    1. My Dragon Flying Lessons

by , 11-12-2012 at 01:44 AM (The Dream Magic Experiment)
      Nov 11, 2012

The name 'Raon' came to mind. I'm trying to learn how to fly in my dragon form, but I keep falling. I find it hard to get up even to the second level of a building. I mostly just stay in my room in a dormitory. I occupy a room, but there should be an extra bed there, where I put my disorganized stuff. I'm told someone's going to rent the other bed soon. I have to arrange my stuff but felt so lazy.

Direk A. comes in and talks to me. I think it was about my learning to fly. He didn't stay long. Just kind of reminded me.

I am in a place outside, in the streets. I am with Red S. and a few people. We are talking about ghosts and stuff. Became partially aware of being in a dream, and that I should wake up.

Woke up not feeling well still. Feeling anxious.

    2. Dragons in Two Dimensions

by , 11-07-2012 at 09:23 AM (The Dream Magic Experiment)
It's night, and I am in a field with tents. There are other people. There's a flood coming, and people are hurrying back into their tents and houses, avoiding the flood. I can see the flood, and it's coming from the desert.

I am trying to avoid some people. A group. I'm not sure if they are dangerous, or if I just want to avoid them. I climb up to our house's balcony (doesn't look like our real home), and hear someone calling. I look my hiding place, and see Beatrice looking for me. The moment I thought she might see me, she looked at me and found me.

We talked a bit. I showed her small toy cars that move so fast, I can only see the light they leave behind as they move by.

I am talking to some people. I'm in a party. A formal occasion. I was supposed to join some people. I saw those people move. They were ready for a fight. One woman in black had a gun. They're going hunting. I asked the person I was talking to I should be there. He told me no, I am somewhere else.

There are two dragons that will be raised, and they are in two different dimensions. One was a phoenix-like dragon, and the other was unknown, because it was slayed before I can get to it in a different dimension. I had to travel to that dimension, and at the same time go back in that dimension's past, in order to save the dragon. The two are somehow interlinked. I see myself walking down Calamba street.

Back to the party, I was talking to the person, and suddenly, I am in a carriage of sorts, being lifted by something. I was told I'll be in the mission as well. I was excited until I found out I will act as bait, not the two people I saw go first.

I was to be dropped in the middle of a snowy forest landscape, with huge tigers and other animals. I felt I can handle it.

      Notes: approx. 1.5 hours of sleep, from 1:30 p.m to 3:00 p.m.
    3. Learning How To Fly. Non Lucid - Flying

      by , 10-23-2012 at 12:12 AM (Zödra)
I was going to sleep for an afternoon nap and trying to WILD. I laid down and went to sleep, I started feeling vibrations and all, but then I didn't keep consciousness, I guess it would be a False Awakening from a WILD.

I got up from my bed and started walking around a weird, almost haunted looking house. My sister was here. We started looking around collecting clues, there was one in the giant chandelier. It said how to explode. very weird. It had a location that the information was supposed to be at, I followed it with my sister (extremely strange). There was a table that had glasses on it, a bigger glasses over a little glasses. My sister picked up one of the bigger glasses and there was a tiny piece of tinfoil that said five cent piece. my sister put it back and we went our separate ways. I floated over to my room (I was no longer walking) I got on my laptop and started talking to people on DV, Some people are posting pictures of dragons. I look at one and then get off the computer. My other sister walks in and tells me to turn the lights on. I float off of my bed and get the light switch, and then I try to float to the other one and I can't reach. It feels exactly like it does when i am trying and failing at flying in LDs.
"Just stand up and pull the switch!" she says, but I am determined. I close my eyes and imagine myself being lifted up in the air. After I do this I can fly with ease. I start questioning things, my biggest question is Why can I fly? I start thinking a lot and think It is because I was trying to WILD, if you are close to dreaming, you can fly. I lay back down in bed and get on the computer. I open up another Dragon picture.

I am always pulled into computers/tvs/windows when I look in them. I am standing, looking at the dragon. The dragon is standing on a cloud and is 1000 ft tall easily, and 3000 feet wide. It is red and it's tail is the same as a scorpion's tail. It sees me and roars, an extremely loud noise that puts shivers down my spine. After it is done another tail looking thing shoots out of it's mouth and at me. I am standing very far away from it, but it seems like it is going to reach me. I look away from the laptop. My wife asks me what I am doing, I tell her that I am just on the computer, but I will still lay down next to her while she sleeps. I start looking at the computer again and wake up.

In some dreams I can fly, and in some it seems impossible. When I tried the last time in this dream it had such a real feel to it and felt exactly like when I normally can't fly, but I got over it. I think I should be able to always fly at will now.

    4. Oct 8, 2012 - Sunken Ship and the Dragon's Cave

by , 10-17-2012 at 05:09 AM (The Dream Magic Experiment)
      NOTES: 100 countdown

Homophobia. Basket ball. Sunken ship. Plane. It was shot by some guy from the plane but who jumped to the submarine. The plane landed on the ocean. The other guy in the plane is alright. Turned it into a sunken ship show. Fake ghosts and all.

