are actually physical as i try touching them. Then i remember to try that one technique i thinked up but dream fades out and i wake up.
I had a cold some time ago and I experienced some really strong, feverish, nightmares. Going to share them here and maybe some of you have had similar experiences. After i had these I kind of put down the dreaming for a while as the power of them scared me. Clearly a downside of getting better at dreaming, all dreams become stronger, no matter good or bad. Dream 1 I was floating in darkness. Just complete and empty darkness. In the darkness there were bubbles. Bubbles of knowledge floating in a calm and dark eternity. Among them I was floating. I could not choose were to float, I just did. At some times i passed through the bubbles of knowledge. And the knowledge were so strong, and so terrifying. It felt like my mind was gonna burst like a soap bubble. And then i had passed through. But then there were another bubble of terrible knowledge. I can't remember what knowledge they contained, just that it were very strong and very powerful. I woke up covered in sweat and with my heart racing. Dream 2 I woke up and I was completely convinced that there was a snake beside me in the bed. I could feel it. It was there. I did not dare to move. Then i jumped out of the bed and ran across the room and lit the ceiling lamp. There were, of course, no snake there. But it felt so real, and was so vivid.. Scary as fuck. That's it! Is it normal that the dreams you dream while sick is stronger and darker then normally? Because I never experience nightmares normally. /McHorse
Dream recall from today's nap. More DEILD success, though it seems to kick me into FA most of the time just like WILDs do. Still need to improve speech recall... Note to self: dream characters be really distracting again. Dream 1(fragments): I was doing some stuff at home and dad was annoying me. At some point i am in the bed with headphones on, and i take them off and realize that i am dreaming, because can still hear binaurals. I look around and notice that room has old/different layout. I said something to dad and started trying to summon darkness hound-like creature in front of me. Some small clouds of darkness appeared but faded out after a few seconds. I walked around the room and then went for balcony door, but dream faded out. I kept eyes closed and tried to return to dream... Dream 2: My eyes open up by themselves and i am back in the dream version of my room, though i am in the bed. I get up and dad is still here, i talk about something with him. Soon dream fades out. I keep eyes closed and lay still again... Dream 3: Shortly someone grabs me and starts dragging me by floor, i open eyes and see someone's hand, i bite it really hard, shortly i am free. I notice dad DC again and dream fades out.
Blame it on the menthol. Color legend: Non-dream Dream Lucid Lucid #98: Menthol and Marriage I'm watching my son E perform some kind of a play with other 3-year-olds. At one point he's supposed to pretend a wiffle ball bat is a magic wand, but of course he goes waving it around dangerously close to other kids' heads. I run over to intervene but another mother gets there first. "I'll take that," she says, plucking it out of his hands. "Sorry! Thanks for grabbing that from him," I say, embarrassed that she got there first. The woman gives me an unfriendly "where were you?" look. This annoys me, but as the father of the kid who was going nuts with a wiffle ball bat, there's not much I can say. I look back over at the play and E, laughing merrily, leaps over a low stone wall and goes running off God-knows-where. I take off after him... ...and have a false awakening in complete darkness. I hear Wife stir in the darkness and she asks me why I'm awake. I tell her that "I had this crazy dream where [E] almost hit a bunch of other kids in the head with a wiffle ball bat." I move to settle back against the pillow and realize that it's way, way too dark in here. "I'm dreaming," I tell her. "Mm-hmm," is her sleepy reply, and I hear her roll over. "It's super dark in here," I say. "I can't even see you." She doesn't respond but she rolls over again, leaning her head against my shoulder and putting her hand on my chest. I'm feeling really frisky and I think about asking her whether she wants to "make out a little bit." Before I can unleash this suave line on her, she exclaims, "God, your breath!" and rolls away in horror. As she says that, I notice that the inside of my mouth feels nasty and vaguely thick, like my pre-bed dental care has totally worn off. My confidence is a bit punctured, but I respond, "This is a dream. I can't possibly have bad breath in a dream." "Okay, if you're sure," she says. I move toward where her voice is coming from and try to kiss her. I wind up just finding her feet, which start flailing around when I touch them. "Why are you facing the wrong way now?" I ask, confused and a little exasperated. "I don't know!" she responds. Holding on to an ankle, I very clumsily sort of turn her around. Since it's dark, I can just imagine that she's now facing the right way. As I do, the light in the scene increases ever so slightly until I can see her. I've managed to put my "death breath" from earlier out of my mind, so we kiss. As they say, "one things leads to another", and the dream ends with roughly 4 minutes of very vivid LD sex before I wake up. Describing this part in detail would be a little too personal and graphic, but even after having a fair number of lucid dreams, the realism and detail of LDs still amazes me.
