    1. Longest and vividest lucid I ever had.

      The LUCID :[COLOR="#008080"]Unfortunately, I can't remember how I got lucid. I was in my room looking out the window.It was snowing outside.I go to my computer and sit there for like 5 seconds and I suddenly remember to stabilize.I stabilize and the dream becomes unbelievable vivid.I look out the window again and now it's kind of sunny with a red sky.I look away and tell myself that I should really make the weather that I previously had in a lucid.I look back out the window and tadaaa, there's the weather.I see my grandmother and my grandfather outside walking and holding hands.I think about jumping but in the end I just walk around my room staring at things. I suddenly hear some music and mom comes in my room, tells me something and I start losing the dream.Everything becomes blurry and the music stops.I do the spinning technique and I end up in a weird but cool place.I keep telling this person near me (Don't remember who) how all the things she/he sees around are just things from real life combined.I see a park and I tell him/her that we should totally go there later. Someone shouts my name and I run fast to that person and ask what's the matter. She asks if my name is Anna and I tell her that indeed my name is Anna. She stares a bit, gives me a gift box and leaves. I look in it and I see some materials and 2 letters(That gift box seemed like it was from Kris) I look around and suddenly everyone transforms into asians and I tell myself that Kris must be coming (VERY EXCITED). I look closely in the box and I notice 2 keys in it(No idea for what they are).[/COLOR]

      The dream was sooooo much more longer I just don't recall it all. I recall I kept saying to myself : When is this dream gonna end? It's been like 1 week already. I know I've done a lot of things (Don't recall exactly what things but I know) and probably tried summoning with success.

      2nd dream : [COLOR="#800080"]A person rolls in my apartment's hall and asks me: Guess what I bought you?! I put a bag on it's head and then it says: Exactly! then it rolls in another room :/ .[/COLOR]

      3rd dream: [COLOR="#800080"]Dreamt I was in my apartment's hall and dad entered in my grandmother's room and then he came out Slenderman.Suddenly it became dark. I start screaming and then dad transforms back to his original form and starts laughing with mom. [/COLOR]

    2. Shopping, Mail, and the Yoga Girl

      Dream Fragment 1: I am shopping at Publix and approach the checkout isle. The lady behind the cash register asks if I have my alternate ID or my Publix rewards card. I say I have my alt ID number. Then I hear someone in real life talking in another room and wake up.

      Dream Fragment 2: My dad has been asking me if his check from work has come in the mail lately (In waking life). In this dream fragment I was standing outside by the mailbox. It was extremely hot outside, but I didn't feel hot, I just knew it was hot. I went to the box even though the mail man hadn't come yet, and there was mail in the box. I pulled it out and held up a large birthday card sized envelope. It was white with a red bar across the top and bottom, kind of like a Netflix banner. Then the dream faded.

      Dream Fragment 3: I'm in a yoga studio and there's a lady teaching yoga to another lady, of about age 21 or so. She's very attractive. The teacher then tells the student about the next move they'll be doing, which is basically doing a split, but instead of splitting with your feet moving further apart on the ground, they'll move apart in the air in front of her, and it'll be up to her to hold her legs up. She holds her legs up and spreads them as far as she can, revealing the most sexy cameltoe you can imagine. She looked at me seductively, and for some reason I literally said "ohhhhh ya! UGGGGH!" The "ohhhh ya!" was like a deep, black guy narrator kinda voice, and the UGH was like a tennis grunt that you would make on your final strike. Just as I made that UGH sound, an image of me on top of her thrusting popped up, and then I woke up. (Damnit...)
    3. No Weed On Planes, The Evil Box

      No weed on planes

      This dream was like watching a movie... There was a man who was supposed to be an undercover cop but every time he confiscated weed from someone he kept it and then tried to sneak it on a plane. The first time he used his cop excuse but the second time he went way over the top. He actually made it a part of his shirt and added real flowers. He looked really ridiculous. Then he got stoned not by smoking the weed but by eating it just before boarding a plane. There was some TSA woman who spotted him and opened a big book pointing to the word 'marijuana'.

      The next scene he was shirtless and handcuffed to a chair being interrogated. He never tried to use his undercover excuse and was going to go to jail for awhile due to the large amount of weed he was holding. I forget the conversation but he was more worried about what the woman thought of him than going to jail. She acted as if she was touched and began to conciser a relationship with him. I wake up.