An entrance to the castle. Cave. An adventurer. I told him to be careful. If anything disturbs the water, the dragon will wake up. There's a stone that's attached to the chain that could fall at any moment. The idiot simply jumped into the water/lake. He fought the dragon using a sword. The dragon speaks. Then suddenly, someone took the adventurer's hand. It was a fair lady. She led him/me out while the dragon just looked. She's a "larva," a dragonchild. She said that we have to be in touch so that I'll survive in the dragon's lair. After we were out of the lair, she let go. I walked out to what looked like a house. Yellow and blue paint. Seems like a toddler's school. Met some kids. Walked downstairs. Met some more, and encountered a woman who looked Indian. Somehow, I thought she was Marco's mom. She smiled at me, as if we know each other. They thought I was a guest of sorts. I walked on. There were other people but they mostly ignored me. I met a teen Caucasian woman who was looking for her dictionary. told her I haven't seen it. Later, I encountered her mom, who admitted she used it as a gift wrap for gifts. She apologized and asked to return the remaining pages left to her daughter. Went around and looked for the daughter. I heard the others call out behind me and asked if I'll be early. I waved back, then saw that they were talking to someone else outside. An uncle. Finally found the daughter and explained to her. She just sighed and accepted the papers.

I was in some place. I don't have any wallet or anything. I took a tricycle home. I'm not sure how I paid for it.

I'm in "my" room in Manapla. I sang, and thought mom might wake up thinking I was screaming because of my weird voice. Moments later, I heard a knock. I stayed silent. Then she asked my sister in the other room. I "woke up" too.

    5. Where is the White Dragon?

      by , 10-01-2012 at 01:40 AM (Death's Other Kingdom)
I don't usually have many risqué dreams, but this one was pretty interesting. ((This contains some slightly mature content, so don't read if you're not comfortable with this, please.))

      Night of 9/30/12

      ["Where is the White Dragon!?"]
I am looking out the window late at night, when I see what appears to be two large dragons fighting high up in the starry sky. As I watch, their fight grows closer and closer to the ground until they are right outside my house. I can now see that one is white with scales and the other is a black-feathered dragon. Both are about as big as the house itself.

The white dragon soon kills her opponent and begins to feast upon him, when she suddenly sees me watching from the window. I don't believe she'll bother attacking me since she has just made a kill, but I am wrong. The dragon sticks her head through the open window and makes a snap at me.

I run to the other end of the house--- she follows. Eventually I am forced to jump out a window and make an escape. The dragon soon follows me, however, eyes glowing bright yellow in the dark.

When I reach the graveyard, I realize that I will never outrun such a massive creature. I stop and wait for her to approach, thinking desperately for a plan. "Don't kill me," I say, "I can be of use to you."

The dragon suddenly transforms into a girl who looks perhaps a bit older than I. "And what exactly do you have to offer me?" she purrs, looking at me in amusement.

I sigh, realizing what she wants. "Myself," I tell her resignedly.

She grins. "Hmm. That sounds like it might just be a good deal. Okay then." She giggles and pulls me forward, lying back on the ground and positioning me on top of her. "Touch me," she orders.

I lift up her shirt and slowly trail my fingers along her smooth stomach while she watches me with an interested expression. After a few moments, she complains that I'm tickling her. Smiling slightly to myself, I deliberately stroke her stomach a few more times before moving my hands a bit higher and kneading her breasts. She closes her eyes and moans.

Before I can take things even further, bright lights suddenly shine all around us. Oh crap.

Apparently the sounds of the dragon fight alarmed the neighborhood, and authorities were sent to deal with the matter. Some of the men present are leaders of an important club I had joined a few hours earlier, and I am somewhat embarrassed to be caught in this situation. I look down at the dragon-girl, chagrined. She seems more alarmed than embarrassed.

I get off of her, and while I am distracted with the leering looks of the moronic men standing beside me, some people (dragon hunters, I believe) grab my dragon-girl and run off with her. As soon as I realize this, I become filled with worry and take off after them. I have to save her!

Some friends of mine are now helping me track the dragon hunters down. They are slowly climbing the side of a building. "Why are you wasting time climbing when this is a dream?" I shout impatiently. "Fly, you idiots!" I leap on top of the building and jump from rooftop to rooftop until I reach some old ruins where I find the hunters.

They are armed to the teeth, while I must rely on my own hands. Soon, however, I manage to kick one of the hunters off the top of the ruins and steal his knife. I then hold one of the others at knife point and yell, "Where is the White Dragon!?" He refuses to answer, so I slit his throat.

Suddenly, I hear dragon like noises to my left, at a large seemingly vacant area where there are chains. I "remember" that the dragon can turn invisible, so I rush past all the other hunters to where she's lying. She reappears, in dragon form. She's lying on her back, bleeding badly from a large wound in her gut.

"It's gonna be okay," I tell her as soothingly as I can manage, gently hugging her massive form. "I'll get you out of here." But she seems to be in a really bad state, and I don't know how I will manage this.

      I wake up shortly afterwards.
    6. Tues Sep 11

      by , 09-12-2012 at 01:54 AM (Glieuaeiel's DJ)
      Gaming for Health

An elderly man is playing a video game, because it'll be good for his mental health. It's a story-based FPS: he has to break into a compound and prevent the men inside from setting off a bomb. I'm watching. I hope he does well.

Stuff happens. By the time he reaches the bomb, the timer is counting down from seven or eight seconds--far too little time for it to be defused, especially since there are still people running around trying to shoot him. Instead he dashes over to a small but deep pool (I think it's connected somehow to a nearby lake or river) and dives in. From several feet below the surface, he looks upward to see the air above the water turn red and orange, blossoming with fire. I think that was a good decision: if you can't stop the bomb, at least save yourself. But it was only half a success, so he has to come back tomorrow (in game time, not real time) to try and stop them again.

Somewhere along the line, I start playing instead of the man. As I approach the complex, I see that there's been a flood. Most of the parking lot is covered in water. But as I look more closely, I realize that the pool in front of me isn't very deep: there's still a road under it. So I splash across.