Finally broke the the lucid length dry spell, thanks to the competition i guess. Now need to improve dream control and work on my expectations... Dream 1(fragment): I was in some theater/shop place. Dream 2(fragment): Can't recall much of start of the dream, i was doing something at home and getting messages on skype from SilentEternity, then i went to continue the nap. I was trying to fall asleep but my legs were randomly moving into some positions, i eventually fell asleep. Then i woke up and was walking to somewhere, then fadeout. I wake up again and take off headphones, i still hear binaurals so i am dreaming, the room is pretty accurate to waking life. I go towards the balcony door but it's closed, for some reason i decide against going outside this time, and i just start flying around inside, i feel the wings. Random thought comes to me to try to summon a dragon again, but nothing happens. I fly around the room in circles and each time furniture around changes, there are random tables, some food, vases, drawers, the time of day is changing between day and night as well randomly. While flying i decide to try transformation again, this time into one of the characters i thinked up for certain game, Scionox. I feel the change in my hands, i look at them and they are turned into kinda solid darkness, not exactly what i wanted but still success. They fade back to normal after a few seconds though. I do give it a few more tries but each try just reduced the number of fingers on my hands by one with no other effect. Shortly i wake up, happy and then i wake up again and do an reality check, haha, false awakenings.
Non lucid false awakening. My ass feels wet so I get out of bed. Glenn from works walks in the bathroom and laughs. He tells me I shit my pants. I take off my underwear and see I'm drenched wet with spatters of brown. I think I must have horrible diarrhea. I wake up on my left side. My ass was out of the covers and got cold. #182 - DEILD - 5:26AM - 2 of 4 The alarm goes off and my wife hits snooze. I hold still and concentrate on awareness. I feel someone stroking my hair next to me. I think it is my mom. The TV is on. I hear my dad on my right. I feel like a little child again. I am trying to get lucid. My left leg twitches and my mom laughs at me. She says something about me falling asleep. My dad just grunts a "huh". I twitch again letting my body do its natural falling asleep. I am aware. This time both legs twitch. My mom giggles. My mom? What the hell? I realize I am deeper that I thought and get out of bed. I go straight outside out the font door. It is chilly and I feel like I am just in my underwear. The wind picks up. I feel it swirl around me then lift me. I am suddenly sucked off the porch and land in the yard. When I roll over to my back I see the porch light has become super bright. The intense yellow hurts my eyes and I advert my gaze so that I don't become lost in it. I wonder around in the yard a bit, looking at the grass, feeling it and stabilizing. I see many stars but for some reason looking up is difficult. It's like my head wouldn't move up and my eyes kept darting back and forth. I wanted to focus on a star and fly there but I just couldn't hold it still. Then I remember my original task and proudly proclaim, "I'm the doctor!" I left the TARDIS right around the side of the house. I fully believe myself as I walk around. I can see my back yard and a street light and BAM! A dark silhouette of something like a tall box. Not quite what I had imagined in my MILD attempt earlier but it'll do. I run up to it and when I get next to it, I see its about half my height. It's dark but I can see the police call box sign and the blue doors. NO! Not good enough I reach inside it and pull it apart. It stretches out and becomes big enough to step into. Ah but its just a dark box! I am a little irritated that it's not bigger on the inside with that sweet center console but I'm just glad I finally found it. I decide not to close the door and just imagine that its going to work anyway. I see the scene outside morph and change. It looks snowy for a second then darkness. Then someplace bright and sunny, Then I am flying. I see treetops and stars. Then it gets all wobbly. I can't seem to control it so I decide to bail. I jump out and find myself face down in the grass. There is darkness and confusion. I am back in bed. I get up and try to open my eye but I feel like I open my real eyes. The snooze alarm goes off.
Before I go into detail, I must provide some context. A dear friend of mine had informed me that her great aunt was dying in the evening before I went to sleep. I had woken up at 3am for whatever reason and went back to sleep and actually jumped straight into a lucid dream. Instinctively, I began to call out to my friend's great aunt. I called and called, first using my voice, and eventually switching to mind calls. The dream was very dark and I wonder if I was really dreaming or just was just experiencing hypnogogia. Either way, her great aunt never came, and I was told later on in the day that she had passed away at that very hour. Talk about interesting coincidences~