      The Evil Box

      Another movie like dream but I was more there than just watching. There was some woman. We came back to her van and it had been stripped but they didn't find the large metal key. She seemed worried until she found it. She cared nothing for the van. I remember seeing that key from false memory from my childhood and I thought it must be fate. She open a locker with the key and there is some magical wooden box with black tendrils of smoke coming out. I got the impression that this thing was evil and must never be opened. I felt like the woman was the guardian of the box.

      There was an evil tribal practitioner of divination watching us in some gazing pool of stagnant murky green water with and evil demonic soul in it. He had to use a special sword to part the water and keep the demonic soul in the water and under control. But something goes wrong and the demon takes physical form and leaps out of the water. It eats the man and begins destroying the ancient stone city.

      Suddenly I am running for my life while this giant creature brings the world down around me. I am able to get some distance away when I come to a Best Buy store. I hear a deep loud bass beat and get curious. There are some rappers using drum beats to lure the demon in hoping to somehow contain it once again. I wake up.

    4. Presents? For Me? You Shouldn't Have! ...No, You Really Shouldn't Have... :|

      This dream kinda ties into the previous one from this dream journal because they occurred on the same night... Anyways...
      I was in a dark room full of people who looked like they were students at some sort of martial arts training club or something.
      I was the target, however. A lot of them kept approaching me and I had to punch each one just once for them to back off.
      Suddenly, I'm in this place with a friend. And the fighters stop coming towards me, so I guess I won. And all the people who were students turn into little kids. And they all come towards my friend and I, with gifts. My friend was getting more gifts than me for some reason. I waited for a bit and a kid came up to me with a box that contained something obviously useless.
      As I took it, I remember saying "Thank you, good sir." (lol)
      I remember looking at the box... It had a lot of indented red circles on a dark blue background, and the box itself was made of tin, and was Spider-Man themed. o_O I remember reading some words on the box just before I woke up. It said "These Dots Connect-" And that's all I read before I woke up.
    5. Spawning Doritos

      I was in a car with a non-specific girl in the passenger seat. It was evening out and we were just talking, making small chat. I think at one point I asked her out and we made out for a little bit, but then for some reason we decided get out and walk around. We got out of the car and walked to what looked like the back loading dock of a department store. I found a cut in half cardboard box with a bunch of crushed up nacho cheese doritos in it. I was stoked and started munching them down, but the girl I was with was less than ecstatic haha.

      The scene suddenly changed and the both of us were in broad daylight, walking into a grocery store. This is where I started to go lucid. I still had the box of dorito bits in my hand, and I thought to myself: "this is stupid... Why don't I just spawn a myself fresh bag?" Who wants to eat loading dock doritos anyway? Haha!

      So, I focused hard and a new bag of nacho cheese doritos started to materialize into my hand. Unfortunately, as soon as the chips were fully manifested, I lost control and I felt my dream self crashing back into my body and jolting me awake, much like in my last lucid dream.
    6. India (between 7th December 2010 and 8 th December 2010) --- First Dream

      I dreamed I was somewhere in India, and was preparing myself for a long journey around the country.
      I began to walk the path ... there was some obstacles involved, some natural and others not.
      I was jumping a yellow wall between two gardens of a poor Indian neighborhood, and when I landed on the other side a bag with food, water and some other belongings was ripped, dropping food and other goods.

      Suddenly a typically Indian-looking kid (dark skin) appeared, he had a dirty white shirt, and helped me get the things that had fallen from the bag. He built a cardboard box, and he put it all the food in that box and gave it to me ...

      I started thinking about the difficulty that I would go to cross the country with a box and not a backpack.
    7. Crushing Birds!