      Black Dragon

A girl my age is playing some kind of Minecraft/Skyrim/Portal hybrid. She's opened some portals to travel away from the base of operations to the island where the black dragon sleeps. At first, they're not sure if the beast is there or not, but gradually they realize that they can hear it breathing on the other side of a long, low ridge. They try to carry out their job quietly.

Suddenly the dragon wakes up! The girl dashes back through the portal, knowing that the dragon will be intent on killing her. She goes through a second portal, then pauses to catch her breath in a hillside cave miles away from where she started. She's hidden from view, so it's all but impossible that the dragon will find her here. And yet, with a roar, it soon thrusts its head through the entrance to the cave. It knew exactly where she was. They must be bonded somehow in a way she did not understand. Wasting no time, she runs farther back into the cave, considering taking out her pickaxe to dig even deeper. The dragon will soon reach her, so she decides to go into a dungeon--right into the middle of a battle. Other explorers like her are fighting against a band of skeletons. A couple of the skeletons come at her with swords, and she fights them off. It's dangerous in here, but less dangerous than trying to fight a dragon on your own.

    7. Dragons and Lightning!

      by , 09-07-2012 at 01:55 PM
I haven’t had any dreams that I can remember for the past few days, but I finally had some memorable ones this morning. And I was lucid during one of them!

Or well, it was kind of like one big dream but with two parts. And one of them was like, a dream within a dream. So yeah.

Two of my sisters and I are sharing a room together, and the room only has one bed that we all have to sleep on. It’s the morning, and two of my sisters are arguing because there’s not enough room on the bed. One of them gets out and lies down on the floor instead. I curl up at the foot of the bed and I’m like, “I’m going to have a lucid dream now.” And then I fall asleep within the dream and have another dream. A dream within a dream. Oooh.

So anyway, during this part of the dream I was aware I was dreaming and could control aspects of the story. I was sometimes a character in the story and sometimes just an observer.

So, there’s this guy and this girl who are a couple. And they have a pet dragon because … that’s cool. The girl wakes up in the morning. They live in this small wooden house, where sunlight streams in between the planks of wood. The girl walks out the front door, and the dragon is waiting there. It opens its wings––which kind of look like they’re made of lace. That is, they’re black and have this cool transparent pattern on them. In the background, the sun is rising and the sky is red and cloudy. And the girl is like, “Ooh, pretty.”

The guy comes outside to join her. They have some conversation where the girl is like, “Mehhh I’m so ugly!” and the guy is like, “I think you are very attractive!” and whatnot. Then they decide to fly around on the dragon for a while.

So, they get on the dragon and take off. But then suddenly there’s a storm, and they get struck by lightning and fall out of the sky. The guy and the dragon are okay, but the girl goes missing, and all the guy can find are pieces of her shoes.

Back at the cabin, the guy just sits around and cries with the pieces of the girl’s shoes all around him. He has a friend who also lives there, and that guy is sitting by a wood stove and pretends to be crying whenever people stop by so that they’ll leave him alone, or … something. I don’t really know what the logic is.

There were two other parts of the dream, but I don’t remember which part of the dream they were part of, or what they had to do with anything at all. In one part, I was watching this weird steampunk golf tournament on TV. And in another part, I was a man who had to dress up as Dorothy from “The Wizard of Oz” for some unknown reason.

      So yup! That’s all, folks.

    8. Stars, fireworks and dragons

      by , 08-25-2012 at 11:39 PM
Walking home at night, possibly on holidays. Saw stars far more vividly than before, crystal clear. They were moving around the SCP, as if time were sped up. Suddenly became aware of fireworks, following the stars. Near home, getting phone out to take some photos when I heard rustling in long grass. It was Nikolas (4yo), playing with an empty Pringles can. Brought him in, why was he out in the middle of the night? Where did he get those glasses? Went outside again to see stars and fireworks.

Saw some girls sitting around watching the show. Wife came out wanting me to hear the song on the radio, forgot the words while she was trying to sing along. We all laughed. Saw beautiful (and huge) temple, lit by fireworks. Phone out again to take photos. Not working too well in low light. Suddenly, a huge procession of oriental warriors poured towards temple. Dancing started, with enormous lion dragon dance.

Low battery warning on device which is now an iPad. Can't turn it off for some reason. Show Rohan (for some reason it's now his iPad). Eventually close apps and turn off. Now Rohan, Imogen and I are leaving from a friend's house.
    9. August 20, 2012 - "Bus Trip and Dragon Battle"

by , 08-25-2012 at 04:00 AM (The Dream Magic Experiment)
School. Bus. trip. Victorias. flood. I'm completely naked. I didn't mind, but the people might freak out. Checked my bag for clothes. Just some underwear. Going home. Bus. Balintawak.

I'm a tour guide with a few other people. Toured a Japanese group. Lost in mall. Guard asked for bribe to tell us the place where we're supposed to go. Stared at him. He withdrew. Found the place. 8889. Orphans. Farmer.

Magic battle. A dragon trapped in volcano. A staff that erases mountains. Negros. Manapla. Number of cities.
    10. July 4, 2012, 3:00 p.m. - "Dragon Son"

by , 08-24-2012 at 01:49 AM (The Dream Magic Experiment)
I am a dragon's son. Travel. Friends with humans. A gathering. Talk. Atheists? LGBT. Del. Travel. Met friends. Humans. Scent of the dragon. Down the stairs. Fight vs humans. I defended the humans. My dragon father got mad. I still defied him, telling to go ahead and kill me. He struck me with a lance. In the heart. Worried about my friends.

