Was in an unfamiliar house that I guess I was moving into. There wasn't much light except that coming from some side lamps. There was lots of stuff everywhere. There were other people living in the house. I was talking to someone in another room while I moved someone else's stuff out of the room I was going into. I wasn't sure who it belonged to but I hauled some of it to a room upstairs. At the top I heard someone coming out of the shower and the door was open. I realized it was Amber and didn't wan't to appear like a peeping tom and so literally slid back down the stairs. Next I was starting up my jeep which was full of people. Amber was in the rear passenger side seat. I asked if she had any suggestions for chill music to listen too while I drove. "hmm you could listen to what I'm listening too." she said. I realized she had earbuds in. I asked what she was listening too and she started to get really embarrassed. I think she was listening to a soundtrack to some very soap-opera-esk show.
In this WILD I flew for about 15 seconds through dark tunnel into room which had mirrors all around. When I got into room a lonely woman stood close to one mirror. She didn't have any reflections in mirrors, nor I had reflections... I looked behind myself and there was also mirror... It looked like I got there through that mirror, without sensing it. I turned my attention back to that woman. She was tall, in simple dark clothes which were made from one piece of cloth... With dark about 5cm wide belt around her slim waist. She had brown hair and looked familiar from behind... As I was closing the distance she slowly turned... the clothes had deep cleavage... And I focused on her face... It was my soulmate... She smiled and waved her hand on me... and then everything pixelated into nothingness. Pity. Remarks The experience lasted for little more than one minute.

Just some nightmares. Had a stomachache that may have caused it. Dream was about being chased by pH. D students and fat guy. There were fish involved. They were trying to kill me while I fight them off. Also dreamed of getting a magical 5 star bow or some sort in second dream. notes : Maybe did not sleep well from stomachache or from meditating too long at bed. Was getting tingle on forehead and just being too awake while body was asleep. Could also be caused by a new supplement I took. Dream likely took place during sws.
non-dream dream semi-lucid lucid false awakening At Cambridge (never been actually there). I am looking for the buildings and spaces I had seen in some movie. I go up a terrace to look for a sportsfield that supposedly existed outside the walls of the campus, but it is not there anymore. Instead, there is a poor workers' neighborhood. I see a dog running like crazy and an owner trying to catch it and I go running down because I think my dog Hachi is somewhere on his path and I am afraid he might attack this dog. I get there on time and the other dog owner catches his dog as I reach for Hachi and avoid confrontation. With my mom, we are having a brunch, delighted with some buttered croissants and watching tv. There is a live show where a young Björk and my friend Joakim are being interviewed. And I yell "how does that guy know Björk and why he has never spoken of it??" They are talking about some funny episodes from the past, how they met and somehow they had some role to play in each other's life. I rush to the studio where they are live and I catch them backstage when it's finished. I catch them having a personal conversation when they think they are alone. They admit the stories they told weren't true, but they did it to counteract some bad publicity and a negative image that Björk had gained with some story that had been on the news. And they didn't really know each other from before, they just had meet recently and arranged this. I feel so disappointed I don't even go talk to them, just go back to my mom and eat some more croissants.