      I come in to a weird circular building with Charlie, my twin brother, and another man I don't recognize. The man takes me to a series of coffins along the wall, like they were taken out of the wall. We open the first one to find tons of birds just fluttering around, like they've been dying to get out. I'm a little startled by this, and look around to find at the end of the coffin/box two birds fighting over a turtle. Charlie decides to deal with it by taking them up by hands and biting the head off of the turtle! I'm completely disgusted by it, horrified, I can't believe my eyes. We go onto the next few coffin boxes and the two birds fighting are at the end of every box. Charlie continues to bight the head off the turtle that's always there. I think it very weird that the same thing is happening at the end of every single coffin box. Other fragments from the dream include glowy sticks, and that's just about it.
    8. My first lucid dream (from ages ago)

      It's been ages since I've been on here or thought about LDing, but I feel that I should sort my life out and get back into it. So here's my account of my first ever lucid dream that I had quite a while ago. I don't have my physical dream journal with me so this is just a rough interpretation from memory, which is pretty accurate I think.

      I was dreaming that I was in my kitchen having breakfast with my dad and brother, but I got handed a cardboard box, similar to a shoebox and I put it on my head. When said box was placed over my head I could see an image of a landscape quite clearly.

      After surveying the image I noticed that everything in the foreground had the characteristics of being in the background, but everything in the background had the characteristics of being in the foreground...something to do with focusing and stuff, it would probably make loads more sense dreaming haha.

      After having this moment of realisation, I thought to myself, I MUST BE DREAMING, upon which I got very excited and whipped the box off my head. I performed a few standard RC's and confirmed that I was in fact dreaming. Knowing that because this was my first, it wouldn't last very long I struggled to calm myself in order to prolong the dream.

      I ended up looking at yoghurt pots and then closing my eyes and changing the text in a half RC, half lucid fun kind of way. Unfortunately the dream slipped away pretty quickly after that, but it was awesome while it lasted.

      Onwards for more lucid adventures hopefully!

    9. shot cop and amputee; delivery DVDs

      Good morning, everybody.

      Dream #1

      Two criminals had escaped from prison. There was a view of only their legs as they got into the back of a silver-grey car.

      One of the criminals, the leader of the two, seemed to be an amputee. His hands and feet, and possibly even most of his legs, had been cut off. They were bandaged up with clean bandages. The man may also have been really short. He also wore a nice, grey suit. The other criminal was tall and muscular. He may have been dressed in leather pants and a tank top. He may have had long hair and a beard.

      Now two cops were chasing after the escaped criminals. They had followed the criminals to some abandoned building. The criminals had gone past some chain-link fence and up a stairwell. All around the stairwell was dark. The stairwell was lit with some kind of intense, orange-yellow light.

      The cops were now trying to push past the chain-link fence. But they were also proceeding cautiously. They weren't sure whether the criminals were waiting up on the steps to shoot down at the cops.

      One of the two cops got past the chain-link fence. The cop was Latino, a bit heavy-set, though not really overweight. He wore a white tank top and black glasses. His hair was combed back in a wavy style. He may have had a goatee. The cop had his gun drawn. Instead of walking up the steps, he walked under them.

      The second criminal was now seen hiding in the shadows. It was like I was seeing from the shadows, too, at a distance from both the cop and the criminal. The criminal drew his gun, pulled it high in the air, then slowly leveled it at the cop. The criminal was about to shoot, but the cop saw him and shot first.

      The cop shot the second criminal a few times. But he was then surprised when another gun shot him in the chest, on his far right side. The cop got shot a number of times. He reeled back against the chain-link fence, which now had a wide hole in it.

      As the first cop tumbled backward out of the stairwell, the second cop charged in. The second cop looked a lot more clean-cut than the first cop. He wore a dark suit, maybe dark blue. He had coppery skin, short hair, pale eyes, and a square jaw. Right away he tackled the person who had shot the first cop.

      Behind the fence, the first cop stood, bleeding from his wounds. One or more officers may now have appeared behind the fence to assist the bleeding cop. It seemed like the cop had been mortally wounded. But he kept calling out, in a panicked way, "I'm not gonna die! I'm not gonna die!"

      The second cop had the first criminal wrestled to the ground. Apparently the first criminal had shot the first cop (how? He didn't have any arms!). The second cop was slamming the first criminal against the ground and even, somehow, had his gun drawn on the criminal. The cop was yelling and the criminal something like, "You killed my friend! Now I'm gonna make you pay! I'm gonna kill you!"

      The criminal, who was bald and had a kind of thin, sharp, tan face laughed and said, "No you aren't! Every cop tells me they're gonna do that. But nobody ever can. I never get really punished!"