I am someone else. The other dragons prepared in the cave. My ally, a wanderer, went for our dragon friend. Me and another ally stealthily went inside through some places. A car coming in. We (unclear text) inside in the shadows. Collaborators. I suggested we find out more. My other ally charged in. He was down shortly so I had to run in to protect him. I breathed fire. Then there was a strong opponent. He has heavy weapons. One was a big bow(?). I breathed fire. He worried/hurried then shot. The smaller arrows turned to ash but the big one went through. I avoided it but he shot again. I was down. He stopped as he grew into a dragon. I decided to morph into another creature whose very flesh burned, and I burned him to death. Explained to my allies how I could have done that.

    11. Broken Game in the Freezer

by , 08-21-2012 at 01:52 PM (Fennecgirl's Collection of Dreams)
In the first dream, I was on a snowy mountain with my family. There was one gap that we had to jump across. My brother tried to jump across. I thought he was going to fall, but he didn't. I decided I wanted to go back anyway because I didn't want to have to jump across.

In the second, there was a little boy who was crying. He looked to be around eight or nine years old. I was trying to comfort him. I can't remember why he was upset, though. There were a bunch of other people around, and we were all trying to cheer him up. I don't remember what they were saying.

In my third dream from last night, I was playing Petz 5. I could tell almost right away that things were wrong. First of all, when I started the game, it was outside the Adoption Center with several dogs running around and deep snow on the ground. This isn't what seemed wrong, though, even though adopted pets can't come out at the Adoption Center and there is only ever snow on the ground in the Snow Scene (however, this I assumed was because it was winter, so everywhere outdoors should be snow-covered).

I looked through the list of pets and saw several weird names I didn't recognize. I thought that was weird but figured maybe it was because one of my dogs had had puppies since last time I'd played. I clicked on one of the puppies, and, sure enough, the scene changed to the Nursery, and the puppies all came out with the... father? I thought this was odd, since only mothers and their offspring are allowed in the Nursery, and especially since I didn't even recognize the name of the father, Luminoso, a black dog.

When I checked the list of playscenes, I could tell that something was definitely wrong. There were some I didn't recognize. I clicked on the one above the Backyard with a long, weird name. It looked similar to the Backyard, yet slightly different. I then went to the Backyard, which was now very different. I realized that the other playscene must have been the Garden (which doesn't exist in-game IWL). Suddenly, a dragon rose out of the sky!

Fearing I may have to uninstall and re-install my game, I went to the Petz website, hoping to find an easy fix. It was around this point that I noticed the computer screen was on the freezer door, in place of the ice dispenser, which seemed... perfectly normal, of course.

Anyway, I couldn't find the solution on their website, so I decided to check Google, just in case, but I woke up before I could, thankful that my game still works normally!
    12. Dragon chasing me and some hero sex.

by , 07-24-2012 at 04:56 PM (Chard's DJing This Party)
Flashes of euphoria into ecstasy. Today's dream is about control, as I feel the pleasure in my brain there are sometimes neural offshoots down into my body that if I let get out of hand can wake me up. So I keep them short and sweet, never traversing past my shoulders.

I'm being chased by something up a giant curved hallway, with a step upward every few paces. I look back and see it's a kind of giant dragon/monster hybrid. I have something on my mind I want to ask, so I wonder out loud "How do we communicate with beings across the universe?" Last time the answer was that there's a special structure within our cells that allows us to do so. This time I am reading through some writing, come to the bottom, and see information on a dragon ring. I stop running and ask the dragon/monster about it, and it shows me a glowing cyan ring it's wearing. After it takes the ring off, the glow stops, but I put the ring on and the glow reappears. I notice the monster is gone, so I try communicating with it through the ring. It works!

I am gliding along a path in between 2 forests, with a clearing between the path and the forests. I am looking for T. I see her just ahead, but notice there are trees set up around her like bowling pins, and between me and those trees are giant bowling balls that could roll down and crush her if I'm not careful. I figure this is a way for the dream to test my level of control. I slow way down, gliding around the bowling balls. I walk around to the back of the trees, hook the one that's blocking her escape and pull it down, then invite her to walk out. She does and we head off down the path. We stop and get down and dirty. She's wearing a blue dress with a yellow skirt. I pull up the frills of her skirt to see she's wearing panties. I pull those off to the side, then have some middle-of-the-forest hero sex with her. I reach climax (only in the dream), then the dream ends.

There was a bunch more to this dream I wasn't able to recall.

    13. Basic TOTM (June 2, 2012)

by , 06-03-2012 at 12:08 PM (Chronicles of Ethos)
      DreamLucidAwake

      Basic TOTM

I was in some old abandoned building in the middle of the night. It might have actually been run down version of my house. There were a few guys with weapons and armor standing in front of a large mirror. The mirror was located about where my backdoor would be, so I found that a bit odd. Odd things must be questioned so I did a reality check. I became lucid after my dream energy reality check proved that I was dreaming.

Rather than picking up interest in those people and the mirror, I decided to look for something to eat. I walked into the kitchen and grabbed a box of Lucky Charms and a jug of milk. I poured them into a bowl, grabbed a spoon, and walked back to the group of people. I sat down on an old chair and watched them while I ate. The image of a man formed in the mirror and jumped out of it. It was Chris I think. He showed everyone a fancy jeweled dagger and they all cheered. They put the dagger in a treasure chest with other valuable items.