2019, 06-05 Regular Dream - Semi-lucid Dream - Lucid Dream - Notes Fus You, Donald Trump! I am on top of a tall building, perhaps the Empire State Building. There is some kind of gathering there. I get closer and I see the president of the United States is there. Donald Trump is surrounded by secret service people and reporters are gathered. The president is standing near the edge of the building where there is a really tall railing designed to keep people from falling or jumping off. I get closer and I hear Trump saying something about opening a new coal mine that will employ hundreds and make money for him and all his rich friends. When a reporter asks about air pollution Trump says the coal burns clean. I get closer and Trump sees me, then says he can have whatever woman he wants. He reaches to grab me. I tell him if he touches me I'm going to fus him. He grabs a breast and laughs. I drop down to get a better angle and I fus him... FUS-RO-DAH! Due to my angle he flies up into the air and right over the barrier at the edge of the building, disappearing from sight. I wonder if he will make a crater when he lands, or maybe he will bounce? Secret service seems at a loss for what to do. So Very Cold I am in a strange place. It looks like an old style castle or fortress. I am not very focused on what is going on around me because I am so very cold. Not just cold outside, but cold inside. It feels like I might have swallowed some liquid nitrogen and I am currently freezing solid. I walk through the halls looking for some possible source of warmth. There are people around but they all seem distant and cold. They look like Assassins from Assassin's Creed. I need to find warmth or I will freeze through. I go through some more halls and rooms not sure of where I am going. I enter a bed chamber. There is a bed there with an Assassin sleeping in it. I feel warmth from there. I need that warmth. I stumble over to the bed and practically fall into it, crawling under the covers and up against the sleeping Assassin. He wakes and looks at me. It is Altaïr Ibn-LaʼAhad from Assassin's Creed. He puts his arms around me and holds me, I feel his warmth and now I am able to fall into a peaceful sleep. Design a Game, Design a Reality I am in a school, I am in a computer class. Everyone is working on our projects. My project is to design a video game, and I am working on a creepy one. I have just finished modelling a student desk and I am placing multiple instances of it in an empty and creepy looking classroom. It is coming out quite good. I make the room dark and add spots on the wall that are cracked and peeling, just enough to make it look abandoned. I add some marks that could be blood stains near a door that will lead to the next room. I need a bathroom break. I lock my computer and get up. I head out the classroom door… and I find I have walked right into the room I was just creating! How can this be? I haven’t even finished making it yet! I walk into the room and the door closes behind me. I turn back and the door is gone! I am thinking this might warrant a reality check when I wake.
Pretty good DEILDs on nap Sleep Dinner with comedian I was in an apartment where I lived at university. It was dark there and I was waiting on friends or something. I met the famous japanese comedian Hamada and hang out. He took me to a nice restaurant in a hotel that had a gambling section to the top left. *always wanted to meet this comedian Wake Nap Pool in school I was going around some strange building. It had many locked doors and things somewhat futuristic. I found my friend M there but she was a little kid. I just took her and walked around until we were near the pool at school. It was the highschool structurally but slightly different. Maybe FA/wake I begin wandering around the school by myself. I think m went to pool. I could not find the pool but I knew I was close. I found a sink with some pretty peaches and a few were flat. I ate one or two and they were pretty ripe and sweet. I find I'm near the change rooms and look for a way in. But a black teen tells me he and his friends are lifeguards and gotta clean pool soon. I thought about helping but thought forget it. I leave as I watch people clean the pool. I find m. *no pool in school I see peaches again may have ate another. I head out and finds a sink to wash my hands. A black guy comes and he washed his hands in same sink he couldn't find soap so I showed him where it was and I squeezed too much soap. He gives me rest of soap after washing. I finish washing my hands. *every part after is lucid or mostly. I may have had FA here maybe not. Just became lucid. It was an waiting area with benches and I decided to mediate. Maybe people were waiting on the train in the next dream. FA/wake I am back near the area and find my friend Alison. Wake, stronger awakening Long train ride - many DEILD, order may be slightly wrong (seperated by FA/wakes) I am still lucid and in a train ride. Some people from last steam. I decided to mediate. Wake I find my friend Alison again. Wake I asked if anyone knew how to be omnilucid, no one answered . I walked deeper into one way of the train looking for a sage i find someone. Wake I am decided to play a video game. I wanted to see what it s like. Tried playing Mario, pretty realistic, worked ok but left button didn't work properly. Wake Senses weakened from playing video games so decided to stop. Wake Still on train. Getting bored and couldn't think of what to do. Looked for 2 ppl my type to play around. Wake I was stretching legs in ways likely not possible. Needed to pee pretty badly though. Was afraid of waking from the need to pee and indeed I do. Wake Legs 100% numb when awoke fully was in tree pose. Residual numbness of dream stretching. Was numb until I stretched. Notes : Slept in the other bed again for nap Same meditation technique