      The criminal, now captured, was in some room like a medical laboratory. He was being held down in some weird position, probably against a bed, by somebody like the chief of police. He was surrounded by medical people and police officers, all of whom seemed to be jostling the criminal, as if to make him feel bad about what he'd done. But the criminal just kept laughing.

      Finally a doctor grabbed the criminal's head. He sliced his scalp open from front to back, along the center. He did it in such a way as to hurt the criminal, but the criminal just kept laughing, as if he didn't even care. The criminal's scalp was now pulle away from his skin. The doctor now sawed into the criminal's skull, splitting it in the same way as he had cut the scalp. But the criminal was still laughing.

      The doctor then hacked open the criminal's brain, right along the center. The brain looked dry, bloodless, like just some solid, white, kind of fatty mass. The doctor reached either his hands or some tweezers down toward the base of the split section of the brain.
      From the right side, very near the cleft, the doctor pulled up a yellowy, plasticky-looking section of brain, almost rectangular, about 2cm tall and .75cm wide. The doctor, and maybe other people, seemed to think that this was just "yet another" piece of brain that they'd had to pull out of this criminal's head.

      Dream #2

      I was sitting in a small apartment. I may have been sitting on a couch, but I may also have been sitting on a coffee table. It was daytime, and the room was lit with greyish-green light coming in through the curtained windows. The room seemed to be full of boxes.

      I had ordered something, and I had been waiting for it for just a little bit longer than I'd wanted to wait. But just as I was thinking of calling the store I'd ordered from and asking about my delivery, a delivery man rushed into my house. He kind of scared me. I did't expect anybody to just rush into my place.

      The man was tall and white, kind of strong-looking, very pale, with pale, blue eyes. He seemed to have a shaved head, but he wore a baseball cap, maybe red. He wore dark clothes, almost like an Adidas track suit. He carried a white plastic bag in his hands. It held my stuff for delivery. It looked like the stuff inside was white styrofoam, like for take-out meals.

      I now had the bag. I looked inside. I'd apparently ordered two or three Asian DVDs of some sort. One may have had a cartoon panda on the front. There was some other merchandise in the bag that I don't remember.

      The man told me, "The movies are due back in two days. For the rest, you'll be charged..."

      The man continued talking. But I didn't quite hear him. I'd been surprised. The DVDs were due back? I thought I'd bought them. But now it made sense to me. I'd rented the DVDs, or checked them out, like from a library.

      The man seemed to be a little eager to leave. As he had been talking, he had slowly come to recognize how full of boxes my place was. Something about this seemed to freak him out. He no longer wanted to be here. He finished up his speech really fast, but almost automatically, as if he didn't want to betray how freaked out he was.

      I had gathered from what the man had said that I owed the company something like $22. I pulled out my wallet. I had something like $21. I told the man I could give him $21 now and pay the company the rest when I returned the movies. I knew this was more than I had to pay right now, since I didn't have to pay for any of the movies until I returned them. So, somehow, that meant I only had to pay $20 right now.

      But, even as I'd offered the man the money, he was already back out the door and into the hallway. He called back to me, as I walked up to the door, "No, don't worry about it. You'll just be charged for it all on credit."

      I thought that was both convenient and a little bit of a pain. I didn't really want to have stuff charged to my card.

      There was another white kid in the hallway. He wore a thick, yellow sweater with a black logo on it and big, baggy, green pants. He had black hair which swept down over his eyes. The boy had seen how freaked out the first man had been by my place. So he now looked inside. He seemed to be interested in something.

      I was a little freaked out by the kid's gaze, so I turned around and walked back into my place, trying to look, to the kid, like I hadn't seen him looking into my apartment. I looked at all my boxes. I wondered if the kid had thought there was something here he'd like to steal.

      I walked farther back into my apartment, into my bedroom. This room was full of boxes, too. I thought, No wonder people get weirded out by my place. It's full of boxes. It looks like I've never moved in. But I never feel comfortable anywhere. If I could finally feel comfortable somewhere, I'd unpack my boxes. Then it would look like I actually live here.

    11. closet boxes; museum store; surveillance walls

      Good morning, everybody.

      Dream #1

      I stood before my closet hallway. There were a lot of boxes in there. I had a lightbulb box in my hand. It was empty, so I figured I'd just throw it out to make space.