Seeing that there was treasure to be found on the other side of the mirror made me very curious. I guess it's a dragon's nature to collect treasure. I walked over to their group to see what exactly was going on. Chris was about to greet me but stopped and asked, "What are you doing?" "Eating a bowl of cereal," I said casually. "Why?" he asked. "Because they're magically delicious!" I shouted. "Fair enough," he said. "So what are you guys doing?" I asked him. "We're collecting treasure from the mirror world. Want to try it out?" he asked. "Sure, I think I need to do this for the task of the month anyways," I said.

I walked towards the mirror and stared at it. It looked like a normal reflection, but my energy sense was detecting something inside it. It's hard to explain, but it was like the mirror was creating an extra dimension. I placed my hands on it and waited for something to happen. I tried applying a little energy to the mirror to get a reaction out of it. My hands and then my body started to become distorted and I was sucked into the mirror.

I became a 2D image inside the mirror. I looked back outside of the mirror and saw Chris wave to me. The image of Chris and everything outside of the mirror then became completely distorted for a moment and reformed into a new image. Outside the mirror it was still night time, but I was now looking at a castle courtyard. There was a man who looked like a priest or monk staring at me. A castle seemed like a good place to search for treasure, so I decided to exit there. I placed my hands on the mirror's glass again and pushed through. I slowly stepped out of the mirror and my body returned back to its 3 dimensional shape.

I was about to greet the priest and ask him to help me find the treasure. The priest pulled out a jeweled dagger like the one Chris brought back. He immediately tried to stab me, but I back flipped to a safe distance from him. I transformed into a black dragon in the middle of the flip. Even though he was a priest/monk there was a very sinister energy inside him. He charged towards me with the dagger again. I grabbed his arm and threw him over my shoulder.

I heard Chris's voice say, "Be careful, he's pretty dangerous." I looked around and tried to figure out where he was. I looked at the mirror again and saw him standing in the house on the other side. "Really? He seems pretty weak," I said. The priest got back up and made some quick stabbing motions at me. I dodged his attacks and blocked the last one with my claws. I then grabbed his stabbing hand so he couldn't stab me anymore. In my other hand I focused that green nature/earth energy stuff. I threw a punch at his chest with this energy and it was powerful enough to shoot him to the other side of the courtyard.

I thought that attack would have knocked him out, but he got back onto his feet. He then ran frantically up the stone stairs that lined the castle wall. "Wait! Don't chase after him. You need to stay close to the mirror," Chris said. I ignored Chris and chased after the priest anyway. It wouldn't be any fun to just end it all there. I also didn't think I should let this guy get away.

I followed him up the stairs to the top of the wall. There was some sort of shop on top of the wall at the side. I thought that was a bit odd. I sensed the priest's energy inside the shop and my danger sense activated. The shop exploded and a huge flame shot out of the front towards me. At the same time of the explosion, I slid myself over the other side of the wall and grabbed onto the edge. I just barely avoided the flame.

As I was about to climb back up, the priest jumped out of the flames and tried to stab my hand. I put my hand forward and let out a burst of ice magic. I froze our hands together before he could stab me. He karate chopped the block of ice around our hands to break it. He started running again while wrapping up his injured hand in his robes. Luckily dragons don't seem to get frostbite easily. I climbed back up to the wall and continued to chase after him.

He ran into a room at the corner of the castle and slammed a heavy steal door shut. I focused earth magic at the end of my tail as I ran forward. I jumped forward and struck the door with my tail and the door fell down. The room looked as if it were a small library where valuable books and scrolls were kept. The shock wave generated by my attack caused one of the book shelves to fall over. It landed on top of the priest and seriously hurt him. Amazing how all it took was a book shelf to defeat him.

I walked over to him to make sure he wasn't about to jump up and stab me again. He looked like he was on the brink of death to my surprise. He started to whisper something to me. I can't remember it clearly, but I think he was thanking me for killing him. He said something about a demon that had possessed him and forced him to do evil things. After he died I looked around the library. I picked out a couple tomes and scrolls for me to bring back.

I jumped down the wall and glided back down into the courtyard. When I found the mirror again I walked into it slowly. The experience was very similar to the first time I went through the mirror. The dream started to destabilize as I went through all of the distorted effects.
I woke up before I got back to the other side of the mirror.

      Advanced TOTM

I was running in through a desert that I think was somewhere out west. I was already in my black dragon form and lucid. I'm either getting better at becoming lucid at the start of a dream or there were other events before that I had completely forgotten. I'm not even sure what my objective was in this dream.

From somewhere behind me I heard the sound of a train's whistle. For some reason the idea of riding a train came to mind. I ran over to the edge of a cliff that was to my right. I must have been on a mountain because there was a valley bellow. I saw some train tracks nearby at the bottom and knew the train would pass through any moment now. When the train was close enough for me to see it, I started to plan and estimate my jump. When the train got closer, I slowed down time so I could make a more precise jump. I made a powerful jump off the cliff and landed near the back of the train. I didn't really land on my feet though and somehow broke my right wing.

I slowly rolled over and sat up. It hurt to move around a lot and I was worried about falling off the train. I placed my hand over the part that was hurting the most and started to use my healing magic. After about 5 minutes of healing I was finally able to numb most of the pain. It was still broken though and it hurt to move it around a lot. I was about to work on healing it completely, but I started hearing some odd noises from inside the train cars.

I used my energy sense to try to take a look inside the train car below me. I could detect a bunch of people inside trying to open the doors, but I couldn't make a clear image. I pulled myself back onto my feet and walked over to the side of the train. I wasn't sure if this was the type of situation where I should help them get out or keep them locked in. It wasn't long before they broke the lock off and the door slid open. My energy sense started to become more focused and I could tell that their energies were more dark and sinister. I stepped back to the center of the train car and took a fighting stance.