just noticing things Used raduga alarm only on nap wanted good sleep for night Fear of waking woke me up, or maybe DEILD is difficult if you really do have to pee - is it the fear or need to pee that wakes you more? non-dream dream semi-lucid lucid false awakening Next door is a guy, which I believe to be a demon. He has a crush on me and has been trying to be my friend but I feel creeped out and have been avoiding him. Me and mom we go to his house on his absence, looking for some evidence, but we have to leave on a hurry and we forget a light on. I imagine him arriving and realizing what we did, and coming full force at us, so I decide going back and take a different approach in case he finds me there, which he does. I pretend to actually wanting to bond with him and say sorry for having entered his home uninvited. He is obviously pleased and invites me to stay. Not sure how well he bought it, but I end up spending some time with him, we watch something on tv and he gets uncomfortably close to me. I look at him and realize he is actually very good looking, with black hair and piercing blue eyes. I decide to focus on that and the fact he's been so friendly, but I can see his true nature just below his skin. I try to be compassionate, but at some point I argue that I really must go. I fear his reaction and for some time later at home I fear he will somehow come after me, like an obsessed psycho, but nothing happens. Watching the first episode of a new Gilmore Girls season, but so totally different from the original. Luke and Lorelai are divorced and she became a nun. Rory is blond. And the whole story is sad and boring. At my mom's and there is a lot of people with us. My dad is sick in her bed, my friend's daugther Leonor is eating lunch that I provided, but I leave her for a moment and when I come back she is eating a can of cat food. I am shocked at first but then ask her if it is any good. She says it's ok, but not very thrilled. I remove it from the table and scold her. Then some stupid guy is burning things with a lighter, since he heard many household products have flame retardants and wants to test it. He burns the tip of a bed duvet and then the mattress itself. I scold him hard and he just feels disapointed that things really don't go up in flames. But the fact is that they slowly burn anyway and the combustion of the mattress is spreading. I ask my mom for a fire extinguisher. She says the only one she has is being fixed. I then ask for buckets and ask everybody to help. By now, the entire mattress is burning inside and generating heat that is starting flames in the surroundings. We remove all covers and drench it in water and cover the outside flames to extinguish them. I just want to punch the stupid guy who did this.
Jamie Dreams First one is a flash of Jamie standing in front of me wearing a wedding dress, she is smiling. We're getting married? Okay, these dreams are really out there now. The next few dreams mainly consisted of me trying to visit Jamie but she wasn't available and/or was avoiding me. Definitely a pattern here. Even when I knew her this was her: Wanting to get closer. I say: yes, okay. She: Backs off. Gets closer next time. Asks for more. I say: okay. She: backs off again. Wash rinse repeat. I think this is to be expected by now. Next I have a dream where I confront her. I remind her of how she would say things that highly indicated she really liked me/ felt close to me. But then would cover up a moment later and down play it. the most comical being she was suggesting sending me a picture, you know the kind long distance couples might send. Then after a long pause for what must have been a full minute or so. She says, "Well a PG version anyway." Still waiting on that one BTW. And after so long She better send the full version . Kidding. Anyway what she said back to me in the dream was really disturbing. "Well, I was just messing with you because it was funny." Um wait. What? Is it really necessary to say such a thing? I almost believe her. But then i remember When I spoke to her last in person and said, "I'm really gonna miss you," She looked like she was hit in the stomach, almost fell over and said something quietly that i barely even heard, "I'm gonna miss you too." Followed by a cover up a few seconds later as if she had said nothing at all. Yeah, who does she think She is fooling? That looked like it hit her pretty hard too. Next day: First, I have dream where she apologizes for saying that. She's almost crying, her face in a weird smile, or more like a grimace of pain. I always forgive of course. Next dream is us just laying in bed cuddling . Maybe a second one like that. But how would she know over the span of a few days that she said that? I never posted dreams until now. So how would she know? I remember I once had a dream where she was talking to voices in her head that sounded like me. Does she really do that? I do. And this weekend we argued a lot. I really should have my head checked I think. I mean how deep does this rabbit hole go? I've linked the voice directly to my dreams, and also her doings directly to my dreams. so either it's actually her sometimes, or... Familiar spirits, (demons) that sometimes repeat what she is saying to herself. I dunno. I wish I had answers... If they are demons. They REALLY have her personality down. Val I'm working with Val, The lesbian. She asks me if she is the kind of girl I would marry. I say, "Yes." she looks really offended at that. Then why ask? When I said ,"yes," i mean the type of person not their orientation. Death Squad I'm in a gymnasium with a crowd of people. Some blond guy in his early 20's is being voted to be put to death. The vote goes through. I go hide in another room somewhere as they take him outside and shoot him because I don't want to see it. also why am I getting ads for women's lingerie on DV?