      There were some other boxes in there, possibly including a box for diapers. I threw them out, too. Suddenly I had only one box in my closet. It was the only box that had anything in it. It was white cardboard.

      I thought I could start stacking stuff up on this box. But I was a little afraid to. The box looked a little dirty, like it had bugs crawling on it. I didn't want to put more stuff on this box and get everything else all buggy.

      Dream #2

      I was in the gift shop for a museum. The man there basically owned and ran the gift shop. The gift shop was closing down, and a lot of its shelves were empty. I remember one particular wall of light-beige wood shelves that were completely empty. The walls behind the shelves were grey, like a dark concrete or cinder.

      The owner came up and smiled at me. He was white, bald, with a grey-white mustache and a kind of friendly look. He also seemed to be a little bit muscular. He spoke to me in some friendly way about some of the discounts he had throughout the store.

      I was now alone in the store. I somehow heard my boss talking with a woman, or possibly with a woman and a man. I had apparently left my job for good. This had been somehwat planned. But now my boss was being urged to get me back. My boss was told that I should try to be tricked into believing that I was actually obliged to stay on for two more weeks.

      As I heard this stuff, I had kind of been floating around on my back throughout the store. I had floated up high for a little while. But now I was floating at about the level of the checkout counter.

      I looked at the green, digital numbers on the display of the tan, plastic cash register. They said "4-17." I knew that meant that today was April 17th. This was, I thought, about two weeks before I was scheduled to leave work. But I really didn't want to have to go back to my office, and I was trying to think whether this story these people would be feeding me about how I needed to go back was actually true.

      Dream #3

      I woke up. The lights were on in my room. My eyes were really blurry. But, I knew, because of my half-sleeping condition, I could see things that I normally wouldn't see.

      I looked at my walls. There were black spots all around the room, at about waist height. The spots were set in pairs, and the pairs were spaced with about one meter intervals. The pairs of spots were set so that two spots were right next to each other, one set up a little diagonally to the other. The black spots were little spy cameras.

      Up near the top of the wall were much more widely spaced, much bigger devices, which may have been colored like rusty metal. They looked like small versions of the horns for old phonographs.

      I knew people were spying on me by using all this stuff. But I didn't know who was spying on me. There was suddenly a high-pitched ringing in my ears. It got more and more intense.
    12. Drowning Mom's Dog

      Original Date: 2/25/2011 (afternoon nap - first recall in 2 days)
      Type: Ordinary/Anxiety - Non Lucid

      Dream:
      I was suddenly in a living room my mom and step dad. I remember my step dad saying something about my mom's dog, Buddy, and then pausing for a bit. A few moments later he stood up and walked over towards my mom and opened a box next to her, and I heard rustling around and a jingle of metal/aluminum. Then Buddy popped up out the top of the box, I was calling out his name and was very excited to see him (because I absolutely love dogs and had to leave my 2 back home). So I was sitting in a chair and Buddy was then up next to me in the chair curled up along my left side sleeping, and somehow was covered in like a cloth or blanket. I remember watching tv, but somehow interacting with whatever was on (it was vivid in my dream, but I cannot recall), I think at some point my step dad was changing channels and I may have been changing them back.

      Then the setting changed, I was in some kitchen with a very dim light. I don't remember how, but I filled some container up with water that was on the counter. I turned away and I think I was looking for Buddy. All of a sudden I couldn't find him and thought "oh shit!", I had accidentally dumped him in the water pitcher! I could see him still wrapped in the little thin cloth lying on the bottom of the filled water pitcher! I instantly pulled the top off of it, shoved my had in and pulled him out. I unwrapped the cloth, at this point he was palm sized, so abnormally small, not because of the water, but in the dream it was natural. (I felt like his size was possibly a sign of delicacy.) So I started trying to get the water out of his lungs by patting his back sternly, and some was coming up/out. Then there was this strange like 2 or 3 piece machine in the kitchen that he would fit on that would somehow xray him to show water spots in the lungs, but I couldn't find a piece to it, I was searching frantically. At the same time Buddy (still micro size) was up, alive, walking around on the floor, soaked, but alive. I remember seeing him walk around but still feeling worried about him. So I took hold of him and for some reason stuck my pinkie in his mouth to trigger gag reflex to force up excess water. (But this makes no sense because there is no danger if water is in the stomach, only the lungs.)