These monsters that reminded me of goblins started to climb to the top of the train from both sides. I decided to wait for them to make the first move because I wasn't sure of how powerful they were. For some reason it was hard to use my energy sense on them. One of them drew out a short sword and charged straight towards me. I deflected his sword with my claws and pushed him back. From this I figured that they were actually very weak unless in large numbers. I then focused my energy sense on the other train cars and learned that there were two more with goblins inside.

I returned my focus to the goblins from my train car. They were carrying weapons like spears, swords, and maces. They had already gathered around me and prepared to attack again. As they charged towards me I focused poison magic in my claws and slowed down time. I managed to slash about 10 of them with my poison claws. A goblin with a spear came at me from behind and I barely had time to react. I quickly turned into a shadow cloud and the goblin went straight through me. The goblins then gathered around close to me because they knew I didn't have any place to run to and that my shadow cloud would wear off soon.
I actually did have an attack planned if something like this happened however. I released the shadow magic around me all at once. It blasted all of the goblins off the train or into the air. I then released a lightning surge above me and zapped the remaining goblins.

That one battle had already used up a lot my energy, so I decided to handle the next two train cars more strategically. I ran up towards the front of the train and stopped when I heard the doors of the second train car slide open. There was a rope hanging over the side of the train. It felt very out of place to me, but i decided to use the rope to my advantage. I grabbed onto it and swung pass the open door. As I did this, I shot out a powerful flame from my hand and lit the inside of the train car on fire. I swung back to the top of the train and ran towards the final car.

By the time I got to the final one, the goblins were already on the top of the train and ready to fight. I remembered my wind element and figured that it would be more efficient here. Rather than fighting them directly I could just knock them off the train. I let the goblins surround me as I focused on my wind element. When they charged towards me I let out a blast wind in all directions. They were all knocked off the train and I knew they weren't coming back up.

I started walking towards the front of the train again to make sure everything was taken care of. I looked out in front of the train and saw a bridge ahead over a canyon with a couple goblins on it. It looked like they were piling dynamite in the middle of the bridge. When the train got close to the center of the bridge, the dynamite exploded and left a big hole in the bridge. By this point I had already started running like hell towards the back of the train. I was running up the train towards the back as it was falling over the edge. When I got to the end, I had to jump up high to try to grab the bridge. I flapped my wings once to give me a boost. It hurt, but it was enough for me to grab onto the edge of the bridge and climb back up.

I sat at the edge of the bridge and went back to fixing my wing. As I was trying to heal my wing I could tell that the dream was starting to destabilize.
I woke up as I was trying to fix my wing.

      End

I was visiting weird planets with Yuya as I often do in a rather deep dream that had been going on for multiple hours.
      Then this happened:

There it is, a feeling all too familiar that I have not experienced in a long time.
I am scared... so fucking scared.
Fortunately my body reacts on its own, powering up and thus protecting me from the overwhelming pressure off the aura that has just appeared.
I know this feeling all too well, even though it has been such a long time since I've last experienced it.

      This is very unexpected.
I have lately gone out of my way to get into trouble, because there is nothing like the fear you experience during a fight where your opponent is actually strong enough to kill you.
But in such fights, it is more of a mixture of fear and excitement you are experiencing.
The feelings of a true fights are difficult to explain, but there's a very special vibe to them that is oddly fascinating.

      But this... this isn't.
There is no excitement, there are no feelings associated to those of a good fight.
      This is pure fear.

Usually I gradually power up during fights, trying to find a good balance so that I am on a similar level to my opponent, because that makes things most interesting.
But this time I'm not. My body instinctively powered up all the way.
And I will need every single bit of strength if I want to survive this.

Fucking Templars who hunt me down because the god from their delusions told them so.
If only they weren't so ludicrously strong.
I can't afford anything less than a perfect level of concentration.
The first time I encountered one of them, I had both Yuya and Silver with me and I still came close to dying on multiple occasions.
To top it off I only managed to win the fight by using an ability that I can only use once every few years.
And that was a stray Templar, possibly weaker than the one I'm facing right now.
      http://www.dreamviews.com/blogs/hyu/...dragons-18805/

The second time I was in a room full of portals, and managed to make a run for it.
This time I won't have a choice. We'll have to fight.
They are so fast that I won't be able to draw my phoenix wings without creating a very short opening, inevitably resulting in my death.
Yes. They are that fast. There is zero room for errors.

"The true lord demands your death Anassasi."
"I couldn't care less about your delusions."
"Oh but you should. Your death is inevitable, regardless of how much you try to resist us."
"The Templars will hunt you for all eternity."

He plays with his staff in a taunting manner.
It's odd. Regardless of how much hate there is during a fight, if both parties have considerable strength, there is always a certain degree of respect. Even if it is only the respect in your opponents strength.
And an element of excitement, because only rarely do you have the opportunity to go all out if you are this strong.
But with Templars there is none of that.
There is only the urge to survive.
And them? I'm not even sure if they have feelings at all besides hatred for certain dreamers.

I know that WakingNomad has encountered them as well. I used to call them Paladins, but after reading that he calls them Templars, the term has somehow emerged into my dreams.

Yuya has casted her water spheres and her aura is clearly on edge. But even like this there is an inexplicable beauty to her aura, even if she is ready to kill.
If only our truly overpowered abilities would work against them.
They are immune to both my dragon eyes and Yuya's water extraction technique.
I'm not sure if they have any water in their bodies.
They have a certain artificial look to them. Maybe it is because they never show any emotions besides hate.

      "Today the dragon will die."