This dream occurred during my brother in law's bachelor party, after heavily drinking, went to bed at 12:30 and passed out quickly. ~~~ I was walking through a long exit hallway out of a building, I find myself to be in what seems to be the city I live in. As I'm walking towards the exit, I see a cartoon-like ghost floating by the exit- I become lucid immediately. I do the nose plug reality check to ensure I am in fact in the dream world. The odd thing was that ghost was outside of the building but I could see it both when it floated in front on the exit and when it went out of the exit's view (aka see thru vision). After that I go outside and my friend and my brother are there with me and I run over to the train tracks and feel the rocks with my hands to ground myself in the dream, it seemed to work. After this I wanted to travel a fair distance and ended up performing what I called a Bullet Jump 1). Run and Jump 2). Morph into a bullet 3). "Fly" a distance of 100-200 feet 4). Morph back into a human and land We then went to some store and bought some stuff.. I suspect I was slowly losing control though because I don't remember wanting to do this or if I was just following along. Either way I'm in line waiting for one of them to buy stuff and I open up my phone which has a notification for 3000 points... I don't know what for but I felt happy. I turn around and I notice I'm in an airport. At this point I know the dream is falling apart and I just want to have fun. I take all of my clothes off in front of everyone sitting down at the airport and look for a dc to have sex with As I'm walking around I see nobody that looks appealing and rather everyone just seems sort of hostile and some people are just pissed at me. Then someone knocked all of my belongings over and I feel as though I need to get them back, I start looking for my clothes as I realize this venture was unsuccessful then all of a sudden I time shift and I'm on the ground picking my backup and belongings up. ~~~ Planning on working more on my dream stability, I had a good start but I want to try out verbal commands next time.
I was the undercover from the hero association of sort to spy on the evil crime headquarters. I didn't have any special powers initially but gained one as the dream progressed. However I was discovered as the spy and woke. The dream lasted a while and I remember it being fun but didn't jot down much. Nap pt1 FAs Stormy weather sucking me to window. Snow filled the bedroom. The next bedroom was also filled with snow. Realize I'm dreaming. Wake Immediately focus on creating the feeling. Leave body in bedroom. Blurry vision so i rub hands. Get clear. I remember to Meditate. Cross legs. My body begins spinning around the room and I have to do a sit up while cross legged to barely be in the pose. I am being teleported by the involuntary spinning. Teleport to temple/grave. Statues of gods. More like figurine perhaps 2-3ft tall made out of jade like materials. They were placed atop grey carved rectangular stones. I have an urge to hum the um sound. I begin to hear deep voices Chanting: Chanting - "boo haa, boo hoo heeh" in Tibetan chant like voices. It fills the place. I'm still cross legged floating around. I see more rows of gods. Some unknown. Some known. elephant headed. Wake Needed to pee really badly, could have stayed or went back in dream otherwise. Nap pt2 Couple of FA with lucid moment then Lucid somewhere in dream, realizing I was just dreaming in previous dream while I'm FA. Old wooden building upper floor. Professor studying physics defying technology. I look for the device. Few ladies crowding entrance. Baddies showing up from below to take technology. I go inside. Find old guy he melts into couch supposedly he is the guy. There are people laying on couch with a device. A steel ball on one end. I touch it and try to push hand in couch. I go in a bit. Touch it again and go deeper. Get stuck in rubbery leather couch space. It's very unconfirmed I really wanted to get out. Gets out after a while. Trying to escape from baddies. Head to stairs above and go through into ceiling. When I come out I see a event with the previous women downstairs. I am back in time. I needed to change my form. I find a figurine and transform into her form. The women were looking for the man so I point them towards where I saw the old guy before. I head to the left. The women come back telling me the man is right next to me. They were looking for the relic of "the man. " Trio of Golden figurines, of a man, a woman and a child. I touch the man and electrical feeling runs through my fingers. They are horrified. Apparently an artifact that electricuted people this artifact was the source of strange tech. I touch the other 2 there and