      Objective Context:
      Today is my birthday and my step dad (who creeps me out and I have not had contact with for over a year, by choice) texted me and called. My mom sent me a text. I am an EMT basic, so life skills and sustaining life are ingrained into me, but a dumb attempt like that makes no sense to me.

    13. Don't run over my dog!

      I was visiting my mother at her house. I noticed several large crates and boxes sitting around filled with fruit. I asked about them and discovered that my little brother was selling them. I briefly considered buying some plums, but then I noticed one of the boxes had a dog in it. It was an English bulldog who was rather large for her breed, about the size of a labrador. I bought her instead. I named her Missy and started walking home (which is impossible IRL) carrying the box with Missy in it.
      Outside, the weather was terrible. It was overcast and terribly windy. As I rounded a corner onto the street I lived on, I was walking into the wind. Holding the box, I couldn't walk, so I set the box down on the edge of the street and continued to walk, intending to get my car and come back to get her. (Note: I would never do something like this IRL) A couple guys I know from work (we'll call them S and H) were walking behind me and called me to get my attention. As I turned to see them, I saw a car rounding the corner. The drove wide and I saw them heading for the box. I screamed "Don't run ove my dog!" but the car's tires went over the box anyway. The box tumbled in one direction and Missy in another. I ran over to make sure she was okay, and it turned out her paw was the only thing that was hurt. H offered to give us a ride to the vet, then I woke up.

    14. Back of a Semi and... Forgotten Stuff

      Notes:
      I hate it when I take too long to record dreams. And it just had to be this one.

      This was a rather high-level lucid. I was in the back of a semi truck, which was actually lit pretty well, casting light onto the thinner metal walls. There were large, empty cardboard boxes with unidentifiable red and white labels around the inside walls of the truck, but then proceeded to start sliding around as the vehicle started and stopped. I could feel the gravity and shifts as the truck did this, which was almost every few moments.

      I didn't know where I was.

      In this period of time, I know I became lucid. I also know that I got out of the truck by creating a blast of bluish, electric energy. When I did this, I was able to hear the electrical sound of something shorting out, and a realistic zapping noise. I then walked out and ended up on the field of a university campus. The university building was around forty feet away from me, as an estimate. It was pretty small, with light brick and stone walls, but the area around the building was very big. It consisted mostly of trimmed grass and a running track that went around the perimeter of the campus. I knelt down and smelled the grass (while looking around me at the same time to not lose focus). The grass smelled rather sweet, almost too sweet. I touched it with my hands and it felt damp.

      Next, I believe I looked up and the actor Edward Norton appeared behind me. But the strange thing was, I didn't summon him myself. However, I figured I wouldn't let it go to waste because he looked almost perfect and normal. I kissed him, and he kissed me back.


      This dream consisted of more stuff, but unfortunately I took too long to record it.

      NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID






      Speeding down the road, I sit in the back seat of my mother's red Mazda 5, a box of newly purchased nick-knacks on the floor in front of me. Rummaging through them, I recall their origins. This small, black, flame-decalled hot-rod for instance, and this other model, were both made and painted by some of the best urban artisans in the craft. I watch apathetically as they slide across the floor to other side of the car.

      That's when I notice the both side doors are slightly ajar.

      They're going to fly open, I just know it. . .

      WHOOOSH!

      The front side-passenger door opens widely, while the rear door flies backwards, opening the cabin to the rushing, pulling, wind. In an instant, my box is gone, tossed to the side of the road by the currents of air. In the midst of this turmoil, the front door rips away from the car, tumbling wildly as it goes.

      But I'm more worried about my possessions. My mother has no intent on turning back, I know, as she trudges onward, ignoring the speed limit. I guilt her with this, before realizing:


      ”It's a good thing this is a dream. Now I can reverse time and close the doors before any of this even happens.” As I said it, I envisioned it in my mind's eye, oblivious to the fact my mother was turning around—until the g-force from turn hit me as the rubber tires screeched and burned, drifting with the weight of the car. “Or you could just turn around.” I say snarkily. . .