I grip my katana tightly. It is fully of energy and vibrates strongly in my hand.
I am perfectly focused on him. I am waiting for the slightest of changes within his aura.
There is is! A small twitch... and he is gone.

He appears right in front of me, but I was perfectly prepared for his blink and am already midway in my own blink, bringing me only slightly out of reach of his staff.
      It hurts!
I had forgotten that any proximity to their aura causes a feeling of pressure so strong that you think it could burn off your skin.
But it doesn't feel like the heat of fire, it is what I assume it would feel like if you got an acid burn.

      It's go time.
I charge towards the Templar and clash my sword into his staff.
I cannot comprehend how their staffs can deflect such power. It doesn't feel like they charge any energy onto them.
Any material should easily break in such a situation if you don't.
Yuya is throwing her spheres against him, and occasionally casting high pressure water beams into his direction.
But they are simply deflected by his armor in the same manner his staff is deflecting my sword.
      It is so frustrating.

My aura is right at the edge of hurting my own body. The vibrations are only barely bearable.
I see the sky red and the clouds burning. My blood is boiling.
In such a state I need to be careful not to accidentally damage my own body.
Yuya is pushed slightly outside of the battle my various pressure attacks.

"Do you know how we kill a dragon?"

A device on his staff activates and my katana is teleported and trapped against it.
He smiles and charges at me with his staff.

"The last Templar who thought so is long dead you fool."

This trick may have worked once, but I'm not falling for it again.
I cast my katana away and re-materialize it in my hand.
He didn't expect this. Maybe I can force a small opening.
I skillfully bring myself into a better position.
Yes! This is perfect, I got him at a dead angle.
I charge all the energy into my sword that I can manage and swing it against the right side of his abdomen as he passes me.
I can feel it clashing against his armor and releasing all of its energy. A perfect hit!

      Coldness. Shudder.
I blink instinctively, but slightly too late.
A sharp pain emerges from my left shoulder.
How did he manage to reposition himself like that?
He was to my right and I clearly hit him hard.
How did he manage to cut into my left shoulder?
And why the fuck does his staff have retractable blades?

The situation calms down as we all got some space between us.
Fuck, I have to fight on my own for a split second and I'm already wounded.
I feel blood slowly streaming down my arm.
Usually the dragon aura would naturally take care of it and close the wound, but there's something about a Templars aura that prevents such in-combat healing techniques.
I cast fire onto the skin surrounding the wound and burn it shut.
It hurts, but I have so much adrenaline in my body that it isn't as bad as it sounds.

Then I notice that Yuya is wounded as well, though only superficial.
She has a small cut on her left arm, and she appears to have frozen the wound shut.
      This is not going well.

I inspect the Templar in the hopes of spotting some serious damage dealt by my last attack.
There is a dent in his armor.
Are you fucking kidding me? I landed a perfect hit!
I hit him so hard that the changes of air pressure around him caused extensive damage to the ground surrounding us.
But his armor? A fucking dent?
How are we supposed to beat him?

The fight continues, but it quite frankly isn't looking good for us.
He manages to land near-hits on us with nearly every try, whereas all of our attacks bounce off his stupid armor.
If only Silver was here. But he isn't, and he won't come.

      I'm starting to become exhausted.
Templars don't seem to suffer from this issue. The longer this fight will drag on the worse our situation will become.

Alright. Time for more risky tactics.
I lower my katana slightly, giving the Templar an opening if he charges me head on.
And sure enough he comes right at me.
Time nearly stops. I see him slowly approaching me during one fast leap.
He's moving so fast that pressure waves are building around his body.

Yuya's aura is clearly alarmed. She is very worried about me... and... so am I.
Was this really a good idea? What was I thinking?
I haven't used this ability in years, I can't even remember it properly.
It's to late to question it now... just go with it.

I slightly lower the dragonic energy in my body. Any hit now and I am most certainly dead.
I shift all the energy into the right side of the blade of my katana.
Then I rapidly focus phoenix energy within my body.

This is a horrible idea. It is so dangerous to do this.
Dragonic energy is demonic in nature, whereas phoenix energy is divine.
Like fire and ice. Matter and Antimatter.
Any mistake will rip my body apart.
I do not have the experience I had a few years ago, and even then, as mad as I was, I respected and feared using both energies at the same time greatly.

My eyes and my dragon tattoo begin to hurt intensely.
They are being attacked my the divine energy.

I increase the phoenix energy until it reaches the same level as the dragon energy.
Then I funnel it into my blade as well, but on the other side.
I now have two independent energy circuits running through my blade and body.
But they draw their power from the same source: my aura.
I need to divide my concentration.
Half of it to make sure I do not kill myelf.
The other half to coordinate my attack.

My katana begins to vibrate heavily.
I turn the dragon energy into heat. A heat greater than that of suns, probably only matched by the pressure within a black hole, something only a dragon can do.
With my phoenix energy I do the exact opposite. Absolue zero. The temperature at which everything stops, an ability exclusive to wielders of divine energy.
Both touch only at the edge of the blade.
This causes the laws of physics to break down.
Such opposing forces cannot occupy the same space, yet they do at the very edge of the blade.
An intense pressure vortex forms around my blade because the air surrounding it no longer has any idea how to act.

I swing my katana at the Templar, who is now only centimeters away from me.
The intense pressure emerging from my sword closes the opening I gave him earlier.
This has to work. This is one of the most powerful techniques I know of, and I am risking my life to perform it.
It is not a dragon ability, nor is it a phoenix ability.
It is my ability. Mine alone. A combination of powers only I could use on the most extreme level.
If this doesn't hurt him nothing will.