it begins to turn into a warm feeling. Hot, it was buzzing with energy. I rather enjoyed the feeling. It was figurines of holy trinity mother father and son. I held them together as a family and they reacted. My body began to float up and through the sunroof window. The mission to find what was lost from heavens. I keep rising. Wake FA I am in an office people are doing coding work. Guy beside me telling me to work. I am still lucid, looking around at people keyboards, codes, and wonder about the mystery of life. That sequential output of all was the resulting output. Wake Notes : The noticing meditation. The i am meditation. Different bed. Skippers guide Raduga alarm. Remembering last 3 things. (did not do it much today though)

non-dream dream semi-lucid lucid false awakening A tv showing some house full of abandoned stuff, neighbors talking about the people who died or left, cops going around. They say they'll open up the house to people interested in taking things away. Me and mom apply. it's like a game, they choose people and divide into 4 family teams each with a coach / guide who explains the rules and guides us orderly into pre-selected divisions. We feel very anxious because there is a team who is being clearly favored, they are some 6 people and they are the first ones allowed in the house, while our coach is just stalling us with talk. We pressure her and she starts saying she will block us if we pressure her too much. She finally takes us to the living room and explains what we can take. We look around to choose because we can't take everything. I look at the bookshelf and see some books I really like, but leave it for the end. I'm certain the other contestants won't care about books. I find family pictures and realize our late friend's Nela family members and there's pictures of her so I grab all I can. I tell mom and she agrees the pics should stay with us. I am at home. Riverstone arrives. It's a summer storm like we never seen. Strong winds. I suspect by the sounds I hear that our gutters are not holding on. I check through the window and they break, ending up pieces on the roof and others on the ground. I go outside to pick it up but it's very dark, so I ask Riverstone for a flashlight. He hands me a wet sponge. I'm puzzled and say how did he heard sponge and why would I need a sponge? Then he goes back and brings the flashlight.
This was a scrap I had while on 1100mg of choline (totally legal dietary supplement to help cognitive functioning and dream potentiation that I got from walmart a long time ago). My dream was unmemorable, but I remember it involving me getting choline from a guy and then waking up and writing a dream log about it.
Me, Z, and someone else are in a parking lot trying to break into a car. I break out the back windshield and start pulling out shards of glass. I walk over to a control panel and find a way to turn of the alarm and open the doors. Still I'm worried the cops will be here soon. When I look back to where the car was it's gone. Z and the other guy have moved it to the street and are waiting on me. I get in and we ride. For some reason we end up switching vehicles. However, this next vehicle is like a big trashcan that we're all climbing into. We end up at a diner. I go out into the parking lot and start flying around. It's weird though because it's like I'm gliding around on a parachute except with no parachute and I can control the speed. I'm on the phone with "A" talking about how I'm gonna get the rest of the way home. I try to tell her about this crazy flying that I'm doing but she isn't really listening. I wake up shortly after this.
Dreams : Was with LL, in the city, mall. He ran off to see the race. I went to find him. Next In the same city. An esper lady escaping. Her body is shattered. Builds a business over the years and have kids too. Gains a new body. Next In a small town, country side. Adventuring. Blood. Next At home. A bar became connected to home karaoke night. It had $3 cover. Went back. To the left was another bar, also karaoke. Told one guy why both bars are doing karaoke on same night. Notes : Dreams felt maybe 4 days.
non-dream dream semi-lucid lucid false awakening Mom had a close encounter with aliens. She says there was physical contact and wants to show me and another person how they are still around and how the contact is made. On a balcony she points to a camouflaged UFO, she tells me how in a certain angle and conditions we can see its shape. And once we see it, it sends microorganism like material in filaments that make a connecting bridge with us and beyond. I can feel it growing and reaching and connecting with me and then further away. I can also feel other lifeforms, as these filaments connect us neurologically.