As I swing my katana towards him. I no longer manage to contain the force within.
Some energy leaks out, causing intense vortexes around us.
It emits a pure, blinding light.

      And then, they finally clash.
      My katana and his staff.
The explosion of energy is beyond anything I've ever experienced.
My senses shut down to protect my body from the intensity of the situation.
It is like witnessing the big bang. The emergence of a sheer infinite supply of energy from a tiny point in space.

      My senses slowly recover...
The energy in my body is completely unstable. Both the dragonic and phoenix circuits have completely shut down.
As my vision normalizes I can see the disaster I have caused in front of me.
The entire landscape is partially frozen and partially on fire.
A huge crack in the landscape, starting at my feet, reaches kilometers into the distance.
At some points it is multiple meters wide.
And that was caused by nothing but the side effects of my technique.
The energy released by the attack was all directed perfectly towards the Templar, none of it touched my surroundings.

I turn around, still in slow motion.
He must be dead. Please be dead.
As I turn I notice my katana burning in a bright blue flame.
It is vibrating at an immensely high frequency, emitting a very high pitched tone.
No other material would ever have been able to contain the energy needed for this attack.
It was forged using parts of my dragonic and phoenix energy,
designed specifically to be able to hold these forces for short periods of time.

And then I see him, turning around as well.
      Our eyes meet.
      He is not dead.
And he is angry. Properly mad.
He swings his fully intact staff back into an attack position.
      We are so screwed.

But then, a flicker of hope.
The chest plate of his armor shatters and drops to the ground revealing a long cut reaching all the way from his shoulder to his abdomen.
But even though the wound is deep, no blood is coming out of it.
      He is clearly wounded though.
      But so am I.

My aura took quite a hit. It wasn't him though.
Even though I controlled both energies perfectly I still damaged my aura.
But the damage is low and mostly superficial.
Small arcs of lighting are shooting across my body because of it.
I'm still operating my aura at the absolute maximum. The arcs are caused by energy leaking out of the tiny damaged spots.

But then all the hope I just gathered vanishes.
A second Templar emerges from a portal.
And the first one doesn't even seem to be in that bad of a shape after my attack.
We need to run. We need to run now.
      But I don't know how.

Energy emerges from below the ground. Yes! There's still a chance.
During the short downtime Yuya managed to collect a huge concentration of water below the ground and cast her Leviathan.
It bursts out from below the ground and both the Templars disappear within it.
An attack of truly godlike proportions.

But this won't be enough time. It'll buy us maybe a tenth of a second, not enough to cast my phoenix wings and get us out.
I need to buy more time.
I blink towards Yuya and summon the huge phoenix wings on my back, and focus as much phoenix energy as I can.
I will block a single attack.
This should provide enough time for Yuya to draw a portal.
Maybe portaling will buy us enough time for me to use the phoenix teleportation, which they cannot follow.
This is one of the situations where it is truly advantageous that we share our thoughts.

I stand strong before her, surrounding us with a divine energy shield.
I'm putting all the force that I have left into it.
Yuya is casting a portal on the ground in the mean time.
Point one of a second... come on!

A beam of light breaks the Leviathan body and hits my energy shield hard.
      A purely energy based attack.
The ground around is disintegrates under the force.
Only the parts within my shield remain intact.
But I won't be able to hold this for the tenth of a second we need.
      It will collapse too early.

I start shrinking it to conserve energy.
Right now it is encompassing my huge phoenix wings. I won't need those to survive.
I shrink it all the way down until it only protects our bodies.
My wings burn to ashes as they touch the outer limits of the shield.
It hurts. It hurts so much.
How long can a tenth of a second last?

My wings are nearly completely gone now.
We are kneeling, the shield diameter is down a meter and a half.
And then finally the portal forms below my feet and we fall through.
We enter the wormhole created by the portal.
Blood from my broken wings streams into it.

      It goes far... very far.
Yuya casted a portal towards a location much farther away than I've ever been.
This might buy us the time we need.
We emerge from the other end of the wormhole, onto a barren planet.
I immediately summon the phoenix wings on my left arm and try to make us enter the fabric of space and get us home.
Yuya nearly collapses under the exhaustion of having casted this portal right after the Leviathan.

The wings materialize and I can sense our bodies shifting into the fabric.
Both Templars appear out of nowhere closely in front of us.
But this will work. This is enough time.
The wound I caused on one of them is already in the process of healing.
      What the fuck? How... ?
The other one smiles at me.

"Run little dragon! Run! We will get you soon enough!"

      Followed by a maniacal laughter.
Finally we disappear into the fabric of space and are transported to Haven.
As we emerge, we drop to the ground exhausted.
My entire body is shaking, either from fear or because I pushed my body too far, I'm not sure.

"I'm sorry. I thought we had more time."

I knew it would happen. Somewhere deep within I knew it would happen after I fought the first one of them.
He was weaker, sort of a run-away or something, no longer obeying the Templar collective.
I never imagined that the others would be so much more powerful.

"I need to become stronger... much stronger."

She looks at me in a very sad way.
I have never seen her sad before. She is always so happy and full of energy.

"I'm so sorry. I did not bring you back for this, I don't want you to have to fight again."
"Of course you didn't. But it is inevitable. I will have to fight. I will have to fight again."
"If this is what it takes to be here again then I will fight... "

I look at my still shaking hands.
I am so strong already. So immensely powerful.
Yet, I still stand no chance against them, no chance whatsoever.
Not even in a two on one fight.
I think about the journey ahead of me.
I'm going to need help... I'm going to need a lot of help...
